Ambiente péssimo, desconfortável, a atendente gritava quando quis cancelar um pedido que eu não fiz, eu pedi salmão e me trouxeram atum e a atendente não quis cancelar o pedido e ficou gritando que nem uma louca e todas as pessoas do local olhando, fiquei morrendo de vergonha e paguei por algo que eu não consumir só pra sair daquele lugar horrível.

Looks nice from outside. Someone turned up to show us to a table. Table only had one chair and was right next to backside of person at till although restaurant was mainly empty. Coffee expensive.

R u serious? This is really embarrassing. A miserable poor looking sushi stand in a grocery store. Unbelievable. We walked all the way to that place because of TripAdvisor recommendation and found nothing!

My daughter and I were drawn into Royal Sushi by the cakes and pastries displayed in the window. We decided to be sensible and have lunch first. She ordered the premium salmon sushi, and I ordered salami pizza and fries. Thinking that one restaurant wouldn't be able to make such different meals to a high standard, I was expecting that either the sushi would be great, or the pizza. But not both. I was wrong. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was great. The chai latte I ordered was the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning (we were too full to try the cakes that first caught our attention so we have to).

Best Temaki I’ve ever tried! Delicious sushi and very friendly chef. The royal quarter food hall also has so many organic products what you can not find in shops around. Will definitely be back !

My friend and I visited the Selfridges outlet today and were attended by Shija (we got her name from one of the other staff members), who unfortunately provided us with a disappointing experience. We ordered a chicken yakitori from the hot menu and selected a few colored plates from the belt. After waiting for 30 minutes and nearly forgetting about our order, the dish still hadn’t arrived. When we approached Shija to address the situation, her response made things even worse. She informed us that the yakitori was sold out but failed to update us earlier. While we understand that these things happen, we expected a more thoughtful and sincere acknowledgment of the issue. Instead, she simply stated that the dish was sold out and walked away without offering any further assistance or apology. As regular customers of Yo! Sushi, we were shocked by this lack of professionalism. We felt compelled to share this feedback, hoping that future interactions with staff members will be more positive.
