Costa Coffee in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

People are always keen to complain but have to say we received exceptional service today. Thank you it really makes a difference

Cold aircon blasting out as usual apparantly it takes a while to change . Maybe it's to get rid of customers quicker . Take a blanket with you & dome ear muffs

I usually come to this costa at least once a week but lately seems to have gone down in terms of food and coffee. The last 3 times the coffee has been lukewarm and this morning no breakfast baps, or croissants. The staff are friendly and service is good but don't think I'll be coming again.

On a hot day, nothing better that an iced coffee! My choice on our journey was the Salted Caramel Frappe with coffee. Ice cold, freshly made, and thoroughly enjoyable. We ordered before arrival, and once confirmed we were there, it was delivered to our car by very friendly staff! Great service.

Been here before some time ago and again Saturday 24th Feb 2024 as staying in the area for 2 nights. .Was busy but got a seat ok. Coffees were hot and were ok.

The branch here is really nice. The staff is a very helpful and kind team. The Costa Branch here is very wonderful and nice, I recommend it to everyone.

Really upset and disappointed over £30 on an order and give the wrong order!! No way of contacting rectify this delivery driver stumped and not sure what to do.

Exactly what you'd expect from Costa, but you can look at everyone as they walk by! Can get a little hot in the sun sometimes.

I was waiting for over 10 minutes at the counter. - in the end i just walked out. No acknowledgement from staff..Nobody cares. I spent my money at a locally owned coffee shop down the street instead.

Croissant was not nice at all for the price I expected more

Me and my daughter go to Costa every week we have got to know a lot of the staff they are always helpful and polite

This lovely Costa cafe has a great atmosphere due to its length, you seem so far from the street you just walked in from, best way to describe it is cosy, just the place for a first date. Staff are friendly and chatty and nothing is too much trouble. It's a Saturday morning regular visit for me.

These are always good places to go for coffee. The staff are great and the m and s sandwiches well worth the price.

Above and beyond! Fantastic service here on Sunday. Lloyd and Ryan created a great atmosphere with the initial serving conversation and drink prep. Unfortunately, chaos then ensued after I managed to completely knock over and spill both of the freshly made drinks! They were absolutely wonderful about it and said don't worry, cleaned it all up and made us replacements, all whilst bringing a humour to the situation, which helped me feel less embarrassed and guilty! Would absolutely recommend!

Good place for coffee + tea +snacks

OK. Just a coffee shop really. Useful place to meet a colleague. Breakfast bap tasty but small and expensive for what it was.

It was chilly even worse inside Aircon going down neck.

Located in town centre, in Vancouver Quarter, walking distance from all the shops,banks etc. 2 minutes away from bus station and 5 from train station. It gets busy sometimes, but service usually is quick. Staff polite and helpful. It's a clean place and toilets are available. Coffee is fantastic toasties are delicious! Can order in advance to save time.

Typical Costa, quite large and not very busy. Friendly and efficient staff.

Time to update, i have been a customer for many years now, the main reason being the coffee is the best available. So sad that since Cosya was taken over the coffee just isn't the same. 😔 It seems to have become a weak coffeeless milky drink. No point in going if my coffee doesn't taste of, well, coffee.

This is the first time in a long time that I've felt moved to review a Costa Coffee shop, as I feel the Costa chain has deteriorated since the pandemic. However, Costa Kings Lynn stood out as being exceptional (to be clear, I'm talking about the Costa opposite Clarks shoe store). The store was busy when we called and we had to queue, but the staff were super efficient. They each knew their own job and worked as a team so that no-one had to wait too long for service. The tables were cleared and wiped, and the toilets were clean. Well done Costa Kings Lynn!

Stupidly rude staff that ignore you, and get extremely rude when you ask to be served. After waiting 15 minutes I ended up just walking out with nothing due to a male staff member attempting to argue with me, tutting and rolling his eyes when I’ve asked to be served. For £8.50 an hour you’d expect better.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee. Medium cup is a large cup with 3 shots, however you can ask for fewer shots. Bit noisy with the frappe ice being blended nearby.

Lovely big cappuccino and delicious carrot cake. Quick service and use of free wifi. Good seat by the window.

It’s a Costa. What is there to say that differentiates one branch from another? Other than the number of crumbs on the table surface or the number of homeless seen through the smudgy windows. Symbolic of 2022 Britain.

Great for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea/coffee lots of cool drinks, biscuits, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, panini, salads etc large spacious seating inside and outside seating. Love this place

Loved it, great hot chocolate. Had a cute spin the wheel with proceeds going to charity. Of course, I had to have a go. Yaay free muffin lol boo allergies lol but they were so kind and let me pass on my win. Lovely staff, always a bright friendly bunch even when they are swamped and even to the rude ones you just wish you could punch lol

I will definitely visit the Cafe again because it caters for me and I'm a little bit of a picky eater and I don't like certain foods,drinks like chicken and chillies,purees,vegetable juices or coffee.Excellent service.

The staff are nice but most of them don't seem well trained, frequently forgetting items that have been ordered or giving the wrong item. The main issue with this Costa seem to be it's supplier, nearly every time I go in they don't have a lactose free milk in stock which then means I can't have a hot drink. If there is a queue you don't find this out until it's your turn to order. Can I suggest a sign closer to the front letting people know what milk is in stock that day?

Such a lovely place it is. Little gem at the corner. Beautiful atmosphere, nice vibes. Quick service. Neat n clean. Love to sit there n enjoy my coffee but it was train time so grab my coffee n move on.

I would describe it as cozy! No complaints staff are great , the one thing that irritates me is a lot of the time the coffee is not that hot, but that goes for all the big names in coffee.

Normally love going to Costa and go to the one at hardwick. However went to this one on the high street in town. Drinks were awful, hot chocolate tasted watered down and the coffee was very bitter and the cup was half filled up. The toasty was like cardboard was very stiff and hard. Very unsatisfied and won’t be returning.

We popped into this central coffee shop sited in the pedestrianized High St in Kings Lynn for our usual caffeine fix. The staff are good and the coffee served is up to the normal standard expected from this chain. However, the coffee on the first occasion was not as hot as we liked but a very pleasant member of staff replaced it immediately. The cafeteria was clean and tidy and so we can recommend this coffee shop.

Nice range of drinks available. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Quite pricey though! Would’ve rather of spent my money at a more independent business however at the time Costa just seemed more convenient.

Very helpful lad cleared a table for me as I had my baby granddaughter with me.

Awful service! Staff thinks it’s acceptable to shout at the customers from the counter to not take the table as someone wanted this table. Not sure if that was a friend of the staff. Than instead of cleaning the other empty tables they just stand and having a chat. Please avoid this place, there is plenty coffee shops in town with excellent customer service!
