Subway in Belfast

We were there on Saturday evening and I was never treated like that. We were pushed out aggressively by someone called security. I don't even know if they worked there. I will definitely not leave it like that, It is reported to the police as an assault for no reason.

Absolutely pathetic and disgusting Subway. Rude, and miser. They denied to put more than 3 sauces or to put any extra veggie. This is the first time I have ever seen this in any Subway. They should be closed and fined.

The worst customer service ever. The girl who served me was so rude and has a very disgusting attitude. I will never visit this subway ever.

Absolutely disgusting!! Had just finished work and decided to go for a subway as soon as we got to subway the girl that served us was absolutely the most rudest person I have ever came across in my whole life! The attitude on her wasn’t abit normal. I will not be back to this subway ever again, also just felt like I had to rush my order because she couldn’t be bothered to serve me correctly , disappointing wouldn’t be the word.

Place was nice and clean and staff were friendly

Nice crew, happy to explain how the set menu items. And given we had tried to order food at 4 places before here we were thankful they were open.

On 17/6/23 at approx 9:45am, worst customer service ever. Was served by a lady, don’t know her name as she didn’t have a name badge on. Very rude, puts olive when asked for pepper. Very unpleasant and very rude as if she was doing the service for free and the food she was serving was for free. Would never ever go again though we love subway in general. The owner better Change the staff to get more customers. Our plan was to dine in and have breakfast but we rather went for take away because we could not stand her attitude and rude behaviour. Spoiled our day to start with 🥹

Complete retards put veg in when u didn't ask for it not to mention never toasted it and the cheese looks like its rock solid... won't be back

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life! The girl was nothing but rude from we walked in the door, did not change her gloves once while making five different sandwiches so all the food was contaminated, an acception could have been made if the food was good but it came cold squashed and very horrible. Never again

Walked quite a distance to just have subway as it is one of my favourite chains and only this branch was open at 9 pm and on online it showed that it’s open till 11 pm.. but when we reached there , all the sitting area was closed and the staff didn’t allow us to eat in the restaurant without giving any explanation as to why the sitting area was closed.. we decided not to have the food there as it was not possible to just buy it and have it outside in the rain and cold weather..maybe the staff was lazy and didn’t want to clean up.. so just closed the seating area.. went on 12/12/22 at 9 pm

Guy who served me was probably on drugs but makes a fast and mean sandwich

The sub was good and prepared fresh. I also orderer det crincle wedges, but they were not crispy at all.

I had a nice sandwich it was toasted really well by the lady who worked there she was great. The guy behind the counter on a Friday night at about 6.00pm is a total legend. Long story short we ended up talking about trains for ages.. his knowledge of the trains is ludicrous said he was obsessed with them since he was a kid and knows most of the Northern Ireland train timetable off by heart apparently lol Worth asking him about trains if your ever in there on a Friday night. Lost one star because there was no coleslaw but other wise great service.

Went here after a night out, bought a sandwich but wasn't allowed to eat it, apparently it's a take out only place. Seems to be the only place that won't let you eat the food you have bought there, the security was very pushy and kept kicking people out, very rude and unprofessional. Will go elsewhere next time.

Not very inviting, but was extremely hungry so did the job. Definitely not my first choice.

The staff are great in this store and the food is always fresh.

Staff nice and friendly, good value for money. And has managed to stay open. Nacho chicken salsa with nachos ordinary cheese toasted with lettuce, sweetcorn, olives, and some salt that's me. Oh and sweet chilli sauce, the honey mustard is now too mustard which I'm not fussed on. I think it's the same in all the subways it's more mustard than honey. I recommend mayonnaise or sweet chilli sauce. Phil, Belfast.

It's one of my favourite Subway stores. It has always great happy staff, quick service, very clean store and they are very good at recognising their regular customers too which makes it even more enjoyable. Keep it up! :)

Love Subway, although it becomes additive 😂

This little subway shop is convinent to me as its right by my tech, however the shop isn't convinent for a customer who wants to grab a seat, there are very few that go along the walls but no proper tables. As a customer I'm usually left next to a stranger or with one of my friends sitting on the step separating the two floors. The drinks machine always seams broke and the place has no cheer.

Good deals for good price. Seating area not very welcoming to stay. Its more kinda Subway takeaway. Staff is friendly

Staff where extremely pleasant and smiley! Had a massive sandwich and the girl didn't hate me which I appreciated. Was efficient and confident. Size of store is a drawback and chocolate cookies sold out by 1630 but great otherwise.

Sandwiches made by men and women.... dont see that everyday

It's very small and feels abit grubby. There's much nicer places to get food in this area.

Best subway and staff in belfast

I think this subway is one of the best in belfast. I was doing a course and had one every day for 2 weeks I just mixed it up every day. I love the Italian herb and cheese and also the meatballs.always lovely and fresh

It's normally good but sometimes they try and rush service if there are alot of customers in the store. The staff does this by trying to toast 3 subs at once, which makes them all toast differently. Some of the subs end up being to cold when they rush but if there not trying to cut corners then it's good food that you receive the way that it should be, perfectly warm :)

Great for a quick bite. Cheap, healthy fast food alternative. Have a reward scheme too where you can earn points towards free food.

Pathetic this subway is they do not sell coleslaw they double sorry not double they put £2.50 on after 12 o'clock every night 7 nights a week I have confronted these and they say that the subway no which I doubt there is five different salads cucumber red onion lettuce tomato olives yeah that's it apparently it's to do with who has the franchise of subway this is a joke daylight Robbery scam this building needs closed down or better still sorry keep the place open and remove the franchise of it thank you will not be back again... Nice subway food friendly staff

Asked me which sauce I wanted, I answered but still didn't get any. Maybe the employee should ask again if she didn't get it.

There isn't much to say really, it has everything you might expect from a fast food sandwich shop, quick service and fresh ingredients make for an altogether pleasant experience

It's subway - it is what it is.

I heard mixed reviews regarding this place, however my own experience was a very positive one, the place was clean, food up to standard and staff very attentive , especially the lady with the red hair, she made myself and the other customers very welcome with a friendly smile and she was very polite, my order was perfect , unlike alot of other fast food restaurants, which can get my orders wrong so easily, don't know how? But no complaints here. Definitely be back.

All staff very friendly! I asked for Chipotle chicken (which isn't served anymore). Usually at other subways they just put chicken on and put Chipotle sauce on top but here the sandwich artist actually mixed up the chicken with the sauce. It was a really nice and thoughtful thing to do, especially as the store was quite busy at the time.

Went for lunch today. The girl with red hair was very rude, barking 'what do you want?' at me. She seemed offended by my custom. Her colleague apologised to me for her attitude. The half a dozen or so people behind me in the queue looked dismayed.

As far as subways go, this one is subpar.. got a 6 inch and there was too much filling. Not particularly nice when your hands are covered in sauce and have parts of the sandwich fall apart :( the lady serving was lovely though

Pleasant staff. I had a breakfast there not so long ago. The coffee was hot and the food was lovely. Nothing else to say and the score is fitting :).

Opened late at night which is great if you're coming out of a club in the early hours.

The staff appear to dislike their customers. There were two girls behind the counter who were very rude to every customer while I was there. They kept talking to each other, at times making fun of each other, only stopping to rudely ask what you want on your sub. I have been to many Subway restaurants over the years and this is by far the worst I've ever been to. I'd advise others to stay away!

Depois de um dia de andanças por Belfast acabei indo a um Subway, não muito longe do hotel onde estive hospedado, para jantar. Fiz o meu pedido normalmente, escolhendo o que eu queria no meu sanduíche, mas percebi que aquele foi o Subway mais caprichado que já tinha comido. Apesar de ter achado a cidade um pouco triste, fui bem atendido em todos os lugares, incluindo este. Quanto ao preço, o mesmo de Londres.

subway was very nice. always good place to stop if in a rush to grab a bite to eat. Good value and will fill you up. bottomless drinks are a good idea, not sure if all subways do that.
