Sandeep era muy servicial, y se aseguró de que obtuve la comida correcta! El gerente (la señora, siempre es servicial y amable) Me atendió un caballero, que era una fuente de conocimiento! Comida rápida caliente honesta sabrosa buena comida! ¡No puede salir mal! Gracias, nos vemos pronto!

Pasé a cenar de camino a casa. Las opciones veganas calientes no estaban en exhibición, pero después de preguntar al miembro del personal descubrí que las hacen por encargo. Las porciones de curry de tofu son más pequeñas que hace unos años, pero afortunadamente la comida en sí sigue siendo igual de sabrosa. También recogí el conjunto de sushi vegano, así como la ensalada de algas marinas, que eran deliciosos. El funcionario de servicio era amable y muy servicial. En general, un gran servicio, pero las porciones necesitan volver a lo que eran anteriormente.

Fui a la sucursal en Lime Street London, pero imagino que la comida es la misma en otros lugares. Después de haber tenido una mala experiencia en Wasabi hace unos años, la había desviado por un tiempo, pero las colas a la hora del almuerzo me impulsaron a darle otra oportunidad. Fue decepcionante - casi £ 8 para una pequeña porción de arroz y curry (mucho más pequeño de lo que solía ser) que era soso y tibio. Las picaduras de salmón eran bastante agradables. Si quisiera este tipo de comida iría a Itsu que es de mejor calidad

Appears a rebranding of a previous bento & sushi establishment, but same lukewarm food served. Thought it might be different so gave it a try - won't bother again.

We, grown ups and kids used to love the chicken katsu curry for a quick lunch. The portions were good and it was reasonably priced. However, the portion have more than halved, especially the rice and sauce...it's a shambles!! The portions at Waterloo station were ridiculous!! You need at least two portions to feel that you have eaten enough. Very disappointing.

Last time I bought from Wasabi (I think pre-Christmas, or possibly pre-lockdown) - I remember being incredibly full; I had half a pot and was full and then carried on eating later in my train journey after hubby ALSO ate loads of it. The square container was FULL. This time - I was given one and a half serving spoons - it looked small. It barely filled a leg, as it were - I was very hungry still, and certainly not a lot for hubby this time. The price is too much for what you get - a little bit of sticky white rice and hard chicken which I chewed and chewed and had to spit out - couldn't swallow most of it. Four hard lumps were binned - most of the meat in the dish. Gloopy gelly gluteny sauce. The 'chicken' was weird and slightly shreddy - I actually thought it was pork momentarily until I recalled the name of the dish I had bought. Unacceptably small portions. I sadly won't be buying 'my Wasabi' next time I travel - I will be returning to McDonald's after a LONG time always buying Wasabi. Bye-bye Wasabi. Was a beeeeeeee-ute place, but alas - no more. Thank you for delicious food in the past - I have many happy memories.

First impressions were good, wide variety of take away boxes on offer in the refrigerator. However the service and hot food seemed very slap-dab. I much prefer Kokoro for Chicken Katsu. Very little care is put into the food here, not much by way of quality control, and doesn't taste as good as it's competitors, if I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere.

Called here as a convenient stop on way to our hotel in Waterloo after arriving at Gatwick. Very reasonably priced with an assortment of tasty dishes for a range of appetites. As a non-meat eater the tofu curry was a bonus for me. Others in our party of 4 enjoyed the chicken and beef options.

Firstly, I was disappointed to see that the soups weren’t being sold anymore because I adored them. I got a number of other items instead including two sushi sets that included avocado in the sushi. I was incredibly disappointed when I began to eat, as I realised that all of the avocado was rock solid. Avocado in sushi must be soft otherwise the sushi becomes ruined. Wasabi usually has soft avocado, so I’m sure this must have been a mistake. However, I felt that I should highlight this so more attention can be paid to it. (In the photo I am digging my nail into the avocado with a lot of force and I can’t even get halfway through, my nail would’ve gone straight through a soft avocado!)

Vidted as part of a day out, just wanted some quick food but not the usual Fast food options. The restaurant was bright & clean lots of choice for food, large portions good value for money if you want as a main me or you can have somthing from the chiller cabinet. 🍱

Just what i needed on a cold day a lovely warm chicken curry. The choice of food was good the service was quick and place was clean, The food was great and the price was good.

Comida prefabricada, mala, nada natural, recalentada, ingredientes malos, precio normal, servicio malo, lugar muy sucio e incómodo, etc...

Was looking for something different to eat on way home Sushi box was filling but nothing special Didn’t try any of hot food as it looked as if it had been sitting there a long time

Fancied a change from burgers. Really like this chain. Plenty of variety with the sushi, from small portions to a meal in itself. Freshly made and enjoyable to eat. Service was ok but not great. Nice change.

It's relatively inexpensive for sushi, and the fish is good. But, there is a hair in mine! It's blonde, and I'm a brunette. Gross!! Also, they have no idea what a ripe avocado is. These are yellow, and definitely NOT ripe. Very bad. Everything else tastes good, though, and reasonably priced.

Have used this for about 2 years but is going downhill rapidly. Went in last night and by the time I’m on the train and eating it the food is barely warm – last 2 meals have been like this. Agree with other reviews that portions are getting smaller – they try and upsell to a large meal which gives a full bento box. If they want two sizes get to box sizes. Think I will go elsewhere next time.

Used to always buy supper for the train home to Devon from here. Won't bother again. Service is surly, portions smaller, prices up, quality down. The Chicken Teriyaki is padded out with potato :-( and it is now incredibly salty. Looks like the accountants have taken over. Give it a miss.

This branch is located within one of the busiest stations in London and understandably crowded. I wanted to eat in but had to settled for a take away curry and a drink. The hygiene of the restaurant is below expectation though
