I love my salad box and the custservice is always on point

Food is adequate but the fact that the staff insists you order from the limited self service kiosks even when it is empty means they are wasting space and the customer has less options. Bring back the regular service please

I know we all have bad days in work but I'm pretty sure they tell you in your training to cut the rolls with the knife not tear it open with your hands. Roll just looks a plain mess and wasn't even cut in half. Ordered my usual which us £8 ish but got charged £10 Staff need to stop drinking the day before work if they can't handle working on a hangover.

I asked the employee inside of the shop for a help here refuse and he asked me to use the application. The application didn't work so he refused to serve me so my rate is very poor.

The people who work think its a good idea to squash your order with drinks which will also make your food cold 🤦🏽‍♂️

Waited over an hour for the food and some food items were missing when arrived.

Food is cold. I was waiting outside my flat for 10 minutes. Delivery person couldn’t speak English so the call wasn’t helpful

I came in to subway soaked after getting stuck out in the rain on my way to the train station. I ordered my sandwich (which was really good btw) and a very lovely person called Maria offered me a spare umbrella for my journey. I am very grateful for that umbrella. Thank you Maria :)

Subway salad was thrown together and barely covered the bottom of the box. Waffles and hash browns stone cold. Not a great experience

My wife and I are regular customers at Subway, but our recent dinner experience was highly disappointing. We were served by an employee named PAUL, who was quite rude and unaccommodating. When we requested to have our sub warmed up, he refused, claiming it wasn't allowed. Additionally, when we asked for an extra line of sauce, he denied our request, saying he had already added it. This experience left us very dissatisfied and we hope management addresses this issue, never coming to this branch again.

Just ordered from here on deliveroo and they have gotten every single detail of my order wrong. My vegetarian plant patty salad came with steak, a sandwich came untoasted, no cheese on the complete wrong bread. When we rang, they said it was a trainee, but it feels like someone was playing a horrible prank. Shameful.

I said I would rate it 5, and I'm a girl of my word ^-^

I requested a toasted subway, like most. Not sure why you ask what we want and not deliver. Highly annoyed and agitated. I don't do untoasted subway's, really spoils your experience. I would have not have purchased it, if I knew it would not be toasted.

Aqsa, Claire and Maria were serving me and my brother, to put it simply, they made my time at subway far more enjoyable -fast working, and very sociable. I truly hope that next time I visit, they're here again, and with a raise to each of them.

Me and my partner ordered the savers subs as we are both students and didn’t intend on spending more then £10 although it ended up being £12.88, i understand that might not be that much for some but for us it is. Not only was the food cold but it was supposed to be “toasted” although the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread wasn’t even slightly browned. As for the customer service, that was shocking to say the least the employee serving us was extremely condescending and beyond RUDE!!! I did not appreciate that treatment so I tried talking to the manager on site at the time. He just laughed in my face and practically ignored me going into the back. This treatment is extremely unacceptable!!! If this is how Subway treat their customers then I pray for anyone who isn’t confrontational. This was just disgusting and unacceptable. I asked for a refund on the part of the meal we shouldn’t have paid for and once again just got ignored. Subway really need to pay attention to how they train their staff and treat customers.

The food is not good as comparison to India subway

Ordered a sub from the app and collected it but turned out they did not toast it. Just plain disgusting to eat a sub ice cold.

Food arrived cold, when expected to be at least warm.

Quick service and amazing staff!

Staff especially clare were extremely thorough and helpful. She Asked if i wanted her to change her gloves when making my veggie sandwich. Which other stores don’t do and it feels like an inconvenience to them when I’ve asked. Staff couldn’t do more for another gentleman who was in wheelchair. Which was lovely to see.

I was served by Maria today, brilliant, she was perfect, everything went so easy and she was extremely helpful, she was kind, funny and spoke extremely clearly which is extremely important for a job like this

Staff were patient with me when my card didn't work and kept my sandwich to the side whilst I bobbed to work to get an alternative payment. Lass that served me changed gloves when I ordered a vegan sandwich and asked if I wanted a meal deal with a fresh cookie.

Just a little reminder to staff! Someone can be vegetarian please remember to change the gloves! I was served by manager and was used gloves to serve a man before me who ordered with ham pepperoni etc. The lady didnt even hesitate to change the thin plastic gloves which is meant to be just single use! Though I am vegetarian so i didnt like it!

Best subway experience around. I order gluten free and no extra trouble from very friendly staff. Maria in particular went above and beyond. Keep it up!

Even though the weather has turned wet, cold and windy and there's so many other Subways we could go to much closer to where we live, we still walk all the way from Salford to Manchester almost daily to go to our favourite Subway! It's the superb staff which make this branch so special! The fabulous Manager Maria and her incredible, hardworking, friendly team of sandwich artists - Maria, Claire, Tasha, John, Billy, Jack, Kristen, Paul, David (and the rest of the crew - sorry we don't know your names yet!). Always going above and beyond what's expected of them. Just seeing how busy it's getting by the day isn't surprising at all - it's well-deserved and the staff are still all smiles! Four years since discovering this Subway, the Piccadilly 59A branch has become our 2nd home! Keep up the good work guys and thank you so much for everything you do - we appreciate all your hard work :) xxx

I recently visited the Subway at Piccadilly gardens, and I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by two outstanding employees, Kristen and David. From the moment I walked in, Kristen greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu, patience in explaining the options, and her recommendations were spot-on, enhancing my dining experience. David also went above and beyond in ensuring my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency exhibited by [him/her/them] were remarkable. It’s clear that both Kristen and David take great pride in their work, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. The quality of food was excellent, but it was the exceptional customer service that truly set this visit apart. It’s employees like Kristen and David who make customers look forward to coming back. Fraudulent store - Ordered a sub priced at £7.59. Added a meal deal for £2. Swiped my card contactless. Now I realize I was changed £10.01. I know 41p isn't much but if they are doing this to multiple customers everyday it's adds up in their pockets. Just dishonest employees. Sub was dry and lacking decent filling compared to other subway stores I've been to. Seems they are rationing their subs. Very disappointed.

Honestly, I’ve not had a subway in years and I really ramped myself up for it but a sandwich artist called Vinit ruined it for me. The other staff were fantastic but when I asked Vinit a question he literally said ‘I’m not engaging in this’ which is down right rude when all I was asking was why I couldn’t have a particular bread with a specific sandwich. Rude. His colleague, whose name I didnt catch, explained it politely which was fine. Vinit needs a lesson in customer service. It’s been years since I visited a subway, it will be a lot longer until I return. Rude staff.

Rip off Generally like subway, but they put almost nothing in these subs. Just bread. (I ordered double meat and they gave less than other subways give without double)

I have been going to subway for last 10 years not only in UK but Belgium, Spain, France and India. I never once had a problem nor even I was disappointed. The guy behind the counter had the attitude he can’t be bothered. I ordered a Moroccan wrap (new on list), he added some sweet mango chutney (never asked for that), the wrap was cold (I asked for a hot one). All there was in wrap was a salsa and that sugary chutney. Super disappointed.

Made to feel like an idiot and a theif while being nothing but polite. Told the man my order and when he said something under his breath I said "excuse me?" And was asked "your name isn't Mark is it" with a passive aggressive tone. Then when I went to pay I put my card against the machine, and then left. Was asked to return as it didn't go through, then when I returned to pay as it was clearly an accident was told "you didn't pay yet" even though he saw me get my card and tap the side. Don't know if they're just jaded from the usual crowd they get but it's no way to speak to someone who was polite throughout the entire interaction

Went to this subway and the woman only puts a really small handful of chicken on and it didn’t even cover half the sandwich then I start eating it and find a black hair in the sandwich, had to throw it out. won’t b back

Awfully service. Took two hours to get anything. Half the order was missing. They tried to blame the driver, the bag was secure so wasn't him, and tried to blame just eat for the order delay and why I couldn't get through to them, I got the number off their web page so again lying. Don't order from this place.

poor service from that worker called Paul. you can mention that your food is not Halal “gently”, but it’s none of someone’s business like your place, either I eat Halal or not. I’m not sure of the way he was treating us after we confirmed that we’re ordering anyway, he seemed so religious fanatic and super rude after that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INTERFERING IN PERSONAL CHOICES.
