Este pub tiene un poco de todo. Un enorme despliegue de cervezas y licores de todos los lugares , una amplia selección en su menú . Muy amplio , 2 plantas y un jardín de cerveza . No hay alfombras en el suelo, pero madera en su lugar y una decoración increíble. Solía ser un negocio de impresión y un banco también. En el sótano estaba la caja fuerte. Bonito rollo , personal muy amable y fácilmente mimado por elección . Recomendaría a mis amigos Harrild and Sons para una alternativa.

We stopped in for lunch and were not disappointed, food was lovely, hot and good portions. Dog friendly, water bowl given as soon as we arrived. I spotted board games stacked up to the side which is great if you want to kill a couple of hours. Staff are really friendly. Nothing bad to say, thank you.

Vinimos por un pequeño café viennois que es básicamente un pequeño capuchino con crema batida de buena calidad en la parte superior. Es muy agradable ya que el café en sí es bastante fuerte aunque un solo golpe creo, y la crema es un contraste perfecto dulce ligero.

El amor amó a Lily Vanilli. Todo lo lindo que imaginaba. Situado en un pequeño patio con asientos en el exterior. Increíble café y algunos pasteles hermosos y deliciosos para elegir, así como el bollo salado más increíble. Me impresionó tanto, que es una necesidad para un pastel y almuerzo. El servicio era muy bueno y los precios alrededor de la media.

Arrived with my two kids & was told it was booked out for the next two hours. Checked the website to book for later in the day & every slot was able to be booked. So I booked & was told "we would just cancel" the booking. Disgraceful

This garden centre is no longer Dobbies but is Caulder Garden Centre. The garden centre is lovely and I note that Caulders state on their website that the coffee shop is not theirs. Our complaint is about the rude and inflexible coffee shop staff. We walked out as they seemed to do their best to make our situation awkward for us. We had a little dog and wanted to sit outside with her but they made it impossible. My friend was visiting from Sydney and was appalled at the staff behaviour and we, along with others walked out. Having been to other Caulders garden centre restaurants, is it not possible for Caulders to run the coffee shop? They do it so well. This experience would have put me off Caulders if I didn’t know better.

Friendly staff and excellent beers and lagers. With nice local crowd. Free pool table and darts. Three tv screens showing sport events. They have several comfortable bedrooms. Unfortunately no breakfast or dining anymore.

We've been here quite a few times and the food and welcome is always excellent. We went today for a carvery. There were pigs in blankets which I thought you could just take one. I got a resounding "NO!" from a little young woman with glasses on. When I said to hubby "ooh she said no" She said "I was talking to YOU!" She could have said it better than that. I was taken aback by her rudeness. Don't let staff like this ruin what is normally a lovely pub with lovely staff. There were no signs up saying you can't have pigs in blankets, so I wasn't to know. I offered to put it back, but she said " Well, you've touched it now!" Ignorant, bossy little person. She needs to learn some customer service or get sacked. The boss was on holiday at this time, or I bet she wouldn't have spoken to me that way.

Regularly buy our bread from here, it sells some of the best in town. Wonderful quiches and pastries too. Very friendly staff.

La cerveza estaba bien, la comida era terrible y una estafa absoluta, tenía que esperar 30 minutos para la comida fría y £ 14 para 6 alitas de pollo. Mac y 5 quesos, si lo dices, más como Mac y 5 trozos de queso. Oh, un pub deportivo sin TV.

Estaba encantado de ver el Café re - abrió y tuvo una visita fabulosa ayer. Una muy buena sopa de apio [ideal para mí superando un resfriado!] buen café y un servicio atento muy afable. ¡Vuelvo el lunes con un amigo para una tarifa más sustancial!

Me and my husband regularly buy cakes and desserts in Bachmanns Thames Ditton. They have beautiful cakes, no doubt . But the customer service is not matching, because they are spoiled, have become too big for their shoes. I am not sure. Very often the sales assistants take a bit down to you and in general seem very miserable and they are making you a favour serving you. Today we went to buy another cake and asked to be cut in half and to be placed in 2 different boxes. That was a big issue, we were told this is something they don't normally do but on the occasion they will. Really, was it so difficult, were we asking too much? One of the pattiseurs came out, we thanked her, but no smile, no acknowledgement. Don't really understand this behaviour.

We had a great snack at Tom's Kitchen, brilliant deli. We had a cappuccino each and an Oreo biscuit cooked inside a white chocolate cookie, very unusual and very tasty. Very reasonably priced, would go again. Would recommend it to anyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My mum is in a wheelchair and staff helped me find the door to go in and hold it open for us. Wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets. Great atmosphere and view outside of Somerset House courtyard with fountains. Great location, just off The Strand and near Charing cross station.

Nice to find a traditional comfy pub with lovely open fire. Friendly landlady. We had good food in a relaxed atmosphere.
