Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida encantadora a la llegada y llevado directamente a nuestra mesa. El pedido de bebidas se tomó rápidamente y las bebidas llegaron igual de rápido. El personal con el que tratamos era encantador y amable y la señora que atendió a nuestra mesa era muy amable, servicial y tenía un buen sentido del humor. No esperábamos mucho tiempo por la comida y cuando llegó, no nos decepcionó en absoluto. Toda la comida que vino era al rojo vivo, fresco y sabroso. También tuvimos una inyección de violonchelo de limón gratis, y los fardos que venían con el tiramisú era precioso. Espero visitar de nuevo en el Año Nuevo.

Fue una noche muy ocupada, pero Leah, nuestra camarera, nos mantuvo bien alimentados y regados. Hizo un trabajo fantástico. Había un menú de Navidad que era muy buena relación calidad-precio y sabroso. Si te gusta el prosecco consíguelo ya que solo cuesta £ 2 el vaso más. Recomendamos el pollo Lecce y los desiertos eran muy sabrosos. Una noche muy agradable. Gracias Leah por tu duro trabajo.

We came to do “Wing Wednesday” for my partners birthday, and the girl serving us was brilliant! I struggle eating certain foods but wanted to take part for my partner and to push myself and she was so understanding when I “tapped out” very early on. Her and the manager even offered an alternative so I could still take part, but even though I only managed a few, I was stuffed! (They’re absolutely delicious!) The waitresses attitude was so positive and understanding and made me feel very calm and welcome in what can sometimes be an awkward situation! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Amazing service with great food & drink. The atmosphere could not be any better with music, board games and free shuffleboard on a Sunday! Went in for kids eat free, but would come back again any day!

Called in on a Friday teatime on route to an event. Was packed but found a table near the kitchen area. Staff explained it was a busy food period so orders were running at around 40 mins if we were ordering. Amazing menu, once we'd decided staff took our order and couldn't have been more customer service if they tried, checking in on us making sure we had everything we needed. We had 4 different staff members during our visit and they all scored 11/10. Don't know where/how you source your staff brew dog but keep it up!! Our burgers were amazing coming out of the calmest kitchen I've ever witnessed. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again .....soon!

Such an interesting place! Visited today around 4.30pm. I’ve never visited before as I don’t live in Hull but it’s a really cool, relaxed vibe. Theres games to play, the food is delicious and the staff are very helpful. I made a mistake not checking an ingredient and the staff member was very helpful in rectifying the issue. Will definitely return next time I’m in Hull. Would highly recommend

Went to the brewdog experience on Sunday night it was very informative learned all about how it started up and went through all the tasting of the different beers,Ash did a great job of explaining everything to us l would definitely recommend it.

Have been a few times now and enjoyed the mac-n-cheese burger and the chicken burger. Staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Ryan who goes beyond the extra mile to make you welcome. Very disabled friendly and have a disabled loo which is always a bonus. Smoking and vaping are allowed on the outside balcony.

Came for all you can eat chicken wings got to 30 mins before our table ran out and still nothing. We would have managed 10 wings before the kitchen closed if we were lucky. Then we said we were leaving and we got an 'ok' :-/

Only been here 2 times. First time was alright, not many cider choices. Second time coming ended up paying £16 for 2 beers just for sitting in! Disgusting price. Won’t be coming here again for a while, at least until the prices go down. This ain’t London.

Me and my friends went to the wings Wednesday promotion. Food was great although it took some time in between baskets but we wasn't In a rush. Our waitress , chloe , made it especially funny and enjoyable by taking part in our banter and providing great service. We had a very good time and will be coming back again.

I wouldn't bother going if you want any decent service. Ordered food and via the app, which worked well. The drinks came straight away, and it went downhill from there. 40 minutes later, still no sign of the food. I'd say it was due to being busy. However, there were us and two other tables in there one of which was on deserts. Went to the bar to cancel the food and the staff were standing in a gaggle at the bar. They knew about our order but didn't seem to care and assumed we'd had it. Same staff from when we walked in serving, so I don't know who they thought had served us. Then we have to wait 2-3 days for the refund to go through. Needless to say, it was empty for a reason, and we won't be going back and don't recommend going to anyone else.

BrewDog might not be my top pick, but it’s definitely a solid choice. The venue offers food and a wide selection of their own brewed beers. The atmosphere is lively and they have some fun games to enjoy while you’re there. It’s a good spot if you’re looking to try out unique brews and have a good time.

It was oryt food wasn't amazing little disappointed in the mac burger. I cant speak about the other burgers as I only had one. Atmosphere was greatveriadrinks all great.

Charged double for food with no offer of a refund, every time we come never any of the food in other then vegan, ordered & charged for drinks didn’t have them in stock so was offered water as a replacement with no refund. Avoid

We visited as a family of 4 for a birthday. The staff were VERY friendly and went above and beyond. The food as always is delicious and the drink choice superb. Visited many times before, and will continue to do so. Well done HULL team BREWDOG!

Lovely seating area near the water, ideally situated. Good selection of beer. I don't visit for food but the one occasion I did try, it was nice. Dog friendly too and free arcade games. The APP is good, it was turned off one day and I had to go to the bar, but that was a one off and its worked every time since.

Ordered food around 8ish - 4 people. took 50 minutes to arrive, only one persons food came and it was STONE COLD. the mac and cheese had even gone hard. The staff were lovely and offered to have the full tables food remade. It all arrived and im not sure how... but it was all still freezing despite allegedly being made fresh. My plant burger had zero toppings just the patty and cheese with some wiltered salad? Stone cold. nothing even similar to the menu and they would have charged £13 for that absolutley no effort in the food at all. One of the wings portions were raw and another portion was cooked but stone cold like theyd just been sat there. A real shame! Would like to say the service staff were really lovely and made an uncomfortable situation alot easier so thankyou!

Have been here a couple of times whilst I had friends staying, I can honestly say the staff and service level are exceptional. I would highly recommend a visit here to anyone. Big shout out to manager Loz and especially Chloe for being absolutely wonderful members of staff, if I owned a pub I would be stealing them!

Worst spaghetti bolognaise I have ever tasted! The spaghetti was thin and chopped up 🤔, we also ordered garlic mushrooms, when they arrived they where dry and also tasteless, my mates pizza was tasteless also we spent over £100 for a party of 3. It was a Friday night and not busy but sadly still waited for over 45 minutes after we had finished the starter. Bad experience not to be repeated.

Was decent enough, friendly staff will help you. Food was okay, nothing out of this world. Nice atmosphere, clean, nice view if you sit outside or next to the window. You can see the water around the shopping mall. Would go again if Nandos is closed in the hull mall again.

Had a bottomless brunch and kerion W was amazing and attentive everything you want as a bottomless brunch - not once did I feel like I had am empty glass or food conversation he is exactly what you want as a server and is a credit to brewdog- the food and selection of drinks on the bottomless brunch was excellent and served its exact purpose to a tee- excellent food, excellent drink and even better service

Was here for a christening first time i've been in but staff where very polite & knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble the bar staff even gave us a very small sample of a few different largers & craft beers to try so that i could see which beers to have. It was great just sat in the windows watching the world go by. Its very big inside but tables where all very clean & ready for people to eat at or just to have a drink.

This was my second time visiting with my partner, and both occasions were amazing! We were always a bit sceptical with it being a chain restaurant however the food here is absolutely delicious!! We would recommend the: -Folded garlic & mozz bread - Olives (his favourite) - Burrata & pancetta carbonara - Beef lasagne - Brownie dessert The drinks are also good, and the waitress serving us was lovely also! Will definitely be back here again soon! Thank you x

My sons' favourite, not my choice. It was ok. Food was ok, service was ok. Best bit is the location, inside an old warehouse.

Credit where credit is due. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was excellent the starters of olives and mozzarella garlic bread were lovely and I have to say the pizza was cooked exactly as I’d asked for and was delicious. The place was full and they were turning people who hadn’t booked away so they can’t be doing much wrong!

Lovely young lady served giving her recommendations but sadly we found the place overpriced and lacking atmosphere. We left our booked table early because of it.

Really disappointed in the service. Me and my boyfriend ordered the Hoppy meal. It’s says it comes with a burger, fries, a beer ice pop and some brewdog goodies. It is more expensive than a basic burger and fries on their menus. The burgers arrived and they were ok, a bit dry but overall pretty good. We then waiting about 15 minutes after for our ice pops. When they didn’t arrive I asked at the bar for them and they said that it’s forgotten sometimes but that she hopes we had a good meal. I then asked if we could get the ice pops and she said she would ask but wasn’t sure where they were. We waited another 10 minutes but she never turned up. I then went to the bar on our way out and asked if I could be refunded the difference and they said that’s not how it works and we ate the burgers and fries so they couldn’t give us a refund. Again the food was ok but the service was very poor.

Granted it was a Sunday evening when we visited but we'd asked about food and the bar staff said they were serving food, menus were on tables and someone would be over to take our order. So we settled down with a drink each and waited. It really wasn't busy at all but after 10 minutes or so, no one had been over so we went to the bar with a question about the menu. The server wasn't sure but said she'd ask. We waited another 10 minutes. In the end no one came over to answer the question or take the order so we left. Pretty poor to be honest.

No obvious means of making a formal complaint so having to do it on here... Really regret not talking a photo of my chilli loaded fries as they arrived and looked nothing like the image on the website! Served in a tiny basket with about fifteen fries and a spoon of chilli cremated onions on top and a teaspoon of sour cream £8, needless to say I left still feeling hungry. I had wine to accompany my food and the glasses were all water marked and grubby looking. The knapkins had been recycled, so I asked for fresh with the waiter trying to justify them until I actually pointed out the grease on them to which he brought some new ones. All in all disappointed as this was a gift voucher bought for us. Not so sure I'd return in a hurry.....

Well we had a hiccup with the food due to new staff members but it was very quickly resolved and in a more than adequate way. Food was piping hot, flavoursome, and filling. They've cut their drinks menu down, which is no bad thing as you could spend half an hour reading it. There's some air hockey tables to play and good low-level music playing. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a pit burger, and the wifey had a mac 'n' cheese burger.

Luvly bit of grub got the wrong sauce on me chicken wings but was still yummy the Mrs was fuming but this isn't her review!!! More for me!!! Drinks were a bit spenny compared to the exact same drinks in spoons but there weren't any crackheads so that's a plus. Cheers brewdawgs

Fantastic beers, food AND staff! Had a great time! Highly recommend it. Plenty of seating inside and out. Reds True BBQ menu is so yummy! Brewdogs are all dog friendly (and kid friendly up to certain times). Entrance via shopping centre or from outside. Loads of craft beer to choose from or cocktails and wine options if that’s your poison.

Went out for birthday treat £52 fior 2 drinks and 2 different burger meals with fries ..1st time been out for ages as hysband & wife bit piddly and sadly disappointing birthday meal 😢

Food and service were great. My only concern was some of the staff didn't know what they were serving which for a craft taproom, is kinda worrying. But they were super friendly and the food was spot on. Need new shuffleboard pucks though, the ones we used looked haggard.

Bought my son a coke the glass had lipstick on it and was generally filthy. Took it back 2 female staff really rude started openly looking at me and talking about me. Told them i clearly wasnt lying. Still continued to gossip about me. A guy with and tattoed arms served me in the end with no fuss.....really rude terrible customer service

My recent stop at Brew Dog in Hull before going to Connexin Live was a brilliant! Even though it was packed, the staff were cool about it. We'd booked, but they warned us about a wait. We explained we had a show to catch and they promised to hustle our order, suggesting we order quickly ahead of a big group that just arrived. They totally came through – our food showed up quick and was delicious! I went for the hotdog, and my husband devoured a burger, both with fries... and top-notch. Their beer and gin selection is massive too! But what really made it was the awesome service. Despite the packed bar, the staff were super friendly and on the ball. Looks like it's dog friendly too as our neighbours had a small pooch with them. If you're in Hull and need a bite and a brew, Brew Dog's the spot!

Bar service is so slow and then venue is very cold. I love brew dog beers which is why I am really annoyed with the way they operate the hull branch. You can regularly spend 5-10 minutes queuing but today the queue was 20 people plus with 1 barman (lots of extra staff lurking around). Whilst queuing 2 different groups of customers around me gave up. After 12 minutes my wife pulls me out to go to the many punks across the dock. Do the maths and ask the question!!

It good for a pizza and glass of wine..mains are far from spectacular. One sauce fits all..we found it very disappointing. I doubt if we would go back any time soon.

Fantastic food in a friendly relaxing environment. Staff very pleasant and service was quick. The only negative I would say is the table for two next to the staff cleaning/condiment station really does not work!! It's very close to all the busy staff going in and out of it and quite a distraction while we were eating and chatting it definitelyneeds to be moved. Other than that it's a fantastic place!!

We have held several family lunch parties here over the last 18 months. We always have good food and service. The menu also caters for the food allergies and intolerances within the family. On this occasion we pre-booked a Sunday family lunch for 9 (7 adults and 2 children) to celebrate my birthday. We ordered lots of different meals and drinks between us all from the main menu, children's menu and allergen menu. The guy serving us wrote nothing down but got everything right! My head was reeling! All the food (mostly pizza and pasta) was hot, fresh and tasty. Most of us didn't order a sweet as my son had brought a birthday cake and the staff kindly produced plates and a cake knife. Only the children and the ladies with food allergies ordered sweets (chocolate orange cake) which they declared was perfect. All in all it was a great meal, great service and we will be back.

Waited in a relatively empty place for someone to come take my order, I went to the bar and was asked to find a table. Utterly rubbish.

Saturday evening pre theatre meal, sadly it was lacking and I don’t think the visit will be repeated. Ordered Pollo milanaise, the broccoli was luke warm and the sauce was lacking in flavour. A waste of money.

After seeing the offer of a valentines three course meal last year, we opted to visit this year for valentines. We ordered the Butterfly King Prawns, Mushroom and truffle Calzone, Chicken Lecca Lecca, Beef Brisket Pappardelle and two chocolate brownies. I was rather disappointed in my starter as the prawns were like bullets with little flavour. The ciabatta underneath was delightful but I would never order the prawns again. The chicken Lecca Lecca was fine but aside from the garlic mayo being good, you can find better down the street at Mcdonalds for less. A theme emerged with the Calzone as the bread on it was really nice but the inside was just uninteresting and again lacking. My partner didn't particularly enjoy the beef brisket as it tasted odd and was generally unpleasant. Lastly the dessert, the chocolate brownie. It was fine. Nothing to write home about. I've had better tasting brownies and ice cream for less. Quite frankly it's disappointing when you can walk down Jameson street and hop into McDonalds and Greggs and come out with better tasting food. As for the drinks, we ordered a Passionfruit Martini, Citrus Spice and Valentines Martini. The Passionfruit Martini was underwhelming, I've had better in a can. The citrus spice was actually reasonably good with a refreshing taste. The valentines Martini is an insult to both chocolate and vodka. Tasteless and weak. Service was also incredibly lacking. This is likely due to how busy it was but we were left ignored aside from when our order was taken and when food or drinks were delivered . Nobody checked on us. We were served by at least five different people which felt rather impersonal and our food and drinks were quite slow to come out. Whilst I understand that it was busy, standards should be upheld. A major negative note which was somewhat remedied was towards the end of our meal when we made an order for a drink. One server came to ask if we were ready for our bill to which we informed we were waiting for a drink taken by another server. We then proceeded to sit there like idiots for over 30 minutes before someone finally noticed we were sat waiting. Apparently the drink went to another table who declined it and nobody decided to check on us during this whole time or chase up where that drink should have gone. We had a couple of drinks knocked off our bill and we left. An additional sour note is that whilst we were there, the kitchen wound up burning things twice which added a lovely burning smell to the dining room which triggered my partners Asthma. Really topped off the night. Quite frankly this is both mine and my partners worst dining experience.

This was a fantastic pub for a drink, situated suitably by the dockside! The layout is large and maintains a hip design, well lit later into the day especially at the counter. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed a classic Elvis Juice, sitting at a sleek table!

We had a fantastic meal at BrewDog Hull. The staff in the kitchen we chatted to were wonderful and helpful. They created some amazing food and fed us well! The reds feast on a bin lid (£45) was delicious and huge! Every bit of the food was fantastically well prepared and presented. A shame the venue has not made use of the app ordering as many BrewDog restaurants and bars do. This meant we ordered fewer drinks than we would have really!

Did the Quiz, which was a good laugh. The quizmaster does a really good job. Food was excellent. It was just a little cold inside the building. Bit apart from that, highly recommended.

They managed to put 5 of us on a small round table even though larger ones where available. the food itself was OK although the price for what actually turned up was underwelming. you would get a better pizza at a lower price from places like Kashmir Continental on Hessle road. While my daught likes Ask Italian (which was the reason for going -Birthday outing), it would never be my choice for a place to eat

Generally very poor all round. Booked in advance on daughters graduation day and asked for bottle of fizz to be on table, ( to purchase) nothing there on arrival, when asked said she checked the note 5 minutes before our arrival and they didn’t have any. No interaction from staff, no check back even on a very quiet lunch time and food very bland and average. £78 for one pizza, 2 bland pastas a salad and 4 cokes. Toilets filthy. Wish we had stuck with pizza express.

Went today with my Wife for her birthday and it was closed even though it stated on the door and on google it opened at 12???

We had a brilliant time on Wednesday night. Pop in for t to have a break from moving house. Can’t fault them at all. Food was amazing, we tried a couple of drinks but for me the Hazey Jane guava was the winner. Good value for money definitely recommend it. Staff were also really lovely. Only 2 lads on the bar and floor and they didn’t stop. Check backs right away and clearing tables fast. Very chatty and welcoming. Thank you for a good night.

Managed to squeeze in a table unbooked on a Friday night which we were pleased about. Food was nice and value was pretty good. A few service bits missing; forgotten wine, no offer of parmesan.black pepper and kids menu wait for the third course but was pretty busy so elements can be expected

Trendy for club night out, drinks expensive, but they're not the usual beers more bespoke. Nice staff. Not for us, but great for others Worth a try

2 very bland pizza with 1 small side salad 58 pounds rip off. Slow service. So you buy more drinks at prices a their would only charge wouldn't go again the local greasy kebab house has more flavour. Really plain and flavour less. Toilets was filthy too

Brewdog Hull is a great pub. They concentrate on what's important the beer. The excellent brew dog beers, which I often buy in bottles, are all available on draft. Elvis Juce, hazy Jane, and so many others. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's an impressive building overlooking Princess dock. With an outside seating area over the water. A great place for a drink in the summer. There is a very good food menu with some excellent burgers. It's not cheap, but then you get what you'll pay for. It's a good place to go after being to the vue cinema, definitely recommended.

Nice place but a little expensive

Honestly, this place has gone a little downhill. The barbecue menu that features on banner adverts and street signage is now disappointingly reduced compared to what it once was. Food and drink is quite expensive, especially considering the area and competing offerings - which I’d understand if it was a chain, but as a franchise instalment, it doesn’t seem unreasonable to expect it to compensate for this. On top of all that, they’re far behind on the norm for other brewery-managed equivalents - we couldn’t even use our clubcard vouchers, even though the scheme has been present for a month. Luckily, bar staff and customer service pick up where the offerings fall flat, but their effort and enthusiasm is rather overshadowed, by the decisions of a management that obviously stopped caring a while ago. It was also really cold inside, which might be understandable considering it was four degrees Celsius outside. This probably wasn’t helped by the furnishings, that give all the industrial grit of a reception area in an edge-obsessed student lettings office, with about the same amount of warmth and comfort. If you want an Ask Italian or Pizza Express kind of experience, but want to eat like you’re pulled over at the side of a main road in Brighton, you might enjoy this - but for anyone else, I’d recommend against it.

It was very busy but you didn't feel crowded. We felt very comfortable in our surroundings. My husband had a pasta dish and I had the Stromboli pizza. Delicious. For dessert we had Snowball Gnocchi. So yummy, wonderful. We loved this place.
