Alberts Cafe in Stafford

Food was sold out on busy day. Waited nearly 30 mins for drinks. Staff didn't call drinks, muttered and went back behind. Argued when stated it wasn't heard. Despite other customers highlighting they saw her bring drinks out and nobody heard anything. Bad attitude from a single staff member. Very poor customer service. Won't waste money on undersized and over priced coffees from rude staff.

Sorry guys but this was disappointing. Visited on a Saturday morning to meet up with friends. It took ages for orders to be taken, they took ages to arrive and then were not correct ….. and please tell me why drinks are in disposable cups when drinking IN the cafe..? Staff were all lovely and were clearly working hard but either staff numbers too few or organisation problem I am sure you can get it better with a few tweaks

Emailed Julie in advanced told her my time of train and had freshly made take away afternoon tea made to take to my mum who does not get out much. She 82 on Tuesday and they put a birthday card for her. Staff very friendly x

We stopped for lunch and coffee in this little gem of a cafe nestled within Stafford town centre’s Victoria Park. Small menu but all homemade obviously with care and love. Soup was amazing and service to match. Thank you for a lovely lunch with views overlooking beautiful gardens.

Had fantastic tasty cheese and Bacon toasty made by the lovely Juile behind the counter and to top it off the lovely Tia made the best hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows you ever had highly recommended so pop in you won’t be disappointed. The staff are amazing.
