Fui a Benihana en marzo para mi cumpleaños (calle Paul's)El ambiente era bueno, muy divertido. Definitivamente visitaría de nuevo!Pedimos el plato combinado de sushi, dos comidas principales y una botella de vino. Toda la comida era increíble, muy sabrosa. La cuenta llegó a 150.Sin embargo, nos dijeron que la única vez que podíamos reservar era a las 7 pm, ya que estaban completamente llenos toda la noche. Al llegar allí, éramos una de las 3 mesas allí. Había muchas mesas vacías durante la cena. Lo cual fue desafortunado ya que hubiéramos preferido tener una mesa reservada más tarde.¿No está seguro si hay algunas restricciones detrás de cuántas mesas pueden cocinar al mismo tiempo?Sin embargo, nos lo pasamos de maravilla y volvería a visitar!

Tenía una mesa reservada en este lugar un domingo por la tarde de febrero, así que no es temporada alta en ningún momento.Debido al tráfico y al mal tiempo en Londres, la tormenta Ciara estaba en plena vigencia. Más tarde, pagamos 25 por un taxi para llegar, pasamos 15 minutos en el teléfono tratando de contactarlos para decirles que llegamos tarde.Llegué al restaurante y me dijeron que lo sentimos, lo cancelamos y no tenemos más jefes a pesar de que solo se usa una mesa.Muy decepcionado.

Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos cada parte de nuestra comida aquí. El chef fue amable y divertido! Hizo nuestra experiencia más entretenida. El servicio fue excelente ya que tengo alergia a los mariscos, así que mientras estábamos sentados con otros, el chef hizo que todos se dieran cuenta de que los mariscos se cocinarían después de las carnes y las verduras, etc. El bistec fue increíble, me encantó. Nos encantó cada parte de nuestra comida! Gracias benihana por tu increíble servicio.

Had heard lots about this place, so had high expectations, but the lack of atmosphere in the place was matched by the very average food, leading do a disappointing evening.We visited on a Friday evening and expected there to be a real buzz about the place but this was not the case. The service was good and friendly and this was probably the best thing about it, the staff were attentive and courteous and did their best to ensure our dietary needs were met. It was odd however, that when our party of four entered the restaurant we were asked to join another party of two, it is a table sharing restaurant, but other guests were given their own private table.We went for some gyozo and yakitori starters which were prepared in the restaurant, following which the chef joined us to prepare the main meal juging a few knives before he started - yes , thats what it was really, and as good as he was, there was a feeling of some disappointment.The chicken habiscus that we ordered, lacked seasoning and taste and was fine, but nothing to write home about. Wont be coming back, especially to this branch.

Esta fue una experiencia muy entretenida, te sientas en una mesa con otras parejas mientras el chef prepara tu comida en tu mesa. El chef ofrece un espectáculo y el servicio era bueno, la comida era un poco cara para lo que se servía, pero nos entretuvimos, así que valió la pena el dinero extra.

On avait réservé pour 3 et arrivé sur place on nous dit que nous devrons partager notre table alors que le resto est à moitié vide!. Du coup nous sommes allés manger ailleurs. Lors de la réservation ils auraient pu nous prévenir.

He estado en algunos lugares de Tepanyaki a lo largo de los años y esto ciertamente no está en el medio de la manada por su ambiente, servicio y entretenimiento. Primero, el servidor de la dama no sabía cómo funcionaba el menú, así que tuve que invitar a alguien más. Transpirado fue su primer servicio. Claramente no hay entrenamiento. Éramos 6 en una mesa de 8. Dejaron los dos del medio vacíos. Pronto lo solucionamos. De las 12 mesas en el restaurante a las 6; 45 éramos uno de los 2 únicos con invitados. Las colas de langosta ordenadas solo se les dijo 5 minutos después que no tenían ninguna. El chef comenzó brillantemente un par de grietas y luego comenzó a cocinar y muy pocas bromas. La comida estaba bien, pero 5 bebidas, 3 platos principales solo un toque más de 150 sin propina. . . . No volveremos. Cuando nos fuimos había otra mesa con 3. Eso fue todo. Sin alma.

Chefs are not nearly as entertaining or skilled with the knives and spatulas as they were in the old days in Honolulu, San Francisco and Seattle. The food was ok but too salty.

Nos alojamos en el hotel Leonardo Royal London street Paul y este restaurante está ubicado en el hotel. Decidimos probarlo para la cena. Los 4 de nosotros experimentamos este tipo de cocina antes en una de nuestras otras vacaciones y decidimos intentarlo nuevamente, ya que disfrutamos totalmente la experiencia. Bueno, nuestro chef era Mark y pedimos camarones, pollo y salmón que venía con arroz, verduras, sopa y postre. La experiencia de ver su comida cocinada ante sus ojos es agradable. Mark era bastante excelente en sus cubiertos y habilidades culinarias y la comida era deliciosa. Compartimos 3 juegos de comida y fue demasiado para nosotros, así que si no son grandes comedores, entonces 4 personas pueden compartir 2 juegos de comida. Tuvimos la suerte de no tener que compartir nuestra mesa con los demás, así que tuvimos el Chef Mark para nosotros y fue maravilloso. Sin embargo, este restaurante es bastante caro en comparación con otros en unos pocos minutos, por lo que dependiendo de sus presupuestos, gustos, etc., puede elegir, pero si prueba esto, no lo olvidará y definitivamente lo disfrutará. Reservé el almuerzo en Benihana en OpenTable especificando que usaré mi cheque de comedor de OpenTable. No hubo aviso alguno de que Benihana no acepte el cheque ni el restaurante me llamó para informarme de antemano que no aceptan el cheque. Cuando le expliqué al gerente, él culpó a OpenTable y afirmó que no había tal acuerdo con OpenTable. El PUNTO es que este restaurante debería haber avisado que NO aceptan cheques de OpenTable y debería tener la DECENCIA de informar a los clientes que no lo aceptan en lugar de adoptar una actitud indiferente y pasar la culpa a los demás. Por otro lado, OpenTable debería haber comprobado cuidadosamente que los restaurantes que no aceptan sus cheques de comida lo DICEN en sus páginas de reservas. Esto es engañoso a los clientes por decir lo menos. Muy decepcionado tanto con Benihana como con Open Table.

I showed up w my daughter for dinner, thinking ‘yay. She’ll love this. How lucky. It’s not busy.’ I was met with extreme disappointment. The hostess said that they are fully booked now and there’s no opening table. Mind you, the restaurant was 90% empty. I asked “when do you have an opening?” Her response “we are fully booked for the entire week.” I gave her “are you serious look?” And she said, “we have a limited amount of chefs so we don’t really serve ...you know..”I simply walked away. I don’t know what excuse she was trying to come up. I was actually too disgusted to listen to her. As a first time tourist to London; this is beyond disappointing.

I visited the restaurant at St Pauls on Saturday 29th June and i must say it was very disappointing and my friend (who's birthday it was) said he felt deflated and underwhelmed. I have been to the Piccadilly Benihanas a couple of times which is great fun but here, St Pauls, our Chef (Angel) didn't perform any tricks. He didn't do any knife tricks or any type of performance other than making the onion tower. That was it. Surely people come to benihanas for the 'show'. Also, my friend wanted to order sushi - but the restaurant had none as apparently a shipment hadnt arrived. I'm not happy that we all paid £70 for a disappointing chef and meal.

If you love Benihana try one of the others because this one is not of the standard you expect from the brand.We arrived at 8PM and eventually had to ask to order 50 minutes later. I only saw two chefs working and it became clear that we were waiting for the one working the other table on our pair.The bar doesn't know what it is doing and we had to send back four cocktails.Food was good but not exactly what was ordered.Service lacked confidence and a drink was spilled on two of our party.We last came to this Benihana two years ago and then it was busy and the full experience. Having visited scores of Benihana wherever we travel we recommend the brand but best avoid this one until they get back to five blobs.

This was our first experience at a Hibachi restaurant and we were really impressed. The food was excellent, our chef was friendly and talented. We would definitely go back.

We ate here for my husband's birthday with friends and we were impressed with the showmanship of the chef at our table. The quality and quantity of the food was top notch. We didn't need to order a main course each as there was so much food we had to request it was packaged up to take away with us. Friends took it home and enjoyed it the next day too. Not a cheap meal by any stretch of the imagination, but it was excellent. £66 per person including 2 bottles of wine between 5.

Have stayed at the Grange a number of times with work. The rooms are fantastic and of a very high standard. The reception staff are efficient. I just feel this hotel is missing the personal touch. Downstairs, the bar area is clinical as is the breakfast area. Nothing wrong with any of it but somehow doesn’t have the welcome of some of the other hotels in the area.

Personalmente tuve una gran experiencia en Benihana en los Estados Unidos. Primera vez en londres. Muchas cosas han cambiado . . . El chef no tenía un humo limpio, la comida no estaba en el estándar que yo también usaba. Muy caro (60 libras cada uno). No volveré ni lo recomendaría.

Por supuesto, es un poco entretenido con chefs que hacen trucos en tu mesa, pero no me gusta que me coloquen en la misma mesa que los desconocidos y eso es lo que va a pasar si eres un grupo pequeño de 1 a 3. Más adecuado para familias que para negocios, pero con comida aceptable. Si buscas clase alta, te recomendaría otro lugar. No se deje engañar por su ubicación cerca de un simulado hotel de 5 estrellas. El hotel definitivamente no es de 5 estrellas y tampoco lo es este restaurante.

Been to Benihana’s in many different locations. Absolute terrible experience tonight. Vegetables had no seasoning and was basically caked in butter. Steak was way over cooked and completely dry. Worst Tempenyaki experience I’ve ever had.

Acabo de regresar de este Benihana después de una comida en la tarde. Reservamos este restaurante como un regalo para 70 cumpleaños de un miembro de la familia. Excelente servicio al cliente cuando llegamos, el chef fue muy hospitalario, entretenido y realmente hizo que nuestra noche! La comida era deliciosa y, como era una ocasión especial, no nos importó el precio. Definitivamente iríamos allí de nuevo. ¡Gracias por una gran noche!

He estado en Benihana Gold Coast. varias veces, cada vez que tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Así que decidimos probar el restaurante teppanyaki en Londres desde que estuvimos en la calle. Paul's Grange por 3 días. La comida está bien, no es tan bueno como nos lo pasamos en la Costa de Oro. El servicio es terrible, el chef nos dio la sensación de que él no quería trabajar aquí, su actitud hacia la atención al cliente era horrible. Un montón de cosas interesantes que tuve durante teppanyaki habían perdido aquí como en llamas. El restaurante era bastante humo y la ventilación era muy pobre. Que no debería suceder en Teppanyaki.

Whilst we had a great time at Benihana, we felt the service could have been better. After our main course ha finished we weren't offered any desserts, drinks, coffee and pretty much left alone until we asked someone for the bill. It didn't spoilt the night but it would have been great if the service matched the food and the fantastic chef.

Forgot to review this and a friend went & reminded me! I have never been here before and was very excited at the thought of being cooked for at the table! The chef was really friendly and we were really impressed by his cooking performance! The food was also lovely! I would recommend anyone to try it! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead so I think maybe evening time for a better atmosphere!

We decided to visit this restaurant friends had told me how nice the food is and the cooking of the food in front of you is very special We arrived and we quickly seated offered drinks and menuGreat choice of drinks and order was taken The chef arrives and starts to place the food on the hot plate in front of you and within minutes you dinner is cooked before you. There is the big spectacule of the fire from the hot plate that we all love to see. The food quality was exceptional and whilst the portions were not large we all felt full. We had a little room for desert and these were nice too but didn't feel they were at the same quality as the main course, but this may have been my personal preference and not reflection of the food quality.The meal was not too expensive which was also a bonus Great night out and would recommend to anyone wanting a great night out and spectacule with their dinner

I stayed here on the 15th July 2016, The rooms are big and comfortable tea and coffee in the rooms would be a better touch but they don't do this.I only had breakfast and it is not that good £23, it is not cooked the best and cold, but it is a buffet and you can help yourself, there are cafes nearby which are half the price and hot food.Travel lodge is as good and half the price.

We had never been to Benihana before, but have experienced Teriaki style before.And took the opportunity when visiting London also to try out the famous restaurant Benihana.And we were not let down, it was a great experience to see the well trained chef jogle with food and fire.The food itself is average.The other staff we meet during the dinner were below average.I would recommend the restaurent for at least one visit to try something different.

I had never been to a Teppanyaki restaurant before, but it was fantastic. There were five of us, including my 85 year old father in law who said it was the best fish (black cod) he ever had. We had our own table which was great and both the food and the chef were great, cooking it in front of you with all the tricks is impressive. It is not cheap but definitely worth doing once for the experience. I would definitely go back.

What a nice exerience this was. A japanese restaurant where the chef prepares the food on an oven in front of our table. Our chef was very entertaining and made us laugh the whole evening while cooking things like different vegetables, rice, scallops and meat the japanese way. The food was delicious and the interaction with the chef and his friendly staff made the visit to this restaurant complete. It is located very close to the St. Pauls cathedral and the Thames.

Who would of thought two staff members could be so different. A trip to the rooftop bar on the seventh floor on 15/10/2013 found one very helpful and friendly staff member. He explained that the rooftop bar was closed pending an evening function some two hours hence. He said if we would like to purchase our drinks at the ground floor bar we could if we wanted sit on the sofas and enjoy the wonderful view. I left my fiancée to pick a seat and returned to there ground and purchased the drinks. A friendly member of the bar staff offered to carry the two drinks up to the seventh floor for me. As we exited the lift on the seventh floor my now I normally placid fiancée was being escorted to the lift by the function manager who had decided the sofas had to be moved and the area was no longer available.My fiancée had tried not to make a scene as it was my birthday but the over zealous manager had insisted she leave. We managed to secure a seat out on the terrace and watched the manager and a member move the said sofa outside on to the terrace next to us.We sat for about thirty minutes while we consumed our drinks and then left the terrace as the temperature was falling. At no point was the area used by the staff and the whole episode was totally unnecessary .My fiancée still infuriated decided to speak to the hotel manager. He sadly was of no use at all and left my fiancée feeling incrediablky short changed.I feel very sorry for the welcoming and friendly staff who made us feel welcome as their senior colleagues were letting them down

Haven’t been to a Wagamama for years. Daughter wanted to try it out so we went out as a family. We ordered a side dish and main each. Very tasty, large portions. Reasonably priced for London, £117 for a family of four with drinks. Service a little slow considering it was quiet and I had to ask for one of the dishes that was forgotten twice. Would definitely return or go to another branch, maybe as a treat.

If you are a Korean and think of soup, don't go... . We can't think of that ramen restaurant we know. I ordered Dantanmen, and the ramen came with a combination of spicy and all kinds of flavors to suit British tastes;;;; Never, ever, never go!!!!

Nice place for sushi I like it once in awhile they have plenty of fish there also and is fresh. Will try then again next time.

Our favourite restaurant. We've eaten here over 30 times and the food is always fantastic. Had our first ever issue with one dish today and it was replaced immediately and we were given a free desert. Excellent customer service, many restaurants could learn a lot from this approach. We'll be back many more times!
