This is such a great spot for dinner. My husband and I go here at least once a fortnight. The soups are to die for! The staff are fantastic too. Would highly recommend!

Phad Thai was nothing special. I also specifically requested no peanuts on one of them, but both came with peanuts on.

The food is usually good quality and really tasty but from time to time the squid is to gummy (overcocked) I think it's just a matter of Chef. Delivery time also took 1h and 25min! Experience much better when eating IN

I LOVE Oishii's food. The food is very rarely late and the food is fab. My only request is please can you do more vegetarian sushi. I love Japanese food, but as a veggie I don't always want tofu :) Thanks!! x

very handy for our house and we have been a lot as my daughter in law is Japanese (I always have the squid) but sadly no longer since my son became ill afterwards once, no idea of course if the two things are related.

Since we moved to the area we have tried loads of takeaways in search of a consistently great one and this is it. Wouldn't order from anywhere else - amazing tasting food, reasonably priced, great quality fish and meat, and to top it off it's always delivered on time by friendly delivery drivers. We always order the Chilli Peppercorn Squid and the Yaki Soba - both of which are really delicious. The prawn pad thai is also a real favourite - easily some of the biggest and best prawns I've eaten. You really won't be disappointed with this place!

The food was pretty good and packaged well. It is well presented and tasty. I had a sizzling steak, veg and a Katsu Curry. All were very nice, the steak was a little too salty however. Delivery was slow despite being a stone throw away. Other than that a good meal.

Always delayed, I called the restaurant and the pretended manager is rude. The customer service is extremely poor, I believe they know they are the only Japanese restaurant in the area... I can wait for a new competitor to stop to order Japanese food from Oishii.

The Bun noodle dish was really nice. I was really disappointed with the squid dish though as the batter was soggy. They forgot to deliver the sushi dish but came back with it 30 mins later. Probably won't order from here again

Este solía ser uno de nuestros favoritos, sin embargo, desde el cambio de su menú, que ha provocado un incremento de precios y la reducción de elección para sushi y añadir lo que llaman 'comida vietnamita' he estado seriamente decepcionados con lo que me han servido. El llamado platos vietnamitas, son insulsos, pegajosa y cubierto de goo. No la vibrante platos tentadores fresco que he llegado a amar a otro sitio. El sushi es caro y aburrido (en comparación con lo que solía ser). Muchos de los platos no apareció con lo que dicen contener (tofu, champiñones, etc.) y todos parecen homogéneas gloop. ¿Qué ha pasado? Tratando de ser pan asiática ha destruido lo Oishii utilizada en delicias, limpio, decente a un precio razonable de Japón. Qué pena.

Yo vivo cerca de este lugar y siempre me paseo por parece vacía. Estaba pidiendo comida en alrededor de las 10 de la noche y decidimos salir para que en su lugar. El restaurante estaba lleno, creo que había una gran fiesta. Buena música y un gran ambiente. La comida era deliciosa y fresca. Fui con un amigo que pasó 5 años en China, y dijo que era como si ella no estaba en el REINO UNIDO. El personal era agradable y amable. Sin duda volveremos.

I have ordered from Oishii before and loved the food so I really wanted to order again! Last time it arrived within 45-60 window (probably closer to 45mins) so when I ordered at 9pm last night I felt sure it would arrive by 10pm. At 10:30 I had to call to find out where it was, and then at 10:40 it arrived. The food I had ordered was nicely flavoured but pretty cold so I would think twice before ordering hot food from there again.

Variable food quality. Goyza were very dry and served with sweet chilli rather than black vinegar which was odd. Chilli peppercorn squid was ok. Chilli beef ramen was good. They forgot to include the Katsu curry sauce so it was a bowl of breaded chicken with rice.

Only had takeaway service which was prompt and worth every penny. Really good fresh tasty Japanese Chinese Thai combo. Looking forward to a sit down meal.

Disgusting sushi. Old fish. The meal was a complete write off. Even the satay was poor quality.

Fantastic, authentic food and such great value. we usually order through HH but were able to get our exact order as part of a meal for 2 '£25' deal here on JE, saving £5! we've lived in the area for nearly 6 years now and re-discovered this place after our beloved Slurp was closed one evening - and we haven looked back! Their Sushi/Sashimi is really lovely too. go go go!

Tasted like a cheap Chinese, greasy and flavourless. We phoned for refund which they couldn't do, so we ordered some dishes in exchange. Wouldn't recommend.

Soft shell crab was disgusting, the taste was horrible. I think the chef of this night was bad, I used to order from Oishii and I tasted good.

We ate Chinese on this occasion but there are other fresh alternative Asian foods available such as Thai. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful in choosing just what you would like. Lunch & dinner are equally as appealing - it is open plan so not an intimate,romantic feel but great for friends & family.

Noodles & Soup were brilliant and exactly as I expected. Crackers were a bit soggy, so probably would't order these again. Delivery was later than originally specified and took over an hour, but I was kept informed as it was updated within my app, so I still knew when to expect it.
