ASK Italian - London - The O2 in Greenwich

The place was over busy, and appeared to be understaffed. 45 minutes to an hour waiting for food which was either bland or came from the kitchen cold having to be sent back. The instructions that the 2 for 1 happy hour on cocktails from 3pm was removed from the menu with a black permanent marker designed to trick those who didn’t know the start time of happy hour into buying the expensive cocktails. Overall a poor experience. Will not be returning there in a hurry.

Never eaten here before and this was a lovely first impression. We were met and seated very quickly. Server that took our order asked about allergies right away, what my friend was ordering was not possible to make dairy free and he told us that right away so we ordered something else. A few minutes after ordering another sever came and told us that due to the fryer oil being used for everything it wasn't possible for my friend to guarantee dairy free fries so they offered her a salad instead.(i have no names sadly. we were met by a lovely blond lady, gentleman with short/shaved hair first server, and a gentleman with a very majestic pink beard who came back to us about the fries) Limited menu due to an event on that weekend but still plenty of choice. well made, the salad my friend was given as an alternative was lovely and fresh, bright flavours and fantastic vinegary coleslaw. we had been to another local place the day before where the servers had no idea what was in the food and didn't bother to check so this was a fantastic experience by comparison. very friendly staff, everyone allergy aware and attentive.

This is just an expensive, vaguely Latin American-themed Wetherspoons.

We had drinks here before a show - 2 for 1 and good quality. Our drinks were mixed up but the correct ones were given to us for free. Lady that welcomed us was polite and friendly.

Jocsef was a lovely host, always there for our next round, and offered us great recommendations on the drinks! We had a lovely time during our bottomless brunch

Great experience, the restaurant was busy but the waiters and waitresses seemed to keep up really well and were still happy and cheerful. Nothing was too much to ask. Food was piping hot and great selection of cocktails on the bottomless brunch menu!

Possibly the worst Las Iguanas I’ve been to. The food was average and out of six, 3 meals arrived cold. The ‘grande’ nachos were so sad I had to take a picture. Furthermore, service was soooo slow.

Awful 2for1 cocktails... Full of ice, weak, with most of the soda in one of the glasses, and most of the syrup and spirit in the other. Embarrassingly bad for £12. Even if properly mixed they would be very weak cocktails. The service was excellent however.

We had the lovely LEO serving us! Always abit apprehensive when it comes to booking a bottomless brunch as it’s is completely up to the service as to how it goes. Leo was a laugh & we did not have to wait for a drink, double parked most of the time. Food came promptly and was lovely! perfect atmosphere & the staff often made recommendations- We will definitely be visiting again & we hope we have our lovely friend Leo serving us 🤭

Great service during our Bottomless Brunch! Drinks were delivered swiftly and waiters were very attentive, taking our drinks orders before we’d finished the first! Paul was great too!

This has to be my favourite branch ever! Paul with the pink beard was the kindest server I have had an in any restaurant in the longest time! He made this a very cheerful Monday, I am so grateful !! He recommend the curry which went down very well with our cocktail pitcher ! I look forward to returning, very grateful for such a friendly and fun server !

Had a bottomless brunch here yesterday and the service was great. Our server, Leo, was really welcoming and made us feel comfortable straight away. He made sure to keep checking in and never let us have an empty glass! Really good experience and really good customer service from him!

Estábamos en el O 2 para un festival de 3 días y fuimos a Ask para los 3 días debido al ambiente amable, personal amable y atento, y buena comida, sin olvidar los cócteles muy sabrosos! Teniendo en cuenta que todos los restaurantes tenían colas durante este festival ocupado, no sentimos que tuvimos una larga espera en Ask, el servicio fue rápido. Un especial bien hecho y gracias a Arkadius (no estoy seguro de la ortografía) por hacer un esfuerzo adicional, y hacer nuestra hora de la comida aún mejor.

Bottomless brunch was not worth it the menu was basic for the price they want you to pay it was quite confusing as you get one set meal be warned the cocktails are not included on the spirits we did not know until after 4 cocktails mind you the Wray of Sunshine I recommend 😉 when you use the app it says a different total to the bill you get from the waiter, the service was excellent Sorry to say I won't recommend

Fantastic Service from Paul at Las Iguanas! I had a wonderful dining experience at Las Iguanas, thanks to our waiter, Paul. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed, recommended some delicious dishes, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. Paul’s energy and professionalism truly elevated our visit. He handled our requests with ease, had a great sense of humor, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was great, but his service made the evening even better. If you’re dining at Las Iguanas, I highly recommend asking for Paul – you won’t be disappointed!

Las Iguanas has gone downhill unfortunately. Incredible service, can’t fault that. Staff were friendly but they really don’t have much on their menu anymore. Portions are a lot smaller too & food is a bit bland. Their sauce is top tier though

Some of the sides come out of the freezer that's obvious, but the meats are great, the cocktails are tasty and our server Jozsef was fast and friendly. My first time to a Las Iguanas and I'd definitely come again for the mixed grill!

No se puede reservar en línea. Llegué temprano a las 5 , ya una cola... esperó 40 minutos para sentarse. Extremadamente ocupado, comprensible un sábado por la noche y sirviendo al personal haciendo todo lo posible para servir y girar mesas para las masas hambrientas, lo entiendo... Sin embargo, la comida era horrible. Los entrantes de Calamari estaban demasiado cocidos, agrupados, sosos y extremadamente masticables. El ravioli de berenjena era uno de los principales, pero venía en una porción diminuta e insípida, desprovista de salsa de tomate, ya que se pegaba a un tazón de hierro fundido, cremado en el fondo. Habíamos esperado tanto e íbamos a un show en el O 2 , comimos sin quejarnos ya que había tan poco tiempo. Las bebidas gratis de una golosina de febrero en la aplicación se pusieron en la factura ya que el precio completo y el servicio era ligeramente caótico. Mi plan anterior de ir a un restaurante cerca de nuestro hotel en la Ribera Sur y luego viajar al O 2 regresó para perseguirme... la próxima vez, iré con mis entrañas. Lo siento PREGUNTAR, todos se esforzaron tanto, pero la comida producida y el ambiente frenético no eran lo suficientemente buenos y definitivamente no vale la pena el precio.

STAFF CALLED TIBOR MADE MY DAY WHAT A GUY ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE 10/10

The staff were nice but the food... I've had microwave food that taste better. The Calamares tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and microwaved. The fajitas and Nachos were stale, honey cheese were burnt and the chicken was rubbery. Definitely not going to another Las Iguanas again.

What a lovely las iguanas branch we have visited today at the o2! We had wonderful service from all staff that we encountered during our visit. Warm, friendly and kind! Excellent cocktails, tasty nachos and a great warm up prior to our concert. One of the best LI we have ever been to! LOVE the Pisco Sours!!! Thank you so much to Paul and the team! Ashley and Joe

We got the January £15 per person unlimited Tapas Menu. One of the first dishes we ordered had a hair in it. We were surprised to find out there was a limit of 3 dishes between us at a time. They did up this to 4 after some discussion. But we felt this was misleading as we were expecting it to be 3 dishes each. The service was OK the manager did apologise for the hair & service we received. The food was average at best. Very little taste, bland. Nachos were particularly bad lacking seasoning and flavour with a few dollops of salsa, sour cream & guacamole. To be fair to the restaurant the manger did make our cocktails complimentary. But this doesn't make up for the overall poor quality of the food. I really could not recommend this at its normal full price of £25 per person. It's not really good value at £15 person

This restaurant is located in the O2 and has a spacious layout with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is nice, but we ordered chicken wings, pina colada and coconut pudding, and the food and drinks were very average. The coconut pudding was particularly bad, and the glass cup it came in was chipped, which felt a bit dangerous. Overall, I wouldn’t come back here again.

Server was very helpful and friendly, during an incredibly busy period. The food was very good quality and reasonably priced.
