We really enjoyed our pizza and salad! Our server was so friendly. The music playing created a lovely Italian ambiance, as well as the great art work.

Great little Italian restaurant in the heart of Lancaster. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they were fabulous, courteous and helpful.

An old school place guaranteed to get your money's worth quality is always never misses

The place was over busy, and appeared to be understaffed. 45 minutes to an hour waiting for food which was either bland or came from the kitchen cold having to be sent back. The instructions that the 2 for 1 happy hour on cocktails from 3pm was removed from the menu with a black permanent marker designed to trick those who didn’t know the start time of happy hour into buying the expensive cocktails. Overall a poor experience. Will not be returning there in a hurry.

Sin embargo, era más de 1. 5 horas después de sentarse que nos sirvieron, con el personal declarando que estaban ocupados! No es genial. Entonces nos aseguraron que nuestra red eléctrica seguiría rápidamente después, sin embargo, esto tampoco sucedió.

Optó por este popular restaurante italiano. Me gustan los toques agradables de una pequeña limonada de cortesía a su llegada. Nos mostraron a nuestra mesa en la parte delantera del restaurante y nuestras opciones de bebidas se llevaron antes de nuestras opciones de comida. El servicio era excelente y nuestra camarera era atento pero no quisquilloso. Si te apetece ir a preguntar.

Booked online, arrived slightly earlier and was told that food maybe 30-45 minute wait which was fine. Even being early and short staffed the team were able to seat us quickly, take our orders within a reasonable time even though they were all flying around couldn’t fault them or the food.

Such a lovely evening celebrating our 1 year anniversary, the food was so delicious and our server Angelika was lovely and kept on checking in on us. Will always keep coming back here

Absolutely awful ! Table was booked after twenty minutes I had to find someone to order food even tho the place was nearly empty I thought my drinks were coming from China they took so long, under the impression staff couldn’t wait to go home ! The table next to me had to ask for service to order food and the table behind me had hair in their food !! And when I paid the bill using my voucher the waitress looked at me like I was talking Russian !! Under trained staff and just pure misery experience such a shame I used to love this place

Absolute Rubbish. Don’t waste your money. Waited an hour and a half for our food. When it finally arrived my steak was an ice cold hockey puck. The garlic butter sauce was even colder. I asked if it could be heated up, they took it to the kitchen for 30 seconds, brought it back with fresh chips just as cold as before. Waitstaff inept. Eat at one of the local hotels, better than any of the restaurants we went to in town.

I had a daddy and daughter lunch with my 3 year old. The staff were amazing and the food was incredible. They went above and beyond and the prices are good.

Si presenta come un ristorante italiano, ma di italiano ha solo i nomi dei piatti.. abbiamo preso una caprese al limite del mangiabile e una pizza diavola peggiore di una surgelata. L’unica nota positiva é stata che da bere avevo l’acqua San Pellegrino.. anche prezzi alti pensare che una pizza si costata 15 sterline NON CONSIGLIO
