From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Even though it was a busy restaurant the service was amazing. But the food is probably the best sushi I have ever had in London. The drunken melon cocktail is a must try! The price for all the food is very reasonable and finally our server Victoria went above and beyond and was a great edition to our night, thanks for a wonderful evening guys!

The food here is soooo good!! Tiger Roll and the El Diablo rolls are amazing, and the Fumiko cocktail is so sweet refreshing. The service was great too, few of team looked after us including Rene - all super helpful!

I wouldn’t recommend, waiter tried to over charge me and used the excuse “he's not good with maths” , too much alcohol was in my drink I asked for a change of the drink they agreed and still charged me for the drink which is outrageous as the drink was not touched a waste of £15. food took over 40 minutes to come out when the restaurant was pretty much empty , food wasn’t too nice , rice had no flavour Overall over priced for the quality wouldn’t go again .

Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was amazing and overall a nice experience. Just be aware that some dishes like the Salmon Teriyaki can take 25 minutes to prepare. But overall recommend 100%.

I have been to Tusnami multiple times, really enjoy the ambience and the food. Victoria waited us today and she was absolutely amazing. I am taking away 1 star this time because got a bit shocked by them charging us £1.99 for extra wasabi for sushi where I felt for ordering 2 sushi rolls, the wasabi provided was bare minimum for 1 sushi roll. I have never seen any restaurant charging for this.

Don't be put off by the party vibes decoration. The food is solid and the service very good too. Rene was lovely and paid attention at our allergen requests.

I recently dined here and, it was an exceptional experience. Japanese cuisine was superb each dish was beautifully presented and good value. The attentive service truly enhanced the evening, making it unforgettable. Highly recommended for an elegant dining experience.

Never been before but had heard positive reports over the years so gave it a shot. Food was great but probably a tad overpriced - and heading into fine dining territory. Atmosphere was lively and the staff were friendly - so a good experience overall although service was annoyingly slow at times considering the place wasn’t hugely full.

I had a booking with two of my friends and everything was amazing. The food, the drinks, the service, the ambience!!! — everything was 11/10. I will definitely be coming back.

We were served by the lovely Victoria. Had an amazing night, food was great and cocktails were delicious. Will be coming back soon.

Been here before but this was part of First Table, this meant we were unable to partake of their 241 cocktails unfortunately. However, the manager did allow one round!. Food was delicious (as usual) however the online menu & the actual menu are different, again the managers were happy to make up old faves - many thanks!. All in all, would go again as a special occasion place.

Maybe at 50 I’m too old to get this place? The food was well presented but the main ‘dynamite beef’ was just steak with hot sauce, nothing more & the only side dish suitable was rice which made for a pretty boring meal. There is no disabled wc & only one male toilet which is accessed off a cramped shared washroom which was full of young girls instagramming themselves in the mirror whilst I had a wee! Music was way too loud to hear conversation properly which lead to a fairly disappointing meal. On the plus side, the staff were good, but I won’t rush back.

I agree mostly with the other reviews.. Atmosphere and staff really good. Food is OK though not authentic Japanese (in fact no Japanese chef or staff working here as far as I could see) and definitely too pricey for what it is.

Great food and even better service from Elisa (from Dominica Republic). Dined on the 2 for 1 cocktails and 20% off deal which allowed us to try more yummy items. Great atmosphere.

If you like sushi at all I wouldn’t recommend this place. Hubs and I agree that the sushi itself is a 4/10. Service is terrible, everyone seems to be on a work experience placement. I asked my waitress a question about a drink and she said, “I don’t know” and despite the bar being right behind her she didn’t bother asking …… We asked to have a soy sauce on the table and she held the one bottle in her hands that she had used to fill our little dishes, and said, “we’re busy tonight”. How bizarre that they don’t have soy sauce on all the tables. It seemed pretty bad quality anyway so I didn’t care in the end. The place is kind of falling to pieces with wonky tables and chairs, chipped tables, worn out booths and just overall looking pretty tired. I went here before a few years ago and as soon as I realized it was the same place I just sucked it up and hoped for the best. It is as I remember it from before. The mock tail I got had 1 ounce of liquid and 10ths of ice. They seemed to be making an effort with some managers walking around and making sure people were happy but in my opinion they need a lot more than that

Really excellent food today at Tsunami, it’s always so tasty and well presented. Service also great, Rene served our table. I would recommend choosing lunchtime over dinner as the kitchen at night gets overwhelmed and service is therefore slow. It was just right for us at lunchtime today.
