Oana is a lovely waitress! Great customer service. My girlfriend had a lively birthday. Casual, intimate dining setting with authentic Venetian cuisine.

Esta es mi segunda visita y estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho. Mi marido nunca ha sido fan de la comida italiana diciendo siempre que es lo mismo. Pero visitando Polpo ha cambiado de opinión. Cada plato estaba lleno de deliciosos sabores y mientras compartíamos nuestros platos nos tomamos nuestro tiempo para saborear cada bocado. Una comida maravillosa y la favorita de mi marido. . bavette sobre lechuga de cordero y queso parmesano. Él dijo “¡quién sabía que eso funcionaría!”

Good service and food quality, however the meals weren't very large. We went around lunchtime and it was very busy and loud

My second visit here! We hadn’t booked, but got a great spot at the bar. We sat for a couple of hours, drank wine & ordered as we pleased. Food fantastic! Must mention Eze & Ramir at the bar, great guys, thanks for a fabulous evening!!!

Impeccable service and the food is wonderful. The prices are a little expensive, but the atmosphere and the dishes are worth the detour. Plan several dishes to share, as the portions are sometimes small. Finally, very good selection of wines. I recommend!

Was seated at the bar and had impeccable service and food on a Sat evening. Been coming for 8 yrs and this place doesn’t disappoint. Love the spaghetti and meatballs and their stuffed olives have gotten better over time.

What a great find in Soho. Eze and John are fantastic bartenders/servers. Even though all the staff were very busy on a Friday night right before Christmas, they were so attentive and professional. The food was excellent. We had fried olives, spinach arancini, and pumpkin-roquefort-thyme pizzeta, all unique and tasty. With some delicious lemon cake for desert. Very cosy decor, well thought-out. High marks, will return.

Such a lovely experience at Polpo today. The staff are so welcoming and can not do enough to make you feel welcome. They recommended some great dishes and Eshaan at the bar made some fabulous spicy margaritas. Looking forward to coming back and would recommend this venue to anyone that wants to grab an after work drink or celebrate something special!

Can't go wrong with Polpo. Shame they had to close down so many of the other shops they had in London. The soho restaurant is cosy, good is good and service spotless even with a full house.

Always stop by one of the Polpo locations when in London. The foods and service is consistently excellent and they have a few options for Gluten Free dining. I usually get the Zuchinni Fries (not dedicated fryer though) and the Pizza base is GF as well. I’m celiac but have not had issues when dining there over the last couple of years.

Stubbled on this place. What a truly pleasant experience. Low key, tasteful decor, excellent food and charming staff.

Tiny portions, large prices. Food was very tasty. Service charge and donation added to bill had that removed. Spent just shy of £100 for two people, left hungry. So while the food was lovely, you have to spend a fortune to fill up. Not recommended, unless you have eaten already !

Overall we really enjoyed our visit to Polpo. We tried a variety of dishes. The potato croquettes were simply delicious. The octopus and fava beans was surprisingly delish and tender too - my wife’s favourite. The arancini was nice and cheesy, loved it. The garlic and chili prawns made for a perfect dip for the focaccia bread. The courgette fries were also surprisingly delicious. The only slight let down was the liver pate which wasn’t to my liking. As it was my wife’s birthday they very kindly gave us a smaller portion of tiramisu on the house with a candle. No restaurant should have to give away anything free and so for this we were extremely grateful. Highly recommended.
