Wagamama - Finchley in City of London, Westminster

By far the worse of the Wagamama i have visited to date in my opinion. It was better last year. New management and staff now because I eat at wagamama all the time. It’s changes Now it’s common to sit down even not when busy and be ignored by staff/ not because they are busy. You watch them and they literally just walk by. None of them paying attention to who sits dow. No motivation. Clearly the staff are lacking something fundamental here. Management. Good management l. Experienced management. I love the food and unfortunately for me this great restaurant high is the nearest one to where I live is the worse. Let sown by the most unmotivated staff I have experienced in any restaurant this year so far. When you consider I eat just about every weekend tou can see why I am so compelled to write this review This review is being done so the hard office can step in and provide better training and what ever is required here. I’m a big fan of wagamama as a whole and a regular visitor . I respect people are busy and work hard. These guys are on their feet all day. A lot of staff also don’t get tips. However, this place is unique in that every other place is the same but this place is well below the bar you would expect. I was so annoyed I got up and ordered take away missing out on another stamp on my app.

So darn noisy lunchtime although food was good standard as usual. Wish they would offer cushions to sit on, those wooden bench seats hurt after a time. Lovely helpful waitress, took time to explain dishes.

We visited early on a Saturday evening & were lucky enough to get the booth nearest the kitchen. Food ordered, we were soon supplied with our edamame beans. My veggie main soon followed, though my partner’s dish didn’t arrive until quite some time later. Unfortunately neither dish was impressive, mine being mostly just noodles with my partner’s meal lacking any flavour at all. A simple check on us by a waiter would have given us a chance to rectify this, though sadly that didn’t happen. We left fairly underwhelmed.

I ordered food in deliveroo and then called the restaurant to ask them just to put the Katsu sauce on the side. The guy refused. Asked for the manager and asked her and she also said no. When I was trying to say but all it is, is putting the sauce in a separate pot she put the phone down on me! I have Bern to this Wagamama a few times and every time they are rude and not helpful. I will not go back. Wagamama’s however in Brent Cross did do it and there was no issue at all and the staff there are very nice.

THE WORST WAGAMAMA BRANCH I'VE EVER ORDERED AT. Avoid this location at all costs. Go to brent cross if possible. Staff at this location are the rudest I've ever encountered. The food quality is below standard. Have had several bad experiences at this location now and will never return. Not sure why I thought I'd give them one more chance. You've lost another family of customers at this location!

Unfortunately, while the menu seems to include some attractive dishes, the food quality, especially of main components is poor. The place is not kept clean, from the tables to the toilets Service is haphazard

Please if you have any other branch close to you go there instead. The service here is awful. They will literally ignore you at the door askimg for a table and then laugh together about it. Save your time and go to a different branch if you can.

This is the first time I have been to Wagamamas. What a great experience this was. The food was great, the service was efficient and the staff were so friendly. The price for a meal for two with drinks was a reasonable £70. Will definitely be going back

I always feel for the staff as waiting here seems a tough gig with loads of kids and some high-pressure parents. I can't imagine the pay is great. Food here is generally fine although I wasn't knocked out by it this time. The wait for food was really not great, especially with kids. We all know the line about food arriving when it arrives but we don't expect one kid to wait about 15 mins after the other gets their dish, especially when the food appears just as it was asked for. The staff certainly seemed busy so I can't say they were slacking but I get the feeling that perhaps there weren't enough. You also got the feeling that they weren't making much of an effort to look around to check people were OK but they were keeping busy. I like this restaurant and so do my kids and it's a shame to see so many negative reviews. I hope the management will look into this and make the necessary changes. I wonder whether one issue is that they are prioritising/struggling to cope with online delivery orders. When I have ordered from them I have found them quick - perhaps the sad secret is to get delivery and not actually order in the restaurant - hopefully not.

Honestly at this point just shut the place down. This is the worst run restaurant let alone Wagamama's I have ever come across. Rude staff Basically no management. And the food is terrible On my last outing here I saw a chef sneeze into his hands and continue to prepare food. I had to leave after watching that monstrosity.

This is the worst run Wagamama I have ever known, it's so consistently bad that it beggars belief. My kids love the food so we attempt to go there every time we go to the cinema next door and this time the place was at 25% capacity but there were 20 people waiting to be sat at the dozens of empty tables. In the 10 minutes we waited the staff didn't even acknowledge our existence, the people waiting in front of us told us they'd been standing there for half an hour so we immediately left. If we have ever actually eaten there the service is so slow and infuriating that we order the food and the bill at the same time because it saves asking for it 6 times when we're in a rush to leave. It's such a shame because the food is great and we keep going expecting that they've addressed the issues but it's actually getting worse!

Disgusting behaviour from management. We waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were standing waiting to be seated. When eventually someone made eye contact they said it would be at least another half hour. They were obviously under pressure. They should have put their takeaway orders on hold as that was taking priority for the manager. Instead would not give even eye contact. They would not even acknowledge anyone was standing at the door. Left everyone including us (who were at the front of the queue) waiting there like lemons (I could use a stronger word!)

Never again. Incompetent staff. Waited almost an hour as the waitress messed up our order and sent it to another table. I didn’t even hear an apology. No one checked on us. No one at all. We had to wait ages just to call someone over. Absolute shambles. Ended up walking out as was so angry. Honestly you couldn’t write it

Whichever branch you go to, Wagamama always serves great food. But the quality of staff varies a lot. The Chaplin Sq/ FInchley is particularly bad because staff are so slow to tidy up tables when diners leave. So... when you enter you're often surrounded by several tables with dirty cutlery, half eaten food and stuff spilled on the table. Really gross. I pointed this out to a member of staff who shrugged me off like a moody teenager would and we could see her clearly pointing towards us and discussing with other staff what I'd said. I'll keep on going to WM - jut not this branch

Staff were friendly and the chilli squid was amazing however we ordered the cod ramen and it tasted like hot water. The most bland food I've ever tasted, no seasoning whatsoever and the cod was overcooked and stuck to the skin. The staff were very understanding and helpful with the quality issue. After asking for a new bowl it came back smothered in chilli and the cod was still overcooked. The vegan chicken ramen was mediocre at best. Overall, really good service, amazing chilli squid but the rest wasn't good..

Tonight we visited Wagamama in North Finchley only to have the rudest waitress serve us. We were served by a young mixed race/African American girl who gave the impression that she hated being there, she was rude and was giving us an attitude. The girl was unfamiliar with the menu and was very unwilling to help. Absolutely ruined our evening. If I ever go to that Wagamama again I will specifically request another waitress/waiter. I wish I'd taken down her name so I could report her to her manager.

We went for lunch. There was a short wait to be seated in the functional, modern restaurant. My partner was delighted to be offered a separate vegetarian/vegan menu. My partner had a vegetable and tofu katsu curry which he enjoyed even more after spicing it up with some of the condiments placed on each table. I had a ramen bowl with chili prawns and kimchi, also very nice. There was a good amount of plump prawns and the spice level was fine. A bit more kimchi would have been nice though. We both opted for their spiced blueberry juice which was delicious and healthy to boot. Some of the desserts were quite appealing. We were intrigued by the smoked chocolate caramel cake. It was yummy, and we regretted having ordered only one portion to share. Next time... Our meal came to about GBP38 before tip, average London prices. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed to be short staffed, but very friendly and accommodating, and giving us plenty of time to decide on our choices. It's not far, so we will be back for sure.

Sat down at a clean table, fast service, food came in impeccable condition also very fast! Did not feel rushed to leave. Toilets were clean. All staff were very friendly with a smile!

Came in, took ages to get seated (half empty) then took seemed like a lifetime to even order a drink. Staff very slow and not interested in us. Glasses always look dirty. Food came promptly, fantastic food can’t say anything bad about it. The product is amazing shame about the staff. Sort the staff not the chefs. Chefs amazing.

Been to Wagamama a few times now and it doesn't disappoint, no matter which branch you go to. Always very tasty food, good service and good atmosphere. Plenty of tasty vegan options which suited me also!

We have come home hungry! Ordered three side dishes and two mains for £50. Tasty gyoza and duck pancakes but... The tuna main dish was sitting in a bowl of oil. A very, very small portion: two cubes of sweet potato and red pepper, handful of kale and quinoa, greasy, greasy, greasy. Lamb main dish also very small. Don’t bother with this branch, we won’t be back.

Since visiting on the 31st August and experiencing average food and below average service, I have received a £60 fine for the provided car park. Upon following advice and contacting Wagamamas to help resolve this I was told they would be ‘unable to assist on this occasion’ - not even with an apology. Very poor service from such a big brand - especially having researched the matter and finding many other situations with similar circumstances in which said businesses have intervened, in order to avoid the exploitation of their customers. Disappointing from Wagamamas - avoid.

Los zumos frescos son imaginativos y deliciosos. Frijoles edamame siempre ir bien, ser el único vegetal de 3 años puede comer. Calamares, langostinos y mariposas chili las gyoza (tanto pato y pollo) también hacen buenas entradas para compartir. Las opciones de sopa, curry, platos de arroz o fideos son variados y todos sabrosos. No es alta cocina pero para una cena familiar en un restaurante de niños, este lugar gana cada vez.

Vine aquí en una fecha con mi otra mitad y tengo que admitir que de todos los que he ido wagamamas (yo he ido a uno que es Amsterdam), este es uno de los mejores! Siempre me encanta un poco de wagamama :) La comida siempre sale rápidamente y todo lo que hemos intentado siempre es genial. Mi favorito tiene que ser el pollo katsu curry y a mi marido le encanta el ramen de ternera. Calamares chili es también deliciosa y hacer batidos muy agradable. Lo único extraño la comida sale a veces aleatorio así que siempre pedir entrantes y luego, una vez que hemos terminado el orden principales. Restaurante niños y dan ceras para colorear página y los mantiene ocupados.

Fuimos con unos amigos para comprobar la comida cine. Tenía el Wagamama Ramen que estaba muy bien pero me faltaba el huevo duro. Las otras tenían pollo Thai de pollo, pollo y Surendra Ramen - todos muy buenos. compartimos una porción de Gyoza y Chili Calamar que estaba muy sabroso. De postre compartimos un plátano Katsu, mucho mejor, y la pasión de frutas Cheesecake, muy sabrosa. Todo esto por 78 libras con refrescos y té. La película también era genial!

Table for 4 quickly found even though the place was heaving. Very noisy, packed with families with young children. Bench style tables no backs to the stools which was rather difficult for the 74 year old in our group. Very very noisy. Elbow to elbow with the people next to us. Drinks were delicious although we found them to be pricy. Food really lovely, lots on the plates. The sides were amazing we loved all we tried, be careful though because when they say chilli....they mean....chilli! It's not just a hint of chilli! The curry dishes we had were very nice too but did remind us of chip shop curry flavour and they had the same colour too, very flour'y in taste and texture. The plates were cold so our food chilled rather quickly. You need to eat fast here. Staff pleasant, efficient, but, very hard to understand. It made us all wonder if we were going to get what we had ordered. The meals were brought to us rather disjointed, they arrived in sparadical fashion, so by the time the last person received their meal the first was half way through theirs. Toilets....no loo roll in the ladies or the men's apparently. Messy and dark/dimly lit. Not good if you are a hygiene freak like me, not sure if they are really clean...'clean'! Over all, not bad but one I wouldn't rave over.

Ordered a chicken firecracker and a prawn firecracker for lunch. Be warned: it's extremely spicy! Food was delicious and our waitress was extremely personable and attentive. One of the better branches of wagamamas in my experience.

Pedí a las 7.15 dos entradas dos platos principales - 50 minutos el tiempo de espera - deliveroo. 1 minuto antes de tiempo de entrega se llama - su pedido ha dividido ¿quieres tu dinero de vuelta - Tapas wagamamas fallo no estaban en correctamente. No quiero mi comida ps puede tengo Asaph - recibí un correo electrónico gracias por su pedido bla, bla - otro 50 minutos el tiempo de espera. Llamé y hablé con el gerente Wagamama que intentaban culpar de entregar y básicamente ofrecieron nada - mi comida llegó fría todo tenía que ser calentada en el microondas que secos. Caro, muy decepcionante y vergonzosa respuesta de gestión. Deliveroo era excelente y honesto. En Wagamama comer todo el tiempo, pero no de nuevo.

Bastante decepcionados con nuestra cena esta noche.

I love Wagamama because it doesn't matter which one you go to the food is always consistent. This is an ideal place if you're going to the cinema or just fancy some good comfort food. My personal favs are the chilli squid and the ramen.Service is fast friendly and efficient. Cant wait to return.

I have been a fan of Wagamama since they started in the early 1990's, food was good, service friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Recent visits have been at the recently opened Staines branch and last night at the Finchley branch.Staines has recently opened so perhaps this is why the service was a bit ropey and the food average there were long waits and several reminders to staff when ordered food failed to arrive. My Phad thai was tepid, bland , small and poor value for money. Finchley is also a distinctly average branch. We arrived just after 9pm, closing time is 10pm. Service started off well and the food duly arrived. My pork ramen came incomplete, missing the garnish of spring onion and half an egg. We sent it back, it was returned with the spring onion still minus the egg, so it was returned again. We were then informed they has run out of eggs, no big deal you may think but surely the front of house staff and duty manager should have been aware of this, they weren't . The dish was bland as well and needed to be spiced up with chilli oil and Soya sauce.We had to remind them that we were missing the duck gyoza which arrived once we had finished the meal.Service petered off as staff started to clear up and concentrate on shift end rather than on the customers still in the restaurant.We did get an apology and they credited the side dish which is a plus. My main gripe is Wagamama has lost its sparkle, it is not cheap and both food and service standards have dropped. Perhaps the continued expansion of this chain is stretching it to braking point and the accountants are pushing for more profit.

Very disappointing meal 3 days ago. Seafood food ramen consisted of 3 prawns in shell some white fish and unidentified fillet - tasteless and boring. Pad tai was sloppy and unappetizing. Subsequently complained by email but manager not interested. Don't waste your money eating there.

Encountered another non-welcoming greeter who got the evening off to a disappointing start. Ambience was awful with one particular screaming child whose parents seemed totally to ignore the negative impact on the other customers.Worse still, the food was pedestrian to the point of being poor. For example, chicken gyoza tasted like cold cardboard and the Asian duck pancakes had far too little duck. The raw salad was better and the beef steamed bun was good.Overall, Poor and a clear decline in standards

There were queues when we arrived at 7.15pm on a Saturday, mainly of family and friends groups. these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. the menu is reliable nationwide and iI noticed some interesting items had been added. The food arrived swiftly, and was tasty and nutritious.

Quality and service at Wagamama's is very consistent if slightly pricey. This one is very good, food outstanding and service excellent. The manager took us through the gluten-free options for my younger daughter and was very helpful. If you like this kind of food I strongly recommend this Finchley branch.

If you like Oriental food it is likely you will find the menu interesting and varied - plenty enough choices for repeat visits without getting bored. We enjoyed excellent service and the ambience was fine in that we could hear each other where we sat, by a window, whereas it might be noisier in the centre of the placeWe tried the beef steamed bun (excellent), the chilli beef ramen (very good), the gyoza (very good) and the sirloin salad (very good). The ramen could be improved to our taste if the beef was served medium rare and if some of the accompaniments were provided so that diners could add to their own tasteOverall, Very Good

Having heard many positive reviews about Wagamama, I thought it was time to finally try it for myself! I was very impressed with all that I ordered and the service. I had the chicken steamed gyoza as a side dish and the wagamama ramen as a made and thoroughly enjoyed both. The service was excellent, our order was taken quickly and then arrived promptly.Although a little pricey, I look forward to visiting again.

I travel a bit, and tend to use wagamama. Well I've been to 10 now, and this one, despite its location delivers excellent service. My food arrived quick and just how I love it. I have the Chicken Fire cracker with extra hot sauce, I was not disappointed yummy, returned there every day for a week, nice....

Fast, fresh food as you'd expect from Wagamama. Little bit noisy as usually full of young families, but bearable. Decent vegetarian options too. Desserts on the pricy side but delicious none the less.

My son and I went about 7pm before pictures had chilli squid popcorn prawns and a soft bun thing with duck in to start all good We both had the seafood ramen which has prawns tilapia and a breaded fish if some sort I like this dish but not sure where they get the idea of a breaded fish fillet in a soup but hey ho it tastes ok just a bit weird My only complaint was we asked for some pork to add to soup to make a change and they charged £4 have a look a picture it was 50p worth if you tried lolWe had couple of large asahi beers each if you have not tried asahi give it a go it's my all time fav

food is allways amazing service is on point with everything even on busy days the service level does not drop at all. Book in advance specially on weekend as they are always busy.

This was my first visit and I have never experienced this type of food before. Do I describe it as oriental? I am not sure. What I am sure about is that it was wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive and were very helpful with information concerning ingredients in respect of allergies.Everything was fresh and tasty and served promptly from the kitchen when cooked. I will definitely go again.

It's a strange concept that they can't guarantee starters before mains but we order starters first and once they have come out we then order our mains but the food is always great. There is a large menu with a lot of variety. It's a very spacious and clean restaurant.

Was greeted by a lovely young lady who turned out to be the manager during our visit, Daniella promptly and shown to our table. We were served by another charming lady Ola who anticipated our need completely as we placed our orders. During the wait (and I say wait jokingly as our food took literally 3 mins) I took my daughter and son to watch the food being prepared, a chef in a red hat and grey hat where preparing the dishes and chatted with us and where so friendly, chef in the grey hat offered my daughter some sweet corn and allowed my son to put salt and chilli on our edamame. Our meal was complete with the banana katsu, so yummy. Amazing service, food, and restaurant. Will defiantly be going back.

We have eaten in many of their restaurants over 24 years from St Albans to the city, but this is our fave as the staff are consistently friendly and helpful and not forgetting it's free to park! We also like the addition of the individual tables & chairs and wonder if it is Wagamama's intention to roll this out as we've noticed they have attached padding to the benches in some of their other restaurants so maybe they feel now is the time to give their restaurants some comfort & ambience.It would be great to see more steamed rice dishes in addition to curries on their menu & especially the return of an old favourite in an oyster sauce with chicken, shitake mushrooms & fish paste garnish. It was delicious and the duck gyoza & dip was the perfect accompaniment. My partner had their short rib ramen and enjoyed it, but said it is inevitably greasy compared to the chicken ramen. And we both enjoyed their pork ribs for a change from dumplings, which were meaty, tender & flavoursome.

We are a Wagamama fan so knew what to expect and this branch lived up to expectations. It was very busy and we waited for a table for a short while. The service was very good under the circumstances of a very full restaurant and the food was good. It arrived fast and was tasty. The menu feels like it's been the same for ages and could do with an update but that's no reflection on this branch.

Whenever we fancy a Wagamama's, which is quite often this time of year for a warming chicken ramen or chicken katsu curry, we pop to Finchley Lido as it's always consistent with the staff happily providing extra soup, dips & sauces. And not forgetting how easy it is to park there. We also like the addition of the more comfortable individual tables & chairs.

I found this restaurant to be very very quiet and with no atmosphere.I did find the food tasty and the staff very helpful though, they gave me ideas, options and advised if I didn't like their advice I could change my meal for free!It was very nice of them and their advise was spot on, the rice dish was very tasty!

The service was ok not what I was expecting from such a big company ! The staff kept forgetting to bring our sauces out and they were harassing us about downloading the app throughout our meal I found my food to be very bland and mushy I was not happy with it at all ! I personally would advise to avoid this branch!

Good family meal - duck gyoza and chilli squid starter. Tuna main. Kid s meals great. Pad Thai good aswell. Service was excellent

service was great.. waiting staff were fantastic.. food was brilliant.. ideal location right next to cinema! We thoroughly enjoyed it and will def be back again soon!

We went there on the spur of the moment as it was raining and cold outside. The waiting staff were OK and meals were good value. The restaurant was too noisy and we pointed it out. The manager Danielle was rude and obnoxious and had no people skills at all. I am not sure if it was due to being used to different style as she was foreign although she was certainly a bad advertisement for the place. If it was not for the manager the restaurant would have been given a far higher rating by me.

I had a KATSU day at Wagamama today. Japanese fried food day. This was my first experience with fried food for a very long time. I went for fried food to try it and see the Japanese fried food as healthy. I had chicken coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, covered in an aromatic curry sauce served with sticky rice and a side salad. I liked chicken Katsu and the curry was aromatic and delicious. This order is a big one. If you are planning to go dessert like me, then you will need to enjoy the chicken and salad only, leaving the rice on the side. I managed to try the banana in panko breadcrumbs with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream. The banana Katsu was tasty and soft with the ice cream. My drink was the refreshing apple, celery and limejuice. I enjoyed my Katsu day. The staffs were efficient and the service was quick. SEE photos for my Great lunch.

Typical Wagamama experience which ticked the right boxes. Decent food, good prices, friendly service and very efficient. No complaints.

We went for lunch today and I was a bit apprehensive due to some of the negative comments I’d read. We were welcomed immediately and had a trainee waiter and his supervisor who were both very friendly. The restaurant was full of families with their young children. Our order was taken almost immediately after we had decided what we would like to try. The food appeared very shortly afterwards and for the whole meal the staff were polite and attentive. For starters we each had Kimchee, Miso soup, 2 types of Gyoza (duck & chicken) and for the main course I had pork ribs, noodles & teriyaki sauce. My wife had seared tuna with kale & quinoa and vegetables. All this washed down with a nice Merlot, sparkling water and free green tea. Everything was tasty and flavoursome. For what we had, £48 was not unreasonable. We will certainly return soon with the grandkids though I doubt they will be able to finish the enormous “kid-portions” we saw children being given.

Cenato con famiglia. La qualità delle pietanze è decisamente superiore alla media e per fortuna ho potuto assaporare piatti dai sapori distinti e cucinati con cura. Le Ramen veramente buone e gradevoli alla vista così come i piatti a basi di Curry (altro non abbiamo assaggiato). Personale a mio avviso sopra la media "english", cortese e competente. Non essendo un frequentatore di ristoranti giapponesi sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito.Consiglio!!

The restaurant was not busy despite it being a Saturday evening. The food as always was good, but the service was dreadful. Not only did I not get my green tea, no-one checked to see if everything was alright. They began clearing plates from one of us before we had both finished eating. There were plenty of spaces available for other diners so it seemed like we were being rushed unnecessarily. When the rest of the plates were cleared, some cutlery was dropped into the lap of my friend and the waiter offered no apology. No tip was offered as a result.

I went here recently with some friends and we all had issues with our food. My main course noodle dish was tasteless, even when I added extra sauce it was just lacking flavour and greasy. My friend had to send her tuna steak back 3 times as it was over cooked even though the menu clearly said 'SEARED'. Dessert trio was warm and soggy. It was so expensive for what it was, and all they did was take off a side dish by way of apology. I will not be going back.

Hou je van aziatisch eten dan moet je hier zeker heen gaan, partner had een gerecht van curry met kip en ik had een maaltijdsoep chili met kip, noedels, tauge en verse koriander! Vond het moeilijk een keuze te maken van de menukaart, zag er allemaal even lekker uit. Ze hebben japanse, chinese en thaise bieren, partner vond de lucky boedha erg lekker!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a pranzo. Non sapendo cosa prendere abbiamo deciso di dividere uno starter, polpettine di verdure e funghi molto buone e croccanti servite con una salsa piccantina, poi un piatto unico, il cha han, con riso, funghi, gamberi, pollo, mais e verdure, abbondante e molto saporito. Abbiamo preso un riso in più e l'acqua. QUasi 20 pound. Non proprio poco per un antipasto e un primo ma ci abbiamo mangiato in due! Il locale minimal ma arredato bene, il personale molto cordiale ci hanno aspettato 10 minuti prima che decidessimo. A fine pasto ho chiesto info sui piatti e il ragazzo è stato abbastanza dettagliato e mi ha fatto vedere un libro con le ricette dei piatti sul menu.Fanno take away ma niente delivery.

My boyfriend and I ordered takeaway from this Wagamamas- they said it would take 30mins so we turned up 5 mins early to collect it; 25mins later the food was finally ready. I had a chilly chicken ramen. It was half the size (but the same price) as an eat in portion. About 2/3 of my container was noodles, and when I poured it out there was half a bowl of broth, if that. What's worse, it was so bland; I could have made better out of an oxo cube. My chicken was also extremely dry.... All round a really bad meal. My partner ordered a beef teriyaki soba (we think)- he too said his was extremely bland and the portion size was once again, very small. One of the most disappointing £50 meals I've ever had!!

Bought four dishes, two sides and four drinks, and the only thing we enjoyed was the ginger beer. The firecracker meal was so small & had more pepper than chicken, the fruit juices (core & tropical) tasted like it had been drained of all it's goodness, and we left that without drinking it, and as for the sides: wok-fried greens was just three stalks of broccoli with no broccoli. I only paid my bill because l wanted to quickly go to another restaurant to eat, as we left there starving. Told the servers during the meal but they were not interested.

Been here twice for a quick dinner before the cinema. It was a good ambience and food was great and as expected from other Wagamamas I have been too. Service was good too.

so just went for a nice meal with 9 people. ordered my gluten free meal. I was the only one asked to order from a manager to make sure that it would have been gluten free. The manager Pedro takes the order (we are in finchley) and the food arrived to all the family. when they were half way I asked where was my meal and they said that they had to clean the place and make sure that all was gluten free. Ok when they almost finish I get my gluten free food with crispy onion on top. I asked another manager (renata) if that was gluten free and she said yes. I asked about the crispy onions and she said yes. I told her that I was 38 weeks pregnant and couldn't risk and she confirmed again. I told her that crispy onions weren't GF and she should have checked before giving me wrong info 3 times. she started to be arrogant (as well? wow) and said that she had a book and they work by the book (what does that mean now?) in the meantime my family finished the meal. I asked her to get me Pedro the guy that took my first order. He apologised and asked if I wanted something else and I refused. He gave me a take away but I also refused as I came for a meal and not for a take away. I asked for a dessert to have with the family. 3 people came and finally I ordered a gluten free coconut dessert with the meal. The manager comes back 10 min later and says that even if the dessert is advertised ad gluten free they can't guarantee it. so I came here to look at family having a meal. felt crying and disgusted for the service and the treatment. This is not the first time of course. You should be ashamed and I should finally take legal advices cause now it's enough. I've already done 3 complaints to this place and I'm sick of it. surely won't come anymore but this is not enough
