¿Qué diablos ha pasado en las carnicerías de Penshaw? Como un cliente muy leal y de larga data, estamos muy decepcionados de ver que la anterior exhibición de carne de buena calidad, no es ni mucho menos tan buena como lo era. ¿Dónde han ido Lisa y su marido, alguien lo sabe? ¿Los lechones de hoy por primera vez en semanas, eran definitivamente deficientes? Oh Dios, muy infeliz por el cambio.

First time visit. Lots of exciting choices on the menu with a wide range of veggie options. Everything tasted really fresh, was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Only comment would be that the fully open planned space meant it was quite noisy (we were there at a peak time) but nothing a little more acoustic partitions couldn’t fix.

I’ve been coming here for weeks now every Thursday for the pub quiz. What an experience! The staff are excellent, the food is lovely and the atmosphere is energetic. Not only is it a fun time out, but you’re made to feel welcome by staff and customers alike. It’s like one big happy family. Cannot recommend enough!

Preciosa comida servida en la casa de la Guardia. Souky nos ha servido un par de veces cuando hemos venido a comer aquí y siempre ha estado tan atento con nuestra hija y ayudando con todo lo que necesitamos.

Have stayed many times and will return again. Brilliant place to stay. Lovely staff. Food great, location perfect. Reasonably priced.

Called in for breakfast as we were passing on our way home after staying in the area. Ordered 2 large breakfasts, 2 coffee and 2 orange juices and all came to leas than £25 so wasn't expecting much. We were very pleasantly when the food arrived. It was all got, freshly cooked and of decent quality. The bacon and eggs were particularly tasty and well cooked. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and couldnt do enough for you. The toilets and place in general was very clean and in good repair. Recommend stopping off if you're near by

Always a great pub. Good selection of beers kept well. Lively atmosphere on weekend nights. Love it.

Oh, Dios mío, solo fui a buscar mi almuerzo regular del deli de Gaby solo para ver que estaba cerrado. Este lugar sirvió los mejores falafels y ensaladas de Londres, por solo 5. Felizmente habría pagado 7 por lo mismo. Por favor, vuelve, Gaby, eras saludable y sabroso, ¡y serás extrañado! !

We visited here today for breakfast and it was excellent, I had poached eggs on brown toast , eggs cooked to perfection!!

Yo y los muchachos estábamos en camino para unas vacaciones de muchachos en KOS, solo estábamos comprando bebidas cada 10 minutos y bajarlas y pedir más, lo siento al camarero que seguía llevándonoslas, pero cada vez que venía se llevaba vacíos con él y siempre tenía una sonrisa en su cara (Logan)

We visited twice whilst holidaying in the area. Very warm welcome both times. Food was very good. Pub is delightful. Will be back!

Lovely venue, opted for a summer pod for 5 , for a birthday celebration. Food was lovely a brunch board , Buck’s Fizz (1 each) and unlimited tea/coffee. It was good quality food however for £38.50 each I would expect some more perhaps more than just one alcoholic drink. Another issue was that we only got two hit drinks due to how busy the restaurant was so we couldn’t really benefit from the unlimited aspect. Also no extras etc considering was a birthday celebration, aware not all venues do extras but for the month would have been nice. As others have said we were hit with an unexpected service charge taking it from £35pp to £38.50pp which I felt was quite high. Overall a good venue and food but think pricing needs to be looked at or more included for the price paid.

Came with my wife as we generally have the meal deal and we both chose Lasagne with garlic bread . This was possibly the worst lasagne I’ve had . There was no substance to the filling it was more like a thin gravy with minced beef . The garlic bread was just as bad it smelt like garlic bread it even looked like garlic bread but that was as good as it got
