The pizza and salad are delicious. The food is a delight Excellent service

Waited 40 minutes and then walked out, didn't even get a chance to order drinks, staff didn't care either.

We got hungry while sightseeing and sat down here. The place was very cozy, the staff was very nice. And the pizza is very delicious.

London Pizza Express I visited with my family. The atmosphere is great and the taste is good! The staff are really friendly too^^ After eating, I came out and saw that I had 150,000 won. Other than being surprised, it was perfect.

We didn’t manage to sit in, but the attitude of the ‘owner’ was so rude. He explained there are only tables of 2, and we had our toddler. My husband asked if we could put the high chair on one of the tables which had space on the side, but he said no. At which point I explained she never sits in the high chair anyway and always sits on my lap.. prior to that he told my husband ‘don’t tell me how to run my business’ no one’s telling you how to run your business mate, just making a suggestion based on the needs of our toddler — if it’s not acceptable you can just say no. We ended up going to Colloseo next door which was actually brilliant - pizza’s delicious. I’m a pizza express rewards club member and visit fairly often and love the food, but the next doors food was actually better!

three families came to have lunch with their children after the Divine Service. everyone was in a good mood until we started ordering food. two girls - one blonde and the other brunette behaved in a completely uncultured and rude manner. they looked down on us. we wanted to pay each family separately, but they refused, saying that it was one table and one bills .one of them barely restrained herself from an outburst of anger. their views spoke about their attitude towards us as customers. it was very tangible. I don't know what it was connected with, maybe we are foreigners? and they simply ignore us, or maybe our language made them nervous? we were also refused a refund. Honestly, I did not expect such bad service in this pizzeria. I think that managers need to pay attention to this. I cannot recommend this pizzeria to anyone. the service is bad.

I ate here after arriving to London for the first time with my sister after travelling…starving!! I was so happy to go somewhere and eat 💗 The food was excellent! We are patient people so the food arrived perfectly!💗 We ate at the pizza express in London Victoria! I wish I got their names of the servers because they were amazing! Kind, sweet and friendly! My sister works at pizza express in Colchester so if they read this review and remember who we are I hope you knew that you both were amazing and thee best servers I’ve had💗 Starters: We ordered our drinks first I got the most tasty cider ever which was raspberry& elderflower and she got a shot of Prosecco with a martini I think? I forgot I got The chili prawns which weren’t that spicy but you can always ask for more 🤍 & she got the calamari with no complaints about it! Mains: We both got pizza which was mwah ~💋 chefs kiss! Perfectly thin yet filling Italian pizza! I got thee American hottest and she got the half & half can’t remember haha! And shared hallomi bites Dessert: We shared two scoops of their delicious sorbet which ended the meal on a refreshing note ! Thank you again for the amazing time! An amazing atmosphere which amazing food!

The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly, I could make a better pizza myself, even though I’ve never tried before.

Appalling customer service. The lady in blonde is very rude. Doesn’t know how to treat customers and thinks it’s funny to go and mention this to the whole staff and start laughing. Also constantly watching me from the corner of the room as I eat and starts saying things about us as she walks past. This is the second time I’ve come here, and I’ve realised how poor customer service is. It’s actually a joke

We were having dinner one day. Reasonable price and very good attention from the staff. The person who served us was of Portuguese origin and we understood him perfectly. We had a large BBQ pizza for two and to say the least, it was a bit spicy. The ice cream for dessert was very good.

The only place that sold us food made around 10pm in Westminster

Food was outstanding, like the best we've ever experienced at any Pizza Express. Our server, Rasa, was also amazing, really helpful, attentive and polite, making the whole experience just great.

The kids 3 course meal (for free) is a real winner - kids enjoyed each course and adult pizzas were good too. Not your classic Neapolitan, which is my preference but it doesn’t claim to be. Service was the grumpiest of the whole trip but was fine and the venue itself is lovely, nice decor and extends further inside than you’d expect. Tip: Toilet available on entrance floor, if the stairs down to the general bathrooms put you off. Only al fresco dining is small table for 2/3 out front but it’s on busy main road. Inside better. Enjoy!

Food was delicious. Service was non-existant really. Greeted by a friendly-enough lady, sat down. Waited. After about 15 minutes of kind of looking around wondering if any of the other staff knew we were there, over came the waiter. No charm, warmth or much communication at all. Barely said two words. Food arrived quickly, slightly before the drinks in fact. The last bit of the order arrived 5 minutes later. When finished, again we sat there for quite a while wondering if anyone was going to clear our plates. Eventually caught the waiters eye to ask for the bill "yes, in a minute" came the reply with an annoyed look on his face. By this point the restaurant had quietened down so I'm not sure why the service from this man was so rude and abrupt, he was hardly rushed off his feet. He came over with the machine and I think for the first time ever I refused the tip option. I'm getting older and I just thought why? Why would I tip a bloke that can't even bring himself to say please or thank you and looks at you with utter distain. No. He printed the receipt off, put it down in front of me and walked off without saying a word! I really think that if you clearly hate the general public that much then hospitality is no longer for you.

Very busy PizzaExpress. Clean and welcoming. Began with the tasty Lemon and Herb Chicken Wings, with house dressing dip and parsley. I then had a nice pizza romana Funghi Di Bosco ( mushroom ). The bottled water was not cold , I had asked for ice in my water glass - which they gave me. They really should have given me a bigger glass with more ice, especially on a hot day. ( after I finished my first water glass with the ice melted , I asked for a large glass with lots of ice - which they gave me ) So only four stars, when they could have achieved five stars.

Lovely food at a good price, however it was very busy as it was a pre-theatre meal.

Great pre-theatre lunch at the Shad Thames branch. Super tasty, fresh food made to order. Tried their new fiery dough balls (yum) and the Meantime Pizza Pal beer, which pairs perfectly. Three for three fort great meals at this pizzeria. Thank you!

Waitress was very unfriendly. From the moment I said 'yes, I have allergies', it felt like I was put in a box. The food was good though

Our waiter (tall bald man) was rude and unfriendly. He told us we had to purchase still water as the tap water was “unsafe to drink.” He needs to stop trying to scam tourists. We got up and left.

Sadly too busy, multiple huge table bookings, one a table of 10 another table of 12 and another I couldn't could, such a small restaurant could accomadte that many guests. We waiting 45 minutes for mains where I had to ask for our food. Not ideal when we had a show to get to. All too slow and not a pleasant dining experience. Broken colouring pencils/crayons provided for the children and I really feel they could do better. We won't visit this location again.

The welcome was a little hasty but the children's menu with the little games and the pencils lent are very appreciated and practical to keep the children waiting. The lasagna was good, no regrets. On the other hand, the prices do not indicate the service and it is not clearly indicated, this is the negative point which lowers the rating. I find it not very honest because if you don't give anything, the smile of the waitress gives way to another attitude. It's rather unpleasant for everyone, the customer and the waitress.

The pizza was average. The staff were quite nice! The wine was nice, it is not that expensive. 😊 Very close to the palaces. There was no tap water unfortunately and the inside was a bit loud 🥲 but other than that everything was great! 🙏🏼 the large pizza is extremely tasty and good if you’re hungry! 🫠

Food was nice but since we last visited the pizzas appear thinner and smaller. There was no tap water due to issues in the building so we had to pay for bottled water which was disappointing to say the least. I noticed on some tables near to us that Occasionally waiters/waitresses walked past tables who were trying to get their attention without showing any signs of willingness to help.

We stumbled upon pizza Express and my kids are now obsessed. Their Margarita pizza is excellent and I'm constantly being asked to order more dough balls. Quick and friendly service.

The pasta was absolutely not good. You don't make carbonara with béchamel, even if it says so on the menu. It tasted like ready-made sauce. My pasta with shrimps and pepperoni in tomato sauce was bad, the shrimps are a frozen product and there was hardly any pepperoni available. Fresh and good is different. The price was too expensive for what was on offer and the tomato mozzarella salad was very small. In other places including London we ate cheaper and 100,000 times better - a beginner would cook better! The service wasn't really friendly either. A pity.

Great everything, excellent pizzas and the best Calzone I've ever tasted. It's really worth it, EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL! The dough, the ingredients, everything very full, quality, and the impeccable service. Highly recommended

Loved this place and the people are awesome!

My friend and I often go to Pizza Express on a weekly basis for a catch up.This is because the food and service are ggood and reliable Over time we have go to know some of the friendly staff as well However one issue that for past 4 o 6 weeks there has been no hot water so no coffee or tea. We are surprised this has been going on and puts the wonderful staff in a difficult situation. Please sort out the coffee machine. ASAP We will be back next week

Just enjoyed another catch up meal with friends here. The food was delicious but the waiter Bruno once again surpassed our expectations. Polite, friendly, courteous and very attentive. He made sure that my friends gluten and lactose allergy was clearly conveyed to the chef. He is a wonderful waiter and one of the reasons we will return here month after month. Thank you Bruno from us all.

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I have to because I have never experienced such rude service. After entering, a lady came up and stares without saying a word, so I say we want a table for 2, and she turns around without saying a word and goes somewhere. So I go to look for a table and she shouts at me that I have to wait and that I can't just take a table. Seriously?? Maybe it was enough to make a little effort and politely inform about it. I'm really not a fortune teller and I didn't know that Pizza Express is such an exclusive place that you have to book a place a month in advance! Especially since it was almost empty. And she still sat us in the aisle, where every now and then someone would hit my chair when trying to pass, even though there were plenty of better seats. I would have left immediately, but my daughter was hungry and that's why we stayed. It was the first time I encountered such rude behavior, someone probably forgot that our client - our master and a minimum of respect is due. The pizza itself is just like pizza, edible but not crazy, my daughter makes a better one.

As frequenters of PE chain restaurants we found this branch to be average. Staff were not particularly engaging and nothing stood out as above average. Food was lovely and that is the most important but the overall experience was underwhelming.

It's so great to just walk in and be able to eat so many pizza's because they can be made celiac friendly! Thin crust, topping was delicious and they even had a gluten free beer. Will definitely go back whenever I'm visiting London again!

People and the vibe are nice but the gluten-free pizza is just sad

Good evening, I wanted to give my opinion on this restaurant. The food is bland. On the other hand, I liked the hot honey dough balls. The servers are not welcoming at all. they assigned us a very poorly located table (in front of the kitchen) with traffic. The cooks were throwing dishes and making a crazy racket. In short, an experience to be avoided.

Excellent customer service, delicious pizza Americana romana and Beetroot Buddha Bowl salad, and a very friendly Italian manager who helped me pay with my gift card. Service with a smile - and a perfect place to eat lunch with a child before we saw the musical Wicked by Victoria Station!

Tried to have dinner here tonight. Terrible experience. We were seated and then just sat there for ~20 minutes. Caught the eye and raised my hand to a waiter multiple times, no response. They were not very busy either. We decided to leave, walked by the manager and mentioned we were leaving due to no service and he could have cared less. We would not recommend this place just based on their service.

Not a bad pizza 🍕 restaurant to sit down and have a beer and a slice. Pizza is very thin so it’s not as filling for the size they come in. Romania style pizza offered as well. Check it out!

Nic place but the chips. Don't bother. The pizza are genuinely good at Pizza Express but were OK but not as good as others we have tasted. So pricey that is normal in Victoria but you expect the food to be worth their value. Though staff were helpful.

We’re from Germany and it’s our first time in London! Our time in the Pizza Express was amazing, we’ve had our table just in front of the street, outside busy, inside just heaven. Thanks to this Great team with pretty good food and drinks! We will probably come back later on! Thanks

Had dinner on Wednesday and cannot fault the evening. My mum and I were served by the handsome Portuguese waiter (unfortunately didn't catch his name) food and service was excellent :)

My Mum and I came for dinner today spontaneously and we had the loveliest evening! We were greeted and served by Bruno and he was just the best! We could have chatted to him for hours, it felt like we’d known him forever! He was so welcoming, attentive and super friendly and made our experience amazing! Good option to eat gluten-free. They have a separate menu with adapted dishes and another with vegan options. We tried a pasta dish that was very good and several pizzas that were also delicious. If we return to London we will repeat.

Excellent for dinner or lunch with kids. Lots of options on their kids menu which comes with a choice of desserts. My son absolutely loved their gluten free pizza. The waitress was extremely accommodating with our dietary restrictions. Overall, a fine place for pizza!

I tried something the new ‘Calzone’ Chicken Italiano! It was ok, because it was bland! I like my food well seasoned and this had nothing, which was disappointing. But I ate it all and would not order it again. If your someone that prefers bland food then this would be perfect for you. Great staff and service!

Fatal . We were a person with reduced mobility and we were seated at the very end of a cellar, almost unable to move. To leave we had to bother half the restaurant. The waitress was very unpleasant, she ignored us as much as she could until we got up to leave….the food is not bad, but what hurt me the most was having to pay £22 for service for a very incompetent waitress. If I go to London that is where I would never repeat

"The staff were so friendly" seems like a cliché but these guys genuinely made our son's night with their wit and banter. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and they carefully catered for our coeliac dietary requirements. We cannot recommend this place enough! Please go here if you get there chance!

The pizza was actually quite good as if I say this as an Italian, you should believe me. The service was fantastic as the staff is very friendly and happy to help.

Don't trust their table booking service - we booked online in advance to make sure we could eat before going to the theatre - we got confirmation emails - they had overbooked their restaurant and were unable to get us (and quite a few groups arriving at around the same time) a table - so it is difficult to organise a visit in advance if you aren't actually sure you have been able to book a table for your group.

Popped in for a bite of lunch. What a change from the last time I went to Pizza Express. Quality has gone right down as the price has risen. Not a pleasant experience and I wont be back.

Food was average Itallian cuisine and the portions were small and its not cheap either.

We met up as a group of friends for our monthly dinner today at the branch of Pizza express in Victoria ( Victoria st ) A big thank you to the lovely, kind, polite, patient waiter Bruno who looked after us. The food was delicious and atmosphere perfect. Would happily go back there to eat and of course be taken care of by Bruno.

Our waiter was attentive and friendly, I cannot fault the service. The restaurant was busy but quiet which made the perfect setting for an evening meal. My only complaint was that the chicken tenders (starter) had too much batter on them and were slightly undercooked however, the mains were amazing, fresh and came out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the vanilla cheesecake if you have a sweet tooth!

Service was satisfied with the taste but the older gentleman was unsympathetic, a bit friendlier please! You don't have to like your customers, and no one demands that you do! If you go on holiday in my home country you will also receive a friendly welcome!

I booked a table for 3 for World Pizza Day. I was looking very forward to this meal. I was with my 12 month old baby. We were shown our table. The first thing I asked the slow waiter was if the free pizza offer was still available he said yes. I said can I proceed to order, he said it’s only for customers wearing stripes. I had a baby in my arms and was unable to take my coat off either way, yet he didn’t care. When I said can you ask a manager, he had forgotten to ask as I was left waiting for a response for 10 minutes. I had to ask him if he had an answer. He said sorry we can’t offer you the free pizza because you are not wearing stripes. I was appalled as I travelled far for this, and they could’ve made an exception, like really did they want me to go home, get changed, then come back, with a baby who was hungry, tired, and fed up at this stage due to the lack of customer service and appalling treatment. In conclusion, my experience was ruined and I won’t be returning to this particular Pizza Express. I would recommend the Millbank Pizza Express as I went straight there after this entire ordeal. They were so accommodating in the Millbank Pizza Express. Please avoid the Victoria Street Pizza Express, you’ll just be faced with rude, slow, disinterested workers and managers.

I literally just dined in here not even 30 minutes ago and I’ve never been more appalled at the behaviour that was executed by the staff. Both me and my friend were treated in a unwelcoming and unpleasant manner, as soon as we arrived we were met with a very hostile man waiter who ignored me when I said good evening and looked me in the face and walked off, then we were sat in a constricted area so we asked to kindly move somewhere more open if possible(there was free seating so that was the only reason we asked as if it seemed extremely busy we wouldn’t want to interfere ), and I was met with rudeness straight away. Then it got worse… we went to order and we ordered 3 mains and a starter but for the salad I was change it around about to suit my dietary requirements and throughout the whole process of receiving our order he kept raising his eyebrows and huffing and even said ‘wow’ mid stating the changes and his attitude and behaviour was utterly disgusting.My own father works as a head chef in pizza express and I have never ever in my fathers 10 years of working and going to many diffirent restaurant been treated in that way. He continued to give me very weird and hostile energy, to the point I got so overwhelmed that I ignored him. As a result he changed our table waiter to another person who to be honest wasn’t any better. They also got my order wrong and blamed it on me, and I knew they were talking about me and my friend because other waiters and even the kitchen staff came and would look at us and then walk back inside the kitchen. I geniunely have never been more disappointed, I am not rude nor would I did I come across rudely for you to disregard and treat me less than you because that is exactly what it felt like. Absolutely appalling behaviour towards customers, if you cannot treat all customers fairly i Surely hope you learn to. Thank you very much I was table 25, me and my friend were present just us two. We ordered a beetroot Buddha bowl, pollo pesto and a pizza.
