Sam was our server, she was rushed off her feet, but she still kept a smile on her face and reminded calm. Thank you Sam you made our first experience of Frankie & Benny’s really enjoyable and relaxed.

Our server Denisa is an amazing server! She makes sure the tables are ok and she is really fast and trying her best to make sure everyone is served. We asked for recommendations and she was spot on! I gave 3 stars for atmosphere just because the place got really busy and unfortunately it got too much for the 2 servers working, considering the fact that they were making drinks and sitting people down as well. I honestly believe that the business could have made a few extra hundreds if the place had at least one more staff to help

Family-friendly restaurant designed in the style of an American diner. Italian/American cuisine. Small card, which I personally like very much. High quality products. Very friendly staff. I thought the question about allergies was great.

Was quiet and really chilled - Karel our server was lovely and really helpful.

The day we went, they only had 2 members of staff. The lady and the bar man did the best they could, with serving and making sure everyone was okay. The food was good and so were the drinks. Hats off to the waitress and bar man for managing by themselves. My mum loved the hot chocolate, and I love how they have milk alternatives. Mocktails nice too.

We had dinner here in Bugbsy Way restaurant. we both had the chicken bbq wings which were delicious I had the lasagna which had an amazing taste!! and the salad and I finished off with apple pie with custard and ice cream Jo our waitress was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly Would 💯 recommend visiting as you won’t be disappointed

Something has changed, maybe new chefs I'm not sure. I ordered the barbecue chicken burger which is something I have regularly and it was horrible. I had to eat with a knife and fork there was so much sauce it would not stay in the bun and the chicken was disgusting tbh. Really disappointed, as this is our go to restaurant when we fancy a burger nite treat

Asked for no bacon. You delivered bacon. Asked for coleslaw separate. You put the coleslaw in the box with the ribs and I had hot coleslaw by the time it was delivered

What I will say is I attended this venue with family. The service was excellent and caters large groups etc.. My personal view is if you want pizza go to a pizza place and if you want a steak go to a steak house.

Food was NOT good st all! F&B isn't what it used to be, half the menu gone. Food quality totally changed. Won't be going back, upside was kids meals were free! And waitress was absolutely lovely.

I ordered ribs corn and fries and my fries were unedible usually they are 5 stars but I was so shocked that they had a moron who robbed me of fresh fries in the building working

Fantastic restaurant I have 2 children with dairy allergies there was something on the menu for both of them to enjoy even dessert our server Toby was fantastic.

Honestly one of the best meals I have had in a long while. Our server lady was amazingly good fun, food was nice, but the value of frankie and bennies was really impressive, 4 cocktails and 2x 2 courses came to £50 - which I thought was a bargain.

This is a great spot! Service was great and so was the food. It was also not too expensive. There was a wide variety of options to pick from for food, drinks, and dessert. Frankie and Benny’s is a place for everyone!

If I could select all I would’ve! From being greeted at the door to the impeccable service I received from Melanie, she made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me to choose from the breakfast menu before they moved to lunch! The hot chocolate was so yummy!

Avoid the food was very greasy and tasteless take a look at the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months the toilets are disgusting.

Tonight was extremely busy and the team were under pressure being short staffed, despite this the manager and her team looked after all the guest and made sure we had everything we needed and were able to manage any issues affectively and without fuss. The pressure was on but the manager and the team held it all together despite having quite a bit of waits throughout the service. Well done 👏

Restaurant was clean and newly decorated. Food was good but slightly over down, which made it a bit too crispy. Staff were friendly and efficient.

When we arrived and throughout the staff were welcoming, responsive and kind. After our starters we were asked to change tables due to a kid's party booking. After we moved we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble. Service was great, food was great, staff were fantastic. Definitely going back!

After a terrible experience here before I tried again 15th Feb and food and service was amazing. So friendly do efficient and food was lovely will be back again after such a pleasant experience!

The bolognese dish could’ve done with a bit more flavour, the bananas were a bit crunchy on the desert.

Burger was OK, nothing special. Service was good, only thing is someone came over every couple of minutes for some reason, eg, food OK, more, drinks, deserts.

Our go to resto in bugsby way. We ate here more than 5 times I think. Tried during dinner and just recently we tried there breakfast . Dinner- we would order ribs, salad, mozza sticks and pasta Breakfast- english breakfast but there potato tots is what make it different to the others. As always there food tasted amazing as well as the service.

Went for unplanned meal with my partner and her daughter. We had the spaghetti carbonara, chicken burger, chips, bacon cheeseburger and chips. Calamari and garlic bread pizza. Washed down with a bottle of sauvignon blanc. We were served by Olta who was extremely polite and friendly. The service that was provided was excellent. We have been here several times and each time has been great and the food has always very tasty.

I had the most amazing experience after a hectic day of Christmas shopping. Immediately when walking in all staff especially the manager Ariana I believe was incredible nice, funny and welcoming. We were seated in the best seats and immediately looked after by our waitress Mel… what an incredible woman! The food was 10/10 big thank you to the chefs and the drinks were 2000/10 incredible mojitos by Mel and Manager! The price was great value and the cocktails were even greater value and we will now be regulars. Thank you so much to all the team!

I’ve been here quite a few times and they can be quite hit on the service and miss however there is a brunette lady who was so welcoming and friendly and really went above and beyond.Sometimes the QR ordering system doesn’t work and you might have to wait a while to get your order taken.The restaurant can either be really clean or a bit dirty but it is quite spacious and well lit.The garlic pizza bread is really nice and crispy with a mellow garlic flavour and has an amazing cheese pull.The Mac and cheese was creamy and had a great cheese sauce that wasn’t too heavy.The fries were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside with a spicy buffalo sauce and really crispy chicken on top.The cheese pizza is crisp and has a very nice tomato base with a lot of cheese and was very filling.

Popped in to meet with friends for a quick breakfast. Slow to be seated. Service was awful, despite not being busy. Bacon in bap was like cardboard and stuck in my throat. Latte was good.

Below average food. For the price, you’d expect a bit better quality.

Myself, daughter, mum and sister were visiting from Wales. We are regulars in frankies as its always so reasonably priced and this honestly was the best frankie and bennys experience we have ever had. Mariana was simply incredible apparently she was training for front of house as she is usually the chef but let me just say WOW what a credit to the business she was warm, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Honestly we would drive the four hours from Wales to visit again just based on her alone.

Decent lunch at Frankie and Benny's. The restaurant is spacious, and pretty empty for a Sunday late afternoon meal. It took us a while to get greeted, but we were shown a table quickly. We were offered a high chair for our baby. There is a nappy changing table in disabled bathroom on the same floor. Menu is quite big with plenty of choices, and highly customizable. I ordered a hot dog with upgraded sweet potato fries. Portions were big, but prices were not soft at all. Overall it was pretty decent, but nothing was standing out in terms of food or experience. Would come back if we crave again or conveniently are in the area.

Waited over 30 minutes for breakfast – absolutely insane! The anticipation was almost as long as the wait. The food better be as legendary as the wait time. Hoping for a quicker experience next time.

Popped in here just to use the toilet which was nice of them. 😊👍🏻 The toilets were dirty and not flushed and the floors were wet for e.g., pee on the seat. We didn’t like the soap colour as it looked like blood 🩸 I literally thought there was blood in the sinks. - it looked like it was Halloween night! 👻 Nice restaurant but do make sure toilets are decent enough to use!

We had a great experience from start to finish! We had a lovely, friendly waitress called Mel who really looked after us and went above and beyond to make our food great. The food was delicious and even though they ran out of the dish I wanted they made my alternative even better to accommodate. Will be back! Oreo milkshakes are delicious while burgers and pastas are excellent. Comfortable environment and friendly staff.

Haven't been here in years but visited recently. The food has really improved and I would go back. The calamari and wings were delicious. Oreo milkshake needed more Oreo, the bun for the burger isn't great, could do with different ones.
