Gran elección gran personal amable fantástico chocolates ingredientes increíbles recomiendo encarecidamente esta maravillosa empresa que se encarga de hacer artículos fabulosos. La empresa para la que trabajo siempre utiliza esta brillante tienda Hotel Chocolat cerca de Belfast, Ayuntamiento, ya que encuentran a todos los miembros del equipo excelente en la atención al cliente y el servicio insuperable. Y como director de mi propia empresa, como CEO compro mucho allí. Y ha sido ayudado tanto por los directivos como por su equipo con los servicios del día a día y la hospitalidad. Realmente increíble compañía.

Estuve en Hotel Chocolat muchas veces y siempre me han ofrecido un servicio de primera categoría, nunca había estado en esta tienda en particular, (por el Ayuntamiento) y nunca volvería. Mya fue tan grosera e impaciente con una señora mayor frente a mí que estaba con sus nietos pequeños, y luego fue muy grosera conmigo también, trató de hablar con el gerente sobre su actitud de personal ignorante, pero no estaba interesada y me dijo que si no me gustaba, simplemente debía irme. Servicio asqueroso por el precio del chocolate caliente.

Dejado caer por este Hotel Chocolat en unas vacaciones recientes a esta fascinante ciudad y nuestra visita fue muy buena. Este outlet del Hotel Chocolat es bueno, luminoso y espacioso, decoración y mobiliario encantadores y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo el lugar, es un gran café para relajarse. Pedimos un chocolate caliente cada uno, el servicio fue rápido, agarramos una mesa donde planeamos salir el día anterior mientras bebíamos nuestros chocolates calientes. Mi chocolate caliente era muy bueno, espeso, cremoso y tan sabroso, que era justo lo que necesitábamos para calentarnos del clima amargamente frío de enero. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestros chocolates calientes aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz por primera vez visita a este hotel en particular Chocolat nos lo pasamos muy bien. Este hotel de Chocolat es fácil de encontrar a lo largo de la plaza Donegall. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a viernes, abierto de 8 a.m. 30 am. Sábado, abierto a partir de las 9 am. Domingo, abierto a partir de la 1 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Llamé para un regalo festivo con mi hija. Tapicería sucia en los asientos, chocolate caliente muy caro servido en una taza desechable para llevar, chocolate caliente era tibio en el mejor de los casos, ciertamente no caliente, tampoco un gran sabor. Decepcionante. Butlers Chocolate Cafés en el sur son muy superiores - delicioso chocolate caliente y se llega a elegir un chocolate para ir con él. Hotel Chocolat solía dar muestras gratis - ya no, en su lugar solo precios inflados.

I visited again yesterday. If a little of what you fancy does you good then you’ll leave here on top form. It’s the only place that I will order hot chocolate with the cream whip of course. I go for Milk 50% and I could opt for a range of choice like dark 70% or mint or chilli and so on. The chocolate whip atop presents a challenge as one must get to the table before the weight of the whip pressing down on the liquid Chocolat forces the chocolate to spill over out of the cup. So much for surface tension versus gravity at .7 and all the other laws of physics at play here it’s still after all a cup of hot chocolate albeit a very tasty cup of hot chocolate. The staff no doubt too low paid are a cheerful crew sadly in a country deliberately made miserable by tories who seem to relish in making people earn their poverty while finding even more money to pay themselves. An MP can now count on an annual salary with expenses circa £200k. The hot chocolate isn’t the only mug I’m looking at.

Our experience at Hotel Chocolat in Belfast was simply delightful. Located in the centre of the city, this chocolate lover's paradise offers an array of tasty treats. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with knowledgeable staff on hand to assist you. I decided to indulging in the chocolate shake, which was simply out of this world. Creamy, decadent, and perfectly balanced, it was the ultimate indulgence and left me craving more. In addition to the delicious shakes, Hotel Chocolat offers a tempting selection of chocolates, truffles, and specialty cocoa products.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of chocolate, a beautiful show room, and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got an amazing hot chocolate made by Emma. Excellent…I would give them my highest recommendation! I’ll definitely be back!

Absolute ripp off prices even for belfast, There are better establishments in Belfast that puts this place in the lower league

Contracted Food Poisoning following my recent visit resulting in 3 days in hospital. Reported to management who frankly were not interested.. Matters reported to authorities. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR GEALTH

I had never visited a Hotel Chocolat cafe, so when I saw this one in Belfast it was a must. It was a hot afternoon, so I knew some kind of iced drink would be my choice. I opted for an original (?) chocolate drink with cream. When it was served I was immediately impressed. It looked so tasty and was actually divine to drink. I can not wait to visit another hotel chocolat cafe.

Really disappointed during my visit that the normally friendly service at this store was tainted by the barista Fiona. I asked her for an 85% dark hot chocolate and when asked if I wanted the cream topping too which I replied with a polite yes please I was told in a condescending and passive aggressive way that “can we try to include that as part of the initial order”. Implying I was holding up other customers by being slow to order —there wasn’t a queue at the time. The other colleagues have always been helpful when I’ve visited maybe this was just a bad day at the office.

Hot chocolate and all sorts of chocolate to buy are excellent. Nice spot in prime location. You could stay there for ours!

Beautifully laid out store. Friendly staff. Great displays. BUT disappointed by the 70% Hot Chocolate drink- it’s quite dilute and not the intensity or texture that I would have expected

Honestly took my mum in here for her birthday with a voucher to spend, the staff first of all stood talking with the dirtiest looks on their faces, when we asked for help they were so rude and made it obvious they didn’t want to help. Popped in for two teas and some ice cream, met a fabulous chap at the till who was so mannerely and polite...he noticed that I was waiting for a while in the queue and when it came to my turn he made such a fuss over me I was blown away!! Such a sweet heart!!

Such kind staff. Called in today for hit chocolate with my father-in-law in his mid 80s. Offered a choice of tables I chose one with people either side. As I was sitting waiting a staff member with a pink tint to her wavy hair came up. She wondered if I would like to move to a quieter table. With a keen sense of observation, she had spotted we were hearing-aid users! We had just come from father-in-law's fitting of new hearing aids at nearby Boots. So I explained that I had actually chosen a central table, so I could assess how the new hearing aids were working! I thanked the woman for her most generous observation and offer of a quiet table. Another member of staff paid us a compliment. By the way their chocolate was silky and superb. I hope the staff hear how much I appreciated their people skills. They will do well in hospitality and are a credit to Hotel Chocolat.

Called in to buy chocolate whilst husband waited outside with our dog. I needed to speak to my husband and the assistant advised me he could come in with the dog. She explained we could order drinks and sit inside with our dog. I was delighted to find out this was a dog friendly venue and will definitely be visiting more often now
