Great itsu serving fusion oriental . I liked the vegetation rice and noodle options

I visited Itsu yesterday and had a small issue with the Itsu app. The customer service was exceptional, especially the manager. He didn’t treat it like a small issue at all and went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. Truly impressive service. Thank you!

The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted upon entering the store and assisted with my order. I ordered chicken gyoza for dine-in, but they were slightly undercooked. I brought this to the attention of the staff, who immediately replaced my order and ensured that the replacement was properly cooked. The store was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this restaurant for its outstanding service.

Popped in the other day and couldn’t decide on what to have but the manager with ponytails was so bubbly and made sure I was satisfied to the fullest with my decision. After a lovely conversation while waiting for my food she even offered a miso on the house. As good as it gets!

Cheap way to solve your dinner 30 min before they close.

I was *very nearly* robbed here. I don't want to blame itsu, but maybe they need more security, especially at lunch time. The Team Leader did check on me (which I really appreciate), and one of the employees saw what was going on, and the thieves left quickly. I had just picked up my lunch order and was eating, with my phone out, and (heavy) laptop bag between my legs. One guy tapped me on the shoulder, and I turned towards him. He asked where the toilet was, and then I felt something pulling at my laptop bag. Turned to see someone else trying to steal it. As soon as the jig was up they left and no one could or did stop them. Big note to not sit in the busier section close to the door, in any restaurant really. I'll still come back to itsu (probably not this one though), and the team were great, but it was unfortunate

They use kiosk, ordering for all the food came out very fast. It wasn’t my favorite flavors. This one’s probably not gonna get a return trip by us.

Haven't quite figured out how to enable self service... you order your food and pay for it... then collect it from the collection point... but uou don't collect your drinks from collection point, go somewhere else... not sure this is a seamless process... see so many folks asking the same Qs... Where's my drink...

Quick bite of sushi on the way. Chose Salmon full house and it was well worth it. Just enough to get the afternoon going.

I was loving to buy a food here, but when I tried to enter the open toilet before buying the food the staff girl blocked the entrance saying that toilet is only for customers. I'm 55 y.o. These restaurants slogan is Health and Happiness. I'm not healthy and definitely not happy with that. I'm no longer your customer.

Ristorante simile per alcuni aspetti ad un fast food. Ordinare è molto semplice, il cibo viene preparato al momento o può essere trovato negli appositi frighi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Quick, fast and tasty takeaway, lost a star as no condiments available I did go later in the evening but would have been good to still have some out to use before I left.

Member of staff was extremely rude and accused me of not paying because I couldn’t produce a receipt. I had chosen the greener option not to get one. He then demanded to see my bank statement! I told him it could take some time to show up on there. Definitely avoid, I will not be taking my business here after being treated with such disrespect. Itsu you should train your staff better!

Decent prices, good place to sit, you can get boxes with sushi, gyozas, soybeans. There is also Miso soup serving and other hot dishes. More like a fast food, but good tasting and great for a quick lunch.

It's Itsu... what can you say? It's decent, not amazing. It's safe, and unexciting. ... and if you get here in the last half hour of the day, it's all half price!

Hot food was not very hot and lacked flavour

Rating just for this visit. The food was tasty as always, but the rice wasn't cooked properly - lots of hard bits left which means it was undercooked. Probably rushed too much for the lunch crowd.

Very inconsistent portion... Buying their hot pot soup is like a gamble. The portion is different every time I buy the coconut chicken soup. Once, there was no chicken at all. Another time, it was some rice and all soup with barely any chicken and vegetables. Sometimes the soup is only 3/4 full. For £4.49, you will never know what you're getting. Because it's concealed in a solid container, you'll only find out when it's too late... Please review your food portion and be consistent, Itsu!

Food was good but the staff weren't too interested in charging me correctly. I was charged 4 times for an item I only purchased once! I believe I was refunded but I'm. Not really sure as I wasn't given a new receipt. Altogether seemed a bit shady

È stata una novità! Un locale dove puoi trovare sushi, zuppe orientali, insalate e Macedonia tutte confezionate fresche. Le puoi consumare lì oppure fare take away. I prezzi sono ragionevoli. Il locale è ben tenuto. Al di sopra degli standard londinesi.

No coma en este lugar a menos que disfrute del pollo teriyaki con arroz completamente crudo, personal caprichoso y sin reembolso. Nunca he tenido un problema en un itsu antes, ¡pero este es definitivamente uno para desviarse!

Amazing place to stay and to eat!

This is a standard itsu place with usual soups, salads and curries. The place is tidy and inviting. Menu has a variety of noodles and rice dishes, however very limited vegetarian options! The service is average to good, as most of them are pre-prepared, shouldn’t take long to be served. The food tastes nice, less spicy for an authentic Thai curry I think. Soups are delicious and good portion for £3.99 while main dishes like Udon noodles or Thai Chicken rice is around £7. Variety of sauces to choose from, including ‘not-so-hot’ mild chilli and garlic Hot-su Potsu sauce. Certainly try it out especially if you are wishing to taste Thai style noodles or rice bowls on a wintry afternoon! There are nature smoothies too on display though I think they are a bit overpriced!

A little bit expensive for what you get, but it's fast checkout at lunchtime. However it's a great place to get your standard sushi/miso/noodle/gyoza fix. There is nothing too special about the cuisine, but nothing there is awful so always a good bet.

Rice in the teryaki bowl wasn't fully cooked - was crunchy actually hurt my teeth a little.

One thing I can say never changes at Itsu is the attitude of the staff. Its such a welcoming chain, everyone is polite and smiling. The food is alwayd good but it's not cheap for what it is, especially the sushi boxes.

It's OK to sort out your sashimi fix. It's better with this shop here than without.

Delicious, if not always authentic, lunch box sushi, sashimi and salad. Very fresh; my particular favourite is salmon done three ways (sashimi, salmon/avocado maki, nigiri) for £8; not cheap but excellent for a treat, healthy lunch. Plenty of great snacks, including wasabi peas and they also sell frozen yoghurt here. Most people take away but there are seats for perhaps 20, although it's pretty noisy.
