I went to the 2 Veneti restaurant today for lunch. I have to say that I was brought back to Italy. The food was fantastic full of flavours and colours. I enjoyed the Bacala as a starter and can't recommend it enough. The main course was spaghetti with anchovies sauce and it was lovely too. The Atmosphere was great with lots of professionals having their lunch. If you are around I would recommend not wasting your time with a big international name just enjoy real food and real taste at the Veneti. I will gladly repeat the experience as there are many more dishes that draw my attention on the menu. Regards Vic.

I was treated for lunch at 2 Veneti and what a wonderful experience it has been! Delicious, authentic Italian food (from antipasti to dessert) and friendly, welcoming service. Unfortunately we didn't take photos of the food but portion sizes were perfect and the food was full of flavour. Hope to come back soon! Strongly recommended.

Just had a truly delicious lunch with old friends here today. The best gnocchi outside of Italy. Washed down with excellent champagne and dessert wine and rounded out with a delightful tiramisu. Despite only bread/olives, 2 courses and coffee we were here for over 3 hours. And not once were we hurried. Had not seen these particular friends in 5 years, so a long lazy lunch without being pushed for the table back was much appreciated.

It is always a pleasure to dine here. The welcome is warm and friendly, the atmosphere is one of professional quality and comfort. The food is outstanding: innovative and interesting but, above all very tasty. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable- Hannah was especially impressive. Many thanks- always a joy to visit.

We recently hosted an in-house company lunch catered by 2Veneti, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the initial preparations to the event itself, everything was seamless. Simon and Patrizia were fantastic to work with—communication was clear and efficient, and they followed our instructions perfectly regarding timings, food selection, and labelling. The service was impeccable, and the feedback on the food was overwhelmingly positive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious, exceeding our expectations. We will undoubtedly be using 2Veneti for future events, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality catering and service.

We have never dined at 2 Veneti although friends dine there regularly. We were en route to the theatre otherwise we would have stayed and continued to enjoy the ambience of this delightful and romantic restaurant. Everything about this restaurant was superb. The welcome, the ambience, the service, the wine and food were all excellent. Highly recommended & we will return for a longer evening in a romantic restaurant.

Nice food and good service . We were delayed after a special concert but they kindly held our table. Due to the time of day the restaurant wasn’t full but still a good ambience. Would like to come again at a busy time

Well presented and flavoursome two course lunch with attentive service from knowledgeable staff. Keenly priced given its Marylebone location too. We’ve eaten here several times over the years and never been disappointed.

One of my favourite restaurants. I try to go early because i am a bit deaf but they always find me a corner table. The food is superb as is the service and the atmosphere. It is extremely convenient for the Wigmore Hall or Oxford Street shopping.

No faltan los restaurantes italianos, pero este realmente destacó - además de algunos favoritos, había una fuerte inclinación regional en el menú (el Véneto). El bacalao con sal batida sobre polenta, los pequeños paquetes de pasta rellenos de fondue de queso y trufa rallada, y las pintadas de Guinea fueron excepcionales. El servicio fue excelente. Una comida realmente notable, y sin duda volveremos.

Went here with another couple and had probably the best Italian meal we have ever had in London. There's no shortage of Italian restaurants but this one really stood out - as well as some favourites, there was a strong regional slant to the menu (the Veneto). The whipped salt cod on polenta, the little pasta parcels filled with cheese fondue and grated truffle, and the guinea fowl were all exceptional. Service was excellent. A truly remarkable meal, and we'll certainly be going back.

Ordered: Baccala’ mantecato - whipped salted cod on white polenta Spaghetti alle Vongole - Vongole just cooked, pasta al dente - good flavours Fritto Misto Venexian - the seafood just cooked, good crispy batter but does not stay crispy for long French Beans - lightly salted, still crunchy Wild Rocket with Parmesan Salad Gnocchetti fritti - a must if you have a sweet tooth Good food and great service. Well priced portions.

Fabulous Saturday lunch at 2 Veneti. Food was wonderful, service was friendly and attentive. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and staff laid on surprise deserts with candles, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent - very close to Oxford Street, but still quiet and stylish. We had been before and will definitely return soon.

Good Italian food in central London

I love this restaurant , the food was absolutely delicious: super authentic and cooked from the heart. Great selection of wines by the glass. An excellent evening, thanks 2 Veneti, I will be back for sure.

Great place. Been dining here for over 15 years. What more do i need to say.........

I am sorry to say this, but our meal was grossly overpriced. My own main course was nothing but a totally unseasoned slab of breadcrumbed chicken with some rocket and a few cherry tomatoes on top! That was it! The chicken was almost tasteless. For 3 people to have 2 courses each and a bottle of wine (which was nice) it came to £178!! Compulsory tip of 13.5% was added to the bill. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have queried it but I think it was actually the correct price, at their pricing!!

If you want to have a special dining experience near the Wigmore Hall and Bond Street, this is the restaurant to go to. The food is delicious and the waiting staff are brilliant.

Fabulous evening... I took my partner who's from Veneto, and she immediately recalled various family favourites from childhood in the menu. Truffle ravioli and the guinea fowl were delicious - she didn't actually rate the tiramisu, preferring firmer cream and drier biscuits, but I thought it was one of the best I'd had. Otherwise relaxed and attentive staff, a lovely atmosphere, plenty of Italian being spoken across the room - and laughter too. We'll definitely be back...

Food, wine and service were very good. This is an excellent place to eat before a Wigmore Hall concert, but aside from that I would certainly go again. This was My second visit. My friend said the wine evoked the interior of a Venetian church. In a nice way of course.

This is a very good Italian restaurant with an attractive menu. The ambience would be improved if it was possible to deter customers from conducting business on their mobile phones. Also a good idea to prevent chill wind blowing through the main space whenever the door is opened.

Our meal arrived seconds after ordering. Although the dishes were very good, the food clearly was not cooked to order. We had barely sipped our wine when the meal arrived. We felt like it was "get them in, get them out." Our server never checked on how our meal was, nor offered to pour our wine. We advised the manager who then took over our booking. Overall: C minus and that is generous.

A wonderful lunchtime experience – I took my daughter here for a treat. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely. The food was sublime, the service impeccable and really friendly. The house Soave Re’Teodorico white wine is delicious and I double-checked and enjoyed two glasses! Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon.

Comfortable Italian restaurant, with an ambience of older elegance and hospitality. Main courses were great- hake and saffron, and guinea fowl, generous and including veg. Starters of clams and mussels were tasty, but empty and firmly closed shells meant tasty bits in short supply. Good wine list. In cold weather best to sit away from the door.

Our pre-concert supper experience was ideal. The service was attentive and our Maitre D knew we had time constraint to get our meals served without rushing. We enjoyed our meal and wine. I would definitely go back for our next concert at Wigmore Hall, which is a two minute walk away !

We requested a flower on the table but there wasn’t one. Appetiser was very good, pastas were bland in taste. Would not return.

Good reliable food with fresh ingredients, great and friendly service, fair prices. However, even at 6pm on a Saturday it became quite noisy. The tables are not too close to each other but the low ceiling does not help. Best on weekdays, I would have thought.

Never disappointed by this excellent dining experience

We had a lovely dinner at 2 Veneti. I'm from Venice and enjoyed the food very much. The clam spaghetti was very tasty and so was the fritto misto which had a lovely variety of fish in it including a soft shell crab which can only be eaten at limited times of the year so we were lucky. My partner had bigoli with duck and guinea fowl ragu, again very tasty and plenty of meat on it. The clam and mussels started was delicious too. All portions were generous and we couldn't finish the fritto misto as we'd gone for 3 courses (they happily offered to box what we had left so that we could take it home). In hindsight 2 courses would have been enough. The house white wine (Soave) was lovely and I would have the same wine again. We loved the atmosphere, I'm from Venice and I felt at home. The waiters were all lovely and very attentive with good humour added. A lovely experience and we will return.

My go-to when attending concerts at Wigmore Hall. Always excellent. My favorite dish is their pasta with a ragu of duck and Guinea hen. Great wine offerings and and exceptional Tiramisu. Friendly staff and efficient service.

I had an an enjoyable lunch with four friends. An interesting a excellent choice of Italian and in particular Venetian food. Mine was delicious. Good service and I liked the pricing model. I would definitely come here again

We have come from Manchester for the day and to meet friends. This us our go to restaurant. The service is excellent. The food is very good. Tasty but not fancy and well presented. It was lunch time and the restaurant was almost full yet we coukd make ourselves heard quite easily. When the bill came it was not over expensive. For the whole package it was good value for money.

Lovely location for an intimate dinner with close friends or your partner. The menu is a real authentic mix of Venetian flavors , simple, delicate, and delicious. Cannot recommend another place for a relaxing evening with a good balance between quality and price. We opted for a 2 meal courses (34.5£ pp) meaning that we could pick 2 plates from the menu. I opted for the Bacala Mantecato Antipasto and the Cernia Fish. All good a simply executed.

I recently had lunch at 2 Veneti and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The veal tonnato was tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked to showcase its rich taste. I Due Veneti is simply the best Venetian restaurant in London

Lovely food, very attentive staff and a relaxing atmosphere

Had hoped for more from this restaurant. Staff were great, but the food was very poor value and lacking substance and taste. Starter portions were ridiculously small for the price charged eg maybe 8 mussels/clams in mine. The main course prices are excluding sides and were disappointingly bland eg monkfish on mashed potato with mushrooms….The restaurant was busy and everyone seemed happy on this Saturday night, so maybe we’re missing something??

Late booking but had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would definitely go again.

Another superb meal at 2Veneti. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed, and the food outstanding. The smoked burrata was delicious, and the vegetarian gnocchi melt-in-the-mouth and the lemon posset a perfect end to the meal. The pear and rocket salad and fish of the day were described as 'out of this world', as was even the gelato!

I finally made it to 2 Veneti invited by my lovely friend T the service food and ambience was top notch. I will be back.

I have been a loyal customer since 10 years ago and they never let me down. Delicious food, very professional and friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. For the tiramisù lovers their version is unmissable. Great list of wines.

Lovely food. I think they serve the best calves liver in London. Side dish of zucchini excellent. My partner always enjoys a pudding. Wine list, for lovers of Italian red wines, is perfect. Service is always most pleasant in 2 Veneti. Huge table of very noisy students on Saturday evening spoiled any cosy atmosphere we wanted together.

This was our first time in this Venetian restaurant. On first impression, we had a friendly welcome. The set-up is almost cavernous in style despite being a fairly small restaurant, it did not feel claustrophobic. Service by Leana was very attentive and informative. The food choices were extensive including a daily fish special. We opted to have Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and radicchio with Italian sausage meat and Bigoli pasta with Duck and Guinea fowl ragout to start. Followed by Grilled fillet of Stone bass with sautéed mixed vegetables and tomato, basil and oregano sauce and Roasted Guinea fowl with fig sauce, potato mille feuille and sautéed cabbage. We shared a Tomato salad, a bottle of Barbaresco 2021, and dessert. All in all a very pleasant evening and a delicious meal. Excellent value for money too. Special credit to our lovely waitress Stefania. She was extremely attentive and friendly without being intrusive. A perfect combination. We shall definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Being a Venetian, 2 Veneti, was on my list for sometime. We joined with a party of 6, nice round large table. Efficient service, never waited more than few seconds to get some attention. The menu reflect pretty much the traditional dishes from the Laguna, from the Sarde in Saor, to the Baccala mantecato, Vongole e Fritto Misto just to mention few. Good portions, good flavour and lovely regional white to pair with all dishes. I will surely be back for more!

Wonderful food prepared and served by a very caring staff. This is the real deal for northern Italian food: high quality agreements, simply done without pretension, but with great care. A very good range of meat and fish and pasta dishes with some excellent puddings and a very well-chosen wine list. One goes back and back, year after year!
