Fantastic restaurant with amazing staff Juliana and anya where superb with their service and the pizza was cooked to perfection

BEWARE STAFF MEMBER TRIED TO SCAM ME. I went here with my daughter for dinner before we went to the 02 for an event. I paid for the bill with card and luckily I got a copy of the card receipt to show the payment was authorised, once we arrived at the 02 I received a number of calls from a London Landline and a mobile which I didn’t recognise. I wasn’t going to answer as the show was about to begin but as the calls were persistent I thought it must be something urgent, I answered the call and the man at the end of the phone said it was Matteo from STRADA where we had just been and that my card payment hadn’t gone through. I said I was sure it had and he said it hadn’t and said he would WhatsApp me a link to make payment. Luckily I found my receipt showing the authorisation and sent this and he said oh sorry it’s just gone through . This is disgusting as if I hadn’t taken the receipt then I would have had to pay again! Please be very careful. There are much better restaurants to go to in the area. We also found the staff to be rude and had to ask twice for my daughter’s drink.

Out for a birthday meal, and it was great. We tried the rustic and classic pizza. Turns out the rustic has a thinner base, we preferred the classic but both were good. They were great with sorting out the grandkids food first and quick. When they brought out the birthday cake loads of staff and customers joined in singing Happy Birthday to our daughter. Brilliant!

Great food. Staff were accommodating, especially Gio, who seated 14 of us promptly by merging tables, was courteous, and listened to specific requests for our orders. Chicken Romana was especially tasty.

Not pleased to share my olives and drink with pigeons!! Extremely disappointed by the flies and dirt ....to top it all the toilets were dirty and the staff too busy drinking on the job behind the bar. Sad as it could have lots of potential. Never again

Went to this restaurant for a casual meal with our Son. The food was ok, nothing special. Our problem came with the bill, 10% service charge added, which was not really on the menus posted outside. 2 of us had the 2 course offer. Husband had the main menu. On arriving home to Cornwall later we found there were 4 on the special offer deal. May go here again but would definitely be checking the bill more carefully!Not great

Now trading as Cintra.. OK food, but very expensive for what was on offer. We eat out on a regular basis, we wouldn't be tempted back here any time soon. Nice location looking over the harbour

Mediocre food, very overpriced, service was subpar. The ambiance is nice but the place has no charm, neither does the food. We have been to several Italian restaurants and were extremely disappointed with this one, so many better options in London.

It took some time time to order the food, but once that was handled we got served in a reasonable time. The food was good, and on pale with the prices.

Was in at blue lagoon after doing the kilt walk an was greeted by staff really nice smiles even though was busy they were great agot two half pizza crunches was excellent nice an crunchy the server was welcoming an chatty recommended to all to either sit in or take away loved it an will definitely be back thank you very much guys a needed something tasty to eat after a long day an it hit the spot

El peor restaurante de la historia, Estaba sentado en medio del restaurante, los camareros que pasaban por allí siempre embistían contra la silla. No pregunté si las comidas estaban bien salieron frías Los inodoros están discutiendo y no hay rollo de inodoro en cualquier cubículo peor cumpleaños todavía!

Very nice server. Nice atmosphere. Our hungry 8 year old was TREATED to a 3 course meal including desert with two cones.

Booked a meal for 7:15 pm tonight. Got there. Shut. No contact from them but their Facebook page says that it is closed for a refurbishment. Didn't look like that. No sign of a refurbishment at all. Gone bust hopefully. Always been a problem at Nonnas. W☆☆☆kers.

Staff were friendly, but let down by gross incompetence within their team. Note, the restraunt was no more than one third full. After 45 minutes our starters arrived, with the unwelcome news that our main courses were also ready and did we want them all together. No we didn’t and we were assured they would be remade. A further 45 minutes passes and our, presumably, original main courses arrived. Two lukewarm pasta dishes and a burnt pizza, a sheepish looking waitress declares these will be on the house. Food was edible and my son ate his burnt pizza. We also had a birthday voucher for £15, so the whole experience of dinner for three cost £30. However, it was nothing like the pleasant evening out we had planned. We will be striking this place from our list of eateries.
