Wayne's Coffee in Kensington and Chelsea

Nice coffee/nice pastries & cakes, London prices, of course. Well designed shop, comfortable seating etc. Space to use a laptop in (relative) privacy if you need that.

Absolutely delicious coffee (best we've had in London!) with great pastries - so good we went back up to the counter for a second round. Staff very pleasant. Toilet spacious and clean. Only link with the name Wayne's Coffee was the wifi link - so may now be a different company.

We visited this cafe after a walk in Holland Park on Saturday 12 th of December. Just to get couple of take away sandwiches and coffees. Don’t get me wrong, I know Wayne’s Caffe very well, as it is a Swedish chain, and I’m frequent traveler there , it is always good service in this chain. However the staff member who was taking orders was extremely rude. Honestly, I never encountered someone as rude in any other cafe neither in London or elsewhere. When I wanted to show sandwiches I wanted she shouted if I could come to her instead, so I had to scream. When she was asking about coffee she was as rude as I was getting some charity coffee and not paying almost GBP4 per cup. Also I paid some pastry which they forgot to put in my take-away bad! I understand that they were busy, but being so rude to the customers....seriously, especially during this time when so many people lost their jobs, the management can hire someone friendly and courteous like almost all their competitors have! By the way , this staff member did not even wearing her face mask properly while making coffee. Otherwise, the sandwiches and coffee was fine. But Needless to say it was my last visit to this cafe.

This was my second takeaway visit and according to Wayne's website,there were some wraps on offer,but when I visited today to try the Chicken,bacon and Caesar wrap,I was told that they don't do it. No wraps at all . Very disappointed to buy a deal and not have what I really wanted. First time I had the Chicken and avocado wrap which was very nice. As for the cake,I chose a piece of berries tart and had a cafe latte . Coffee was very nice which makes up for the wrap.

Love this place I come here to work from with my laptop. It's nice to read a book as well, it has a type of living room flair in the back. Staff could be friendlier.

This comfortable café serves some of the best coffee we have drunk in London . We have visited this place many times and the quality remains high.

Good place to sip your coffee and go through your mail on the lap top or iPad. It’s got plenty to choose from a selection of pastries, quiches and sandwiches. The soft drinks are good too. The place is comfortable and the ambience is right for a place to lounge for sometime as you catch up with your emails, social media or whatever interests you. I tried one of the quiches and some mint tea.

During my month long stay in London, my family/friends and I stopped by Waynes for our daily coffee, even twice daily. By far the BEST coffee made in London. This was a pleasant surprise as during my last London visit three years prior, I found coffee to be of poor quality, especially when comparing to neighbouring countries. Furthermore, the cost of coffee in London is generally quite overpriced especially for the poor quality. But Waynes has now changed the game in London, having a smooth yet strong blend. Customer service was excellent and staff were children-friendly, always welcoming our youngest additions to our groups in our longer visits. Dessert treats were also delicious. I would love to grab a Wayne's coffee now!

Good that Wayne's is my nearest coffee shop and that they make great coffee. If you need food they have a good selection of filled bagels and pastries. As with most coffee shops you have to put up with people hogging seats and tables as they use the free wi-fi way past the time their drink has finished or gone cold.

Hunted down this little spot while staying nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my early morning coffee, a chat with the staff and a pastry! Friendly, chilled environment.

I got a take-away coffee from this coffee shop yesterday. At £3.05, it was a little over 50p more than any of my regular places, including Pret or Nero*, but I didn't object to that on the assumption that I would get a decent cup of coffee. What was supposed to be a Flat White was more like a milky Latte in which I could barely taste the coffee. I've had better coffee from McDonalds. *Unlike most chains, they offered no incentive for using re-usable cups By the time I had had a couple of sips, I had already driven some distance, otherwise I would have returned it. I genuinely wouldn't want another cup from her if it was free.

Really nice place to come, read a book, do some work. Staff is friendly, the coffee is good. Right on KHS, perfect location.

First time I've been to one of this chain. Can't say what normal coffee is like because I had a cold latte. Refreshing on a hot summer afternoon. Good place to sit while waiting for Holland Park Opera

We enjoyed a sit down in comfy chairs, great coffee and tasty cake. Lovely friendly staff. Lots of seating inside. Plenty of choice of cakes and sandwiches. Recommended!!
