Zizzi (Cardinal Walk) in City of London, Westminster

The restaurant is clearly managed very well. My wife had a small issue with her dish and it was changed immediately with no questions or quibbling. Fernando the waiter who looked after our table was excellent. His manner, knowing his guests and service was spot on, he was the Jewel in the crown. 10/10. His service was that good that we took the time at the end of our dining experience to mention to the manager how impressed we were. The manager was equally engaging.

Fernando was amazing! That guy is the best, gave us a recommendation and was so polite.

We are having a lovely hot chocolate here . The staff is very helpfull and recommended a lovely dessert called Warm Lemon Meringue Cookie Totally scrumptious

Great food as always and great service. We got our food really quickly which was great and our sever was really nice. They didn’t initially offer cheese or pepper to go on top so had to flag the waiter down but managed to get some added on pretty quick. A couple things to note about this Zizzi and in general. This particular location is near a busy train station and near a couple of West end shows such as Hamilton and wicked so gets very busy very quick so I would recommend booking even if it’s just for two as there always tends to be a queue out of the door around dinner time. Secondly this location doesn’t accept Tesco vouchers and there’s a fair few others that don’t so I highly recommend if you’re planning your use your Tesco vouchers to pay go onto their website and I believe under FAQs there’s a section about Tesco vouchers and shows a list of places they don’t accept them at so check that before your visit. Also note it only goes toward your food, drinks are not able to be purchased with the vouchers.

Every time me and my colleagues go to Zizzi -Victoria we receive the very best service and care from the staff, especially Patrik is brilliant and solves every request He is so attentive and nice. It's a bliss every time, be it lunch or dinner. I'd highly recommend them and all the dishes I tried were amazing. Good tasting food, textures and esthetically pleasing.☺️ All in all a lovely place to go out for a meal.

We visited on Saturday, November 2nd, with two adults and two five-year-olds, and our waitress, Dominika, made our dining experience truly special. She was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and handled all of our dietary requests perfectly, making sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—ideal for both adults and kids. Huge thanks to Dominika for her fantastic service and for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend this Zizzi location!

Our first waiter’s overall customer service was ‘good’ at best. When we had finished our starters, he proceeded to place our main courses on our table, he took my partners empty plate and left mine on the table and placed my mains next to my empty plate and glass, didn’t proceed to ask if we would like any sauces or if I would like another drink, as my glass was empty, just left the plate on the table. Eventually we flagged down the manager who took my empty starter plate and glass off of our table so we could actually eat our main courses with room now on the table. We then asked the manager for Salt and Vinegar, she brought over Salt and Pepper and before we could ask for the vinegar, she had already walked across the other side of the restaurant and the restaurant was not busy at all, however there were no servers anywhere, they all seemed to be over the other side of the restaurant doing a lot of nothing. No one ever came over to ask if our meals were okay or if there was anything we needed, refills, etc, awful service. A shift change happened while we were dining and a we then had a waiter who was actually very pleasant, we asked him for the bill…after he acknowledged our empty main meal plates…which had been sat on the table for 15 minutes. To our shocking ‘surprise’ our original waiter had put incorrect items on our receipt, however our new waiter kindly rectified this. Our experience was awful at this restaurant, which is a shame because Zizzi’s is my favourite restaurant and this experience really let me down, only good thing about our visit was the mocktails. If you’re looking for good customer service, do not dine here!!

Dominika was very polite and well mannered when serving us. Her service was above and beyond made me and my boys enjoy our meal more at that restaurant. Due to her excellent service we shall be coming back

Well done to the team at Zizzi Cardinal Place, Victoria 👏👏 We were served by Fernando today who was friendly, polite and very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and three courses were served hot and promptly with table cleared between each course. Zizzi has great menus with so much choice and even a 3 course menu at £27.50 which is amazing value given the quality and choice of food options available. I would highly recommend this restaurant and thank you once again to Fernando and the whole Zizzi team 🥰

Zizzi’s in Victoria is a good place for a pre-show meal. The food is served quickly and is reasonably priced, although i think the quality has dropped a little to keep the price low. Booking in advance is required.

Un Zizzi de bonne facture à côté de Victoria Station au centre actif de Londres où la carte excelle de plats Italiens 🇮🇹 et d’une très bonne pizza 🍕 Piccante. Les pâtes sont généreuses et très correctes, les desserts réussis et goûteux. Le service plutôt réactif et avenant, les prix corrects comparés à ceux généralement pratiqués à Londres.

It’s always a delight to encounter someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Simi is certainly one of those people.
