My Sister and I had a lovely afternoon at the Kings Tea Party, We popped into Ziz’s for a bite to eat. Simona looked after us so well. I have an egg allergy and she was sooo accommodating, suggesting alternatives, going to double checking with Chef and reporting back. Aside from that Simona was very approachable and highly professional. The perfect end to a lovely day with my Sister.

Terrible service and even worse food. I walked in alone just looking for a quick bite, but despite the restaurant being nearly empty, they still had to check if there was a table available — in a massive, empty space. Already a bad sign. They brought out these little crisps that tasted like absolutely nothing. The so-called Parmesan on them looked like it had been sitting out for 1,000 years in a heatwave — and somehow still managed to be bland. Honestly, I think they used Pecorino, and not in a good way. My meal came quickly, which would’ve been nice if it had been edible. The garlic bread was undercooked, with raw dough in the center — just disgusting. As for the carbonara, it was both overcooked and under-seasoned. Completely flavorless. A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. If I could have asked for a full refund I would have

My dad and I came for dinner before seeing a concert, and out waiter, Patrik, was incredible- after telling him I was gluten free, he put me at complete ease and talked through the menu with me. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing, no faults at all!!

I had a wonderful lunch with my friend! The food was lovely, the arrabiatta was very good! Richie was a great server, very welcoming, liked to have a laugh along with us! Atmosphere was calm, not busy, really nice to sit outside on a warm day! Would recommend!

Ate here with friends,unimpressed with the cost and quality of the food.Lasagne was tiny and stuck to the red hot dish,such a tiny portion and bears no resemblance to Italian cuisine. The noise from the staff was terrible,shouting and throwing things about where they were cooking pizza.Nobody appeared to enjoy working there. There are way better restaurants to eat at near Victoria for the price and service.

Patrik was delightful and we had a lovely time. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere is fun.

Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed during our visit. A lot of staff, but they didn't do their main tasks. Maybe we only noticed a lot of things because we didn't have a good seat (directly between the bar and the kitchen, at the door). The whole atmosphere was very hectic and confused, the table next to us wasn't cleared for a long time, the other one was dirty, the blankets outside were stained (we had a total of 5 in our hands, all of them had several stains), it was very loud, the noises from the kitchen could be heard constantly, the general conversations also echoed on the wall, the used glasses were placed on the bar and remained there for a long time, the restaurant was not well attended, but you still had to wait a long time until you were taken, 1.5 hours before closing time they started cleaning up, sweeping the dining room etc, the cash register system didn't work, the food was tasty but the portions were very different, my food was cold and very small (vegetarian lasagne rainbow), the noodles we had were a lot and hot, allergies were taken into account very well, the food and drink was tasty but quite expensive for what you got, the dessert was brought to us wrong twice, the toilets weren't clean... all in all we were rather disappointed, didn't feel well looked after and were happy when we were able to leave, the tables were already being set for the next day while we were waiting for someone to come to us, there was walking around us, the tables weren't wiped down or disinfected properly when setting for the next day, the decorations weren't lifted (date: 4/12/25)

Normally I don't like Italian food outside of Italy, but this restaurant has nothing to envy of Italy, the food was delicious, well, not delicious, super exquisite, super recommending, very happy to have come here, I will tell my family and I will return with them. very very happy

Expensive but good food on this occasion.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Nobody looked at us or gave us a menu. We left along with 3 other groups of similar experience.

If you like buzz, frenzy, busy and good food, quickly 😋, then it's the place to go. My favourite Piccante pizza. Delish!

Patrik was an amazing waiter. He saw our disappointment when we couldn't use a voucher (totally our fault) but went above and beyond. Would definitely come back and hope all your staff are as good as him.

We stopped here on a whim and so glad we did. The food and drinks were lovely and the venue beautiful but the staff are what made the experience great. They were absolutely lovely and so great and helpful. Would definitely go back. A little bit pricey but worth it for the quality of food

Reasonable restaurant chain Italian food. Some nice touches like the optional Parmesan being shaved by the waiter from a big block over your plate and free nibbles with the wine. Turned into a memorable evening by outstanding friendly, fast and good humoured service from our waiter Patrik.

Visitando Londres para una celebración de cumpleaños y pasó por esta sucursal de Zizzi - £ 16. 95 para una lasaña tan grande como mi puño, y plana como cualquier otra cosa. La pizza era de £ 15. 25 y la calzone era de £ 17. 75 , que cumplía con el tamaño y la ubicación del restaurante, pero esa lasaña NO valía la pena el cargo. Además de eso, el Servicio fue terrible. Los camareros tardaron años en traerme un vaso de agua del grifo, lo que ciertamente no lleva 7 minutos, especialmente cuando el restaurante no estaba muy ocupado. Parecía que no querían estar allí, apenas interactuaban con nosotros y eran muy descuidados en su prestación de servicio, por ejemplo, pisándome el pie y siendo mano dura con nuestros platos. Habría recibido mejor servicio en Mcdonald’s. Ciertamente no volveré a visitar Zizzis después de esta experiencia y no recomendaría, especialmente no la sucursal de Londres Victoria.

Regular Zizzi. Not my favourite pizza, but ok if you're in the area. Also I like Zizzi's desserts, so it makes up for the pizza. This Zizzi, in particular, has great service and clean establishment. It can get really busy at times as it's near Victoria station. Staff is amazing, they are very friendly, kind, and efficient - I particularly appreciated that. The place itself is also well-kept and everyone working in looks busy in maintaining the standard, so bonus points for that.

Amazing Italian restaurant. Pasta is always cooked perfect. Pizza is thin crust with plenty of toppings. This restaurant gets busy before 7 due to the theatre crowd. Book a table ahead of time. There is a patio that is fantastic for people watching as you dine.

Recently visited here with the kids. Service was great, atmosphere not bad. The food however is very average. I only had some Calamari and it tasted like cardboard. Kids had pizza and chips where you can't really go wrong. They enjoyed that With today's prices and the huge variety of restaurants in London, I expect much better. Won't be going to Zizzi any time soon
