Food was great, good atmosphere. We were a big group and it was a busy night, felt like they could have done with a few more staff, they had to run about to get everyone served.

Came here with my gal pals for the £5 unlimited pancakes on Friday. Pancakes were quite fluffy - the lotus biscoff one was pretty good. layout of the restaurant was lovely! Great place for dinner or breakfast

We dined at Bills on Tuesday 18th March 2025 as a pre theatre tea. It’s a lovely place, the decor is beautiful as is the atmosphere. The staff were brilliant, Kat our waitress was lovely and so accommodating to mums needs. Food was fabulous too. We would definitely go again.

Ordered the Chicken Shawarma , there was hardly any chicken at all on my plate. The fully loaded Korean fries had a squeezy sauce on them and were loaded with nothing. It was really disappointing and I wouldn't go again.

DO NOT GO HERE !! I haven’t had anything this bad in ages. The food took 30 minutes to come and when it eventually did it arrived with no apology or explanation. The food was flavourless and unremarkable. We asked for ketchup and never received it. Save your money there are nicer places with better staff. To top it all off that dreadful service charge at the end that I had to ask to be removed and it’s so ridiculous the place is expensive enough.

Michael was literally the best server absolute legend!!! Michael’s banta was on top too. Also those biscoff pancakes were soo good very tasty.

Michael was our server and he was great! Really attentive and lovely. We come back every week for the bottomless pancakes.

We came to eat. Staff were lovely, and checked in to see if we were good. Atmosphere and decoration is beautiful, and lovely music to accompany. Food was nice but lacking a little flavour, and they brought it all out at the same time. Bare in mind if you come for bottomless pancakes, they give you 3 pancake stack and not 5 like on the normal menu.

Bills is one place to be if you’re around Spinningfields…. My go to is the bottomless pancakes I love it and you would too if your a sweet tooth like me 🤭

Very busy restaurant so booking needed. Have been before but this time we're left a little disappointed. The chips were warm and tasted like they had been under a warming lamp for ages. The burgers were good though and would recommend. The restaurant itself was very busy and out table was crammed into a little corner. The chairs looked quirky but were incredibly uncomfortable for a dining experience. The staff greeting on the door were lovely and very friendly but our table waiter, while saying the right words didn't even wait long enough to hear our response and gave the impression he would rather be anywhere else than working.

Today me and my friend came to bills to sit for a brunch. Michael was serving us and he was so lovely and extremely helpful! He made sure we were comfortable and were enjoying the food. We enjoyed the food very much and the menu was broad so there were many options. All the staff members are very kind and helpful. Thank youu!

I know Bill's well, from its origin in Brighton to frequently visiting the London Bridge and Soho branches. On this particular occasion there was an issue with a dish, which was immediately remedied by the delightful manager. The mark of any good business is how they deal with any problem that arises, and Bill's is exemplary

I came to Bill’s on Thursday evening, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest, friendliest welcome from Solomon. He was upbeat, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. His service was amazing—so patient and full of laughs, which I really appreciated since I sometimes struggle with ordering. Honestly, he made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be going back

Food was nice, tasty but fairly standard and unspectacular to be honest. Not convinced it was worth the price. The waiter very friendly. Place is typically modern, with low lighting, a long trek to the loos, and high, uncomfortable chairs. All was going well and was impressed until at the end of the meal the waiter told us that if we downloaded some app and left him a 5 star review he got an extra £5 in his pay at the end of the month for each 5 star review. That should be on the menu or cards on the table. It's a real red flag to me when service staff have to tell you to leave a review to get extra pay. He was good, yes, and I left him a cash tip but won't be emotionally blackmailed or guilt tripped into leaving a specific rated review to boost staff pay or the businesses online reviews. It's cheating the rating system. I would have given them 3 stars but for this. Won't be going back.

Came for breakfast on Saturday morning. Had the eggs benedict and it was lovely. Macy was ever so helpful and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Ate here pre theatre. The food was really good. It was very busy but the service was excellent. We were served by a guy called Solomon. He was very professional, very efficient and very friendly. Just how all restaurant staff should be. We will definitely be eating there again.

Took my mum out for breakfast this morning. Was so impressed with the food and service from Rio. She was wonderful and so helpful really made me enjoy my meal.

I feel the staff at any Bills restaurant are always outstanding but Michael when above and beyond. He was always checking all the tables watching if anyone needed drinks. The food as always was delicious. Cat was also fantastic. They both made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant when actually it was really busy. Thank ypu for excellent customer service and food.

We went for the bottomless pancakes and god damn are they cheap with the syrup and fruits, what the heck is going, your pancakes are so dry but I guess that's the point, trying to make u feel as full as possible with the dry pancakes so you wouldn't order a lot of them, cheap and stingy and when we asked for more fruit and syrup they told us an additional charge will have to be added???? I haven't tried anything else so I can't comment on the other food items but if you're going for the bottomless pancakes, don't bother they treat u as if you're peasant who's only there for the free pancakes, and they're very stingy with the syrup and fruits, literally 3 slices of a strawberry per plate, I don't even know how you could serve someone that, and so little syrup, atmosphere is nice tho
