Food ok, although I found the linguine a little tasteless, but the restaurant was very cold as was the service. It was a Monday night, only a few tables filled, but it seemed that they were keen to close up despite it being about 8pm. Never had a bill so quick.

Unfortunately the Luxury Ice Cream Company online menu is wrong. I was there on Sunday afternoon intending to have a banana split and buy my grand-daughter a Biscoff sundae but neither of these was on offer. The LICC did not respond to my email the day before our visit and their telephone number was not recognised. Having said that, the ice cream we did have was delicious.

Passing through Mirfield on the navigation on a Saturday, couldn't be bothered to cook so sought out something a little more upmarket than the pub's burgers. This restaurant is around 3/4 mile out of town and at first sight situated in a less than ideal location, next to an industrial/trading estate. But once through the doors, a warm welcome - the proprietor juggled tables to make room for the three of us (around 1800) on what was otherwise a fully booked evening. We all opted for the salmon special on a bed of spinach, veg or salad side dish included at £19.50. Fish precisely cooked - big tick! The usual range of Italian puddings, and none the worse for that as they were very well done. Went off-piste with the wine, a NZ sauvignon blanc (at £28), in order to get a drier mouthful than the house white. So, around £108, before tip, for the three of us - acceptable for food and wine of this standard. Would return (with a booking!) if in the area again.

Fantastic meal with partner. Waitress and chef were very accommodating and honestly the best goats cheese pasta dish I’ve had. Partners peppercorn sauce and Diane sauce was a little unique, however the steak was cooked to perfection - so perhaps the sauce was just unique to tosca’s.

It was difficult to choose from the menu as there so many delicious options and what we finally decided on did not disappoint. The food was fresh and flavoursome, and the service was excellent. Thank you for the extra limoncello! The atmosphere was great, and it was clear that locals eat there - always a good sign.

This is without a doubt, my FAVOURITE restaurant EVER! If you're a fan of Italian food or wanting to try the best roast dinner you'll ever have - this is the place for you. I have been coming here for years, and one of the things that always stands out is the consistency - not just in the food, but in the staff as well. The same friendly faces have been serving me for years, which really adds to the warmth and familiarity of the experience. The food never disappoints, but my absolute favourite dish is the Crab Linguine. It's simply divine - the crab is always fresh, and the pasta is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. It's the kind of dish that makes you savour every bite and wish the plate would never end. Their roast dinner comes in at a *very* close second, everything is cooked to perfection & is so, so delicious. It's worth noting that it's a two-hour round trip for me to get here, but it's always so worth it. In fact, this restaurant holds a very special place in my heart - it was where my husband and I had our very first date. The atmosphere is welcoming and cosy, making it the perfect spot for a special meal or a casual night out. Every visit feels like coming home, and I can't recommend it enough to anyone craving top-notch food. The staff truly makes you feel like part of the family! Thank you to James & all of the team at Quindici - you are truly amazing!

This is a small, unassuming Italian restaurant that one might be forgiven for thinking probably offers standard high Street Italian fare. But it doesn't - the food is exceptionally good and easily rivals some of the best Italian food you'll find in central London. The pasta, high quality and al dente, was delicious and the sauces fantastic. The garlic bread was thin, light and crispy, the garlic and rosemary flavour a subtle delight. The desserts were brilliant as well. The service was a little bit basic and the ambience and decor likewise. But it doesn't matter and can be forgiven - the food is that good and amazing to find in this location. A classic and really extensive menu (especially for the size of restaurant) with simple, familiar dishes but all of it was executed brilliantly. A great find, a great chef and I highly recommend a visit.
