Expensive but good food on this occasion.

Very fine food, short waiting times and friendly service. A thank you to Patrik for the good evening

We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Nobody looked at us or gave us a menu. We left along with 3 other groups of similar experience.

If you like buzz, frenzy, busy and good food, quickly 😋, then it's the place to go. My favourite Piccante pizza. Delish!

Patrick was exceptionally. Providing the best service making the experience at the restaurant great.

Patrik was an amazing waiter. He saw our disappointment when we couldn't use a voucher (totally our fault) but went above and beyond. Would definitely come back and hope all your staff are as good as him.

Amazing food and the service from Richard was second to none. He made us feel so welcome and our experience all the better with his friendly and upbeat nature.

We stopped here on a whim and so glad we did. The food and drinks were lovely and the venue beautiful but the staff are what made the experience great. They were absolutely lovely and so great and helpful. Would definitely go back. A little bit pricey but worth it for the quality of food

Super nice place with nice food. Our waiter Patrik was fantastic, we discovered that we had to be in the theater 30 minutes earlier than expected and then he got our food moved forward so that we could make it all ❤️

Reasonable restaurant chain Italian food. Some nice touches like the optional Parmesan being shaved by the waiter from a big block over your plate and free nibbles with the wine. Turned into a memorable evening by outstanding friendly, fast and good humoured service from our waiter Patrik.

Regular Zizzi. Not my favourite pizza, but ok if you're in the area. Also I like Zizzi's desserts, so it makes up for the pizza. This Zizzi, in particular, has great service and clean establishment. It can get really busy at times as it's near Victoria station. Staff is amazing, they are very friendly, kind, and efficient - I particularly appreciated that. The place itself is also well-kept and everyone working in looks busy in maintaining the standard, so bonus points for that.

Amazing Italian restaurant. Pasta is always cooked perfect. Pizza is thin crust with plenty of toppings. This restaurant gets busy before 7 due to the theatre crowd. Book a table ahead of time. There is a patio that is fantastic for people watching as you dine.

Recently visited here with the kids. Service was great, atmosphere not bad. The food however is very average. I only had some Calamari and it tasted like cardboard. Kids had pizza and chips where you can't really go wrong. They enjoyed that With today's prices and the huge variety of restaurants in London, I expect much better. Won't be going to Zizzi any time soon

Near Westminster Cathedral we came across Zizzi's (there were 9 of us) which already looked very good from the outside. Pleasant surprise inside too, nice environment, a kind welcome given by Simona who was super, Fast service, Excellent value for money. I recommend it to Italians looking for a good restaurant in that area! The only thing... the coffee requires some work, but the effort is appreciable 😉

Our server Richie was helpful in making our selections, friendly for putting up with our questions, and very attentive to our table, even as busy as he was. We really enjoyed Zizzi’s and hope to be back again before we leave London!

Disappointing experience. I ordered one dish, but another one arrived. Already when ordering, the staff didn't know which dish I was talking about, forcing me to indicate it directly on the menu. When the food arrived, I pointed out the mistake, but I was shown on the menu what I had chosen, even though the dish served was clearly different: the expected grilled chicken was completely missing and the pesto had turned into rocket. As if that wasn't enough, the pizza I received was undercooked. A terrible experience, I don't recommend it at all.
