Cafe Mocha in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Very good value and lovely food and hot drinks. The main reason for my score was the friendliness of the proprietor. She made us so welcome and helped my mother with her mobility issues.We noticed there were several “ regulars “ who were also well looked after.

Good place find good quality coffee and cakes. The place is usually crowded.

Visited for lunch on Wednesday 8th March. I will never go back and definitely don’t recommend. We had a forced entry by the lady who opened the door and basically pulled us in with words. Had the vegetable soup which was basically water and full of celery. The bread roll was toasted with margarine we asked for plain rolls which had clearly just come out of the freezer as they were frozen inside. Table wasn’t clean when we sat down and place was full of cobweb’s. Food hygiene rating should be investigated again.

On a day trip into Kings Lynn at lunchtime we were looking for a place for a light meal. Lucky us we found the Cafe Moccha near the bus station 5 New Conduit St. Clean and bright with efficient service. I had a really ALLDAY English breakfast and my wife wanted a jacket with filling Good food promptly prepared with acoffee and a cold drink £ 16.80 Plenty of local customers always a good sign A place to remember for next time.

Definitely worth a visit. Anne Marie the owner is I very friendly and the food is good value . Went twice in the same day. Also attracts good company . Xxx

An amazing cafe with incredible service and excellent food. The owners are warm and friendly, with hot food and amazing taste. Very socially distanced with hand sanitizer and mask use, with canopies and outdoor heating during the rain. Would definitely recommend over any larger food business as I hold no complaints, caters to the disabled as a blind woman was treated very helpfully as I noticed. I will be visiting again

On a cold, wet morning in Kings Lynn , I had a lovely hot breakfast, freshly cooked by Anne-Marie and a real pot of tea - would highly recommend for good value and quality.

Four of us (two couples) came here for tea/coffee and breakfast. Irish lady owner was an absolute scream, very accommodating and great fun. Meals were huge, beverages were good....what’s not to like. As per an earlier review, disagree that covid rules were being flouted. The inside tables were spaced correctly, sanitiser available and masks worn throughout. Would definitely return if we didn’t live so far away !

I work in King's Lynn and I go here in the mornings. It is a friendly place the owners make you feel very welcome. The other customers who go in there are all socially distanced and there is a wonderful menu to choose from with lots on offer. I would recommend this café. The owners are friendly and polite

Horrified to see how this cafe is packing diners into such a small space indoors completely flouting covid restrictions. Even though they have outdoor seating this is ignored for customers to sit inside. Also the menu is so craftily worded anddeliberately misleading to obscure actual price points. This cafe should be subject to trading standards.

Was in Kings Lynn for the day passed others and chose this little gem. Great hostess made us very welcome, we had superb rolls with ample amount if sausages in. Hubby coffee was I'm told very good as was my tea. Thank you

Called in here again, like we do every year we go to king's Lynn. Great service. Friendly. Lovely Panini. Meal deal good price. We will be back. Thanks to the lovely lady for her time. Much appreciated. X

We were welcomed in to the cafe by a nice Irish lady we had a short chat she took our order which was just a brew and a cake. I had a scone which was warm very nice and a coffee again hot . Never been in Lynn before it's not the place you pass through but if I were I would call again

Had lunch here on the spur of the moment, and it was great. Food of a good standard and well presented. Service with a smile, and a Norfolk/Fens/Irish chat. Great place for sitting outside in the sun people watching.

I stopped for tea at this cafe when I was visiting with my partner for his business meeting. The lady serving could not have been more friendly and helpful and as I sat there I watched how welcoming she was to everyone who came in or sat on the terrace. A true asset to a town full of chains like Starbucks and Costa - friendly, homely and kind service ! The food looked really good too (I didn’t eat just had tea and a nice sausage roll)

Called in for a morningcuppa and a pain aux raisin.. Greeted warmly by Ann Marie Fitzgerald who made us feel really welckme. Good menu even for a vegeterian.. Light bright and clean. Keenly lriced menu to. What's not to like. Try it, you will be glad you did

Very friendly and clean cafe. I have eaten there before and have always enjoyed my stay. The lady owner is always pleasant and has a good line of banter.

A quick morning coffee and pastries; the standard was average. However, we were a bit put off by the very large dog which was somewhat unruly at one of the tables. Quite an unsettling atmosphere when we were hoping to relax.

Asked for 2 iced coffees they came out in warm mugs with shirty cream on NO ICE it was like drinking dish water. When we got the bill it was (£9.60p when challenged the owner said an iced coffee is extra. She has ripped me off once for small rip off profit. We used to go here quite often with the previous owner. But guess what will never set foot in there again and will put people off too. Stay clear

Monday morning breakfast. A friendly welcome from the owner. Eggs, beans and mushrooms and toast with tea. Nice coffee. Big portion and good value for money.

It's a small cafe in the pedestrian rea with about half a dozen tables inside and two or three outside. The food is typical café fare, pleasantly served and pretty good value. Nothing too fancy, but if you want a good filling lunch you could do worse than here.

Good quality food at the right price. We chose sandwiches and tea and we ate outside. The food was tasty and freshly made; the service was fast and friendly. Our sandwiches came with a small salad to compliment them - both made to order. The tea was in a pot and enough for two cups each.

Lovely little cafe in centre of Kings Lynn. Breakfast cooked to perfection with good quality ingredients. Owner is friendly and very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable. Went there for breakfast 3 days running and will go again if visiting King Lynn in the future.

Well can't speak for others but we have been here many times, allways a welcoming hello. we've been for breakfast, lunch, or just a quick bite. Food allways nice and hot ( not the sandwiches ) breakfast fresh cooked, coffee hot. In the times we have been there we've never seen anyone with a problem. So if you are visiting Lynn pop in, enjoy.

The food was amazing with very reasonable price.. Can enjoy the sun outdoor while sipping the best coffee.. would visit again whenever I'm in KL.

I am amazed that this place isn't more highly reviewed. I had the most excellent plate of scampi and chips, fresh and hot and with an unusually good, fresh and made to order salad. Came with free cup of tea which was also good. Very friendly and considerate service. I am a fussy customer who generally dines in more expensive places than this, so not generally easy to please but I will be back her for sure.

Well we often visit here but today with my mum I took my nephew in for a drink he's only 2.

Really pleasant experience. We both had breakfast which included tea and at a bargain price of £3.90 each. Friendly staff willing to move away from the main menu with extras as required (at a cost) and importantly gave a sincere greeting when arriving. There are seats outside if available and easy to find in the centre of town where there is a crossroads of pedestrianized roads.

Me and my parents each ordered cappucinos that were uniformly lukewarm or cold (as the case with mine). As others have noted regarding the food - everything was substandard and resembled the cheap supermarket value microwave meals. To add insult to injury, the owners outright refused to make us new cappucinos that were actually hot and when we commented that the food tasted very disappointing they simply told us 'to go somewhere else if it was so bad'.

Visit this café at least once a week. The owner is lovely. The Baileys coffee is very nice. Plenty of snacks to choose from and cakes.

This is a small family-run café that has seating outside. I didn't eat, but the place was pleasant enough and the coffee was good. The staff are friendly and attentive.

The worst cafe I've eaten in. I also had the fish and chips and it was disgusting! Tesco value fish! I don't know how they can serve food like this and then ask you how the food was! I would be so embarrassed. The woman is quite rude in there too.

Thought I would treat myself to fish & chips (Big Mistake) The fish was exactly like a Tesco value fish portion, chips were frozen. The only good thing was the salad. drinks glass had water marks on it. Will never eat here again.

After seeing the Menu Card at the Tourist Information Centre, we decided to give it a try. The menu looked appealing. The reality was more greasy spoon than cafe. Although not overly busy service was very slow and certainly not very friendly.
