The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Japanese food

Just has been going downhill recently…I visited in the evening and the tables were dirty and no staff were available to help me with a query. Such a shame as I received lovely customer service when I visited in during the evenings in October. Clearly management has changed and become slack or issues with staff.

Came at 7pm on a Friday and did not need to wait. Lovely staff and food came quickly. Takoyaki was creamy and delicious. My spicy tonkatsu ramen broth was creamy, rich and high quality with a great spicy flavour. The spicy salmon was as also delicious. Overall delicious food with a good value as portions were large. I think if you want a more aesthetic interior try Notting Hill eattokyo

Lovely meal and good value for money. We ordered on the app from the main menu which was half price. Ordered sushi, tempura and noodles - all was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food came quickly. My 15 year old daughter and I loved it.

De titel zegt genoeg. Het eten is vet, koud, niet gaar, smakeloos en niet vers! Vroeger hete het overigens Little Japan, nu Oriëntal.

Felt like I was causing a nuisance by being there! Staff didn't want to be there either by the looks of it. Food was sloppy

This used to be a very good kebab shop when it first opened. The quality is not as good as it used to be and recent trips I have found the food to be a bit greasy and the meat over cooked.

The combination of curry spices and stir-fried noodles was a delightful surprise. It had just the right amount of heat and a medley of ingredients like chicken, and vegetables. If you enjoy bold flavours, this dish is a must-try."

Really disappointed with our visit. My wife is a big sushi fan, so I booked a table for lunch for her birthday. On arrival we were told a couple of things were off the menu, that’s fine, it happens. But when trying to place our order for sushi, we were told they aren’t doing sushi today as the chef hadn’t turned up for work… I asked when he might be in, and we’re told that he hadn’t responded to her text… this is appalling.

Muy bonito opciones saludables para un bocado para comer. Me encantó la sopa de dumpling conseguí de un personal muy simpático que estaba delicioso y a un precio razonable. Sin duda volveremos, pero no tienen muchas opciones vegetarianas en el menú, que es un poco triste.

Avoid this place, the service and the food is awful. Terrible management. the olny saving grace is the decor. also the toilets are on the thrid floor. What if they nee to cater for disabled diners ?? This place need a big rethink

Absolutely appalling service! Someone hacked my just eat account and ordered £91 worth of food. I don't even live in London I'm in Wales!! I phoned the restaurant to explain what happened and he didn't care at all... said it wasn't his problem. I told him I was phoning the police and he said go ahead nothing I can do. All they care about is money!!

Utilizan materiales desechables / cuencos / utensilios, etc. El ramen no era ramen real sino udon. La mayoría de los alimentos no se hacen frescos, pero cobran precios muy caros. Estaba esperando una buena comida japonesa. Muy decepcionado.

El sushi no sabía mejor que el de Texco. Pero lo peor de todo fue el servicio. El equipo del hoyo, incluidos los camareros, los camareros y el gerente estaban ocupados bebiendo en el bar. Fue - 6 C y nevando afuera. Los clientes tenían sus abrigos. El aire acondicionado estaba soplando aire frío. Cuando pedimos cambiarlo, surgieron algunas tonterías sobre las ventanas abiertas (?!).
