Jess the manager and Jess the waitress were both amazing. Extremely prompt and professional service as well as lovely banter and chat. I can't wait to go back to Bella Italia. The food was delicious.

An absolutely incredible Italian experience – hands down one of the best in London! I was on my way to the airport and super short on time, so I stopped by hoping for a quick but amazing bite and wow, did they deliver! From the moment I walked in, the staff were beyond kind and attentive. I let them know I needed to eat quickly, and they seriously went out of their way to make sure everything came out fast but still absolutely fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Now here’s what really won my heart: I asked if the tiramisu was halal, and instead of giving me a quick answer, they took it so seriously. They went back to the kitchen, checked every ingredient, and made sure it was 100% safe for me. Then they double-checked again just to be sure. That level of care? Rare and deeply appreciated. And let’s talk about the food it was honestly incredible. The flavors were rich and authentic, the pasta was cooked to perfection, and the tiramisu? Oh. My. God. Light, creamy, and SO delicious and halal too! It was the highlight of my whole day. Even though I was in a rush, they made me feel calm, welcomed, and looked after. This place doesn’t just serve amazing food, it serves heart. I can’t wait to come back when I actually have time to sit and enjoy it even more. If you’re in London and craving Italian then this is your spot. Absolutely amazing

First time at Bella Italia and it did not disappoint. Food was great and our server, Ilona, was very welcoming and was very attentive. Will be back again!

Honestly £60 for two people for sushi is too much the only thing I liked were the gyoza ravioli for the rest there are better

Had a wonderful late lunch here May 2nd, perfect spot to cool down on a hot day. Quieter than other restaurants on the dock, nice atmosphere, pretty garden area. Basia was our server, and she was friendly, helpful and chatty with the children, which was lovely. Pizza was great, wine was cold. No complaints, would visit again and would recommend.

I went with my grandson before a show at The Marlowe on Easter Monday. It was quiet in the restaurant. The staff were ok, not particularly welcoming but fine. The first and second courses were good, I had the vegan meatballs and the delicious Rainbow lasagne. My grandson had a kids meal of pepperoni pizza. Then we were ignored. For 40 minutes…. I stacked the dirty plates on our table, no one came to pick them up or ask if we needed anything. We asked 4 times for his chocolate ice cream over a 25 minute period but had to give up and leave ( and rush ) , so as not to miss our show. I told the server about this when I paid but she wasn’t all that interested. All a bit irritating. It’s the second time in a row I’ve encountered bad service at this Zizzis , so it’s back to Wildwood up the road next time.

Food was delicious. Order came with a complimentary portion of rocket which was perfect alongside the chilli penne pasta and mozzarella sticks. Food was ready when I arrived as per collection time and both members of staff who assisted me were lovely.
