The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Other cuisines food

Not a good experience at all. Never been here before so we weren’t sure how it worked. We decided to wait at the entrance so that we could be seated. I made eye contact with the waitresses multiple times and they all just ignored me. We felt really unwelcome and didn’t know what to do. Eventually we saw other people come in and seat themselves so we followed suit and sat down. Again, no idea what to do as there was no signs or anything telling us how to order. Eventually, one waitress did come over and tell us that if we wanted food we would have to order at the bar. All the staff just seemed really disinterested and unwelcoming towards us. Only redeeming quality is that the food came really fast once we finally figured out how to order. The snowboard pizza came but was quite cold. I didn’t want to complain due to the already poor service so I just ate it, it was okay. Not good by any standards. We left very quickly after finishing our food as the vibes just felt off and we didn’t want to stay any longer.

I took my daughter with me today for a lovely lunch at Sam’s Deli. I honestly love this place. I rarely eat out but if I do, this is my go to place. The staff are so nice and nothing is too much trouble. Today we both had spiced butternut squash soup and it was absolutely delicious. Freshly made and really tasty, served with a warm buttered roll. It was perfect for a December day. The best lunch place in High Wycombe, for sure.

I’ve been here several times and although the food is interesting, it is absurdly expensive, ditto the wine. The staff were pleasant enough but had had ask for service. The overriding impression is of a scruffy , grubby cafe in a student town & the loo was pretty unpleasant , which is a real index of general cleanliness of a place. Doesn’t take much to sharpen up this place, won’t hurry back despite living near.

Terrible very poor Brunch we had and the quality of the food was poor with no taste and charging top prices. A cup of coffee was made from that instant powder again charging top price for a cup of coffee not tasting good very weak. Not visiting again.

Sorry guys but this was disappointing. Visited on a Saturday morning to meet up with friends. It took ages for orders to be taken, they took ages to arrive and then were not correct ….. and please tell me why drinks are in disposable cups when drinking IN the cafe..? Staff were all lovely and were clearly working hard but either staff numbers too few or organisation problem I am sure you can get it better with a few tweaks

We were warmly welcomed to the restaurant and the service we received was excellent. We didn't feel like having a big lunch so were going to have the soup, the waiter asked if we liked Indian cuisine to which we all said yes and he said we could have a small portion of items on the menu. So we did, the waiter asked if we liked spicy and tailored our order to suit our preferences. The food was presented well and was the best tikka masala I've had. I can't fault it and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Popped by after a visit to the Aerodrome prior to our long drive home and found fantastic food and friendly staff as soon as we entered the door. Set in a characterful location with a great selection of well priced and freshly made breakfasts and drinks, all presented nicely in a home away from home environment. Really shows how local places can thrive when run with care and would certainly visit again if passing in the future.

Nice coffee/nice pastries & cakes, London prices, of course. Well designed shop, comfortable seating etc. Space to use a laptop in (relative) privacy if you need that.

We regularly visit here for a coffee & a croissant. The coffee is decent, the croissants are OUTSTANDING, the staff are lovely & the setting is cosy. What more would you want from an establishment.

Amazing food. Service was brilliant. They took care of my little girl with a selection of colouring bits and didn’t complain while she lolled on the floor in their way at times. Such a great space and vibe. Can’t wait to go back.

Suddenly closed with no notice to staff or customers alike.

I can not recommend this restaurant. Terrible lunch, poor service and super expensive. The worse ceaser salad I ever had. Don’t waste your money in mediocre food

Goodbye Goose and hello Annare. Lovely fresh makeover complete with very friendly mum and son team. We were served by the son who apologised for the delay in our coffee. He told us it had been ready but was sitting behind the counter whilst he served a couple of walk-ins...not really what we wanted to hear. We enjoyed a delicious fresh home-baked lasagne and will definately be returning however they serve Illy coffee which is rather too strong for my liking so will try tea next time.

Excellent pub we had a leaving / 21st party here the landlady was Excellent credit to this pub she was so helpful and polite had a great evening in there thank to all the staff

Very good value and lovely food and hot drinks. The main reason for my score was the friendliness of the proprietor. She made us so welcome and helped my mother with her mobility issues.We noticed there were several “ regulars “ who were also well looked after.
