Wouldn’t even give it one star but I’ve got to to write the review. Food took absolutely ages to come out, even the starters. Food was freezing cold when it eventually did come out and was served an extremely raw burger. Don’t waste your money.

Came for bottomless, left with an empty stomach. !!!!! There deals were very unclear to the customer and made it a very unsuccessful trip!

We visited bills for a brunch and were unfortunately left quite underwhelmed by our experience here. The food tasted nice with some nice flavours but was lukewarm at best when it came out and was therefore stone cold after a few mouthfuls. I think it must have been sat on the counter waiting to come out for some time before a waiter picked it up to serve it to us.

The food was cooked well and the service was good but the 2 or 3 course deal wasn't clear on which dishes were included from the menu meaning I spent more than I planned , leaving me unhappy

Had our great niece and nephew ( 5 and 4) for a Easter Holiday day out to the Museum of Science and Industry, as Bill’s was around the corner with free meals for the kids we thought why not. Excellent food for the kids and 2 adults and wonderful service from Chantel who looked after us brilliantly

I love and enjoys the experience the people were quite patient and understanding. The food was delicious. Didn’t like the toilets tho But every thing else is lovely the environment was serene and beautiful ❤️

Visited Sunday afternoon for bottomless pancakes. Delicious! Thanks chef and all the lovely staff. Macy and the team were great made sure they came by to see if everything was fine and it was. Soft fluffy pancakes, we had two servings of the fruit ones nicely dusted with a layer of icing sugar to sign off. Try Bill's, you won't be disappointed. Chef's kiss X

We dined at Bills on Tuesday 18th March 2025 as a pre theatre tea. It’s a lovely place, the decor is beautiful as is the atmosphere. The staff were brilliant, Kat our waitress was lovely and so accommodating to mums needs. Food was fabulous too. We would definitely go again.

Came here with my gal pals for the £5 unlimited pancakes on Friday. Pancakes were quite fluffy - the lotus biscoff one was pretty good. layout of the restaurant was lovely! Great place for dinner or breakfast

Ordered the Chicken Shawarma , there was hardly any chicken at all on my plate. The fully loaded Korean fries had a squeezy sauce on them and were loaded with nothing. It was really disappointing and I wouldn't go again.

DO NOT GO HERE !! I haven’t had anything this bad in ages. The food took 30 minutes to come and when it eventually did it arrived with no apology or explanation. The food was flavourless and unremarkable. We asked for ketchup and never received it. Save your money there are nicer places with better staff. To top it all off that dreadful service charge at the end that I had to ask to be removed and it’s so ridiculous the place is expensive enough.

We came to eat. Staff were lovely, and checked in to see if we were good. Atmosphere and decoration is beautiful, and lovely music to accompany. Food was nice but lacking a little flavour, and they brought it all out at the same time. Bare in mind if you come for bottomless pancakes, they give you 3 pancake stack and not 5 like on the normal menu.

Bills is one place to be if you’re around Spinningfields…. My go to is the bottomless pancakes I love it and you would too if your a sweet tooth like me 🤭

Very busy restaurant so booking needed. Have been before but this time we're left a little disappointed. The chips were warm and tasted like they had been under a warming lamp for ages. The burgers were good though and would recommend. The restaurant itself was very busy and out table was crammed into a little corner. The chairs looked quirky but were incredibly uncomfortable for a dining experience. The staff greeting on the door were lovely and very friendly but our table waiter, while saying the right words didn't even wait long enough to hear our response and gave the impression he would rather be anywhere else than working.

Today me and my friend came to bills to sit for a brunch. Michael was serving us and he was so lovely and extremely helpful! He made sure we were comfortable and were enjoying the food. We enjoyed the food very much and the menu was broad so there were many options. All the staff members are very kind and helpful. Thank youu!

I know Bill's well, from its origin in Brighton to frequently visiting the London Bridge and Soho branches. On this particular occasion there was an issue with a dish, which was immediately remedied by the delightful manager. The mark of any good business is how they deal with any problem that arises, and Bill's is exemplary

I came to Bill’s on Thursday evening, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest, friendliest welcome from Solomon. He was upbeat, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. His service was amazing—so patient and full of laughs, which I really appreciated since I sometimes struggle with ordering. Honestly, he made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be going back
