Went to Las Iguanas before a show at the O2. The happy hour cocktails were great and the food was tasty as well. Tibet took very good care of us 😊

STAFF CALLED TIBOR MADE MY DAY WHAT A GUY ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE 10/10

The staff were nice but the food... I've had microwave food that taste better. The Calamares tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and microwaved. The fajitas and Nachos were stale, honey cheese were burnt and the chicken was rubbery. Definitely not going to another Las Iguanas again.

What a lovely las iguanas branch we have visited today at the o2! We had wonderful service from all staff that we encountered during our visit. Warm, friendly and kind! We had a lovely time, the food was amazing. We had Tibor as a server and he honestly made the whole experience unbelievably good. He was super welcoming and kind, recommending dishes for us and just overall being a friendly person. Would definitely recommend!

Jozsef was a great host for the bottomless tapas! Kept us topped up and the churros were divine.

We got the January £15 per person unlimited Tapas Menu. One of the first dishes we ordered had a hair in it. We were surprised to find out there was a limit of 3 dishes between us at a time. They did up this to 4 after some discussion. But we felt this was misleading as we were expecting it to be 3 dishes each. The service was OK the manager did apologise for the hair & service we received. The food was average at best. Very little taste, bland. Nachos were particularly bad lacking seasoning and flavour with a few dollops of salsa, sour cream & guacamole. To be fair to the restaurant the manger did make our cocktails complimentary. But this doesn't make up for the overall poor quality of the food. I really could not recommend this at its normal full price of £25 per person. It's not really good value at £15 person

The service was amazing, so speedy with the drinks. The staff are so friendly, made us feel so welcome!

This restaurant is located in the O2 and has a spacious layout with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is nice, but we ordered chicken wings, pina colada and coconut pudding, and the food and drinks were very average. The coconut pudding was particularly bad, and the glass cup it came in was chipped, which felt a bit dangerous. Overall, I wouldn’t come back here again.

Server was very helpful and friendly, during an incredibly busy period. The food was very good quality and reasonably priced.

I had the pleasure of being served by Paul who is an absolute legend full of banter and great customer service I can’t believe how efficient and fast they are !!! Definitely would not have had that experience if I was at any other place in 02 thanks Paul for such an amazing experience and service will definitely be coming back !

Went for the unlimited tapas (have to leave by 90mins). a bit scandalous u can only order 5 tapas at a time for a table of 3. Surely 2 tapas per person is a more suitable number. The food itself was decent but due to the limited number of tapas allowed to order, u are waiting most of the time for waitress to clear the plates and take in new orders. Worst, of all, they had run out of Churros at 1.00pm? They only opened at 12pm on a Sunday!!! Not acceptable at all considering my son was really looking forward to the Churros. They offered ice cream as a substitute, 1 scoop! Pretty poor. Not impressed.

The waiters are really what make this restaurant amazing and because of them we had the best time. The food was delicious, the drinks were even better!! Everything came so fast and we managed to squeeze so much fun into our bottemless brunch. Thank you SO much Leo, Jorge and Paul!!!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Had a great time, good was really nice and the cocktails were quick.

I am not so keen on the service. The place was quite empty but I had to wait for a while to get seated as the person who was in charge was deep in looking at his phone at the corner. The lady that serves the bar saw me but looked away so I had to wait. The whole place has all doors opened so the air conditioning was on full powered, so unsustainable and made the dinning uncomfortable as I was so cold. I could not sit outside as you had to use the phone to order if you sat outside. By the way, the bar code does not work to order on the app in the first place. It was painful to order my food as it also took a while as the same person was having a chat with th lady at the bar. They also do not have the on-spicy sauce for the chicken. The waiter said that it should have been removed from the menu, but it means that there is no Non-spicy option. It also took a while to get the bill. It is really a shame that the chicken itself was really well cooked. However, I will not be back because of the service. The place was so empty that I do not see why they cannot serve people outside and had to order with a bar code that does not work.

Pre concert dinner, restaurant was busy but the food came out pretty fast. Found the price for the main meal a bit too high , a plate of rice and curry at £17 ,it’s a bit of a rip off and the starters in the smaller side but then this is London.

Have been here many times and continue to return. Great atmosphere, great drinks, great service, special thanks to Fadi an amazing server! It’s a very good place to come with kids/teenagers. My only issue would be to have more veggie options.

I was very disappointed with the grill option- it cost £29 and there was barely any meat, most of the plate was full with rice and chips, neither of which is that expensive.

I'm a returning customer to this place, and is time for my review now. My favourite waiter is Jozsef he is the best one. Always on point know what I like and gets the party going. If someone goes there ask to be in his section! Food is good, drinks are spot on . Always a nice treat after a busy day or an event.

From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Joseph went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations on both food and drinks, and was always quick with a smile and a helpful suggestion. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he made sure each of our dishes arrived perfectly and on time. Joseph’s energy and positivity truly added to the whole vibe of our meal, making it a memorable experience. Huge thanks to Joseph and the team at Las Iguanas O2—can't wait to come back!
