We recently visited for a quick breakfast, and we were not disappointed. It looked from outside that the place was full, but they have an upstairs section, too. Once seated, it wasn't long between us placing our order and our food arriving. I had the special coffee -honeycomb latte, and hubby had a mocha. To eat, I had the French toast and hubby the waffles with the potato hash as a side. Both the drinks and the food were delicious, I do think the French toast should come with a warning- it's huge! You get 2 slices, I could only manage one. Hubby enjoyed what he had but did find the waffles a little dry. I would definitely come again, though I'd probably not eat for 24 hours beforehand 😆

Lovely little shop, deceptively small from the outside but an upper floor doubles its size. Food was great, large variety and definitely American in size and flavour! Would happy use again and very well priced.

I’d visited a Moose Coffee in Manchester previously and enjoyed it. This place close to Piccadilly is pretty average, apart from the service which was really friendly 😀 Frozen solid butter with the pancakes, weak coffee, and the aircon set to Arctic temperatures on a cool Manchester day.

Customer service was OK. However food was very bland. Potatoes had no taste and bacon was very greasy. Will not be going back.

Have eaten here before and enjoyed it but standards seem to have slipped. My food was cold, it would have benefitted from being served on a warmed plate. My coffee took longer to make than the food, so arrived half way though the meal. Plenty of staff but service was slow and inattentive.

Very disappointing the coffee was not hot and way too milky, bagels were so hard I couldn't eat them both mine and my husband's choices were greasy and really unpleasant the lady on the table next to us also left her breakfast and told the staff of the problem's with it this fell on deaf ears so we didn't bother. Total waste of money never again

So arrived here for breakfast hoping to have a nice experience had heard some ok things about the cafe, how wrong we were. Firstly there was a wait of about 30 minutes for the food to arrive which I can understand if it was fresh with it being £9 a dish I thought it might be but it wasn’t fresh. So we ordered the pancakes and waffles and well the waffles was bought in a whacked in a toaster and the pancakes the exact same, the ice cream had freezer burn and well it’s sad when the best experience of the food was the maple syrup which added some moisture to the very dry food. Would I visit again? Not if you paid me id rather go 5 mins on a tram to Ezra and gil who have amazing food. Real shame this place was so bad

I had the vegan breakfast which exceeded my expectations, although I felt the placement of a spring roll and falafel was quite random. It was the first time I tried tofu and it was extremely nice. Even the toast was spot on! For £6, it was good value for money, especially knowing I could eat everything in the cafe without having to worry. The smoothies were nice too, but were a bit more like juice since they weren’t as thick as a smoothie. I really enjoyed the vibe of the cafe as everyone was so friendly there, it really reminded me of a cafe I used to work at with its chill atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. They’re also on this fantastic app called ‘Too Good To Go’ which gives you the food a place has leftover at the end of the day at a reduced price so that it doesn’t go to waste! Definitely check it out if you want to save food from being wasted, or just fancy a surprise for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Friendly and welcoming little cafe. Lovely coffee, good service, best cakes. We had the banana bread -moist, spiced and topped with nuts and seeds- and an iced lemon polenta cake also delicious.

Revisited the cafe a couple of times last year. First in Oct where I had a sausage and egg on toast and some tea. Nothing remarkable as the sausage was of the cheap variety. Bought a couple of slices of the fruit cake which looked nice to take away and it wasn't bad! Staff were really nice and there was seating at the back, beyond the store front. Second time was for breakfast after a morning walk. We ordered 2 breakfasts - can't remember which but they were huge! Very impressed when it arrived and the sausages were of much better quality. Very pleased with what we had then but sadly the cafe isn't open as early now so we can't really go before work like we were able to in the past. The cafe has been closed for a while now but hopefully we will be able to visit for brekkie when it reopens.
