Mina was very good and attentive - enjoyed dinner there!

2nd time visiting here, is a bit of a walk from embankment but worth it. This visit was on a Sunday eve, quiet didn't book walked in and got a table immediately. Servers are very attentive here.

Anna was our waitress today and she is absolutely fantastic!!! Great food and great service!

I visited Gourmet Pizza on a busy Friday night with my family and we had a lovely meal. We were looked after by Valeria who was very patient and attentive, never made us feel rushed and gave high quality customer service to us. A great spot to eat on the South Bank!

Great food and service by Joanna and the team. Nice Southbank location. Photo is of the Chicken Parmigiana. The chorizo carbonara and halloumi bits were good too. The mozzarella bread probably doesn't need the onion chutney on it or at least an option to not have it would be better.

Was served by Valeria this evening, she was really friendly and attentive to me and my friend, and our food was ready quickly and really enjoyable!

Pizzas are rather small for the price , similar in size to the regular Pizza Express ones - hence 4*. Very good though so compliments to the chef. Service was very good. The loos are very basic. Tips get shared out between management. If that includes the owners then that’s not right. Only people working in the restaurant serving the punters (waitresses, bar staff and chefs) should be getting a share of the tips. I’ll ask about this next time I visit.

While Gourmet Pizza is located where it looks set to cater for the tourist crowd it's much more than that. I've had the pleasure of eating here a number of times, just because it's so convenient and has a river view, and have always left impressed. Unlike some restaurants they're not trying to be everything to all people. Instead they offer a solid selection of pizzas with other related dishes and tasty starters. I doubt that you'd go far wrong with any choice. For instance this time we started with the calamari which was excellent: soft, not too crispy and delicious. With the pizzas I went for a Pollo, which might horrify an Italian but pleased me with its toppings and thin base. OK it is a bit cramped inside and the tables have perhaps seen better days. But that's really my only criticism. The staff are very helpful, even when they're packed out, and they offer good food. What more could you ask for?

Simple, relaxing, tasty. The personal pizzas were kneaded really well; nice, chewy-goodness. The toppings are both unique and bold in flavor. The chicken wings are TOO good. Tables in the main area can get kinda cramped. Sitting in the narrow booth area seems like the way to go

Tomó nuestra reserva para 2 adultos y 2 niños, entonces cuando llegamos, no tenían mesas interiores. Nos ofreció uno fuera sin calentador en medio de diciembre. Nos fuimos.

There was one thing that put me off this place - the toilets. There were two out of three working toilets and one of these (with a baby changing table) was covered in vomit (floor and walls) with a sanitary bin put in front of it as a barrier. There seemed to be no plan to clean it up and the smell was pretty horrendous. Impression of food was affected by the smell.

They are kind when serving us. The food we ordered was a pizza for two people. The ingredients were very scarce and the dough was not good for my taste. The price in relation to the quality is very expensive. The Hut pizza chain surely gives you more ingredients and quantity. The beautiful thing is the place facing the views of Thames. The toilet a little dirty. The friendly and cordial table waiter

A very good pizzeria in a unique location

We’ve been coming here for years - it’s a great location for meeting friends visiting London, right on the river and always busy. Unfortunately the pizzas we had today were really disappointing - the bases were pre-made, small and doughy, like a supermarket pizza. Toppings were underwhelming. Chilli oil was very mild - and that’s from someone who doesn’t love really hot food. Staff were attentive at first but then lost interest after we’d received our mains - no offer of more drinks or desserts, and I had to go and find someone for the bill. Gone are the days of lovely big charred and puffed-up hand-thrown pizzas, such a shame.

Una pizzería junto al agua en Southbank. Esperaba estar decepcionado y definitivamente no lo estaba. Nuestro servidor era muy amable y divertido, y todo el personal de hecho era cálido y acogedor. Pizzas y bebidas salieron rápido y sabían bien. Probablemente una revisión de 3 estrellas si estuviéramos hablando de pizza y precios solos, pero el personal al menos en esta ocasión lo tomó un peldaño.

We picked this place for a relaxed dinner after our visit to the London Eye. It was about 10 mins walk, in a bit of a quieter area than right by the Eye. Fairly relaxed, especially eating outside. Not too cold as they have outdoor heaters. Food was nice - we had garlic bread, pasta and pizza. Good quality, hot and tasty. Price for our meal with 1 soft drink was 44 pound. Would recommend. Quiet enough to find your Uber driver afterwards!

Lovely restaurant with amazing welcoming staff. Service very professional and fast. The tables could do with updating quite old and sticky to touch. But the food 10 10 tasty authentic and not a long wait.i would recommend the lasagne delicious.

We have come here for over 10 years and the service, food and atmosphere never fail. Love this restaurant and will continue to do so x

Salimos de un espectáculo y buscando abeto un lugar para comer después de muchos años por la zona nunca he estado en este lugar mabye porque como chef italiano prefiero cocinar en casa comida italiana y explorar otra cocina en Londres ... ¡Una pizza es algo que tengo en mi lugar favorito o que hago yo mismo! No puedo quejarme por el servicio muy servicial y atento! La pizza no era nada sobre la luna, pero era una buena pizza mejor que muchos lugares en el West End. La ubicación es uno de los lugares en Londres en el río sin el sonido del tráfico y excelentes vistas! Ahora sé si estoy en la zona y pizza de lujo a dónde ir! Graciasuu

This Gourmet Pizza location is right on the Riverwalk in London. It has a nice patio with nice views of the River Thames. We came here as a family for late dinner as many places nearby were closing and this place was open late. I give it a 2 star rating simply because they were open late and we were able to get seated... but .. the server we had was incredibly rude. She sat 5 of us at a table for 3 with wobbly chairs and right up against the railing with no room... so we had a corner of a table to eat on, she did not want to listen to our order and simply shouted "American pizza for you, you and you!" . Just plain ignorant . The pizza was ok but would not come back here for terrible service, poor experience a 160 GBP bill for pizza with drinks. Perhaps other servers care about tourists more than the one we experienced.

We stopped here for lunch today with a tired 7 year old and an energetic 9 year old. The guy serving was lovely, the food was delicious. Would recommend it to everyone. There wasn’t many other customers there at that time.
