Food said delivered but didn’t come

Spoke to manager as food missing was told to contact just eat terrible customer service

I asked for cheese and u didn’t give me cheese and I was really looking forward to my subway.

food was amazing well packed and good packaging were it wasn't every were and was delivered wif care also delivery driver was very friendly 😀

Normally happy with this company but the with the latest order they forgot the cookies for the kids with their food

Order was on time we eat the food but the three sandwiches was not toasted

my food never came and it said it was delivered

All selections and all bits all good 👍

Just got the wrong sub , clearly didn’t read order notes. Rang to request the correct order - staff didn’t answer. Rang three times.

Cookies low-key weird but was so good either way

It was good until i realised that my sandwich wasn’t toasted but other than that it was good!

I ordered a judes chocolate shake and didn't come with my order, staff offered no alternative and not able for refund on my missing drink since just eat only recognised my food pieces of my order. won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered food for myself and my partner. When it arrived her sub was missing. I rang up to complain and the staff were very unhelpful, telling me to order it a second time and ask for a refund. This would have incurred a second delivery fee, which I refused to pay as it was not my fault. The woman I was speaking to admitted her mistake but had no interest in fixing it. She then hung up on me. The whole experience left us very dissatisfied and we had to go to the shop for more food.

My food said it was delivered and it hasn’t came to my address I called the restaurant and he said there’s nothing they can do from his side and couldn’t get me the delivery drivers number it’s an absolute disgrace, £26 down the drain! Not again

I ordered a large meal deal and they didn’t include the drink, cookie or crisps!!! I want my money back.

Everything was cold and small portion of chips when I ordered large. Also I ordered a dip and it didn't get it.

Ordered food at 6pm and the delivery time kept changing this went on for 2 hours and I couldn’t cancel the order , then after 2 hours it showed that the food was delivered which I definitely did not get , even contacted the shop and waa told your order sitting here and were really no help at all

Please don’t order your food from just eat the last order a few days ago nothing was delivered but they won’t refund the idiots and now food and drinks missing again I’ve learned my lesson I will be deleting the app and taking my business elsewhere

First time ever not receiving the order any other time receive it no problem won’t be ordering again

The vegetarian lady has a great recipe, worth your time if you like it spicy.

Overall I have had alot of few subways around North of belfast. The girl Jess with green hair at this subway on dublin r9ad was not only professional, but so relatable oming fro. Someone fro. Hospitality, you could tell she was busy and frustrated but at the same time dealt with the situiation well.not only made a perfect sub for my fussy partner but a beautiful salad if not best ive made myself from similar background of catering, asked for no olives but everything else. I hate hate hate tomatoes and pickles but was a great salad ate all bar 1 slice of cucumber, dealt with well , pe9fessional and defo gets more than 5* if i could. Well done girl, class and amazing professional asthomoheres. Even under pressure of business. Saod id leave a review girl and I did. NEEDS A PROMOTION IF NOT SUPERVISOR ASSIANT MANAGER. Wish they would stop toasting wraps when it was not requested, cooked salad is not nice, couldn't eat it.

Delivery was fast and my order was perfect will packed and everything correct. highly recommend best subway I've ordered from for quality control.

Missing items courier bag was open. I asked the driver where mi sub was and he says he does not know

We were there on Saturday evening and I was never treated like that. We were pushed out aggressively by someone called security. I don't even know if they worked there. I will definitely not leave it like that, It is reported to the police as an assault for no reason.

Only gave me 3 cookies when I ordered 9

Placed an order totalling £20 and received 1 x 6 inch sub that was not the correct one and that was all. Called the restaurant and nothing was resolved and now out of pocket with no redelivered order or refund. Shocking experience.

Got everything we ordered except for the sandwich. How does Subway forget their main part of the meal?

our subway was terrible, not toasted so completely cold, missing cheese!!, crispy onion, sweet onion. also missing one of the sauces and bread was old and curly like it was from yesterday morning. never happened in this subway :(

Was cold, and not very tasty. Got cheese bites and they were cold. Like their weren’t even heated.

Absolutely pathetic and disgusting Subway. Rude, and miser. They denied to put more than 3 sauces or to put any extra veggie. This is the first time I have ever seen this in any Subway. They should be closed and fined.

wrong order.. sandwich had the wrong filling

Most thing were great, but the crisps were not what I ordered. It was a bit late, but still earlier than originally stated. Was not the delivery persons fault it was just a mix up. Thought he did a very good job considering the length of journey, the weather and being on a bike.

Absolutely disgusting!! Had just finished work and decided to go for a subway as soon as we got to subway the girl that served us was absolutely the most rudest person I have ever came across in my whole life! The attitude on her wasn’t abit normal. I will not be back to this subway ever again, also just felt like I had to rush my order because she couldn’t be bothered to serve me correctly , disappointing wouldn’t be the word.

I wish the drivers wud read map correctly instead of pulling up at my rear gate an getting very aggressive when i explain they are in wrong street they need to go round to front of my house as i dont use the rear, but no instead they get aggressive an refuse to deliver to correct address,i was actually frightened tonight at how driver spoke to me so it will be no more subway as this has happened several times

I am allergic to dairy cheese we did not ask for cheese put on any meatballs. We also did not ask for the wrap to be heated and did not ask for the sub bap to be heated either. Where is our correct order? Did you give us someone else order?
