Always amazing service when we go to Zizzi's. The food is also amazing and the kids love it.

The service was great, the wait staff were helpful and friendly. We were warned of a wait on food, which did take a while to come out. The food wasn’t bad but it was underwhelming and for sure on the higher price end for a chain Italian.

Came here as a table of 4. Nice atmosphere. Easy place to get a group together. Everyone likes Italian style food. Service was good. The only criticism I'd have is some dishes were very small for the price you pay. We all mentioned this as a group. I personally thought my dishes were quite bland (I got bruschetta and the vegan rainbow lasagna). Salt and pepper saved the day, which I'm cool with, but I wish there was more flavour to begin with. My lasagna was also overcooked (it was fused to the dish and had to scrape it off to be able to eat it). Which is fine as I needed an arm workout anyways. We all cleared our food at the end of the day, so it was obviously still nice. I just think you can get better quality food elsewhere for the same price.

I came in for dinner with my girlfriend, both servers where lovely one was called Kaitlin and the other was a woman with blonde hair. Everything was perfect couldn’t recommend more

Great food, tasted amazing and cooked perfectly. We were served by Abbey. She was very kind and polite, no complaints whatsoever.

Katie, our server, was fantastic. Engaging and looked after the children by printing off pictures of minions or Disney characters despite being busy. The food was good. In particular the Wagyu pizza. I felt the atmosphere was a little underwhelming but perhaps the Sunday afternoon is a quiet time. All in all, a nice experience.

I visited Zizzi's in Hull for the first time ever on Sunday as part of my birthday celebrations. The restaurant was nicely decorated, clean and relaxed. We were greeted immediately by a server named Yasmin. Throughout our visit she was absolutely amazing! No request was too big or small, she was very friendly and personable, and she was always fast to come to our table and help, despite the fact I think she was serving quite a few tables that night! She definitely contributed a lot to how much we enjoyed our trip to Zizzi's. There was a wide selection of food for all dietary requirements, and the food was absolutely gorgeous - so flavourful, served quickly and hot. Two of us opted for the Sticky Pig pizza, which I HIGHLY recommend, and our guest opted for the Prosciutto Carbonara pasta which she could not compliment enough. A honeycomb desert each afterwards and we were stuffed! Delicious and well worth it - and that goes for the whole meal. The prices were very reasonable for the large size of the pizzas, and the desserts we tried were gorgeous too! The cost was helped by the fact we were members of the Zillionaire club - Zizzi's own loyalty scheme - which entitled me to a free pizza just because it was my birthday! Overall, my visit here was excellent and I would highly recommend that if you have time, you pay Zizzi's in Hull a visit. Thanks again Yasmin for making our experience enjoyable, and big thanks to the chefs and other staff for the wonderful food and service. Amazing!

My meatballs were burned and the sauce was not arabiata. Added to a wait of of an hour and a very miserable server; I can only express what an awful experience this was overall.

Party of four, two of whom have coeliac disease so need gluten-free food. The waitresses were very helpful and there is a wide range of gluten-free options available, to the delight of the girls! Having had a bad experience in a different pizza restaurant, they were particularly pleased to see that their gluten-free meals were clearly marked as such on the dish. The food was all delicious, and will most certainly return!

Thank you to everyone, we had a wonderful evening. It really was made extra special by such wonderful staff. The service was excellent, the atmosphere so relaxing. It was my birthday treat and everyone made that just that bit more special. Our little girl had the most amazing evening and loved all of the staff. The lady that was running the bar was wonderful as was the lady head of house this evening. But every single member of staff gave exceptional service in a very busy high pressured part of the evening.

We travelled from the South and always love coming to Zizi’s for a Calzone. Kaiya was super welcoming and the service was 10/10. Huge compliments to the chef’s for the food too!

Cancelled my order as I was waiting over 2 hours for a delivery, the restaurant had closed and my delivery still hadn’t arrived, so my order got cancelled.

Servers seemed disinterested. Took the staff about 20 minutes to realise they didn’t have ravioli so I opted for a pizza which was very rushed and undercooked. Could also see the young chefs didn’t have knife skills, put me on edge seeing them cut veg! Prices far too high

Food was amazing and Erin was very accommodating and polite, would definitely recommend, if you've had zizzi years ago and thought it was 'alright', give this place another go because I'd say the overall experience was 10/10.

Been for a family birthday, food portions were very small people had lasagne no salad or garlic bread with it. Had to pre order food and still took between 3 quarters of an hour and an hour for it to be served. I would like to give our waitress Yasmine a 5 star

Really tasty pizza, which was the Rustica Sofia that I had. Lovely cocktails too. And the service was excellent. The lady was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

Excellent meal, we had starters and pizza for mains. Really tasty food, plenty of flavour and served hot. Great drinks choices, enjoyed the Trebbiano wine. Too full for pudding which is a shame cos I love the tiramisu. Service was excellent, friendly but professional.

So today me and my girlfriend went to zizzi for some food, and it was unreal. I had the meatball pasta and she had the prawn on a skewer and abbie made the experience so good. Food served with a smile and I will deffo be back.

I came to Zizi on Tuesday 10th and abbey was such a lovely waitress honestly made us feel so welcome and the service was so quick aswell and when the food came out it was honestly incredible 10/10 experience great all around

The guy who served us (12/09/24 @13:00) was super lovely and helpful especially with having allergies, he was wearing a white checkered shirt :) Definitely deserves some praise!!

We had an excellent evening here with the only issue ordering via the app. I have to praise the young lad who had to bend the rules to help us because his patience and understanding was first class.

Went out for tea with my friend and was pleasantly surprised. i ordered the bolognase and it was delectable, my friend had the lasagna and they said it was perfectly delightful. We had a loaded bolognas fries to share as well and it was the perfect amount of food. Our server Abbey was very kind too and was helpful when it came to paying the bill and taking our order. She had a very good attitude and brightened our evening.

It was a nice meal out, my friend enjoyed the spaghetti bolognase so much that they devoured it like hannibal lecter to one of his victims. Abbey our server was lovely!

We've just had our annual family get together tonight. The service was excellent throughout and the lovely Katie was brilliant with the youngest three children,they all loved her. All 18 of us enjoyed our visit and the food was great. We never felt rushed from the start to the finish.

We were a family party of 19, Grandma and Grandad's treat! We were looked after very well. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meal. We had 3 little ones with us and Katie, who was looking after us, was just fantastic with them, she gave them colouring pictures and crayons, took them off to choose their own ice lollies and let them help serve the desserts to the table. She really was brilliant with them and made our night. Thank you.

3 staff on and 8 customers in the place order food 😋 with a side of chips 🍟 received the food with no chips after meal got the bill at the table paid then realised we had paid for the chips could get the £4-75 refund back will not be returning don't think we will get a reply the girl said she had to many customers to realise we had not received our chips so it was my fault she said it was my fault we were both very upset and left reluctant to go back in the future

The £25 three course menu here is very good value. Located in the shopping centre so may be busier during shopping hours rather than Sunday evening when I went.

Terrible service, the waiter with purple hair was really rude. An hour after placing the order the waiter comes back to me telling me that they had forgotten to make the risotto and that it was not possible because the kitchen is close. I left hungry and they didn't even want to give me the payment receipt. An orrbilie place

Went there the Other night with a group of 13 Neurodiverse friends for a birthday meal. The staff were amazing in intreacting with us and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I want to give a Big shout out to Georgia (Hope i spelt the name right) and her Other Collegue who we didnt get the name of for serving us, they both were amazing and made the night very special for the Birthday Girl. Would Recommend and will be Defanitly be returning sometime soon 😊

Portions were small for the price, pizza was bland. The chips especially were nice but no where near the amount of chips expected for £7! Food was a bit late but we were informed so not much of a problem.

No salmon, no green beans for requested meals. Desserts served with Soup spoons. Serving Staff could not answer questions about items presented on the menus! Pasta (crinkly tagliatelle) was served hard and soft.

Is a delightful place to enjoy a tasteful Italian wine. The food is delicious and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. James and Georgina are 2 lovely young people who always make me feel so welcomed and valued when I visit the restaurant. Its well worth paying a visit

I honestly cannot say enough how positive every time coming here has been. The staff are very friendly and are more than happy to provide my children with colouring pencils to draw ect. The waiting times aren't too long, but is not an issue as I know I'm going to get wonderful food and understand everything is made fresh. The staff have always been honest if they haven't got a ingredient and will gladly offer alternatives (in my experience) I understand Waiters/ Waitresses are busy so I do not expect them at my beck and call but they've never ignored us and only a simple excuse me to get there attention upon passing. I have been here many, many times and although, yes the menu can be understandably on the higher price range, the food is absolutely worth it. The sharing platters is more than enough for all 4 of us to share and the pizzas are huge and delicious. The desserts are never turned down so everyone is always leaving very full with smiles. The main green flag for me is the staff though, they're so welcoming and lovely. Always nice to see friendly faces :)
