Frankie & Benny's in Greenwich

We had a pleasant experience at Frankie and Benny's on Saturday last week. Our waitress, Daniella, was absolutely amazing! My stepson's ear defenders broke as we sat down and she helped get us some tape to try and put them back together. She was so friendly and smiley, she was excellent! The food came out very quickly (about 15 minutes after ordering) and they had gluten free options for my partner. The kids meal was excellent value. It was a bit noisy in the restaurant but as expected with lots of kids who were getting excited for Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live! The only downside for us was that this restaurant usually gives BlueLight discount for emergency service staff but the manager of this restaurant decided to remove the discount on Event nights :(

The fiver limited menu offer was unbelievable. The food portion was better. Loved the ambiance, had more space upstairs. Good place for date night.

It was a brillant dinning experience, timed just right as we walked straight in. The staff were great and extremely attentive, the food came quickly and was enjoyed by all. Our server Daniella was amazing.

I want to say a massive thanks to aiste for making me and my 3 kids feel v welcome. She was professional and kind, i was having a very bad day and her kindness made us al forget our troubles. I was there with my 9 year old daughter and 2 year old son and 7 month baby son. She constantly checked up on us asking if everything is okay. My 2 year old asked for crayons twice and both times she always smiled. We need more people like this lady aiste and im very grateful. The team was very friendly and the food was lovely. What I appreciated the most was the way our waitress Nikola who made me and my brother with autism feel comfortable. at every step Nikola waitress treated him with respect and didn’t rush him or me and was just naturally a kind, professional person. It made our day out together that much better.

In London, it's sometimes hard to find a hospitality team who smile and with manners and these guys at the 02 are amazing! They gave me a recommendation on food, were so polite and professional, the speed of service and food was incredible. I cannot fault this experience ❤️ thank you so much!

We visited before a gig at the O2, having booked a table same day for our chosen time. Food was good but did lack a little flavour, so 4 stars there. Atmosphere was great and restaurant was buzzing nicely, inside and out. Service was the hero, absolute 5* from Daniela who was so welcoming, friendly and always smiling even with a mobbed section of tables. Well done Daniela 👏🏻 In and out in the hour, including desserts and coffee, overall we were very impressed

Me and my partner arrived at 6.30 there was no greeting from staff apart from a waiter from a distance told us to take any seat. The place was empty with only one waitress and one chef. We ordered our food and was left waiting an hour for our mains. I ordered a steak and my partner order a club sandwich. I appreciate that there was lack of staff but how can it be possible to wait over an hour for a steak and a sandwich. My steak tasted bland as a result of my seasoning and felt like I was chewing forever. My garlic sauce that I opted with the steak was very oily to the point I could see the oil separating on my plate. I didn’t enjoy my food and didn’t particularly want it when it arrived, but felt bad as it was a date night. While we were waiting there was no communication on the wait time or any questions given regarding if we wanted another drink. The food left me and my partner with an upset stomach and then continued to sit in discomfort watching a film had booked to watch at 7.50 which we arrived late for because of the wait time for our food. This was my first ever visit to Frankie and bennys and will never visit again.

Customer service was fantastic, staff were very attentive and were happy to chat and converse beyond the normal hi and goodbye. Food was very nice too!

Nice place to eat in O2 Arena, could use more friendly staff, and more facilities after certain hour. Overall great. Food wasn’t to the standards of a prestigious chef’s restaurant but good.

Upon arrival we were told they were short staffed, but I wouldn't have known for the rest of our visit. They seated us immediately, got drinks within minutes, food was pretty speedy too. The food was the best we've had from the company, the staff were friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend the O2 branch in the future.

Main reason for leaving feedback was excellent service from Tyrone! Super friendly, quick service with a smile and made us laugh - nowhere on the feedback form to shout out team members so hope this gets back to him for praise he deserves. Love the new menu, find it difficult to choose so nice problem to have. My calzone was superb, feels like F&B returning to the excellent experience it used to be!

We came quite late looking for a table for 6 after being let down at another restaurant. Staff were so helpful in accommodating us. Food was as expected, we enjoyed pasta, burgers, & pizza and all were great. Cocktails were great too. The waitress Danielle was just lovely and provided great service. Would definitely return.

Great place, family friendly, exceptionally fast and reliable service from Daniella she was amazing, all the other staff were also very polite and helpful, would definitely go again, thank you for a lovely dining experience.

I had an amazing experience here. Daniella was extremely kind, patient and helpful showcasing 5 star customer service and working well under pressure. I commend her for her levelheadedness. I really enjoyed speaking with Chris hee helped make a icepack for my sister who had a surgery and needed assistance. Thankyou to Joana the manager for her help sorting my sisters food though she has many allergens. Would definetely be back again!

We had a lovely experience due mostly to our waiter Tyrone, who consistently had a smile on his face and was very attentive to not just but all of his other tables. It was just very nice to see his bubbly and infectious personality shine as he did his job.

We were served by Tyrone who was the happiest friendliest server you could ask for. You can tell he loves his job and is just happy to be there. We asked to speak to the manager to ensure he was recognised for his fantastic service and were advised to fill out a google review for him to make sure he was fully recognised. A real credit to the company!

Me and a group of friends went for the free pizza for our results day to celebrate. We got there a bit early and waited for no more than 30 mins. Pizza was free but we had to buy a large drink, we didn’t mind. The options were pepperoni and margarita, unfortunately we weren’t given the option to choose. They gave us margarita pizza and the service was pretty bad. The main lady who was working there and seating people was actually very rude and snarky remarks were made along with a tone of attitude. I can understand you have a bad day sometimes but don’t take it out on other people. On top of that, my friend found a fly in the bottle of vinegar (bottle image attached). We were all shocked and decided it was time for us to leave. The pizzas were okay ish, however we wouldn’t go again. The atmosphere was weird as it filled with students but also the staff were very confusing as they wouldn’t take anyone seriously.

Amazing, the food was so fresh, the prices were so cheap with their new lunch menu. But the highlight was our amazing server. They were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I felt like I was being helped by a friend. Me and my mum were very impressed and we hope to see them again next time on our visit 🥰

As if I give this restaurant a 5 stars, I definitely would, I'm not a fan of F&B. I love the pizza.

We hadn't booked and got a table straight away. Our server was Andy and he was really great. We were served quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and made sure we got everything we ordered and that we were happy. The food was good and we didn't have to wait long for food or drinks to be served. Great start to a night out.

Came here today for the first time. Was served by and had very good service from Daniella who was very helpful and friendly. The pizza I had was a little too oily for my liking but still was ok and hit the spot 👍

Oh my god! What a great experience on holiday. I never put a review but this time I will make an exception. Isabella and Cris are incredible. Food was good but service made our evening the greatest of all times! If you are in O2, ask to be served by one of them. You won’t regret!

Not being able to pay cash for services was very surprising, specially for my grandfather who was not able to share the bill without bankcard It is very surprising for a restaurant to promote such a antisocial experience between generations

Sensibly priced food and fair portions. Drinks were overpriced, but probably similar to others nearby. Plenty of seating (mid-week) although some of the "outdoor" tables we're not in the best locations (due to the building infrastructure). We were happy with the service received with the food delivered quickly and hot. But, not impressed with the waiting staff (& manager) who deliberately avoided giving people us (& others after us) copies of the "weekday specials" menu - instead only giving you the full price menu. Be aware there are special offers during the week and you shouldn't have to ask to see the other menus!

Very impressed. 2 people for brunch. Welcome was lovely, service great, food excellent. Coffee machine started a self clean just after we placed coffee orders - we were kept updated until it was possible for coffee to be made which was nice communication. Also a glass of water offered/accepted whilst we waited. One of us needs Gluten Free of which there was plenty of choice including a sausage on the cooked breakfast which is rare. Food cooked to order and very tasty. £25 for 2 people for full cooked breakfast, avocado and poached eggs on muffins and 3 coffees - very good value - generous tip left as we so impressed. Would return.

We visited before going to a concert. The restaurant was busy but service was quick, food was delicious and freshly made. We used their set menu so had 3 courses for about £16 each which I think is very reasonable for a captive audience in a London venue. Our waiter Tyrone was fab. Harding working, friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations.

Great service and they have a fantastic Gluten free menu. It was very busy but we had booked in advance which I would strongly recommend. Prices for London were very good, honestly thought I would have to sell a kidney to pay for this but I was pleasantly surprised.

It's my first visit ever to this restaurant and I must say it's really quality and quantity for money. I am satisfied with the service too.

Terrible gluten free food here. Ordered ribs which come with a jacket potato (can’t have their chips). Jacket potato was still cold (from the fridge cold), told the waitress who put her finger in the potato, agreed that it was cold, and took it back to the kitchen. 3 minutes later the plate came back, same jacket potato, just put in the microwave and warmed up, and after the waitress had prodded it I was not going to eat it! Next the ribs were also cold, but at this point I couldn’t be bothered to complain more for them to be prodded and put in a microwave! To add illness to injury the card machine would not let you not leave a tip - I put in £0 as an amount and it wouldn’t accept it. Families meals were all fine, only the gluten free was a microwave disaster!

The menu had a wide variety & We went for the 3 course meal option. Starters we got cheesy garlic bread and bbq chicken wings , which were delicious. For the main we got the cheese burger with fries , which were very good. Couldn’t try any deserts as we were stuffed however the presentation looked amazing. Only thing i would say is , we waited a long time for someone to come and give us the bill and so we had to get up to go to the tills and only then the bill was given to us; maybe it was busy at the time hence this happened but still wanted to point it out. Overall it was a nice experience , and food was scrumptious.

Wonderful place! Very pleasant and homey atmosphere, delicious food. The kids ate everything down to the last crumb. Delightful desserts. Very friendly and sincere staff! It was our first time there, and we were celebrating our son's birthday with the family and were very pleased with our choice of location! Thank you ❤️

Food was good but not great. We ordered carbonara and half rack of ribs. MOST OF THE STAFF IGNORE YOU. However, our server was very nice, friendly, quirky and mostly cater to all the customers.

Went here for some food before a gig. We tend to come here when we go to the 02 as you don’t normally have to queue. It was busier than usual when we went, but rather than having to queue we were asked to wait in the bar upstairs, so we could at least have a drink while waiting. The bar is upstairs and is very spacious with plenty of seating. We were seated after about 20 mins, and service was good bearing in mind how busy it was. Our waitress was Daniella and this review is for her really as she was amazing, really friendly and smiley and seemed very keen to make sure everyone was served as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend Frankie & Benny’s for anyone visiting the 02
