Came here for a quick lunch, the gyoza dumplings were very good but the seafood udon was in a bowl half the size of what you normally find in other restaurants. Food was okay but it was an expensive meal for what you got.

店员太粗鲁了。因为将近关门，从进店开始就没有为我们提供任何服务。并且不理不睬，我和我的朋友因为太过气愤直接离开。十分喜欢yo!sushi这家餐厅，但是今天的遭遇令我们十分失望

Great meal at this YO! It is set up the same way - the dishes go around the conveyor belt and you choose the ones you want. The only problem is that you choose so many dishes!!!

確か数年前来たときは、駅構内のガラスでできた壁のむこうにお寿司屋さんがあったはずですが今回はなくなりカフェになっていました。その横の壁に同じお寿司屋さんか定かではありませんが改装工事とオープン予定などが確か書かれていました。

It is a quick stop for a bite of lunch. It is what it is a very busy. Refreshing change from usual and happy to visit next time ones at the station. Paddington Bear on the station is nice too

My husband arrived for a business trip today, looking forward to his traditional "grab and go" sushi as part of his personal arrival rejuvenation ritual, only to find a "Build - A - Paddington - Bear" shop in it's place.

I have stopped here twice on my way through London. Service is hit or miss from the waitstaff. Food has always been great. Some of the best salmon I have tried. Will return when I go through again!

We were waiting for our Heathrow Express train from Paddington and decided that instead of a sandwich, we'd treat ourselves to some sushi. I've visited a number of the Yo Sushi restaurants and am never disappointed. With a choice of food from the conveyor belt to the option of having the chefs create fresh dishes from the menu, this place is a winner. Not cheap but a great alternative to a sandwich to start your holiday travel.

Having stopped going to Finchley Yo Sushi as the whole experience had gone down hilI I was traveling through Paddington and gave the sushi chain another visit, it couldn't be worse than my last visit I thought and I was hungry....WRONG !It was a rotten experience , terrible service , couldn't care less attitude, food average apart from one dish which was impossible to eat it was so tough and chewy the beef tataki and although I pointed this out on paying it was not removed from the bill.The new cartoon menu "welcome to Tokio" is rubbish impossible to read and understand what the dishes look like made for kids presumably, and far to comprehensive, no wonder they can't deliver it.Yo Sushi is expensive , poorly run, and has lost the plot completely , I have been a customer since it started and will not be wasting any more or my hard earned cash at their premises...no never again !!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE ARE OTHERS MORE WORTHY OF YOUR PATRONAGE.TIME TO SAY NO TO YO !

Easy eats - great choice, fair prices even for London Central You know what to expect and if you are a first time user they explain the system well. I like that the amount is JUST ENOUGH to bloat you out or break the bank for an ON THE TROT lunch.

You would never choose to go to yo sushi unless you had 10 minutes to get a train and it was the only option.Poor choice on the belt and disinterested service. Ever priced upwards and now 3 dishes and a soup are taking you to more than £15, which for the mediocre quality and freshness is too much.Very much a franchise business these days and not worth the price.

I really love sushi, and by choice I'd go for the premium stuff freshly prepared. However, if I'm looking for a nice lunch or just having a relaxed dinner with friends then Yo is an okay choice. The food is good enough, though over priced, and this branch specifically don't make food as well as the others. This is a wheelchair accessible venue but they have no accessible seating at all. On my last visit, a woman suggested I used a bar stool to eat off - saying that other disabled people had done it! Sorry, but that's absolutely not okay by me.The staff are usually disinterested and rude, I've never had a good experience here. I wouldn't go back.

I think the trick here is to eat a plate, then see how hungry you still are - the little plates are more filling than you might expect, and you could push your bill up fast if you do not start with a larger plate and work your way down.

Killing time before boarding the train to the airport and having freshly made sushi and sashimi while sitting on those high stools is just a long lasting memory. Sushi is just great. Hit the spot. I am done. I have placed my bags in the train and with 10 min to go I came out to smoke. Perfectly normal but turned out to be a bad idea. and the train doors closed 110 seconds before the time showing on the big clock on the platform. Imagine this happens just after a meal with an amazing cup of Japanese tea.

I know Yo-sushi from Oslo airport, where it's not great, but quite ok.This shop here it's absolutely terrible, and the price....wow! The rice is not even good and the sushi I had where chewy (I got the tempura ones) meaning there had been there for a while... and the seaweed on othe I took was coming off so the maki was not holding itself together...what a shame!The waiters were nice though :)

I stopped by for a bit of lunch the other day, partly because I was curious as I had never eaten at Yo! Sushi before. I must say I found the food rather bland. There are much better sushi places out there; even getting pre-packaged sushi from a cafe or supermarket is (in my opinion) better than eating there.I would also add that it would be good if dishes were clearly marked as containing raw fish. Unless I missed something, I didn't see any such information displayed.

Went there for convenience. I ordered a sumo size bowl of spicy seafood udon that I thought the bowl was oversized with small quantity of noodles which I did not enjoy eating at all. Taste was rather blend.Kaiso salad was lovely as usual, and chicken katsu curry with rice was up to normal standard. One the whole I do not think it is good value for my money as the portions are too small for me.

Food was interesting and fun getting to sample different dishes however very overpriced that its in rip off territory, the tuna with caviar was amazing though!

I love Yo, actually this was my second visit to one this week, but what a difference. When I arrived there were empty seats but dirty countertops and nobody cleaning up. I ordered from the menu and the food wasn't very warm when I arrived and the few staff were chatting rather than helping. The only concelation was the lady on the till who was friendly and chatty.I want to go back but please Yo read the Trip Advisor feedback and make some changes!

Stayed there for 45 minutes and was asked 5 times if I was ok. Staff not wearing gloves when handling food. Flies were around and food was not covered unfortunately. On the positive side, staff's attitude was good and they were helpful. IThere were small flies around which can not be healed, but it would be good if plates were covered. Generally this Yo Sushi always delivers, the staffing can be a bit thin sometimes when they are busy but always a good selection of food and have always cook or prepared if its not on the food belt.

Staff obviously really up against it on a busy Friday evening. But watching them work in the middle, I noticed that the staff member nearest me was not wearing gloves, unlike all the others, and was continually wiping her hands on her dirty apron and even her face! Never washed her hands, with all the dangers of cross-contamination etc. Then oven broke down, so nothing oven cooked available. Nothing looked very clean and all a bit chaotic. I will not be coming back.

The food is fine and the service ditto but the atmosphere is rubbish - feels like your are eating in a busy noisy train station unsurprisingly

I was on the business trip and took train from Paddington. Had lunch over Yo Sushi. I ordered a noodle soup and when I tasted it was watery as well as cold. So I told the Asian guy who prepared dish about the cold soup, he took over in his hand said it was not cold. I asked him to try but he refused and argued the noodle was cooked 3 minutes ago. This is not the way how to serve customer. This was the 2nd consecutive time I visited yo Sushi and 2nd time I had issue. Last year my friend and I visited Yo Sushi the salmon was not fresh and serving as a raw fish sushi wonder if anyone got sick. Never again visit Yo Sushi and strongly recommend their management to control the equality and service instead of expanding business and making profits.

Convenient location on concourse at Paddington. Time for a quick bite whilst waiting for train back home.Usual Yo Sushi layout and slick organisation.Whilst Yo Sushi used to get by on the novelty, these days competition has hotted up and there are lots of better cheaper sushi restaurants. Here the dishes were lacking freshness and the whole experience was very average. I won't be using this Yo Sushi again!

Yo Sushi was good for me and my friend as it was Vegan friendly and conveniently located inside Paddington Station. We enjoyed the food which we picked when we sat at the main table, and got what we ordered too. The prices were reasonable for London too.

This is great for a quick snack, substantial meal or take away (done everything at one point or another). Love the sashimi with lemon juice but then again love everything, different priced dishes even ones for the less adventurous.

awful,slapdash service, wrong food,waited an hour for miso with ramen noodles but no noodles and another twenty minutes for spicy squid which never appeared. The ladies preparing work hard and with something of a smile but they aren't responsible for the lousy attention and questionable cooking. No sayonara for me.

Went here with my partner for a quick lunch before heading on a long weekend in the countryside. Was diabolical.Bad points:- Really poor service (forgot our glasses after asking for water several times)- Placemats and counter was really dirty and got someone's previous dinner on my jeans- The food was way too warm and me and my partner left as we were concerned about getting dodgy stomachs- the water was stale and warm- we both had upset stomachs later that night- staff were totally disinterested Good points:- noneOverall have been to Yo-Sushi many times over the last few years across the UK and enjoyed the experience. Only a second time at a Yo! Sushi and would probably not return. The service was slow and the food not that good. Also not great value for money. With such a great location and footfall you would have expected a far better experience.

両親を連れて、ロンドンに旅行した時に2回使いました。パディントン駅のそばに泊まっていたのですが、80歳近い父親がやはりお米が食べたいとのことで、こちらへ。パディントン駅には、M&SやSainsbury'sもあって、そこでもお寿司を買ってみたのですが、Yo！Sushi のマグロとサーモンのお寿司のほうが美味しかったとのことでした。駅構内の小さい店舗は回転寿司の携帯ですが、テイクアウェイもあるので、疲れた時は持ち帰って食べられるのが楽でした。日によって、お米の炊きあがりに多少のばらつきはあるようです。

We often vsit Yo in our home town - a fantastic experience. We had first found Yo at this location in Paddington.Great sushi, but by wife has problems with normal eating sticks and uses the "easy ones". This location didnt have any and when asked if they were getting more, they said they didnt know when. Great chain, going down........

It is in Paddington station, so very convenient if you are there. The sushi was kind of blah. not bad, but not much flavor. The price is (London) reasonable.

If you go late in the day (after 20:00 it seems) expect: little choice, many things stale, and food not fresh. And expect no, or terrible service. (having to ask 3 times for my drink, 2 times for soya sauce, and then again for a small dish to pour the sauce in! When the waiter came to bring me my beer, I asked if I could please have a glass too, and he looked at me as if I had insulted him.... Never again. Some Yo Sushi places have fresh food and friendly service. This one at Paddington could win a medal for poor quality.

Am a great fan of Yo Sushi and have visited over 10 different ones across the country. This one is at the lower end on quality - yes it's harder to prepare food in a railway station but they should be able to cope.Wasn't sure how to get a seat so just sat down and eventually a lady came to ask me if I wanted a drink or order anything. The choice on the belt was poor but that was OK as I prefer to order fresh. My favourite is the spicy seafood udon so ordered one if these. The longest noodle was 3 cm and very few of them so not at all like what I had experienced in other branches.No pickled ginger available which once again was different to what I expected..Wouldn't return to this particular branch.

Fried Chicken God's was off the menu. Head office had decreed. But the manager had it made specially for me. It was Fab. All the normal sushi is super as well. St only recommend before a train journey.

Visited a few times, don't often review each time but when you see something really good or bad its worth a 2nd more up to date review I believe.Positives on my visit this time - food was really good, no complaints whatsoever there, everything seemed fresh and tasty and particulary enjoyed the Beef Teriyaki (although, £6 a dish guys!?!?) and the kitchen staff seem hygienic (you can't help but look!) and helpful if you ask anything.Negative points - the service staff aren't pulling their weight at times - I hate to moan but the seating area was half full, all settled and happy but the 2 people running service were in the kitchen doing 'something' whilst a 10-body line of walk-ups and sit-down customers wanted to pay - eventually one manned a till, but the other when asked said he couldnt handle payments on the 2nd till....what are you there for then?

I am a big fan of Yo Sushi, I visit a Yo Sushi branch once a fortnight.I visited the Paddington branch after flying back into London Heathrow.I have been completely put off. The staff leave the out of date plates uncovered on the side of the belt, infact in the seat half a metre opposite me. After leaving the food uncovered for a short while, the staff decided to group together to chat whilst eating the food. One prep staff was too busy picking out the dirt from beneath her nails to eat.The food was very poor. The salmon sashimi was warm! Uncovered food was exposed to the dirt and flapping pigeons flying around the station. I have not had a good experience and I have a very bad stomach problem since visiting.

I dropped by here while waiting for my train home to Bristol. I've always thought I'll stop by at some point, and while busy there were spaces. I love sushi, but was a little baffled as to what to eat, as I no longer eat meat - the dizzying array of food going around the conveyor belt, whilst at the same time I'm trying to read the menu... A waitress came to advise, and I have to say that she was pleasant, and efficient. I had Prawn Katsu Curry (delicious, but only came with two prawns in moist batter - could have eaten more), Kaiso Salad (gone in three bites, but again really tasty), and Japanese Green Tea (couldn't get enough - free refills which I didn't have to ask for). Total came to just over £8, which is a lot if you think about meal deals in Boots etc., but much healthier, and tastier, and enjoyable. Next time, I think I'll add soup as a starter to the meal. I enjoyed my experience, the food was very good, and while a tad overpriced for the portions I'll be stopping off again soon during my frequent London trips.

Me and my fiance went to paddington station to get a lift home. we decided to have a yo sushi. The service was slow the waitresses seems disinterested. it seems that this yo sushi has been left in time. it has a reduced menu. The whole experience left me wanting something better. I normally love going you sushi but this one was the worst experience I have had. I hope this isn't the way the brand going. To travellers using paddington station there are better places to eat.

Quite busy place, being at Paddington station.Food is fresh and tasty and the belt is always full of choices.Prepare to queue to pay your bill or get any assistance though, as there seems not to be enough staff for that volume of customers.

Watching the team slop away the out of date food into a bowl off the conveyor belt whilst trying to find something appetising off the belt was so off putting. I ordered to fresh dishes (on the safe side) and they were served undercooked. If you are open until 8pm, diners at 7pm should be warned, do not go there ...... It's lets the whole brand down

It is an odd concept but it works. You can select dishes from the moving conveyour belt in front of you as you sit at this (mostly) sushi bar or order warm meals fresh prepared. they also do an impressive to go bag that you can take with you on the train. My personal fave is the warm Teryaki chicken. The combination of sweet and savoury in their glaze is great. I usually chase that with raw salmon on rice. The Wasabi is hot, you can do it yourself and you do need to keep an eye on the colours of each dish and keep a running tab in your head, otherwise you will be VER surprised. It is always very fast and very busy!

I have been eating in this sushi bar since it started and whilst the food is a fairly bland take on japanese it has generally been fine and the staff nice. It is a convenient place to have a quick healthy meal while killing time waiting for a train. I tend to eat the same thing, Miso soup, soy beans, Californian hand roll and salmon sashimi with whatever sushi looks best. I had not eaten there for some months however and didnt recognise any of the staff today. The first miso soup was tepid and I sent it back. The second one was just as bad and so I gave up, the attitude was take it or leave it. I said there was probably a health hazard, the machine was faulty and they needed to stop selling it and was met with a shrug. I then reached for the little soy sauce bowls to find there was only one in the hopper. I dont like to use the top one as you never know what has blown onto it so I went to the next hopper and picked out the second one it had food waste stuck to it, as did the next and the next. This disgusted me so I called for the cheque. They tried to charge me for the Miso which i refused and I told them all the bowls were dirty and needed replacing. I went to pay and the checkout person asked me if everything was OK and I told her that it was not and that I believed there was a health hazard that needed addressing. At which point a woman got up from chatting with two of her colleagues on the counter and said I needed to talk to her as she was the general manager. I told her what I thought and she told me to keep my voice down and that she did not appreciate being spoken to loudly. I told her i had not asked to speak to her and didnt want to at which point she told me that there was nothing wrong with the soup it was 72%. I didnt want to get into a row but she was quite aggressive so i pointed out that I knew how hot a bowl of soup should be, that I had been drinking that particular soup for years and that there was clearly a fault on the machine and it needed to be shut down. Her attitude was immediately aggressive and defensive and I got a strong sense that this was not he first time she had encountered these problems.Quite honestly I will probably not ever eat there again and if you are going to check the hygiene carefully. They are dealing with all kinds of food that can make you really ill if not handled properly and if they cant wash up properly or keep things hot, or do something about it when problems are pointed out then there is every possibility they are cutting corners elsewhere, its all about having a hygiene culture and that didnt seem obvious today. And putting people like that person in charge is certainly not going to help.

The name is catchy but this type of sushi is not for me.I was travelling via Paddington on Heathrow Express and decided to get a quick, quick bite it was and nothing else.I eat Sushi all the time and in my opinion this does not meet the Standard at all.

I do agree and disagree with others. Whilst it may be a tad expensive, you do know what you are buying, and as others have said 'you eat at your own pace'. The one gripe I do have, is when it looked like I was near finishing, one person asked me three times if I'd like to pay, it was a firm no at this stage. I like the chain as the food is consistent and always fresh. The Paddington location is much the same but it's placement in the station could be improved as the environment is not the best.

First time at this Yo outlet and not dissapointed.Same format as others but the thing I still enjoy about Yo Sushi is you set the pace, eat at your own speed when YOU are ready to eat.I know the menu well and went for my favourites. Fish fish fish and more fish. Had a decent portion of teriyaki chicken which was 50% larger than the portion in the Aberdeen restaurant.Hmmmm..... will have to enquire about this when next in the Aberdeen restaurant.The other great thing about Yo is you leave when you are ready to leave.Wonderful place for pleasure or business - highly recommended

Luckily, my 12 year old grandson on a special day out was overawed by the "expereince".For me, it was one experience too many of an interesting concept utterly ruined by lacklustre food and staff coupled with dubious hygiene. There seemed to be a complete lack of management or supervision, hot food was not hot and some cold food looked tired. Staff were often too busy having their own conversations to be concerned about customers and on a Friday evening at 6:30 there was plenty of space at the counter. With train time approaching I even had to work hard to get my bill and then was told to go to the till to pay. YO! may think you have a "captive audience" at Paddington, but if this is what your train customers have to pay full priice for during your "January Sale" (Paddington being one of the 13 YO! sites excluded) the word will get round and do your brand no good at all.

The service was terrible. It was difficult to order hot food or drinks, then difficult to pay the bill. I just wanted to walk off without paying. Lots of staff making food, but only one terrible waitress taking orders etc. The food I had was nice, but quite poor value. I would NOT recommend this place based on my experience. Very poor.

It was not the greatest sushi, but it wasn't awful and it wasn't another burger and fries meal. It was inexpensive, quick and interesting. I wish there was on like it near where I live, but the last time I saw sushi rolling by on a conveyor belt was during an earlier visit to London. PS - If you like salmon skin hand rolls, they are made to order and are delivered to you personally bypassing the conveyor belt. I like salmon skin hand rolls and I found the ones at Yo! Sushi above average.

Good place to hang out while waiting for your train. Very convenient area to have a quick bite. The downside was, too noisy and a bit pricy.

パディントン駅構内にある回転寿司屋さん。回っている寿司は、乾いていて食欲を無くす。それよりも、海鮮ラーメンなるものがあり、注文すると…ラーメンの上にさつま揚げ、確かに海鮮だが…味は麺が玉のまま、ほぐしもしなければ、スープとさつま揚げと麺がお互いが主張した変わりもの。あまりの酷さにビックリしました。これをラーメンと呼ぶのはいかがなものだろうか？

Half the menu missing, useless staff and sushi didn't taste fresh. Would not recommend to anyone! Avoid at all costs!!!

If you are in a hurry and want sushi then Yo Sushi at Paddington Station just about fits the bill. The sushi I had was just OK, but I had some salmon sashimi which was pretty respectable, despite being served a little warm. The ambiance of Paddington leaves a lot to be desired so you won't hang about here. Pricing wise I found that Yo Sushi was on the expensive side, especially when compared to other sushi options that are out there.

I like the chain as the food is consistent and always fresh. The Paddington location is much the same but it's placement in the station could be improved as the environment is not the best.

I'm spoiled by awesome sushi restaurants livig in Vacouver. I saw Yo! and wanted to experience the conveyor belt concept. It was fun. Sadly the quality is no where near the sushi I am used to. And quite over-priced. Sorry.

We stopped by here on our way to St Pancras for a friend to catch Eurostar. Silly us! If we'd gone to St Pancras Yo Sushi, we could have had the Monday specials, where all plates on the conveyor are priced at £2.50. I think we paid at least 1/3 more for our mistake. How annoying!

So the sushi isn't she most amazing in the world, but there is something cool about seeing all the plates fly by on the conveyor belt. And for the money it isn't a horrible value. You have to try it at least once. And...free sparkling water on tap!

There are many food outlets at Paddington but most are high in carbs &/or fat (baguettes, pasties) so the concept & the thought of sitting down were good. The miso soup is OK & relatively cheap with free refills which was just as well because two dishes I chose were 'off' - but I wasn't told until 15 mins after ordering.The portions are quite small so the dishes can pile up (& the bill).I really wanted to like it, but I didn'tGood points : can see the food being prepared, free water, refills of misoBad points: pigeons, dishes not available, service variable

Geinig om hier na aankomst met de Heathrow-express een hapje te eten. Kwaliteit van de sushi is redelijk; de warme gerechten waren lekker. De sfeer is bijzonder omdat deze zaak midden in Paddington Station zit. Omdat ze een open keuken hebben kun je zien wat het personeel doet. Daardoor heb ik wel mijn twijfels over de hygiene in deze zaak. Zelf nergens last van gehad, maar het ging er niet helemaal fris aan toe.

Seated in dirty greasy area, soiled my jacket, all the hot food I ordered was stone cold, waitress said she would 'redo it', it soon came back furnace hot having been microwaved dry and the dumplings were inedible. A duck dish I ordered came out as a pike of cold sausage type things on skewers that were inedible and dry again. Do not bother with it here, it is beyond a joke, I pointed it all out to the waitress and she was unconcerned and charged me the full price which was annoying. I will be complaining to the company directly for some of my money back at least.

ロンドンでこれほどおいしいお寿司を手軽に食べられるのは、ヒースロー空港第５ターミナルにあるお寿司屋さんかYo!Sushiしかないと思います。どちらかと言えば、ヒースロー空港第５ターミナルのお寿司屋さんのお寿司の方がおいしいと思いますが。回転寿司ですが、おいしかったです。テイクアウトもできるので、ホテルで食べるのもおススメです。ここのお寿司屋さんのカレーライスには注意しましょう。寿司酢ごはんにカレーがかかっていて、何とも言えない味がします。率直に言えば、おいしいとはお世辞にも言えないと思います。カレーライスは避けた方が良いと思います。ロンドンでお寿司が食べられるということで良しということにしたいと思います。

日本の回転すしで食べる寿司とははまた違ったオリジナル寿司が食べられます。七味唐辛子が振りかけてある寿司などあります。日本を離れてどうしても日本食が食べたかったらいいのかもしれませんが、あえて食べるほどでもないと思います。

Have been here before years ago and really enjoyed it but it seems tired and not as exciting as it once was. Also, as mentioned by someone else, it's uncomfortable having pigeons fly round you while you're eating! Service - efficient and friendly

ヒースローエクスプレスの走っているナショナルレイルのパディントン駅構内にあります。回転寿司のチェーンですが価格はロンドン価格で一番安い皿でも2ポンドくらいしました。

駅構内なので仕方ないのですが駅構内にははとがいたりして衛生的にどうなのかなと少しおもってしまいました。高いのに意外と人気があるのか席は埋まっていました。

Great staff .... Made our short break to be honest. We only ate there twice but each occasion staff were friendly, helpful and created a great rapport. Food was yo sushi .... Nothing different there but enjoyable experience and well recommended.
