The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Japanese food

Pedir comida para llevar - Esto vino roto, contenedor roto. Ahora tengo todo lo demás cubierto en ese líquido. Este es un alimento muy delicado y ahora el pescado también se puso caliente, lo que me hace preguntarme si tendría una buena intoxicación. Había llamado al restaurante que culpaba al conductor y no asumió ninguna responsabilidad.

I'd been out if the country for four years so I really fancied fish and chips. I had errands in this area so decided to give this place a go. I should have looked at the reviews. The one thing that saved this restaurant from one star was that they cooked my fish from scratch. The girl on the counter was also pleasant. But the first premonition of foreboding was when I wasn't allowed to out my own salt and vinegar on the meal. They did it for me. I found vinegar in the tables but no salt. Ok, the chips. Unlike the fish, they were not freshly cooked. They were lukewarm, floppy and tasteless. They really weren't pleasant. The fish? Just odd. I didn't detect the large flakes that I was expecting and unfortunately, the batter was not at all crisp. In fact, the underside of the fish was soggy. I surmise it hadn't been properly drained. I had a wally and a pickled onion with the meal. These were fine. I ate the lot as I didn't want to waste £14 and I wanted to know that I had had the meal. No way I'll be going back though.

There were about 10 dishes of sushi and desserts going round for 40 minutes! We ordered some hot food and were told after sitting down that there would be no fresh sushi til 3pm. We didn’t get any sushi as nothing new came the entire visit. The hot food was luke warm and very small portions for the price. Overall, I was very disappointed and won’t be back.

Servicio de internet ridículo. Q 4 2024 y no pueden tomar una orden. No los usaremos de nuevo. No estoy seguro de en qué planeta o país están trabajando, pero definitivamente no es el suroeste de Inglaterra

A nice place run and managed by very bad management. Matt the head manager should be ashamed of himself asked for 2 simple requests and we received nothing but horrible abuse. This place will be shut by the new yr. I believe it’s the same owners that own the Cheshire cheese in Wallasey. Another place we will be keeping out of too. Would not in a million years would I advise another waste a pound in the place. 0/5

Booked large group table a month in advance, to ensure we would get in as its always been busy in the past. They took my contact details. Arrived on the day to find it shut up in darkness and handwritten sign on door saying closed due to refurb until further notice. Why bother to take contact details and then not use them to advise change in circumstances. Wagamama to the rescue! Having read the reviews since, I have to say it seems we had a near miss as the quality and service isn't what it used to be under previous management.

I ordered through Deliveroo. 21 minutes from order to receiving. The food was barely warm sadly. So I had to warm in the microwave twice. Sad

Wasabi Sushi & Bento es una desgracia. Acabo de tener la peor experiencia gastronómica de mi vida en Wasabi dentro de la estación Waterloo. Pedí pollo surcoreano y no podía creer lo que estaba comiendo. Apenas había pollo, era 90% Gristle, imposible de masticar y cubierto de una salsa espesa dulce y enfermiza. Estaba mejor comiendo la caja de cartón. Por favor evite esta cadena. No tiene orgullo ni conciencia si puede servir alimentos no aptos para el consumo humano.

Gran curry katsu y muy buena porción también. Tenía el curry de katsu de calabaza que tenía mucha calabaza. Un poco más de salsa habría estado bien, ya que había mucho arroz, pero todavía me gustó!

This was a major let down, the robots didn't even serve us. Food very poor, long wait and tasted like a crap take away. I cook far superior as I'm into Asian cooking...won't be back. 100 quid wasted....

Chicken curry was really poor quality. The kid serving it was spooning out bits of chicken and putting it in the bin. It was tasteless and poor quality. I left it after a couple of mouthfuls as not only was it tasteless, some of the chicken was pink. If I had carried on I probably would have found a beak. Awful.

Purchased a takeaway via Deliveroo to celebrate a birthday. Found a huge, sharp shard of bone in my partner's meal, along with loads of tiny pieces making it inedible. Contacted Kokoro but they never bothered emailing or calling back. Poor kitchen practices and terrible customer service.

I keep hoping things change but no……. Completely overpriced. They serve the ramen in a cardboard pot that’s too high to use chopsticks properly. The char sui is sub par. The amount you get is so much less than if you got a proper ramen bowl yet they want to charge you £13! It’s a rip off. AVOID.

Fui a Benihana en marzo para mi cumpleaños (calle Paul's)El ambiente era bueno, muy divertido. Definitivamente visitaría de nuevo!Pedimos el plato combinado de sushi, dos comidas principales y una botella de vino. Toda la comida era increíble, muy sabrosa. La cuenta llegó a 150.Sin embargo, nos dijeron que la única vez que podíamos reservar era a las 7 pm, ya que estaban completamente llenos toda la noche. Al llegar allí, éramos una de las 3 mesas allí. Había muchas mesas vacías durante la cena. Lo cual fue desafortunado ya que hubiéramos preferido tener una mesa reservada más tarde.¿No está seguro si hay algunas restricciones detrás de cuántas mesas pueden cocinar al mismo tiempo?Sin embargo, nos lo pasamos de maravilla y volvería a visitar!
