Sunny day out by the river. We sat outside and it was great as you can see the Thames and the architecture across the river. Food was okay. The pizza size is on the small side I have to say but the portion for kids menu is perfect.

Arnold is an Absolute Gem! Wow – what an incredible experience at Gourmet Pizza Co, all thanks to Arnold! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel so welcome and taken care of. As both our waiter and barman, he was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. His drink recommendations were spot-on, and the way he managed our table with such warmth and ease was honestly impressive. You don’t come across service like that every day – Arnold truly went above and beyond and made our evening feel extra special. He brought such positive energy and charm to the whole experience. Honestly, if you’re planning a visit, I’d say go just for the chance to be served by Arnold. He’s an absolute star and a real credit to the restaurant!

We’ve been here many times over the years with kids and other families, so slightly odd to come as a couple. The pizzas have suffered from shrinkflation, but they’re still good and it’s still decent value for a very lovely riverside meal. Our waiter Matteo was great fun and a very professional presence.

The only good part about this place is the food and even that is overpriced. My photo added sums up this place perfectly. If they spent more time being friendly than being rude to customers then maybe they'd see more customers.

We come on Saturday lunch it was a bit busy but Mina went above and she was really helpful. Very good suggestion from the menu. Mina been very professional and her sense of humour made our day. We will definitely come back especially for her.

We sat down. The waiter was there alone for about 10 tables while inside was about another 6 waitress and it was more than half empty. We got our drinks fairly quickly, but had to actually chase to be able to order food. While other two couples who came after us, got served before us. Once we got the food, it was really lovely. Then waited again for bill for awhile. The waiter (Matteo) when he came with bill, pointed out that there is no service charge included and then he asked us to leave review here, let us scan QR code and waited for us to fill the review and told us pick all 5 stars in everything. We saw him doing it few tables before us. I personally think, it’s inappropriate to ask for review this way in restaurant. Thank you

The lady who helped us was really unfriendly, she “sigh’d” because we only ordered 2 beers. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t make eye contact, don’t think she really enjoys her job. Location is fine but the service is lacking a lot. P.S. the guy was friendly ( the guy was friendly )
