Costa Coffee in Stafford

Absolutely lovely staff members especially the manager, always make my day smiling and laughing exceptional customer service drinks and food always hot , only costa I come to in there area

Google thinks I've been here because I went to retail park. I haven't been to Costa here or anywhere else because I prefer Starbucks.

The one not in next is so dog friendly. Amazing staff. Free parking..you'd be barking mad not to go .....

So kind and helpful, coffee is great and they went out of their way to make sure we had a stress-free experience! Going olaces with a baby is hard enough and the staff here made it so easy! (Especially the young lady with shorter light brown hair, didn't get her name but she's an angel) can't recommend enough!!!

Got served by a younger lady who managed to get coffee all over the outside of our cups to the extent that I had to clean them before we could drink out of them as coffee was.driping off them. Then went about spraying the tables around us with some sort of cleaner that got on us as well. Got up and left. Doughtfull I'll be using this Costa again.

Tea served in chipped teapot and cup. Perhaps Costa need to invest in a new crockery and food hygiene training!Not impressed.

Went for a tea today was given a dirty chipped cup and a teapot with a chipped spout. When I ask for them to be changed the female assistant replied there all stained like that with a bad attitude. These staff really need training in customer service. And food and hygiene. Perhaps they should also invest in new cups and reapots

The usual costa taste and quick service here with a good range of shops nearby however the access to this retail park is rubbish only one way in and out loads of speed bumps high kerbs etc The costa is in need of a refurbishment as most of the furniture is worn out and grubby

We love this Costa its the best one in stafford!! (I've given the food options only 2 stars as they don't have any gluten free dairy free options, but I'm sure the other things are great based on the kids love of them) They take allergies very seriously and we have no worries about cross contamination here it's brilliant. All of the staff are always lovely and friendly and it's kept clean.

Need to get the doors fixed - URGENT! Very cold and drafty. Bench seating could do with being thrown in the tip. The seating is in urgent need of repair. Staff very attentive. Coffee good.

Just a great overall feeling of community. Lots of people talking creating a great atmosphere.

Fabulous service. Staff very helpful with the Costa App on my phone helping me with my birthday treat. Only one little observation of criticism is that the fabric on some of the seating really needs replacing.

I was given an e-gift by my daughter to the value of £25.00 I used it for the first time at Doncaster Lakeside Village and found the balance was only £23.65. When I queried with Costa, I received a reply showing a transaction of £11.35 in this store. On the day in question, I was at home in South Yorkshire, and am therefore at a loss as to how this transaction occurred. Don't even know where this store is, had to look it up. I definitely haven't been here. Now awaiting a response from Costa head office.

Coffee was good. The staff were friendly and professional. Not many seats as the building is small but still worth popping in

Drinks seem nice. Could be a bit friendlier service sometimes. Be good if there was a bigger menu for the bad sighted.

Past lunchtime but still quite busy. Orders filled as quickly as possible, staff polite and helpful.

Atmosphere was lovely calm, food was good only reason I didn't rate 5 is cause it was my first time trying food from there and I had only a cake slice , service was great and the adapted nicely to what my request was as awkward as it was 😅 super friendly staff.

A very nice Costa with ample parking. The young female assistant who served me on the 20.4.23 was rather abrupt. Has I began to take photos her attitude changed for the better. Please greet all your customers in a friendly manner, especially considering the high price of takeaway coffees. Flat White £3.15 - very good. Half price sandwiches after 4pm on the day I visited.

The staff are so lovely but it really is a gamble if they are open or not... so many people turning up and leaving both in the morning and afternoon. New opening hours on the door this week and now open at 8am so no good anymore for a coffee on the way to work... gutted as loved a Friday Costa treat.

I always loved this coffee shop pre covid. I've been three times in the past couple of weeks for a festive hot chocolate or coffee with family. Each time the staff have given me the impression they would rather not be there. Come on Costa..... Give us a little Christmas spirit along with our festive hot chocolates and cookies..... It won't hurry!!!!

It's gets busy you have to wait about five mins when it is busy but the staff work so hard not to keep you waiting the staff are so poilet and happy ful they even have a chat to you when they are making your coffee which is nice as I suffer with anxiety but they make me so comfy u always come here for my coffee due to staff the coffee is amazing from here. I've been to other Costa and the coffee gas not been that nice but here it's perfect. It's a small cafe but it's feels homely seats for everyone one for all disability do have toilets on site even seating outside

Everything you'd expect from a Costa. Good brand standard drinks and food. Staff were great with the whole family and very understanding that my nephews new favourite game is throw his drink everywhere within seconds and then laugh when the staff have to tidy it (he's 10 months and adorable so I don't think they mind)

It's a chain fast drinks place - you should know what you're getting in for. Service was good. Drink was well made. Didn't have to wait for a seat. Options to sit inside and outside. They do take away and eat in options. Their cake was good too!

Like most chain coffee shops, with slow service, a range of pre-packaged sandwiches and cakes, but decent coffee.

Called in to your café on the retail park at Stafford today at about 12.15.I would like to say the place Was clean and spotless. The staff were pleasant and helpful we were greeted with a smile and a friendly word. May I say they are a credit to your company.

Not enough staff on ,long que and dirty tables

The staff member argued with me about what something was called and then told me I was having a takeaway rather than sitting in as I wanted. Would never return.

Service is above and beyond! Amazing staff! I broke down and had to wait for the recovery vehicle,the stuff was very helpful as i didn't have my charger,they borrowed one so i could charge my phone. The gluten free sandwich was delicious and my hot chocolate cream always tasty :)! Many thanks lovely people!

2 Latte's, especially as 1 was free!!! Staff very helpful. Children coming in happily after School for their treats.

Standard costa franchise, just a shame they stock a few less items than that of the larger outlets

Always a great cup of coffee and always made to feel welcome. Store kept tidy and well managed . . much more consistent than other outlets in the town.

Good service, lovely cafe, clean and WiFi is fast. Had a bacon mac n cheese sandwich that was great 👍

This is the best Costa we have ever visited. Great staff, always friendly even when under pressure. We visit every week and it makes us feel valued customers as they always remember our order. Thanks Costa!

This Costa usually makes a good flat white 👌 and the staff are are very polite and friendly, sadly they never open at the times given on Google maps, they are different to the times displayed on the doors, please get it sorted Costa.

Usual Costa coffee shop. Coffee and food are of good quality and consistency. The only two staff that were working did a tremendous job. A bit on the smaller size shop always seems busy.

It had been a while since we have been to this Costa. Friendly staff, plenty of space between tables. We are both disabled, and it was no problem when my husband asked if someone could bring the tray to our table. Very helpful and obliging. Enjoyed our cappuccinos and the lemon curd tarts. We always have those in Costa. Our favourites.

Costa do lovely crushed ice drinks . My favourite Mango and Passionfruit with a cheese and ham toastie. Friendly staff clean surroundings

Good service drink hot unlike Starbucks

Purchased Cumberland sausage toastie priced up at 3.46 but charged £4.00! When I mentioned it to staff they were either unable or unwilling to sort it out just said it was till price and I would have to speak with the manager who wasn't there! Disappointing!

If you can only offer a takeaway service then please say so on your website. Hobbled on crutches from home for a sit down coffee only to see the sign on the door that had been there for 3 days. Asked if I wanted chocolate sprinkles on top of my drink, I said no but they put them on anyway. Not even an offer of a chair outside as an extreme circumstance. Staff just didn't care.

Unfortunately they were operating on a take away only service so we had to sit on the grass outside instead. Luckily it was a nice day however I did get attacked by ants. The coffee frostino was way way nicer than the previous one I had in a different Costa and the toastie was nice although it could have been toasted more it was barely more than warmed up bread.

Tried to get a coffee this morning 3 adults and 1 child. Sat at table inside only to be told to move as seating was for 2 people only. Which is fair enough due to covid, but no signs to inform of this plus, 5 people sat at table for 4. 1 person sat at table for 4. No consideration for families. Why arnt parties of one told to move to appropriate table. Discrimination on families to the highest degree. Not impressed.

Weird to sit inside but the place appeared clean and we felt safe. Food and coffee what you would expect.

Surprisingly quick & friendly service & great hot choc. More seating outside during outdoor only restrictions would be helpful but that's my only negative observation.
