A little pricey, but overall a good place to eat.

Wonderful experience tonight! Tasty pasta and helpful, friendly staff.

Stopped for a quick lunch on a day in London. Two bowls of pasta and two pizzas, and 1 bottle of sparkling water was quite costly for a midweek lunch. Food was very nice, portions, were good sized. Overall nice lunch but wouldn’t rush back.

You eat well and the price is good. They charge the tip automatically and that shocked me, but otherwise very good.

We had booked but arrived early and was seated. However, had to ask to get a drink, was not offered water at any point or condiments unlike every other table around us. The main course literally arrived within seconds of the last mouthful of our starter. The waiter who served us looked like he had been dragged in from the homeless shelter! I think a standard of attire is to be expected in a restaurant, rather than the most creased up jeans we have ever seen, hardly gives you confidence in your server. We always tip but this time we didn't feel we could do so and asked for the 13.5% service charge that was automatically added to the bill to be removed. The windows looked like they had never seen a window cleaner, considering the location and revenue this place must get we found it extremely poor.

It was spectacular to eat here! Divine food… and wonderful service. The price is ok. I loved!

Found this place by accident on a Sunday lunchtime. Cramped inside but really delicious food. The best thing we ate during our whole stay in London.

Had dinner here before the Panto at the Palladium (almost next door). We were greeted warmly and looked after throughout. Quick service , great food and Not too expensive 😋

Very convenient for a lunch before visiting the Palladium. Usual italian food range, we had pizza and arancini balls. Prices normal for London in this type of restaurant. No tip left as "discretionary service" of 13.5% added to the bill! Service was good, friendly and speedy.

We were looking for an opportunity to eat with 5 people. It was rainy outside and very busy inside and we had not made a reservation. Still, Nona quickly managed to arrange a table for us. Delicious spaghetti eaten in the center of London for a reasonable price. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side, otherwise great atmosphere. Normally 5 stars, but because Mariah Carey is singing the same song all the time in the background: one star less (almost two less). If this establishment had beautiful Italian songs, you would really imagine yourself in Italy. Do something about the music owner!!! Also for your staff who have to work in this all day.

We enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, service wasn't that good, even though there wasn't that much going on. For example, it took about 10 minutes until the empty plates were served. Tip of 13.5% included. I can recommend the espresso: it tasted good and the cup was even warmed!

Extremely scrumptious veg pizza. Difficult to go back to Domino's or Pizza Hut after having authentic Italian pizza. Also the pizza goes well with Limoncello.

This place is just fine. It’s a small restaurant, very busy, very quick. Pizza was ok, house wine - ok. I won’t be coming back specifically to eat there, but might pop in if I’m anywhere around and in a hurry

As an atmosphere was ok, nothing special but not bad too. Tha service was 0 none of the waiters know from customer service also they sound kind of rude. The food was not amazing but at least good.

Honestly, will not go again. There is no WoW factor at this place. Food highly Ok, atmosphere was normal and service was good. They should revisit their menu and food quality. Most of the tables i did notice that people were not even finishing the food that was served.

Food is not good at all. Not worth second visit. 16 something pounds for pasta of this bad quality is not worth it at all. Sad for the wasted pounds.

I’ve been eating at spaghetti house since I was a child. Took my kids thinking it would be nostalgic. Couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food is flavorless and tastes processed (as if it came from frozen bags). The floors and tables looked grimy and the service was exceptionally bad. Will definitely it return to spaghetti house and especially it this one. Better to avoid.

Food arrived very quickly and was nice. Slight premium, probably due to the location. Overall a pleasant experience however on 3 occasions the staff asked to clear our plates when we were still eating. This was unwelcome and odd given that the restaurant was clearly not at full capacity. Diners do not like to feel rushed particularly if they are enjoying their food!

Kurz zusammengefasst: top! Wir waren 2 x dort und das Lokal war immer bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Das Lokal hat einen Wohlfühlcharme und ladet ein, nach einem langen Tag den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.

Managed to get in here with 7 people with the staff jiggling tables around. Decent menu at reasonable prices. Food was tasty and hot. Didn’t cater for allergies when it came to pudding.

Het eten was niet slecht, maar van de vier vrienden, met wie ik zat te eten, was niemand echt enthousiast over zijn gerecht.

Our order of the Spaghetti & Polpettine was phenomenal. The meatballs were juicy and the sauce was simply perfect. The right amount of tang and sweetness from the San Marzano tomatoes. Excellent dish!

The food was poor for it value, the food itself was small, and i still felt like i just has lunch not dinner, and they putted so much oil in the food, But when I complain about the food having too much oil, one of the waiter seemed to be shocked and seemly wanting to refuse, but I presisted and the other waiter gave in and ask the chef to remove the oil from the food and it tastes alot better like a proper Italian food.... Also the wine, they don't understand how to pour a glass of wine, the glass was almost full and I noticed it the same with other customers. WARNING: they charge you 13.5% service charge... Overall I would say it very expensive and not worth the money to spend, and there are plenty of better Italians restaurants out there if you want to experience the Italian culture....

My wife and I waited for 15 minutes before someone attended to us. Once the food was ready, it sat on the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone rang the bell for service. The waiters were hanging around chatting while our food was getting cold. When we finally got our food, it was luke warm. I did order a pizza with mozzarella but there was hardly any cheese on it. Towards the end we felt a bit rushed as one of waiters came over and started to clean our table as I was still eating. Considering that they weren't closing for another hour. The toilets were dirty and smelly and they piled a stack of squashed boxes and left them on the steps leading to the toilets so making it dangerous for customers to enter and exit the toilets

The manager was very rude to us even she ignored us at the entrance of the door and then she talked to us in a very bad way like she was shouting at my little sister which caused us to be so upset and she needs to be trained enough to be more polite and etiquette and professional with tourists and customers !! Would never come back here again!!!!

Came here with my wife and two children (10 and 7) after a recent trip to the London Palladium. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Good selection of food including numerous vegan dishes and a good kids menu. The food was very tasty and was good value for money.

We came here for a pre show meal after our daughter had been here a few weeks before and recommended it. She was right to recommend it as the food and service were great. We even arrived 30 minutes early and they let us in. My wife had the spaghetti bolognaise and I had Linguine with king prawns , and we had garlic bread with cheese. We also had Tiramisu each for dessert . We would come back again

I had an incredibly disappointing visit to this restaurant, made worse by the terrible customer service provided by a person named Nuhad. Not only were the food and drinks of subpar quality, but Nuhad's attitude towards us was shockingly unprofessional. Her disinterest in assisting us was evident from the beginning, and it only got worse as the meal progressed. The final straw came when we attempted to place an order for another round, and Nuhad outright refused to service us, leaving us bewildered and frustrated. Such behavior is inexcusable in the hospitality industry. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment, especially if you encounter Nuhad. The combination of awful food, unappealing drinks, and abysmal customer service makes for an experience best avoided.

Came for an early dinner before theatre. Very busy. Staff were friendly. We were still eating our starters when they brought out our mains. Main courses, we had spaghetti meatballs that was full of flavour and spaghetti carbonate. Ordered CRISPY zucchini. It was soggy. The waitress saw me pull a face asked me wot was wrong. I said are these supposed to be crispy. She said yes. When I told her they were soggy she laughed. Said they were inedible. She went and got another 2 members of staff. They then took them away and said they wud be removed from the bill. You also get charged a 13.5% service charge on your bill.

Very expensive family meal for food that was very ordinary. If it hadn't been raining would have looked for an alternative.

Great food! Penne arrabiata, Pizza Diavolo & Margaritha. It reminded me very much of family trattoria in Italy. And very fast service on a busy Wednesday August night in Soho. Walk in party of five. Definitely recommended for families with children.

You get what you expect from this Spaghetti house, its not a big menu but succinct and easy. Nice pasta dinner- I thought the pasta was really tasty and well portioned with lots of prawns and extras. Great selection for dinner on a busy Friday night; I didn't have reservations but they were very accommodating, and I was seated promptly. My starter, the Caprese, fresh Roma tomatoes and a perfect size for 1 person. My main dish was the Ravioli di Ricotta e Zucca, what a great choice, pasta perfectly cooked al dente, savory with perfectly balanced flavors. To close my dining experience I chose the Crostata di Ciocolato, Arancel, e Nocciole, served luke warm, every bite had a slight hint of orange flavor!!...Yummy. Service was very attentive and cordial, I will definitely return. ×××××××××××××××××××× I visited this place a second time I was disappointed that menu changed. This time I ordered the same Caprese Salad. For main course the Spaghetti Carbonara, it was ok, not well balanced flavors. For dessert I ordered the Apple tart, it was good.

A strong ok. I ordered the salmon and the portion was pretty small, not really a meal. I added a salad, which had some wilted lettuce.

Great location, amazing pasta. Very hood quality. It’s my second time here and I will definitely come back. One suggestion though, if a ball of parmesan would be left on the table when pasta is served, it would be great. My kid eats lots of parmesan with the past and a little beit of topping was not enough.

My first time at Spaghetti House, Carnaby Street. The food was delicious- cooked to perfection. Portions were a good size and variety of options were great. (I don’t have dietary restrictions). The place was really busy but everything came in perfect timing and was piping hot! Attention paid to presentation also. Good prices and amazing service. Thank you for a wonder experience!

So every time we visit The Palladium we visit here. Either after matinee performance or before evening. Always book cause it does get busy. The food is always good , the staff are nice and the service is good. Did have a slight hic up this time. Still eating starter when main meal came, didn’t bother to say anything but would have preferred a bit more time really. I think my favourite item was the tiramisu. Gorgeous. The food is a reasonable price but the drinks not so much. Very good value if you only drink water. 🤣

Great food, great staff and great atmosphere. When I was there the weather was dry but as I was getting ready to leave it started pouring it down with rain. The staff let my family and the rest stay indoors until the rain stopped and where happy to talk to us

Very friendly staff, up for a joke and the food was really decent too! Good prices.

Das Essen war gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Allerdings hatten andere Personen über ihre Nudeln frischen Parmesan gerieben bekommen & wir nur einen ‚fertigen‘ . Auf Nachfrage nach etwas mehr Parmesan hatten wir dann ebenfalls frischen Parmesan über die Nudeln gerieben bekommen.

Ask for margarita pizza. Nice to have it hot and fresh. They don’t cut it. You have to do it.

Most satisfied. I had a Pizza Margherita and a hot drink and they were delicious. The service was excellent, despite the restaurant being very busy. Staff were very good, and so was the ambience. I had a lovely experience today, enjoyed a delicious bowl of Spaghetti Bolognese for an early dinner. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful and the food was great quality and came out so fast.

We dropped by this restaurant giving a welcome to my friends on their honey moon from América, at the beggining Regina and another taller and young Waiter lovely service from them, We got Pollo Milanese and Diavola's pizza... amazing.... tasty and the Tiramisú and the Gelatto!! I love them... unfortunately all that vibe broken for Telma, I do not know who think she is... Rude and coarse with her manners and despicable acttitude, please do somenthing! The restaurant is amazing and I think she is not on the level to it, that's why one star!

The best italian restaurant in oxford

Excellent food and excellent service with very kind staff and quick response. A very safe choice for Italian food at the area. Reasonable prices considering the location. It is important to mention that my son forgot his mobile and shortly after we left the restaurant a member of the staff followed us just outside the restaurant to notify us and to give us the phone(!).

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the price in my experience. We paid 80 pounds for two pastas, a salad and two glasses of wine. I didn't even think the pastas were fresh pastas, but I guess they were.

Das Essen war okay, der Service war freundlich, allerdings empfinde ich als als viel zu viel Personal für so einen kleinen Laden. leider sind die Toiletten wirklich eklig. Die eine Dame steht die ganze Zeit an den Pizza Ausgabe und knabbert an den Fingernägeln.
