Starbucks in Plymouth

Suddenly closed with no notice to staff or customers alike.

Permanently closed with a permanent looking wall where the counter used to be. Seating still available.

Was seen by the staff but totally blanked because her conversation was more important then her sale. Stood there for ages before I left. So rude

A smile goes a long way, ladies. Nice view out the window, which is the only place I could bear to look, really.

Took forever to make my overpriced drink. Staff were pleasant enough but the service is slow.

Staff have always been nice in the past not now rude and short with you they could also do with confirming their closing hours as twice Iv gone for coffee and been told rudely that they are closed! You can’t use your app either so not one I’m returning to unfortunately.

Normal Starbucks In terms of food and atmosphere. But the staff have got to be some of the rudest passive aggressive I have encountered.

Me and my wife waited here until our film started. Prices were on the high side, and the service was unenthusiastic. The server also needed to look more presentable. Served by Alex.

I've been here multiple times now and the staff have always been really helpful and efficient. The site has a lovely great big glass window or towards the Sound too, making it really light and an interesting place to sit. I haven't done so myself, but there are several laptop friendly tables if people wanted to sit in there to work.

Did not eat here so could not give a rating for that. Was the same service you expect from Starbucks but was much more expensive then a normal branch

Do not buy coffee before Avatar 2. Your bladder won’t make it.

I'd be hard pressed to find any discernible reason to vote this less than a three. The coffee's good, the hot chocolate is better. The view is nice with a somewhat obscured view of the waterfront in the distance. Pretty much perfect to have a chill out before or after a film. Everyone here seems to have a Macbook. Not a bad thing, not a good thing. Just a thing I noticed I guess, my record was 6 Macs in a half hour sitting. See. Entertainment too.

The food and drink was really nice but I was served by someone called Alex ( if I’m right ) but she was really nice to talk to and I had a nice conversation with her the staff here seem lovely :)

Quiet, clean, spacious, good view, Starbucks quality (for good or for bad, is consistent). Very nice place, drinkable coffee.

Always like going to a starbucks to relax and i love the White Mocha Frappé. The barestas (the service) was great and the 2 who served me were sweet and kind. And i loved the pretty green flowery eye make up. Thank again for the service.

Such a lovely people works there, especially barista Eva was very sweet and polite, recommended me pineapple tea which was amazing during my time at cinema, great customer servise and nice atmosphere.

Friendly, clean and amazing study spot. The view is incredible!! 10/10

En el corazón del complejo Cineworld, una parte importante de la cultura multiplex. Opciones estándar de Starbucks pero sin carácter ni encanto. No tiene que comprar una bebida para entrar y disfrutar del nuevo ángulo de las vistas de Barbican, pero después de eso, no hay muchas razones para quedarse.

Como estudiante, encuentro que este es el mejor lugar en Plymouth para trabajar sin interrupciones, el personal también es increíblemente amable, siempre hacen que mi visita sea un placer. también es un gran lugar para ponerse al día con amigos a veces :)

super lovely team, really knowledgeable and friendly staff. The café is a great place to sit with amazing views and it's always a pleasure to visit. it's a great place for students to work as it's such a welcoming environment and easy to get to, would 100% recommend :-)

One of my favourite places to grab a coffee even if I’m not going to watch a film. The views over the Barbican and Plymouth sound are incredible and the staff are all so lovely and great to talk to. Great choice of coffees and food and the barista coffee knowledge is top notch! I love to sit in the cafe and do uni work as there’s so much space, comfy seats and lots of sockets to charge phones and laptops, an ideal work space!

Great service and great team. A must visit cafe in Plymouth!
