Near Westminster Cathedral we came across Zizzi's (there were 9 of us) which already looked very good from the outside. Pleasant surprise inside too, nice environment, a kind welcome given by Simona who was super, Fast service, Excellent value for money. I recommend it to Italians looking for a good restaurant in that area! The only thing... the coffee requires some work, but the effort is appreciable 😉

We are so glad we stopped in to this friendly spot, warm atmosphere and delicious food! Our server Richie was helpful in making our selections, friendly for putting up with our questions, and very attentive to our table, even as busy as he was. We really enjoyed Zizzi’s and hope to be back again before we leave London!

Disappointing experience. I ordered one dish, but another one arrived. Already when ordering, the staff didn't know which dish I was talking about, forcing me to indicate it directly on the menu. When the food arrived, I pointed out the mistake, but I was shown on the menu what I had chosen, even though the dish served was clearly different: the expected grilled chicken was completely missing and the pesto had turned into rocket. As if that wasn't enough, the pizza I received was undercooked. A terrible experience, I don't recommend it at all.

Great food and friendly staff. Very busy so recommend booking a table in advance. We got seated towards the toilets and it did put a bad mood on the evening. The tables are very bunched together when split into 2 seats. This meant that people walking past our table to go to the toilet were either knocking our drinks over or other objects on the table. Was a bit frustrating to say the least. Just feel like the amount of tables down that end are just there so they can get more people in the door and not thinking about the space people need in order to get to them without disrupting the table they are passing. I don’t think a wheelchair would have been able to get through the gap at all without people having to move their tables.

Richie was so lovely and welcoming. My sister has a dairy intolerance and he was able to amend her order accordingly. Highly recommend the new Beef Ragu!

The staff are very unprofessional and ignore customers most of the time. The waiters don’t respond and just walk around without paying attention. The poor service makes the experience frustrating and disappointing.

Fabulosa ubicación, para Victoria. muy ocupado ya que era el día de San Valentín, pero se sentó rápidamente. El servidor era maravilloso, eficiente y amable. Creo que su nombre es Fernando (disculpas si es incorrecto). La comida era excelente, recién preparado y caliente. delicioso vino Malbec acompañó mi entrante de langostinos chispeantes y picante 🌶️ pizza. 10/10 seguro. No estaba allí para una cena romántica, solo coincidencia que era 14! Así que una pena no poder usar mi tarjeta de luz azul. Espero volver en mi próximo viaje a Londres.
