Lili our waitress was amazing! We arrived after a long day of flying from the US and were so hungry. Instead of just eating to eat Lili made our dinner and experience. Food flavor was on point.

What a fantastic time we had, I would highly recommend! Pleasant atmosphere and delightful staff, who looked after us extremely well.

Andre was great we had a lovely time , lovely food and recommendations the vibes were amazing . Lovely views of the river Thames and the service was nothing but great

I went here with my family for dinner. It was a very pleasant environment. We have some challenging dietary requirements but Dom Phillips (our waiter) was very understanding and patient. He gave us an excellent service and ensured we were satisfied with everything. The food was very prompt and exceptionally tasty. Dom was very careful to ensure he checked to ensure everything we ordered was suitable for our dietary reqs. Thank you for a great experience.

It was soooo good, David was amazing, it is the second time I come and it is always so good, I love the place and the food, and can’t wait to come back again!

Lovely spot for lunch and to watch the world go by as we had a table outside on a sunny September day. The food was really delicious (we had pizzas with extra chillies added - yum!) The ambience was great (helped by some gorgeous cocktails) and the attention we received from our waited Dom was fantastic. Thanks Dom! Was a little pricey, but to be expected because of the location. I'll be back.

I came here for a lunch with my grandparents and had a wonderful experience. Food was amazing and was the service. I highly recommend this restaurant for a chilled lunch or dinner.

Booked this to have dinner after an event at the Royal Festival Hall! Excellent service and food and as it was my son’s birthday they even brought him a free desert and sang happy birthday which was a great touch! Main courses were very tasty and pizza and pasta served quickly Special shout out to Jen our waitress who was great !

We have ordered 2 pastas and risotto, which were very good. Unfortunately, the bottle of the italian peroni beer was not cold!!! I requested a cooler and was informed that collers are only for wines. Worst than that, the waiter suggested to give me ice. In my country, we NEVER drink beer with ice (!) Last but not least, he suggested to bring me another beer BUT I have pay for it!!! Good italian food, terrible service.

The food was amazing and the service was even better from Dom. He was a great laugh and provided great service. We had super Dom.

We stopped at Strada for an early lunch on our first day of a short visit to London. The welcome was good and overall the staff were friendly and efficient. As we were eating out in the evening, we went for a lightish lunch starting with the Italian breads, followed by Chicken Milanese for my wife and Steak and frites for me. Both nice and the glasses of wine we chose were very good. As was the coffee. The bill, which included "optional" service, was about £90 which while not cheap, is not unexpected in this location. There was a graduation event going on that day so it was fun watching the new graduates in their gowns and their proud parents in all their finery. Brought back some happy memories!

Very nice stop for a quick drink before going off to see a play at the County Hall. Not cheap but very nice atmosphere and easy to feel relaxed sat at the bar and watch the world go by.

Was very happy to eat here again on latest trip to London. Atmosphere is excellent. Great food and good for families still with a vibrant feel. Really enjoyed the food again and helpful staff.

I simply love Strada Southbank! It is definitely one of the best London restaurants. Delicious food, nice atmosphere and outstanding service by our waiter David.

Great service pre-theatre. Meal was lovely - all main courses were really good and so efficiently served. We had time for desserts too / which were also really tasty. As there were two family groups paying we settled up via the QR code on the table. Unfortunately having divided up who had what there was £3 outstanding- and we were flabbergasted to find this was an EXTRA CHARGE OF £3 FOR A TINY JUG OF OAT MILK - you had to be joking - we’d already paid for the coffee - get with the program !!!!!

Me and my family went there for lunch and were seated by a very kind waiter. We drank espresso’s and a Coke Zero. Very nice. We were asked if we had any questions and then we ordered. My penne pomedoro was delicious yet spicy. I was offered some extra cheese, which I’m glad I had seeming that my mozzarella didn’t taste of much. The food arrived quickly and was very warm. For dessert I had the tiramisu. It was delicious and the perfect size and had a great taste. Overall, great food, great options, not great mozzarella, quick service and kind staff.

Well we went for our dinner. Booked for 9 of us. We were looked after so well from the start. Pablo took our orders and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. No complaints at all from the adults or the kids. Great pasta dishes and good selection for the kids. Five stars

We had lunch here on New Year’s Day. Food was pretty solid - feedback ranging from very good (pasta) to ok (steak). Service was good. Good location, good atmosphere. Probably 3.5 stars but I’ll give it 4.

Wow! Thank you so much to the Management and wonderful staff for giving us such a fabulous New Years Eve. Not only was the food and service great but the dj and staff entertainment made the night go with a bang!

Really grotty restaurant! We were taken to our table where the floor underneath has suffered a spillage.. this we asked to be cleaned - which it was.. The food was woeful, very disappointing in taste and appearance. Loos were so dirty, doors sticky to touch, just quite a dissatisfactory meal out. During a cost of living crisis eating out is quite a luxury, this a pizza for my daughters birthday (pretty much the only food item she eat out) was such a disappointment. Will not re visit, definitely not recommend.. 😕

Great location, the atmosphere buzzes. We dined indoors and despite being 40 mins late due to travel disruptions, there was no fuss and we were seated very quickly. Very good and knowledgeable waiter. Pre show lunch which was served quickly and of a very good quality. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We didn’t have a reservation but there was space enough. We ordered antipasti, pizza and 2 menus for the kids. But we got everything together which was too much at once. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly neither, and anything I asked wasn’t possible. Anyway, one and only visit.

From the moment we joined the queue outside they were super professional. It was very busy we had to wait for a table cause we hadn’t booked and there was 6 of us, it was worth the wait. The staff were just brilliant, the food was excellent. We will all definitely go back, next time we will book a table. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We popped in here looking for somewhere to eat. We were seated quickly and served promptly (cannot fault the service) the food was tasty, we shared a garlic bread with mozerella the. I had the seafood linguine which was nice. The wine wasn’t my favourite, I had the Sauvignon blanc and the cocktails on offer are on tap (which put us off), however given how busy it is we can understand it. Tables are very close together and it feels a little packed in. Toilets need a little more regular TLC but overall a nice restaurant that we’d definitely go back to.

The food and wine were reasonably priced (for London) and there was a great variety of excellent choices.

Visited between two shows. Some places nearby had enormous queues when we were going in, and when we were leaving, but we walked straight in. Staff were very efficient without making you feel pressured to hurry up. Food was ridiculously quick to arrive and delicious. Pay through app, which speeds things up and you can use the app to add to your order, though staff were quick and friendly so no need. It was very busy and bustling, with every table full, but still managed to have excellent service. As I said before, food was really good. I'm not from London, and found the prices relatively reasonable too!

Me and my friend we had dinner tonight at your restaurant and we were Surprised of the quality of your pizzas, the good atmosphere and the beautiful view. Also our waitress Raffaella she drive us trough your menu and suggest us one of the best pizzas that we had in London, she was super friendly and professional. My friend and I had just completed a ride on the London Eye and fancied a bite to eat. We went in and were abruptly taken to our seats, the waitress swiftly went back towards the front entrance before I had a chance to ask where the toilets were. We were seated in such a cramped, tight space. The restaurant was not busy and we decided we wanted to move seats. We were shouted at by the woman who directed us to our seats. Everyone turned around, which was embarrassing for us. I then told her that we were uncomfortable where we were originally seated. We then moved to another corner where waitresses where going back and forth serving customers . If it weren't for the fact we were tired and hungry, we honestly would have walked out at this stage. When the bill came the waitress added service charge to our bill without asking us, she did remove this after we queried it.I have been here in the past and have been greeted in a courteous manner. The customer is paying for this experience and service. Won't be going back here in a hurry !

Best Italian food we’ve ever had! Antipasti was a single portion but enough for two people! Lilliana was lightning quick and accommodated all our needs. The restaurant was also accompanied when we asked to charge our phones. Amazing people❤️

Terrible experience here this week! Having visited before I told my family who were visiting how good it was. Food was okay, a few dishes could have done with being hotter but this was the least of my concerns. The serve was dreadful, she was rude and made us feel like we were more hassle to her than anything else. She was forgetful, messed up our orders and made the whole experiences the worst I’ve had. She came across very rude and barely acknowledged us, even when we tried to get her attention for the bill etc. She clearly forgot to put through one of our dishes and then realised but never came to apologise or let us know it would be a few mins. She tried to serve our starters and mains together which we never asked for, when the mains came out they were cold and she messed up one of the dishes which was a big contrast to the one we actually wanted. We asked for dessert menus she went to get them but never came back with them or to clear the table! The only time she gave us attention was when she wanted the bill paid. I felt very let down by this experience and she did nothing to resolve it not even an apology.

I visited the Southbank Strada with my two daughters tonight for a meal at 7:30 for my daughters birthday. The food was really great and bought to our table very quickly. However once we had finished our meal and asked whether we wanted drinks and dessert to which we declined as full up, everything was cleared away and everything around us was being packed away. There was a cold breeze coming in from the door being open and it felt like they wanted us to go. It was only 8:22pm at this point and the bill was bought to our table without me even asking which made it feel even more like they wanted us gone. I did Google the closing time and it is 9, it all felt very rushed. I did pay the 12.5 % service charge but I am very disappointed that we were so rushed out so quickly.

The food Was great, livet the pasta. Liliana Was lovely, and very helpful with recommending a wine for us. THANKS!

Seven of us had a family meal in this really well situated restaurant. The service is great, there is no waiting. I love seafood risotto ant the portion served here was huge and gorgeous. This is one of the best places for dinner on the South Bank!

Along with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend we stopped here after an event at the Festival Hall - it was busy but we got a table. I wish I knew the name of the lady who served us - she was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our food was fabulous and overall no complaints at all - we had a great time.

We came across this restaurant as a walk in booking, we’d just arrived at our hotel & were looking for a quick bite to eat to start our weekend break.They accommodated our table request immediately & we had a nice table by the window. The service was amazing, such friendly staff. The food was so delicious, we were all hungry after travelling, but it was so nice to be pleasantly surprised with how good it was. The drinks were also good.Highly recommend, I think it was one of the best meals we had during our break & will be back again next time we visit.Thank you to all the staff.

Great place when we arrived the place was absolutely buzzing. every table was taken but we didn't have to wait long. Very swift service my husband and I both had Bolognese which was perfect. Very good waitress service not overpriced. A good place to eat very friendly all round.

Visited 130pm on Wednesday 24th November 2021. Very clean and welcoming, we were served by Liliana who was fabulous. She was patient and very helpful in assisting the 4 of us to make our selections. The food was lovely, 1 pizza Vesuvius, 1 caesar salad, Spaghetti bolognese and chicken with potatoes and green beans.All our meals were brilliant hot and tasty, we also had a lovely bottle of red wine which Liliana selected for us.Fantastic

The service was prompt and fast. Despite the business of the Southbank, we were found a table in 5 minutes. Food was prompt, with a selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan options.This is certainly a place full of dates and is very popular for an Italian.The menu could have more options, and for what is served I would expect a little better value for money.

Decided to stop at Strada for dinner with my boyfriend and we were higly disappointed about the food, it was everything but good.To start whit we asked for a bottle of wine which was brought to us with 2 beer glasses…when I asked to get wine glasses the waiter seemed annoyed.Going into the food we ordered some arancini and bruschetta. The arancini were too oily and didn’t taste at all like arancini should taste like, the bruschetta tastes like scramble eggs on toast…how is that possible? Going into the main we got seafood spaghetti which was surprisingly decent, while the pizza and Cesar salad were a complete disaster.It was a terrible dinner and even if the waiter could see I was not happy with the food and service he never asked once “how is it going” he was actually quite rude and really didn’t cared about our table…I am definitely never going back here or in any other Strada.

Went for a quick bite for me and my partners anniversary and had the most amazing atmosphere and fast service with our food and drink with a complimentary dessert for our special occasion! The food was delicious and a good price and the customer service was so friendly and genuine. I would recommend our waitress Saffa for her adorable gestures and service!!!

Went out all day in London and strolled past food looked good and amazing prices. Sat down to eat and was greeted by our lovely waitress Saffa she helped in every way she could and made the experience so much better. As it was getting cold we where sat underneath heaters and even offered us blankets if we got cold. Excellent food quality and speed of food was on point will definitely be visiting again

We had the most incredible dinner, the views were amazing especially if you go around Christmas time in the evening as the lights are a stunning view.Our waitress,Safaa,was so incredible , kind and professional. Making the evening extremely enjoyable for us all. The service was very speedy and the food tasted phenomenal. Thank you Safaa.

We had a lovely family day out in London, 4 adults and two very hungry children aged 5 and 3 we wanted to find a nice place to eat, children friendly, we found it, the service by Casandra was lovely, friendly and very attentive. They had a childrens menu which included starter, main and dessert. We ordered the childrens meals and they came out first which was great. The food was really good we all had different meals and everyone enjoyed their meals. The children couldn't finish all of the dessert and Casandra put that in a nice little box so we could take it home.

So happy we came here. It was a last minute booking and we managed to walk the wrong way down the south bank, but they weren’t bothered and still kept our table for us! Thank you. Liliana our fabulous waitress was just so lovely. Our daughter wasn’t feeling too special and Liliana put a big smile on her face. The food was amazing. The wine was great. We will be coming here again next time we come to London. Thank you!
