The "Kibe" was unfresh and not eatable. It smelled and tasted funny. The fried cassava was too dry and over cooked.

Rump steak was overcooked, very full on fat. Quite chewy.

The worst feijoada I ever tasted. The quality of the rice, very poor. Not the way cooked but it's actual quality. The beans were good but the portion was a joke, a small piece of some kind of sausage and a piece of bone with little meat around it. Absolutely not value for money

This is my second order from this restaurant and the second issue with amended order or alternative item offer. I did pay for "prestige cake" they amend for a milk pudim and they didn't delivery. Please could you at least refund my missing item? As my pudim didn't arrived?

£17.40 is an amount of money. If I had a cat, which I don't,£17.40 would not be the sum I would be willing to part with for its sustenance. If I had a cat, it probably wouldn't have eaten this anyway. Cats are fussy. This was cold, small, tasteless and gristly. I haven't yet found the cavassa in the meal, just the peppers and fat. Still, they did attempt to charge me twice and I had to go out and find them when they couldn't find one of londons premier music venues' stage door. Don't go there, even if you are a cat. Although the picanha was cooked to perfection, the size was disappointing. The salad was not fresh and mandioca was soggy and sour when expected to be crunchy. I would order once again to prove me wrong.

Better since you stopped doing sushi... but still... a bit of salt on the rice and on the beans. they were completely tasteless. also, little sachets of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to season the salad would be great.

Love Brazilian food, but highly disappointed with my first order. First, they changed 2 items of my order, which would be fine except the quality of food is terrible. Ordered picanha and the fat layer was hugely thick and much bigger than the actual meat (it is customary picanha pieces to come with a thin layer of fat but not that much. Ever). Beans were so greasy and even rice did not taste good. Portions were much smaller than what restaurants are used to deliver. I am SO disappointed because I love Brazilian food but would never order from this place again. Lastly, price was not cheap either as to 'justify' the lack of quality. Unfortunately, I cannot attach it here the picture I took to illustrate my complain.

Used this service before to reasonable satisfaction but on this occasion took over an hour to my door, and it was probably the worst picanha I've ever had. Both rice and bean (which were the wrong kind) were flavourless. Had to add salt and hot sauce for a bit of flavour. The meat was cold. :(

Regular customer at this place but today we Ordered the Picanha Na Chapa (supposed to be grilled) and got some PALE boiled piece of something full of water in the container. I DID NOT RECEIVE PICANHA it was another type of meat boiled to be made soft so they can call it Picanha. Called the restaurant to ask if the menu had changed and spoke to someone called Amal claiming to be the manager. This guy has Absolutely no management skill what so ever. Dictated to me that the dish I was looking at was the dish he was watching being cooked and WAS the dish they sent out. I'm a chef and know he difference between boiled & grilled. All he did was talk down to me and offered no resolution at all. What a joke. I will be claiming a refund!

Pizza is delicious but did not enjoy chicken breast grilled, it was tasteless and quite too dry. Excellent service!!!

I had to wait for 1h20 min. When I called they said it was on the way. Minutes later they call me saying they've sent the wrong order and asking if I would accept it anyway. I had to ask for the order to be cancelled. They deliver good food but customer care is definitely not their priority.

Pizza was terrible, whoever did it must be a kid, this is not a professional thing to do, I would be ashamed to sell something like that and charge for it, it's a shame that I can't upload any photos here

Nunca comi tao mau e por tanto dinheiro.A picanha , dizem que e picanha???. dura , comida chegou depois de 60 minutos congelada. batata dura parece requentada. A sala da queimada. Carne de 3* pior service que encontrei vindo de um local Brasileiro.

Delivery came 2h after my order when was just a picanha with chips and salad. Also came cold then of course the taste was zero.

They forgot to bring part of the meal so delivery took ages
