Roomy place with a great atmosphere. Only negative thing is the ambience. It can get noisy. There is also a fan in the roof that makes a lot of sound. Food was served fast and the menu was very kid friendly. Good menu and great selection for the season.

We received a very friendly welcome, the service was courteous, quick and helpful. The food (pasta with shrimp & pappardelle with slow cooked beef) and the dessert (Chocolate Falls) were great. It was a bit noisy, but that's the fault of the guests and the restaurant can't help it. :) We would come back!

Very good spaghetti with tomato and Margherita: a valid alternative to the many ethnic restaurants. Very efficient and polite service. Decent desserts. Not cheap but it was an enjoyable evening.

They have a good service and a nice athmosphere. The food is a bit plain, but it was ok. They have a really large menu with many vegetarian options and vegetarian substituions - for example I had a vegretarian carbonara with vegan bacon.

My son’s favourite pizza restaurant in London. We were recently served by Iman who was friendly and attentive.

We went to eat dinner there and Aymen was our server for the night, he was amazing, about the food I don’t recommend carbonara because it is a bit dry and not cheesy enough(besides also not made with egg). But everything else was nice.

The restaurant is very cozy. Service was friendly and quick. Our waiter Aymen was really amazing, always has a smile on his face. :)

Placed an order and walked to pick it up after a busy day of international travel. Originally, I wanted to pop into one of my Italian restaurants on Edgware road but they disappointed me so I dropped in here, honestly expected mediocre but dependable food. How wrong I was! The food was actually very good- especially the fettuccine bolognese. The children’s pizza is so cheap for the price when you consider the size and quality. Tiramisu is also lovely. It really surprised me in the best way possible. Pick up was seamless and easy, and the decor inside was cute. If I didn’t know, I wouldn’t have guessed it’s a chain restaurant.

We were staying in the area very close to ASK Italian! The day we arrived we saw the restaurant and we decided to visit one day of our stay! When we entered the hostels welcomed us and offer us a table and some lemonade as welcome drink! Klaudia was our hostes for the night and she was beyond amazing! Excellent service , exceptional hospitality, and the kindest person she was!! The food was amazing!! We loved everything! From the starter to the main course, to the freshly made non alcoholic drinks! I suggest it 100% for dinner and ask klaudia to serve you! The atmosphere was perfect! And the smell to the bathroom was unbelievable!!! Well done guys!!

Cuando entramos los hostales nos dieron la bienvenida y nos ofrecen una mesa y un poco de limonada como bebida de bienvenida! Klaudia era nuestros anfitriones para la noche y ella era más que increíble! Excelente servicio, hospitalidad excepcional, y la persona más amable que era! La comida era increíble! Nos encantó todo! Desde el entrante hasta el plato principal, ¡hasta las bebidas no alcohólicas recién hechas! Lo sugiero 100% para la cena y le pido a klaudia que te sirva! El ambiente era perfecto! It was a truly wonderful experience! It was my husband’s birthday. The staff was so kind! Promptly served our piping hot and very tasty food. For dessert they presented a candle in his dessert and asked to photograph us together. What a special memory to leave with on our very last evening in London!

Excellent service, lovely atmosphere and great food! I came here with my girlfriend who is coeliac and the staff had excellent knowledge of her Gluten intolerance. My food was great and the gluten alternatives looked just as great. Shoutout to our waiter Laszlo who went the extra mile. First restaurant review I’ve ever left because this place was a 10/10 - couldn’t recommend it enough.

I am new to this part of London and being coeliac I struggle with finding places to eat. Ask Italian and Laszlo was really accommodating with a gluten free menu and being really knowledgeable made me feel at ease. The food was really good and so was the cocktails would recommend!

Accueil décevant : un premier serveur nous a demandé de patienter à l’entrée, un second nous a demandé de nous décaler de l’entrée. Finalement, 2 groupes nous sont passés devant avant que l’on nous installe à table. Ensuite, un serveur nous explique que nous allons être servi rapidement, avant une grande tablée. Finalement, nous serons servis au bout d’une demie heure. Nous avons pris une pizza buffola, une pizza calzone, des pâtes à la carbonara, et un tiramisu en dessert… au bilan la pâte à pizza est très moyenne, très loin de la pâte à pizza italienne! Trop d’avis nous ont induit en erreur… Cerise sur le gâteau, sur les 4 que nous étions, 3 sont repartis avec une intoxication alimentaire qui aura durée 2 jours… les trois qui ont mangés du tiramisu… Au bilan, une mauvaise expérience nous concernant.

Generally, my reviews try not to be too negative, but this restaurant was diabolical. First of all, the manager was rude, asking why my wife was sitting upstairs when she was told to do so. Secondly, they brought over chicken melanese on a plate covered in oil, and then justified it by saying it's deep fried. We all know, or we all should know, that deep fried doesn't mean dripping with oil. The fact the oil was probably cold or cooler than it should be for it to have retained so much oil. She was too embarrassed to ask so, but we paid the full price for a horrific meal, of which she hardly had any to eat.

Nous y avons diné deux fois pour des pizzas et calzones. La pâte est excellente et les garnitures tout à fait adaptées. L’ambiance est très sympa, même si un peu commercial. La deuxième fois, pour la petite anecdote, quand nous sommes sortis, sans trop faire attention à la note, je me suis rendu compte qu’on n’avait pas eu la bonne addition, mais celle de la table d’à côté. Nous sommes retournés pour le signaler et le serveur a fait une erreur en nous débitant au lieu de créditer la première note. De retour en France. Nous avons contacté ASK Italian et ils nous ont remboursé sans aucune difficulté la totalité du trop payé. Bravo pour votre honnêteté et la qualité du repas.

Necesitaba algo para comer temprano, en Stratford. Encontré este restaurante y tuve una gran comida de pasta y pan de ajo. Me encanta la forma en que se sirvió el pan de ajo. Recomiendo encarecidamente PREGUNTAR Italiano en Westfields at Stratford

Delicious pasta and got a delicious dessert. It simply has to be experienced. As written before, Klaudia could just do something to make the experience more pleasant.

I adore this place so much! It was close to my hotel so I came here often. The reasons are for one the staff were so welcoming and friendly! A few of the staff would walk by to make sure I was doing ok. Laszlo was so sweet and a great server! The lasagna was delicious. One of the best Tiramisu I’ve had. Vegetarian friendly. I recently dined at Ask Pizza in Paddington with some friends, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the manager Lazlo. We had a few people in our group with allergies, and I’m a vegetarian, which can sometimes make ordering a challenge. Lazlo went above and beyond to guide us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions. He was attentive and patient, even though the restaurant was busy, and made sure we all felt comfortable with our choices. It’s rare to find such personalized service, and my friends and I were so grateful for his care and attention. Thank you to Lazlo and the team for making our evening special! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back—especially for a Christmas party!

Carino l’interno con tutti quei limoni fa tanto pizzeria di Sorrento, ma per il resto no. Ci hanno fatto accomodare e poi si doveva scansionare un QR Code per ordinare per il nostro tavolo e pagare, ovviamente non riconosceva neanche il tavolo. Abbiamo chiamato un cameriere che è comunque stato molto gentile ad aiutarci. Abbiamo ordinato le pizze e nulla, non sapevano di niente. Abbiamo sbagliato noi a fermarci. Non consiglio.

I've not visited Ask Italian in almost 10 years and what a tri down memory lane it was to pop in for late lunch with a work colleague, who has never been to Ask before. The vibrant Deco, amazing food and drinks but most importantly the outstanding service by Besim and Claudia was just superb. Even though it started to get busy, the two of them managed to deliver the same if not go above and beyond for their guests. For one group they offered to take pictures of them, another group they interacted with the children and for us, it was the good recommendation, the check backs and the attentiveness. Our visit today will definitely bring us back over the coming weeks. Thank you both and not forgetting the chefs for the well presented, delicious food 🤤🤤😋😋

Service was expeditious and efficient. Atmosphere nice not luxurious. Fettuccine with lentils was excellent, generous Caprese salad nice, fancy barley lettuce salad good. Decent Merlot by the glass. Overall a satisfying dinner, would definitely return.

We asked whether it was ok to sit down for a coffee whilst the restaurant was half empty. Bar man and what appeared to be the manager kept complaining in Italian that we were there to only get a beverage and served us with what can almost be described as disgust in their faces.

Fantastic range of dishes, the lasagna was suberb as were the other dishes. The service from Klauda was amazing. She was very busy and kept her eye on us as well as the other patrons to ensure our dinner went well. She is one of the best we've seen.

We decided to try Ask Italian at short notice on a Thursday evening. Upon arrival there was a queue outside but we were able to get in straight away since it was just the two of us. Service was good. Not rushed. Our drinks and garlic bread came out briskly. We did have to wait what seemed a little long for our main course but it was biopsy and the food was worth the wait. We had a lasagne and a beer brisket pappardelle. Both were piping hot and tasty. Overall the food, service and price were good for what is an otherwise pricey area of Mayfair.

Lovely late lunch. We had trio of arancini, garlic bread, chicken milanese & crayfish and prawn linguine all of which we thoroughly recommend. Only suggest another prawn or three. Service was friendly and excellent. Not many people in there so not much atmosphere. We'll be back!

I keep going to this restaurant every time I visit London, tried different types of pizza (all amazing), different cocktails and desserts. Everything is top notch, the staff are super polite and nice, the service is super. The ambience is also very nice and pleasant. I recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart.

One of the better chain restaurants in my opinion. The Nduja and cheese dough balls are delicious. I also love the grande lasange. I have put 4 stars as the prices are a bit extortionate. The lasange is £19.50 which for a chain restaurant is very expensive.

What a delightful place to enjoy and dine. I went in the afternoon before going to a show. Food was lovely, I accompanied the dish with a New Zealand Sauvignon blanc, there was club music playing and the atmosphere was bright. The experience certainly started my day, I went back again after the show.
