We were staying at the Park Plaza County Hall, so considering this restaurant is in the hotel, it made it convenient. The food was great! We ordered the calamari & shrimp appetizer. My son chose the toasted cheese sandwich & fries from the kids' menu, and my husband and I both had the chicken Tikka masala; I thought it tasted good, but my husband said it was not authentic. Service needs a little refining. I'm a patient person, but there was a lot of waiting. We walked in and found seats. Waited for about 10 minutes, and since no one came or even looked like they were going to come, I went up to the bar & asked. Our server took our order. We ordered drinks and saw our drinks on the bar counter. But it took the server another 10 minutes to bring it to us. Then, ALL our food came out around the same time. First, our Tikka Masalas. Then, the calamari. I joked to my five year old son that we finally got our meals first. Eventually, his meal followed. We ate, plates were picked up by someone, and we never saw our waiter until we had to flag him down to order a brownie to go and for the check. Waited a while again, and he brought us the brownie on a plate with ice cream. We told him we asked for it to go and says, just stay 5 more minutes because it'll melt. I laughed cause I knew that 5 minutes would mean another 20 before we saw him and the check. He saw my annoyance, and just like that, he got us a box and the check.

Really liked it. Wonderful, pleasant service staff, good, tasty food. The taste of Greek salad is amazing.

Quite awful! Service was very, very slow. They brought the wrong drink, we had to ask three times for water and finally we had to go ask the bartender ourselves, I had to send back the cauliflower wings because they were not cauliflower wings at all (and there was definitely no cashew ranch sauce in sight). The fish and chips were drowning in grease and they gave us two pepper shakers and no salt. This is easily the worst restaurant experience of my life!

The Angus burger was good, it was a bit overcooked. I ordered medium and it was well.

Went to the restaurant with my girlfriend, the waiters where great, the food however was disappointing especially for the price, it came out cold and the bowl was dirty and the free wine we was given as compensation was disgusting, do not recommend the upstairs restaurant

Good hotel food if you don't have any energy to go out. Would recommend the club sandwich or pizza if ordering room service. But nandos would be a safer bet.

Great food and service just let down by how slow the service is it's very slow and poor comunicrion from front of house to kitchen if you change or order something specific double and triple it correct our food came out wrong to start with but easily rectified by the manager. Would still go again but not a quick drink place as service speeds for drinks is poor.

Our experience at the restaurant was terrible. Despite making repeated eye contact, we were simply ignored. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone attending to us, while other guests who arrived after us were served immediately. According to reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue, so we're not the only ones with such negative experiences. The behavior of the staff was absolutely unprofessional and rude. We strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

Our visit to the restaurant was deeply disappointing, marking it as one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Despite being ready to order, the waiter ignored us and prioritised to clear and clean tables. After 20 minutes of being overlooked, a guest who arrived after us was served immediately, which led us to leave. Reading other reviews, it seems we're not alone in our dissatisfaction. A glaring lack of basic customer service places this establishment firmly at the bottom of recommendable dining options.

Although the waiters are very friendly...the kitchen service is very slow...we have had the coffees before the poor ones, and the first ones took a long time (that could be improved) otherwise the food was very rich... be careful with the issue of tips that include them in the bills.

We had an amazing experience having dinner here. The staff were very attentive, especially MD who made sure that we have a pleasurable experience, and the food is very good as well, really do recommend the Bolognese and the Chicken Burger! Would definitely return with no hesitation!

Tut mir leid, falls das für jemanden etwas Kindisch klingeln sollte oder so. Aber ich muss wirklich sagen das der Chicken Burger mit Abstand der allerbeste Burger auf dieser Welt gewesen war den ich jemals gegessen habe. Dieses Hähnchen ist unbeschreiblich, in jedem anderen Restaurant schmeckt es gefühlt gleich. Aber bei diesem hier hab ich zum ersten mal etwas neues geschmeckt, es war knusprig und ebenso so lecker. Ich habe jeden einzelnen Bissen geliebt, ich bin aus Deutschland hier gekommen um einen Kurzen Urlaub zu machen. Wenn es sein muss nehm ich mir nächstes mal extra ein Flug hier her nur um diesen Burger nochmal zu essen. Wirklich eine 10/10. 😍❤️ Natürlich muss ich die Ambiente sowie das Service loben. Ich meine es ernst, die Leute hier wissen wie man einen Kunden gewinnen kann. 💫

Tijdens ons verblijf in Londen 2x gegeten en achteraf spijt gehad dat we er niet vaker zijn geweest. De sfeer is nogal lawaaierig en druk maar de bediening is vriendelijk en attent. En vooral: het eten was uitstekend! De gegrilde rib eye steak en tonijnsteak waren werkelijk subliem!

First of all I have to say that the expectations for us were very good, I returned to this restaurant because I had a good time last time. I'm sorry but this time our experience was bad, the menu make me go back to the old 90's , service this time poor a frustrated waiter with his jacket he tried to serve everyone badly. MOUSES running on the floor from one side of the restaurant to the other I guess in the kitchen there will be mouse races. Fully disappointed!

I’ve had a wonderful night at atrio bar the girls who served me Morgan and Kayla made sure we were all okay and got everything we needed. The bartender JOEL has been magnificent with the cocktails and he is a great asset to the hotel, he has good conversation skills . nos alojamos en el hotel, y pensabamos que seria una buena alternativa despues del viaje, (error) somos turistas ( no tenemos mucho nivel de inglés) pues bien este es el sitio con diferencia en el que menos se han molestado en ayudarnos , servicio lento, sin mencionar que es el unico sitio de todo londres donde nos han cobrado un 12,5% mas en la cuenta por el servicio muy decepcionante y poco recomendable

After a full day strolling in London, I stopped by this nice environment close to London eye. I got a good Madrid pint and an angus burger ! Really recommended

Please explain, why you wouldn't warn your guests that they will have an additional charge in their bill according to their attire? Or why do you expect tourists from other countries just happen to have a cocktail dress just to fit into your "super posh" space with tired dirty plastic plants on tiny tables? Our company was very nicely dressed. Do you consider disrespecting people to be a good marketing?

I stayed at Park Plaza Hotel County Hall in September. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Had dinner twice and food, service, friendly staff were exceptional. Drinks string and Bar manager Jeffrey knew how to make a hot toddy for me which was not on bar menu.Prices reasonable.Highly recommend1st floor restaurant even if not staying in hotel I also recommend

If you are booked on the London Eye, this is a great spot for an impromptu dinner or lunch. If your just walking about this is a great spot to eat. We were impressed with the beef shins and geunea fowl. Really good! Not the carrot cake...

We had dinner here once. We stayed at Park Plaza, and they give a 20% discount to the guests for one visit. We ordered pizza from the kids menu for our daughter and pasta with prawns for me. Pizza was amazing, the kid ate it herself regardless the big size. Pasta was good, nothing special. I didn’t like the atmosphere much because of lots of students with laptops during the dinner time.

For a start, noone bothered to take us to the table. 6 people behind bar, not even 1 cares about customers. Menu full of cocktails, but can't order any (barman not in today). Chef was in and had half of meals available. Noone asked, how was food or took dishes away. We asked for a bill, but none of 6 would bring it. 10min later chef came out of kitchen, so we and other 3 tables asked for a bill again. Chef brought bills to all tables. Avoid

Don’t order the fish and chips! It looks like it should when it arrives but there is a strange orange layer between the batter and the fish. Tasted it. Disgusting. Not mentioned on the menu. Took ages to get anyone’s attention to ask what it was. Turns out they put paprika on the fish. Not mentioned on the menu at all! It was disgusting and the 2 year old left hungry. Why mess with a something like fish and chips and if you’re going to mess with a favourite , let people know!!! put it on the menu!!!! Bangers and mash. Another firm favourite! Not here. They made something in it taste like liquorice. Possibly star anise. But why!!!!!

We found this place online and decided to pop in since we were in the area. It was quite Cosy but the service was terrible. We were ignored for over 15 minutes upon arrival. One of us had to go over to the bar counter to “request to be served” even after that, no one came by. And the place was not even busy. A waste of time and yet we were genuinely looking forward to trying out the food.

Visited here last week for dinner and a catch up with a friend. When we first arrived, there were only a few of us seated so the service was very quick and attentive and always polite and friendly. As it got busier, the service became a bit slower and it was harder to get served for additional drinks or ask for the bill. The food was good and tasty and pretty well priced for hotel prices and in central London. Some items - namely drinks - a little pricey. The location was really handy and convenient for public transport. Recommend.

Delicious food and great staff. ! I had a burger and a coke for 25 pounds last night and enjoyed a superfood salad, glass of wine, and meatballs tonight for just a bit more. I hope the service charge goes to the servers!

The bar serves food and normal drinks until 10pm, after that you can order some drinks from the refrigerator only. We have ordered a tea with some snacks. It was served nicely in pots, and deserts were good. The staff in the bar are cheerful and polite. But being located at the city center you could expect more flexibility with the timing of the services.

Excellent. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal here. The aubergine caponata with burrata was absolutely outstanding. The service was warm and welcoming and efficient (special thanks to our waiter, Gustavo - who was a delight to meet - and also to the manager). Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Good food and good wine. The location is great as it is near the station - easy to find it. The mussels was SO SO delicious. Never had such a good mussels before to be honest. I really recommend this place. Gustavo was really helpful and enthusiastic. Worth the money!

We have visited the restaurant twice as a family during our stay at the hotel and have been treated so well and looked after. The choices are fantastic and as a gluten free diner I’ve been well informed of my options as well as having delicious choices. Big shout out to Syed who has looked after us absolutely brilliantly and Gustavo who is enthusiastic every time we see him as well as taking time with us and our children! We look forward to seeing you both at our next visit! We travel a lot and stay at some of the world’s top hotels. It takes a lot for me to write a review on here but these two guys have gone above and beyond for us this week and deserve recognition for how good they are at their jobs! We had Rose Garden Cocktail made with Pink Grapefruit Gin and Passionfruit Liqueur, a Green Planet Cocktail with Hendrick’s Gin, Fresh Cucumber, Mint and Elderflower plus Whiskey Sours using Wild Turkey Whiskey… All of which were sublime, perfectly balanced, flavoursome and fresh with the right alcoholic ‘hit’ - we ended up order one after the other and can’t wait to be back soon for more.

This is part of the Park Plaza Hotel, in the same building and also opposite. I've eaten at both locations and restaurants. The Atrio Restaurant feels less formal in comparison to the main hotel one, and that's not a bad thing. Staff are very courteous, polite and professional. Great service and the food was also excellent. The setting is lovely, well decorated with a contemporary look and feel. Price wise, not overly expensive, and much like any restaurant in Central London. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Atrio Restaurant and will happily visit again. Recommended.

Dinned here with 5 of my friends and had some of the nicest food , I had a ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection . The staff were so accommodating to the group and really did fall over backwards to help us .

The wait staff were brilliant, especially Malkit who was extremely attentive. We were lovely and cosy next to the heaters and were offered blankets on arrival. What a gem this place is.
