Food ok, although I found the linguine a little tasteless, but the restaurant was very cold as was the service. It was a Monday night, only a few tables filled, but it seemed that they were keen to close up despite it being about 8pm. Never had a bill so quick.

Unfortunately the Luxury Ice Cream Company online menu is wrong. I was there on Sunday afternoon intending to have a banana split and buy my grand-daughter a Biscoff sundae but neither of these was on offer. The LICC did not respond to my email the day before our visit and their telephone number was not recognised. Having said that, the ice cream we did have was delicious.

Passing through Mirfield on the navigation on a Saturday, couldn't be bothered to cook so sought out something a little more upmarket than the pub's burgers. This restaurant is around 3/4 mile out of town and at first sight situated in a less than ideal location, next to an industrial/trading estate. But once through the doors, a warm welcome - the proprietor juggled tables to make room for the three of us (around 1800) on what was otherwise a fully booked evening. We all opted for the salmon special on a bed of spinach, veg or salad side dish included at £19.50. Fish precisely cooked - big tick! The usual range of Italian puddings, and none the worse for that as they were very well done. Went off-piste with the wine, a NZ sauvignon blanc (at £28), in order to get a drier mouthful than the house white. So, around £108, before tip, for the three of us - acceptable for food and wine of this standard. Would return (with a booking!) if in the area again.

I had a fantastic experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Pinza Romana—light, crispy, and full of flavor, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. What truly made the visit special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Damiano and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Their genuine hospitality added so much to the overall experience. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a friendly, relaxed vibe. Don't miss out on that amazing Pinza Romana—it’s a must-try!

Cheapish food, but you get what you pay for. I had one of the chicken dishes, which I could have made at home to the same quality. Had a salad to start and had to ask for the oli and viniger, when it should have been on the table. House red was vinigery. Very small and dark place, toilets not very clean.
