Ordered a pizza and chips. It came so quickly it couldn’t possibly have been made fresh. I seemed to be an old pizza reheated and to add insult to injury it had a huge hair running through it. Absolutely disgusting. Will never use again.

I alway pick my food from italianos i live near by food always excellent service is not to bad only two people working in this in seen working here.

If you actually walked in to this take away you probably would walk out like I did. They were serving donner meat that was not on a spit and was “days” old. It was just warmed up and reused. The women behind the counter was clever and rude and clearly didn’t care about customer service. The guy who was in the take away thought it was funny, when I walked out. Kind of people who don’t take things serious. It looked like whoever owns this takeaway is getting taken for a ride by the “staff”. Never again. Do yourself a favour and use unica or casa Della.

Have delivery taste pizzas from italianos it good value for money too and fast delivery the guy was nice too

Extremely rude behaviour of driver and the girl on phone. Got different pasta then ordered. 15 mins late and food tasted quite bad ... never again from here

My food arrived around 20 mins early which was amazing!! Food was brilliant. The driver was lovely and followed my instructions to ring me so I could come down (as in student accommodation) which other takeaways have neglected to do. I think I've found my regular takeaway supplier!

Food was at a good temperature; brilliant delivering service.. only concern was; when I ordered a kids meal it asked me what can I wanted as a drink so I chose Dr Pepper and a carton of juice came

I have conplind to just eat about this take away I if horrible I would not expect anyone to eat from this Place I got a donner kebab n it was like dog food I would not even feed it to a dog

If anybody likes fried chicken then do not order from here. I'm mainly typing this so that hopefully the restaurant will read the review and realise that they should never serve that chicken to anyboday, ever again. I can buy better from Iceland. If I could upload pictures I would.

Food was boiling hot on arrival, arrived 30mins before estimated time too! would reccomend 👍🏻

The delivery was super quick, however I won't be ordering from here again. I ordered a donner wrap and cheesy chips. The wrap was cold and considering how quick if was this certainly shouldn't have been the case. The cheesy chips were ok but I've had much better.

Pizza was lovely part from 1st pizza had onions instead of mushroom is only complaint, may be an issue with the app though?

Food is decent however, they nearly always forget any requests- I paid extra for garlic butter on pizza and they forgot......again. It's annoying.

After getting luke warm meals other day thought wed give it benefit of the doubt, burger was luke warm n one of the worst quality ive had, garlic bread was warm n a right mess had to use a sharp knife to cut bits to eat, would like to hear from u please

Tasted nice chips tasted crispy and not reheated which is always a bonus My only negative would be the chicken portion was a little stingy in the kebab

Wasnt happy with Kebab it was cold and the salad was just onions. The rest was nice, warm and delivered on time. I order from here all the time and its normally lovely. So hoping this was a one off bad experience.

There was a offer that said u got a free garlic bread when you spent over 11 but we didnt get one. There was 2 cans of pepsi but we couldnt drink it due to been diabetics

Food tasted great and delivery was also good however there was a topping missing from the first pizza which also wasn't cut properly.

The food was great its "just eat" that i have issues with. When they are saying you get a free garlic bread and yet don't put it on the order so you don't get it. This isn't the first time it's happened.

Food was delivered very fast. Pizza base was like eating stale bread. Very thick and didn't taste good.

the pizza was a tandoori chicken but it was mostly just onions (and a lot of them too) with barely any chicken. didn't taste good.

2nd time I've ordered from here. Pizzas are amazing! So tasty. Tried the wedges tonight, also very yum! Garlic sauce, wow! Arrived before stated delivery time by friendly chap. Definitely my new favourite takeaway!

Been using Italianos for over a year or so and have never been disappointed always delicious and very fast delivery.

We had visit this italianos after watch watch match at kc we park our car at near italianos we had chicken and mushroom it was excellent fresh pizza.

Everything was fine apart from not getting the Dr Pepper, homer we did get a free cheese garlic bread.

Can't fault delivery it arrived when stated it would plus delivery staff was polite and friendly. Food however the pizza had far too much tomato and did taste a but plasticy Do you not use chip spice either? Given you're a takeaway in Hull we did presume you'd use chip spice, but there wasn't any on our chips. The kids meal didn't come with the diet coke we selected. We got a cup drink. Why offer a diet coke of we don't get what we select anyway.

Sooo quick. Half an hour early. Food lovely as usual. Pizzas and wraps are really tasty. The chips are normally average but tonight were ace! Really crisp and fresh. Sometimes they can be soggy

Chips were soggy and sat in a pool of water. The garlic sauce was mint sauce, the burger bun was stale at one side. Honestly a complete waste of money. Avoid.

Not sure it was a large kebab as it was in the smaller box. The pitta was soggy from what tasted like butter which had also leaked out into the paper it was wrapped in.

Always order from here and always very nice however this time we had to microwave our kebab as it was stone cold rest of the food was ok.

Ordered garlic bread and chips. Chips tasted like they had been left for a few days and the garlic bread was absolutely disgusting. Will never order again - worst decision ever. Only good thing was the delivery time.

Tasty pizza and fast service but i ordered a tub of garlic sauce that did not come with my order. I'd already paid for it and didn't want to call up for it as my food would be cold when it arrived. Food was 15minutes early but would of preferred it with all my items even if it was then on time/late. Great pizza though but chips a bit soggy as they were wrapped up too much so went soft.

Ordered for 7pm was delivered just gone 4.30pm . Had to send back was redelivered on time . But didn't get free delivery as an applogy for their mistake . The food as hot & very tasty

Such a nice takeaway, the staff are very helpful and nice. I would recommend trying the grill side such as the chicken kebab as it is really nice alongside their pizzas, quality of the food is really good for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to try a new takeaway.

I ordered a large donner meat and chips with garlic what I actually got was lumpy garlic sauce with a side order of donner meat and chips i mean there was so much sauce waste of money first time and the last time I will ever go there looks like I will be sticking with my local from now onwards

Food arrived early (bonus!), food was thoroughly hot and perfectly cooked, I left a note on the order asking for the cheesy chips and Donner meat to be in the same tub, chips then cheese then the Donner meat and that's exactly how I received it so 5\5 across the board and I highly recommend this takeaway, thanks Italianos for yet another satisfying meal last night :)

Worst takeout pizza I have eaten, pizza was burnt, the base sauce was cheap and sweet and the dough tasted of pure flour. Came on time and was warm were the only positives.

Mouth-watering well cooked kebab meat complimented by the spring onion salad.

We stopped ordering from these last year-due to the poor quality pizza. Its been a while, so thought we'd try again. Unfortunately they are still awful. My BBQ Chicken pizza was massively overcooked, tough as old boots and tasteless - think the cardboard box would have tasted better. I was so hungry-tried to eat it but could only force a few slices down. We also ordered 2 kids meals which should have come with cans of Coke, but they never turned up. The kebabs we ordered were also a lot smaller portions than other places. All in all, a complete waste of money.There are many better places than this-move on and go elsewhere! I will never be trying them again.

My favourite takeaway and they do the best chilli sauce! Shame my pizza was cold when delivered.

Waited 1 hour 20 minutes when the order should have taken 45 minutes. I phoned and they apologised and gave me a free drink which I thought was good but the pizza definitely was not worth the wait. Very tight with the toppings and pizza was burnt. First time trying this takeaway and won't be ordering again.

Usually really good food but was left disappointed tonight. Garlic bread was brunt and chicken nuggets and chips wasn't the best either. Usually miles better than this but the last two times has been a let down.

It is always excellent quality and service ftom Italiano's
