Me and the lads were on our way for a lads holiday in KOS we was just buying drinks every 10 mins and getting them down us and ordering more, sorry to the waiter that kept bringing them over to us but every time he came over he would take empties back with him and always had a smile on his face (Logan)

Amazing service at All Bar One The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable lovely place to relax whilst waiting for a flight . First of lets start with the bar service well what can I say I couldn't decide on a cocktail that I wanted so I asked for advice from our server who was more than happy to help. she talked us through many options and was very noligable she recommended a cocktail for me that a fully enjoyed thanks Megan. Then the food me and my husband both had food which was outstanding delivered quickly and pipping hot. Our server mia was very helpful and pleasant making sure that we had everything that we needed . I will definitely be returning to All Bar One when travelling again a great place to start our holiday in style

Service was very quick and easy, really nice place to sit and have a drink, staff were lovely and very friendly i would definitely go again :)

After a hectic Que in security it was nice to see such friendly staff and great food. Was very busy and one girl (Georgia) was very polite and informative on what she recommends food wise for my picky son! Easy fast service would go again.

I've used the All Bar One for years and have always had a good experience. This time was no different. Good atmosphere, nicely cooked breakfast and friendly staff with Jack being particularly helpful. Cheers.

Not the usual experience found in other restaurants of theirs that we’ve been too. The app wasn’t working correctly and so we thought food wasn’t being served as everything was unavailable for some reason but it was if you ordered from the bar. The restaurant is a nice atmosphere and quieter than at the first part of the airport, I’d recommend coming through security and through to the gates as this was a better experience than the initial restaurants after duty free.

Best airport meal we have ever enjoyed. Great food presented well with great service. Will definitely ensure we visit again on our next trip.

We had originally intended to have a bite to eat in this bar, but when we arrived, we found that the kitchen was closed. We returned later for a drink as it was close to the departure gate we needed. We enjoyed a glass of wine before our flight sitting in the pleasant spacious bar area.

We much prefer to eat here as quieter. We had King prawn, chorizo and chilli pasta and fish & chips with two Peroni. £15.50. Promptly served and so tasty.

Don’t come to this pub to eat drink we wanted to sit and have coffee and food I have a 5 year old with me. There was an area advising to wait to be seated but no one came or manned it so I sat down I was then told me a waitress that the manager had asked me to leave because I sat without asking - disgusting and a formal complaint with be made

Well the sausages at breakfast were disappointing. Triple cooked I would say, over several days. Part of a full breakfast, the sausages were hard and seemed to have been reheated over several days! Couldn’t cut them with the knife; good job I have strong teeth. Ends of the sausages were very hard and dry. Come on you guys; stop over preparing your food too many hours ahead.

First time flying from Birmingham. In airport lounge now. Service is very slow and the menu is so limited it's laughable. We paid 55.96 for 2 and this was the choice they had available 1 lager Japanese tiger lager Boddingtons beer A few shorts if you like that. I don't 4 mixers 1 choice of soup 1 choice of pasta which was spicy and not vegan or vegetarian 2 snacks, scone and jam or 2 crackers with a tiny piece of cheese That's what you get for nearly 60.00 I get the need for a limited menu but that's not limited it's sparse!!!! Don't bother it's not worth it!!!!

Came for food and was not disappointed. Excellent Covid 19 procedures in place, and could not find fault. Received great service while here, receipt had the name Clarkey, and again could not find fault.

Had lunch yesterday before our flight, place was quiet but the service and food was very good. Staff trained on covid 19, downloaded nhs app at the door

Stayed overnight at the Novotel hotel, and came here for an evening meal Saturday evening. Lovely manageress who served me and my husband, very helpful and happy. Very Covid-19 compliant, Beautiful calamari and chicken salad, and delicious wine!

It’s the first time I had a bad experience there. Usually all goes well. I’m not sure if this time is was because it was early morning and the staff had not slept enough but... I found it very difficult to get a smile out of our waitress ! Also, I had ordered eggs Benedict with 1/2 avocado. It was missing when I got served, so I asked about it and was brought 1/2 avocado, out of its skin and stone, but it seemed there was no effort in trying to make this a good experience. I think it was the cherry on top of the cake when I was served a hot drink with a sinking spoon ! They are obviously too short for the big glass mugs, so either get the right size spoon or serve the drinks into other cups ! I had to ask for a table spoon to rescue the little one myself and actually enjoy my drink afterwards.

Great selection of beers, lovely cocktails and very friendly staff - what more could you want pre holiday?

All bar one landside is an absolute credit to the airport and of M&B. Savanna was extremely helpful and friendly when it came down to flight info and menu selection (I had the pad Thai with chicken). The relaxing and soothing atmosphere here is second to none and is situated in perfect spot just before going through departures to the main terminal. 100% would come here again.

Didn’t expect such personal service in a fast paced airport restaurant.Food came very quickly, and was delicious (prawn pad Thai and chicken katsu)And our waitress couldn’t do enough for us.Very pleasant experience.

We had a lovely lunch, tables were very clean and was served by Clarky. He was very friendly and professional, explained some of the dishes and certainly knew the menu. Food was great and service was excellent. Would certainly go there again.

Came here for a few drinks and a bite to eat before our flight. I had a great tasting ale and the mrs had a fab cocktail. Nice relaxing environment from all the hustle and bustle. Michael who served us was outstanding, great service! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing service staff are very helpful was greeted at the bar by a lovely gentleman called Michael outstanding manners, attitude and well presented. would definitely recommend a drink here or a quick bite while waiting for your flight!

With the lift out of action it was clear many people with cases chose to avoid as it was empty when we visited. Friendly service and whilst my sausage sandwich was good quality our coffees were weak we felt. Things will no doubt pick up when the lift is repaired but the coffee issue needs addressing.

It was a pleasure to eat here today, I was greeted and waited on by some friendly people and the food was simply delicious, It was relaxing overlooking all the other travellers rushing around.

Me and my partner was flying to Ireland for a weekend away and thought we would give all bar one by the security a visit and it was lovely! And yet again was amazing service and good food! We went for breakfast and it was lovely, we was greeted by Clarkey again which last time his customer service was amazing! I really recommend here for food and drinks. Staff are lovely and food is faultless!

Looking for a good value meal on the eve of flying out the next morning. We were the only diners at around 7PM, Frankie and Benny looked quite popular. Soon found out why, the chicken was greasy and the chips had been cooked previously and re cooked for us. They quickly went hard and crunchy. My wife was disgusted with the food. Wish we had gone to F&B; or eaten in the hotel which would have cost more but would no doubt have been more satisfying. What a waste of money.

Service very poor. Food late and cold. Could have got this experience for £5 at a greasy spoon cafe but paid over £40! Will try F&B; next time.

Soy un viajero habitual y siempre espero un buen desayuno antes de un vuelo temprano, así que fui a mi habitual All bar one y no me decepcionó en absoluto, me saludó el amable personal, el servicio fue rápido y el desayuno durante todo el día fue encantador. Un agradecimiento especial a Michael Clarke que nos atendió y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos y sin duda volveremos.

Como se imaginó, el aeropuerto de Birmingham es bastante agitado, por lo que fue una agradable sorpresa encontrar un All Bar One relajado.

As usual when stopping overnight before an early flight, we like to have a meal at All Bar One. It is usually very quiet as on this occasion. Nice food and drink, friendly service. Fairly calm upstairs there and you can look out at the scene below in the main concourse.

Arrived for breakfast off a Saturday morning flight, to attend the HUGE classic car show that was on at the adjacent NEC. All Bar One was understandably busy - with people attending this show - but the place was in chaos. Food was unbelievably slow to appear, then cold when it did. Numerous customers gave up and walked out.

Ok, staff really lovely , food prices ok, drink prices a rip off

We'd planned our trip around the opening time of all bar one landside as our check-in didn't open until 4.55.. We'd arrive early, get some breakfast and a coffee then amble down to check in on time.

I was in Birmingham Airport waiting around on my own and had a bit of time to waste, I went upstairs to All Bar One where I kicked back and relaxed I wasn’t to hungry but fancied something sweet and small. I asked the lady about the desserts and she recommended the cheesecake....WOW was she right it tasted amazing 10/10 the flavours with the banana was great. I will treat myself with another if ever passing by the airport.

coffee ok but we were there early morning 8.30am ish the place was deserted and the person behind the bar looked bored. She could have occupied herself cleaning the tables as every single one of them was sticky and had rings from glasses, food stains etc we could not find a table that was clean. She was very obliging when we asked, but I would have expected someone running a cafe to use the down time to improve standards and wipe the tables!!!

been to a few and never really like them.This time i was staying in a local hotel the night prior to an early flight.The last time i was here i think it was a Weatherspoons thats why i bothered to leave the hotel bar.Well i have to say the staff were a pretty surly crew and you get the feeling they just dont want to be here.Had a very expensive pint of lager sat in the barn of place with no more than maybe 6 others. Couldnt wait to get over to burger king. Not for me.

Yo y mi otra mitad acabamos de regresar de una semana en Kos. Decidimos tomar unas copas aquí ya que ambos queríamos un ambiente más relajado. Y todo lo que puedo decir es ¡GUAU! Es un bar encantador, con un ambiente agradable y tranquilo, no pensarías que estás en un aeropuerto con todo el ajetreo y el bullicio. Pedí una pinta y la señora tomó un cóctel de ginebra. Cuando pedimos nos dijeron que buscáramos un asiento y las bebidas nos seguirían. Encontramos un bonito y cómodo banco y, efectivamente, nos siguieron las bebidas. Debo decir que fue una de las mejores fotos que he probado (y he tenido muchas) y a la señora le encantó su cóctel de ginebra, ¡tanto que pedimos más! Me gustaría darle una gran mención a Mike, que nos sirvió. Qué trabajo tan fantástico hizo. ¡Nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos VIP! Sin duda recomendaría este bar!

We were staying near the station and caught the free shuttle from Birmingham International to the airport to eat. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a reasonable meal.

Recently had lunch here and have to say it was average at most, the food was ok, typical airport offerings. Service was standard but noticed the place needs a bit of a clean, cobwebs a plenty.

Good location on side of gate 1-20 ,more peaceful n less customer ,good for relax a pint and spend your time . But the foods .. sorry to said low low standard ( I was the customer other branch ). Pad-Thai with burning n stick together.. pls employ new chef . Salad look clean n nice but Dry , Dried without any sauces or oil,need to request from waitress , not an rush hour how can this kind of standard .

We stayed at the IBIS over the road the night before an early flight. This is not the first time we have done this. We find the restaurant is generally busy and not a great selection food-wise, so walk over the road to the All-Bar-One upstairs on the landside part of the terminal.

Had an evening meal at the land side allbarone tonight & was impressed with how friendly & helpful the staff were. Very smiley and seemed to enjoy their job. Great to be served ny people who take pride in what they do.

Came into the bar before flying to Ibiza with a few mates, perfect place to get on it before flying out. Quality atmosphere and all round good place to be in.

Limited options for breakfast if you are at gates 1-20 so eat in the mail area first. The all bar one bacon sandwich is a rip off and awful.

My wife and I met our daughter and her three children at airport after a long trip from the United States. We decided to have dinner at the airport to save time before checking into our hotel. It was around 7:00 on a Tuesday evening and we were immediately seated.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast at the end of a long trip, exhausted and hungry. Food was terrific. Olga, our server, was amazing.

We had a great meal here before we entered the madness of security. It's much calmer and relaxed on land side. The service was friendly and fast, and the food delicious.

Bacon, sausage and eggs were cold. Avocado was not smashed and stone hard. Overall terrible experience, mass market stale food.

I ended up in All Bar One as the breakfast at my hotel was extremely limited. I had a full english breakfast and a coffee. It certainly looked the part, was a big plate of food, and actually tasted very nice. However, I found both the bacon and the sausage/sausagemeat thing way too chewy, I was basically tired of eating it by the end even though it tasted nice. Not sure why it was like this.

To get away from the crowd go to All Bar One it good service good food and not a bad price either. Had Eggs Benedict they were very nice but my only compliant would be the plates were cold so meal soon got cold and spoiled the meal. Would come back again but when more time would mention when the meal was presented to us. Cup of tea was very good but they do sell alcohol for those who need it.

Have dined here several times and the food and service has always been exceptionally good. There is a good choice of dishes on the menu and the food is well presented and tasty. The staff are very friendly and really look after you and make you feel welcome. There is a good ambience and high standard of cleanliness. Mitch the kitchen manager and his team always make an effort to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards whilst Pete the General manager and the front of house girls see to your every whim. Plus the coffee is great too so what more could you ask for. All Bar One is also a great place for your pre - flight refreshments offering a fab range of drinks and cocktails. Would highly recommend. Me and my husband visited all bar one thursday for a drink and food before we caught a flight for our honey moon, it was very busy but our waitress was very helpful and sufficient and delivered great service despite it being very busy, We ordered the nachos which they were beautiful and very tasteful, our waitress was quite a petite girl with blonde hair not sure of her name as we was in a rush to leave and didnt catch her name, would definitely reccomend as a nice place to come for dinner x

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung zuvorkommend jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren leider nicht heiß serviert und daher auch sehr schnell ausgekühlt, was sehr schade war. Das Essen sehr lecker und die Preise human.

Popped for in a light dinner for two. Very friendly and helpful service. Food was good but it came out very quick.. so you wonder if it was pre cooked and just heated up in the old dink machine! In saying that we had a sharing platter with the chicken kebabs, dips, flat breads and squid and it was fine, quite tasty and the other half had Chicken Katsu which he enjoyed. Was an ok meal at the airport but I prefer food that is cooked from scratch. Happy to recommend as good however as the food was still tasty and the service was good

I recently visited this returant with a couple of friends before heading on our flight abroad. We were served by a young lady named Chelsea in the morning. She greeted us on arrival sat us down and came back to take our order. Due to flying out we were in abit of a rush but she managed to get us food and drinks very quickly. Pints were refreshing and cold and food was delicious and hot. The young lady made us feel very welcome and look forward to coming back! Didnt catch your last name Chelsea, but black she was wearing a black shirt and glasses. Thank you

We were staying at the Travelodge, and were weary of their food an drink, so after a long day at the NEC Spring Fair, we went up to All Bar One for a cocktail. It was quiet, with only a handful of people.

The service was really good and the staff were friendly and polite. The food and drink was also good quality. Was served by Michael who was attentive to all my needs. Will be coming back here again :)

Was working away before fyling away and jess was perfect. Very attentive and a great person to be about. Food and drink fantastic.

We had checked in our bags and had some time to kill before going to our hotel. We remembered here from three years ago and hoped it would be as nice.
