The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Japanese food

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. Have noticed quite clearly that the overall volume is reducing and the ratio of rice to meat is increasing. The vegetable noodles were noodles with around 4 green beans and a few strips of onion. Plus why do they have the temerity to put an add tip option when you pay in a takeaway. Wil no longer use this takeaway as value for money is now poor.

Found this amazing corner restaurant , very nice atmosphere inside has a quirkiness about it apparently Robbie Williams use to live above the restaurant. We managed to get a table down stairs which is a completely different vibe than upstairs with much more cosiness perfect for dinner, had the most amazing lamb was speechless to say the least, the sushi was out of this world. Have to say it’s probably some of the best sushi I have tried in London and with fresh wasabi just lifted the experience. Service was very good approachable and friendly will be definitely be back.

We waited for well over an hour for our delivery- it arrived and I can honestly say we binned 60% of it! My friends katsu curry was like slop, the rice was dry and the chicken wasn’t fried as usual but mixed with a weird watery paste like sauce and then my ramen had a weird smell to it, zero flavour at all (I even added soya sauce and salt from my kitchen) and arrived in a weird make your own packaging. Honestly was the worst take away I’ve ever had & we were so disappointed- if I wasn’t so upset & tired I would’ve demanded a refund!

This lovely food spot I found just walking on my way home and it didn’t disappoint I loved the scenery and to top it off the sushi is the BEST. They even serve hot dishes, very clean atmosphere and lovely customer service from Micheal will definitely be coming again!!

Lío por todas partes. No hay mesas despejadas. Las bebidas tardaron una edad en salir. La comida nunca llegó porque se fue después de esperar más de una hora, momento en el que nos dijeron que tenían un problema con la olla de arroz. No estoy seguro de por qué no pudieron habernos dicho eso cuando pedimos. Después de haber mirado otras críticas, esto parece ser una excusa constante. Si su menú se basa en gran medida en arroz, ¿por qué su olla de arroz siempre está rota? Personal grosero. No volvería.

I was actually pleasantly surprised or maybe lucky given the negative reviews below! Snowing, lockdown 3 COVID-19 pandemic. I was working in the area and popped in for a late lunch. Clean. Take away only. They had quite a good selection of hot food and sushi given that it was late in the day and with the lockdown (less people around). Most places have reduced their menu. When I say late in the day, I mean 15:00. They did close at 16:00. I went for the chumaki sushi set and a bottle of water. The sushi was nice. I have been to Japan and yes the sushi is nowhere near as good as there but for a UK chain, their food is not at all bad. Better than Itsu. Nice lunch. The gentleman serving was pleasant and friendly. Not cheap but sushi never is! Would recommend.

Mi primera experiencia de abokado. Una buena selección de fideos calientes, sopas y ensaladas frías y sushi. El personal era rápido para fotografiar a mi atención lejos y no era demasiado agradable. Yo no sabía que el pequeño condimento ollas en el mostrador son gratis. Es una pena que no te molestes con un cartel! Yo podría haber hecho con chile porque los fideos que tenía era muy dulce y decepcionante. Quizás el sushi es mejor, pero el pollo teriyaki noddles no era la mejor.

Ambiente péssimo, desconfortável, a atendente gritava quando quis cancelar um pedido que eu não fiz, eu pedi salmão e me trouxeram atum e a atendente não quis cancelar o pedido e ficou gritando que nem uma louca e todas as pessoas do local olhando, fiquei morrendo de vergonha e paguei por algo que eu não consumir só pra sair daquele lugar horrível.

I and my son stayed in Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks. I always go to the 360 Restaurant to have breakfast and dinner. The staff are all very kind and polite, especially Paulo, he is professional to serve all customers. There are a variety of food and drink options. The taste are good and the temperature of the dishes is hot enough. Also the environment is comfortable. I think it is suitable for tourists to have meals there. I would like to come back 360 Restaurant with my family again.

Pedí comida para la entrega. El sitio web indica que obtiene un 20% de descuento en los pedidos, pero esto nunca se aplicó. Llamé al restaurante para preguntar cómo hacer que funcionara y me colgaron. La comida llegó totalmente desordenada y aplastada. La cantidad de arroz en los rollos era demasiado, la calidad del pescado era mala, no parecía grado de sushi, todos los rollos picantes se asfixiaron con mayo picante, el tempura no era tempura, era katsu de gambas, y todo fue simplemente el peor sushi que he probado. Después de que mi colega pidiera amablemente tiempo de espera + tratara de explicarnos que teníamos prisa, nos habló con completo desdén diciendo «tardaré el tiempo que sea necesario, tengo muchas otras órdenes que hacer». Intentamos preguntar de nuevo por un mal momento en minutos y ella nos miró arriba y abajo diciendo «¿cómo se supone que lo sepa?». No cabe todo en una reseña, pero estábamos avergonzados frente a toda la tienda y molestos por su comportamiento desdeñoso. Llevaremos nuestra costumbre a laytea donde REALMENTE se preocupan por sus clientes, ¡les aconsejaría a todos que hagan lo mismo!

Pedí los fideos tailandeses. El sabor era un poco débil y los fideos estaban demasiado cocidos. Habiendo vivido en la costa oeste de los EE. UU. Durante más de 50 años, los fideos asiáticos son un alimento básico. Esto fue solo promedio.

Overpriced mediocre sushi. Slow service. Good for lunch, but wouldn't consider a destination place. Some weird choice to have a desert area too which doesn't seem in keeping with the rest of the food offered.
