Very disappointing experience Last night At Las Iguanas O2, we asked our waiter who was Asian and Very Helpful about our drinks upon his approach to deliver our request, he was aggressively harrassed by another waiter with lighter complexion which felt really uncomfortable and unjustified in the moment this later escalated into something that could have been much more serious and physical. The Asian waiter was trying to do his job while the other waiter who was constantly aggressive in most manners seemed to have treated him in an unfair manner, the situation was not handled effectively in my experience therefore leaving a 1 star review for an unpleasant late night experience hope this issue gets sorted.

I want to start with the kid menu, as is something different, when just took a sit I ask about it, If the kids has free menu, so they told that I was right, lied. I ordered the “Mixed Grilled” the worst thing that I even received, frozen chips, sweet corn from a can and simple rice. £27 for this, It can’t be more than a theft form us. I wouldn’t mind pay it, but for at least a good quality. I can’t say even one good thing for this dinner. The attention wasn’t great, but I prefer kept the service charge, but I would think I don’t pay it. I don’t understand how this restaurant don’t have more reviews like this, to the english people can like this but for the people from countries like the food they offer is worst than “fast food”. I’m not coming back never.

The food arrived very fast which was great as we were with two toddlers. The food was nice and tasty. Affordable menu. Tibor, who was our waiter, was excellent! He was very attentive and super smiley. He made our evening!

Food was awful, servers were rude, inattentive and didn’t encourage honesty or complaints over quality. photo attached is their pathetic excuse for medium cooked steak skewers, waste of money, don’t go.

Brilliant Bottomless Brunch, with the speediest service! They kept the drinks following with lots of cocktails to choose from. The food was a small dish but was very tasty. Staff were very attentive and polite. Would highly recommend, great value for money, especially in London too!

Arrived this evening and no one came to serve us . We had to try and catch a waiter when we wanted to order at each course ! Place was very busy as there was an event on . Nachos were chewy and not crunchy , main course enchiladas were terrible . The refried beans and rice had clearly been microwaved and enchilada places on top . The contents of the enchiladas were tasteless . Vegetarian mains were apparently better. The portion of chips we ordered were so small in portion size . Spent £147 and were really disappointed. Standards must not slip on event days ! People are paying the same money !!! Waiters - wake up ! Us customers pay your wages and deserve a decent standard of service .

Absolutely horrendous food. Miserable serving size. Everything was soggy. It cost us £40. We won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Visit prior to a show. Staff were great and food bought promptly. Didn't have high expectations due to the location however nearly £13 for a sharing starter that comprised of oven cooked potato cubes and a pot of cheese. Had two other small plates that were equally as tasteless. Just not acceptable. First and last time at this chain.

Start with the positive service was quick. My wife having an allergy that was not on the list means we were treated like outcasts and had to be told several times they were not responsible if she got ill, even had to have the manager take our order. Food was average, they got our wine order wrong not our best meal out. Not bad just average

Nice place chicken was quite dry seemed reheated. Was a little tò spicey for my liking.

Went for the 2 for 1, turns out most of the cocktails online aren’t available in this branch. Probably had about 10 options on the menu and they were the basics like mojito/margarita etc. I tried to ask what branch actually has these cocktails shown online but they didn’t know. Food menu is also limited.

Shout out to Prashant . Great customer service. Was a mistake with dishes.but the customer service from this team member was great.

Our waiter was excellent very attentive, friendly even persuaded us to have a second bottle of wine. Wasn’t rushed and all in all perfect

Booked the bottomless brunch. Ok so maybe I should have read the fine prints but I thought it was for food and drinks. Turns out just drinks. The disappointing part was to look at the menu to choose from and lovely pictures on it, only to be told: if you want that you have to pay more. OK so not sure why the pictures if you can not choose it. OK fine I said , which one out of this picture I can have? Turns out 2 out of 5 everything else a charge!. Oh well maybe "you get what you pay for" not really as it was not that cheap!. The other turn off was the constant remainder "oh that is not included" . I mean, I asked for a coffee (I can afford one thank you, just because I choose your not bottomless brunch, it means I am chepskate), and is not an item from that Picture you know! Anyway, paid our dues outside the "not so bottomless brunch". All the best!

Booked a brunch had the greatest staff . So helpful made sure we had everything we needed checked allergies an were on hand for everything 02/03/24

Don’t waist your time and money. This restaurant isn’t worth even 1 star. The service is slow. Waiters not professional and have ego. Order starter, but the mains came after 40 minutes waiting. Also it took the waiter 15 min to bring a straw. We ordered a pizza with chicken as topping for my son and the pizza came with only tomato sauce and cheese, when I mentioned this to the waiter he didn’t even apologies he just said ok your chicken will come as a side( in the end chicken was served as side and it really smells bad - we ended up not touching it at all). It was not a great experience at all, did not enjoy it. I request the bill and asked the waiter to remove service charge, he was not happy at all and he said can I ask why you want to remove it? My answer was the service was not good, he then said ok and not even bothered to apologise or ask what was wrong. Definitely I will not go back to this restaurant and can’t recommend it to anyone

Didn't order food, but the 2-4-1 cocktails were beautiful! And our server, Georgiana, was amazing! Really friendly, high energy, even gave us free shots! Makes me want to come back again for sure!

This lunch was ok. Think I might have chosen wrong with a tomato baste even though it wasn’t too bad because I love sea food. But cant go wrong with a creamy cheese baste pasta. The ambience of the restaurant was really warm

Went for a early lunch on a weekday, staff were friendly and quick, and when they found out my dish was going to take about 10 minutes to get out they asked if I wanted to swap it out even though most restaurants will make you wait about 30 for food!

Fantastic evening meal and great hospitality from Tibor. Went to visit the place before Peter Kay and we had delicious food and drinks with the best service ever. We will be visiting again before Elton John in April.

We came for bottomless brunch and had the best experience at this las iguanas. The service was quick, the staff were very welcoming, kind and attentive. We would recommend this to everyone and will be back again.

Vibrant atmosphere when busy it gets busy Staff well trained and ready to make a conversation, great selection of food but not traditional holding back on spices. Churros not as traditional. Recommended for small party of 8.

Lovely meal at a very busy time (pre-concert). Staff were as attentive as they could be with so many people there. Good offers on their App.

The food was good quality, tasty and value for money. There was gluten free options (that was why we chose this restaurant), children’s meals and great choice. The service was exceptional and I was surprised at end of meal with a birthday dessert which was completely unexpected.

Totally worth 5 stars. I have no idea why the reviews aren't better. Everything was great. Food was beautiful. Staff were so friendly. Manager was very attentive as well and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely go back the next time I go to the O2, or nearby. Well recommended.

A busy but well run restaurant, really prompt service. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. The food arrived quickly and was delicious!

Service was a bit slow but it was on an event night. We had to skip our desserts as we would've been late otherwise despite us being 2 hours early

A truly awful meal. Between the dry overcooked chicken, wilted vegetables and a soggy burrito it was a failure start to finish. Don’t waste your time, there’s Chipotle next door and whilst not the same atmosphere at least the foods edible.

Pros: The staff was really nice and helped us choose our food. The food was fresh and piping hot. Cauliflower bites are the best. Quantity was good as well. Cons: The dishes under bottomless brunch looks quite tempting but they are not available for on their own.

I've not visited this place for at least 2 years. I came back with family, and it never fails to exceed in excellent food and quality service. It was very busy. However, that didn't matter! My veggie option was superb, and the meat dishes my family had were incredible. I didn't take any pics, I was too hungry !!! 😅

The food was delicious, as were the cocktails. The staff were prompt with getting our orders of drinks from when we first sat down to getting us new drinks whenever we were low (we chose to have the bottomless brunch). They promptly served food, which was delicious. And gave us the best service ever! They were friendly, inviting, patient and prompt! Great staff at las iguanas in the 02.

We are a bug fan of las iguanas leeds and used to go there at least once every month. After moving to London decided to enjoy the same taste in las iguanas O2 but what a disappointment. To start, the menu is entirely different. Okay, not a big problem .. still excited to try something new. But when the food arrives, the taste is no where near our expectations and standard of last iguanas leeds. The fajitas were dry and no spice or herbs. Same for the starters and drinks too. The drinks were too sweet . Very disappointed and won’t recommend to anyone at least for the O2 branch.

Even the staff and the manager is so rude and doesn’t help customers understanding the offer the app give and the way they explain make you wanna leave the place and find a good place to enjoy the weekend

Food really nice. 2-4-1 on every cocktail at any time of the day. SO GOOD!! And the cocktails are actually decent. Food was standard. Definitely recommend the fajitas. They come out sizzling and hot and oooo lovely. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The vibes in there were good. 9/10 experience. Been to this specific Las Iguanas about 4 times.

We got nachos, chicken skewers, chili, and a coconut chicken curry. The main dishes tasted okay, but wasn’t too special. We were told that the chilli and chicken curry were spicy, but they were not spicy at all. However, the nachos were very disappointing. They were all soggy and the cheese was hard and unmelted. The bathroom was also a bit dirty.

We had our 2 year old son with us and Tibor who served us was incredible. Very aware of a child's needs, friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic.

Chilli con carne has only chilli sauce, with some beans, not meat, the nachos were soft, not nice, I should ask for the burger...

Poor showing from this branch of this restaurant chain. Hot drinks took almost 40 minutes to arrive, with no explanations nor apologies. Avoid unless its obviously quiet.

Great place. The food is very nice and the service is good. Call me harsh, but not a fan of places that question why you do not want to pay a service charge. Seems abit of a personal question to me. This is why it is 4/5 stars.

Booked for bottomless brunch at 1530 as fully booked rest of day didn't leave untill after 6 place was mostly empty. Food great, service from Tibor was brilliant possibly the best service I've ever had.

The food was really good and the staff were amazing - going the extra mile to make my daughter’s birthday special. Cannot thank you enough for being kind and fun - it really made a great ending to a brilliant birthday for her.

I loveeeeee this restaurant so much. The waiter was so nice and very lovely. He made sure I was happy and enjoyed my meal. I also got a free cocktail from the app as the app has perks. The burger was absolutely delicious with the fries. The cocktail was soooo nice too, I normally go for this cocktail when I go here.

Visited before attending a concert, you can't book on an event night but managed to get a table. It's was extremely busy but the servers managed it very well. So much choice on the menu. We had olives, pardon peppers, nachos and the Brazilian beach cheese was amazing, to start. The star of the show was the fillet steak skewers with chimichurri sauce. The steak was lean and the sauce had a nice kick to it.

Bottomless brunch was amazing. We ended up having 900£ worth of drinks in the bottomless price for 6 people. Amazing staff, food could be a bigger portion, but you can pay extra to upgrade to the main menu, which is a reasonable price. Thanks again team!! Had such a great time I didn't get many pictures.

Poor choice of cocktails (unless you like miki mouse fun stuff). Food is at best a ready meal standard and the prices are high for what you get. You are better at Gaucho around the other side for a good drink and a meal.

The vegan mushrooms fajitas were so good! Great option for Veggie, vegan and people with allergies

Amazing experience and thank you Maciej for going above and beyond with customer service. Went there with my best friend for cocktails and dinner. Food was wonderful and I highly recommend the calamari . Staff are exceptional with a special thank you to Maciej who helped me get my bag back after I forgot it . He truly went out of his way to ensure I got it back safely . THANK YOU !!

They say 3rd times a charm, not in this case. We arrive at 4.30pm giving us plenty of time before doors open at 6.30pm for our show in The O2. We ordered drinks, the coffee took around 10 minutes. We love their starter which arrived after around 30 minutes. Ordering the main which seemed fairly straight forward, oh no after around an hour we finally received our order which was wrong. The re-order was quicker and we finally left at 6.15pm. Never had issues before, but certainly put me off to try again.

Great food and very attentive staff!

We were welcomed warmly by a member of staff and advised that we might have a few minutes wait as the restaurant was very busy. This was not a problem and we were shown to our table for two within 5 minutes. Our waitress, Laura, was extremely efficient, friendly & also thankful to us for our patience. Our starters, main courses and drinks were all great! The restaurant had a fabulous atmosphere & we really enjoyed our visit. Special recognition should be given to Laura as she really went above and beyond!!

6 of us girls came for a brunch on the 16th sept before seeing Shania Twain. We had Edgar as our waiter, we could not fault him. He was continuously taking our drinks order and was very friendly and professional. He made the whole visit the best experience. We will purely come back just for him. Thank you so much Edgar!! Xx

Friendly staff great food fun atmosphere

All staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The meal was lovely and we look forward to going back.

A good sit-down restaurant with a mixed menu to cater for most. You can always look online but when we went there was a special menu for an event, so the menu was limited, still enough to choose from though. We ordered the nachos which were really good but they did have a few things missing which they had to come and warn us before it was served. Service is down slightly as not all of our orders were correct but I do understand it was busy and they tried hard to squeeze us in. You couldn't book ahead but the turn over is relatively quick with 3 different seating sections.

Had the steak which was very nice. Also great service particularly by Tibor who was very attentive and great with the kids.

The host (tall black female with puff ponytail) had a nasty passive aggressive attitude as soon as we walked in. She asked the name on the booking and for what time, I happily told her the details and she purposely said my name wrong after I had just told her what my name was and then she walked off. She then looked back at us with a screw face and expected us to follow behind her without her even saying “follow me this way”. She made a nasty facial expression and hand gesture that made us realise she’s talking to us and wants us to follow her. She pointed at the table and didn’t say anything else, she just walked away. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I have been to hundreds. I felt disrespected and I immediately should have walked out with my family. The vibe pretty much ruined my little sister’s birthday dinner and we can assure you.. we’ll never be back! We looked at the menu, decided what to order and was told that everything we wanted wasn’t available so we had to choose different options. The food presentation and portions size of the chips were shockingly tiny for the price and our drinks were so watered down we could barely taste the fruit. Overall the host and service set the tone so we couldn’t enjoy our meal. We just wanted to get out of the restaurant very quickly!

I recommend the mucho steak and the jerk wings. Delicious food and excellent service, many thanks to Tibor.

Great food, fish was super delicious. Cocktails are 2for1 . Little bit noisy when sitting outside as the trains are passing by, otherwise great place.

Food expensive and mostly tasteless. I ordered a burrito and small plates including meatballs. Meatballs were probably the worst I've ever had... soft, mushy and inedible. My friend had enchiladas and was equally disappointed. Service was very slow despite only serving a few tables on a Sunday. Avoid.

Awful calzone pizza. Flat as a pancake, doughy, wet. Never seen such an embarrassing looking dish. Server tried hard and it was quick - hence 2 stars.

The service was absolutely brilliant and the staff were so friendly and helpful as they catered to all our need and provide their expert opinions on which cocktail and meal to pick. I drank multiple cocktails and all of them tasted amazing. I would highly recommend.

Tibor was great, very attentive and welcoming. My sister loved the hot sauce he recommended, he took our drink orders quickly, cleared our plates swiftly and was overall lovely, he could not have done more to make my niece's birthday seamless

We stood in line for an hour before we got a table. There were lots of free tables during this time but they did not have enough staff to clear them. The Manager looked stressed but was wondering around looking at the situation holding his phone, but a decent manager should step up to the plate and help the staff. It was obviously understaffed. We were going to watch a show and basically had 10 minutes to eat by the time our food arrived. My partner’s meal had been given to someone at the next table before they realised their mistake. My side order did not turn up! Awful. I said to the waitress that they were understaffed and she replied that it was the manager’s fault as he wants to save money! Worse experience ever!!!

The absolute worst food and service ever. Waiter was absolutely appalling, took forever to get our order. Ordered a beef burrito, had no flavour, beef was very chewy and tasted like it was off. It’s happy hour all day but they didint even have the drinks we wanted so what was the point. The drinks we did end up ordering took 30 minutes to come. Never going back again
