Amazing quality and true Italian food; the fried arancino and potatoes croquettes are even better than what I’ve eaten in Italy. One observation: some prices are really high for what you get.

Delicious pizza and lovely delivery service

It's the best comfort pizza in the area, I usually go for the 18'' to share. All the ingredients have always been fresh and overall I have never been disappointed. The people running it are really nice and the place is a nice little hub for the local community. I just mentioned it was my birthday on the delivery order and they included a tiny slice of cake with a little candle!

Stone cold pizza delivered 20 minutes late

Tuvimos una cena temprano ya que teníamos dos niños con nosotros. Solo un camarero que estaba bien cuando servía 2 mesas, pero no tenía más ayuda cuando el restaurante se llenó. Comida mezclada. Calamari no era agradable, pero el pan de ajo, albóndigas y burrata estaban bien. Las pizzas eran preciosas, pasta para niños y lasaña para adultos eran pobres. Espero que el camarero tenga la mayor parte.

We had heard that the pizzas here were the best in town so we had very high expectations! Service was slow & not very professional as the waitress kept leaning over each of us to pass food along. The pizzas were good but not the best we’ve ever had. Ambience slightly spoiled by very noisy table in the corner.

Love these pizzas as it’s one of our favourite selections for my son and I but sadly this is the 3rd time they have arrived ice cold !

Tuve uno de los mejores parmigiana melanzane nunca! tan delicioso. también venden una de mis cervezas favoritas de Cerdeña llamada Ichnusa. mis amigos pidieron los calamares que tiene porciones muy generosas. pequeños problemas con los aranchini, que el personal resolvió rápida y eficientemente. definitivamente Voy a volver ya que la comida es preciosa y a un precio razonable

I’ve tried many gluten free pizzas across London, and Saporis gluten free base is the winner so far for me! Definitely recommend!

First class service and amazing staff. The staff recognise their regular customers and know your preferences. Excellent personal service which makes for a relaxed and very enjoyable night.

First time visit to Sapori D’Italia last night prompted by an excellent pizza takeaway the week before. Food and wine were fantastic and the service was efficient and friendly even though the waiter was rushed off his feet. We’ll definitely be back.

I visited Sapori last Saturday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We arrived at 7pmand weren't seated even we hada booking . The food was alright. But the kitchen is too small to handle. Such a disappointing even. One waiting, running all over the place. Can't recommend this place.

Such a great welcome in such a nice Italian joyous atmosphere. The owner himself greeted me and offered a taste of one of his pizzas. Absolutely to die for! I had a great meal which ended up to be an experience in an Italian environment! I will come back asap, cannot wait to taste more of this little corner of Italian delicious food!

driver would have left without having the full delivery. had to open all containers in the porch. everything very late. no indication of when it would arrive. items from the order we submitted and what was on the accepted order had a discrepancy... shame as the food is good

yesterday I had dinner with my family, unfortunately it is not even close to Italy, NEVER NEVER, yesterday I ate the most horrible pizza of my life "if pizza can be defined", low quality, completely tasteless but above all completely raw, the service was terrible, I have never seen such a rude and arrogant waiter, I will never return, it is not an Italian pizza restaurant, be wary PLEASE

Pizza's nice but be careful with the main barman there (non Italian) that tries to add additional drinks to your bill and then pressures you to pay by card without showing you the bill first. He knows he can pretend it was an accident if caught but he knows exactly what he is doing.

My mate and I had such an amazing evening here - Joey was the best server and gave us some incredible recommendations on pizza and wine, can’t rate him enough. Calamari and arancini for starters were absolutely brilliant and bursting with flavour. Got the Burrata Al Tartufo to share for a main and it was CLASS, actually incredible, pizza cooked to perfection. We ended with a dessert of tiramisu and limoncello on Joey’s recommendation, again knocking it out of the park. Very reasonably priced considering this is better food than I’ve ever had in any gourmet restaurant, with great service.

Great Italian restaurant that me and my best mate went to, had the greatest waiter named Joey, he's recommendations were top point, happy with all the food, we got a Raffo each which is a lovely beer, we got the Gavi Di Gavi which is a lovely white wine, for food we got the Arancini Nduja E Salsiccia and calamari for starters which were both great and then for our main we got Burrata al Tartufo pizza which was the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life, it was banging and lastly for dessert Tiramisu which was so creamy, lovely and good and then Joey recommend Limoncello for a shot which was a great finish to our entire meal here. We got a free Limoncello at the end after paying for the bill which was so awesomesauce.

Probably the best carbonara I’ve ever had. Went for lunch with my son. No kids menu but he was happy to eat the carbonara. I also had the burrata which was delicious as well. Service was ok but could have been better.

Not a great experience this evening. Food 20 mins late. Luke warm and one of the pizza had been obviously stacked on its side as the toppings were all on the other half!

Pizza was excellent as always-the rest almost perfect. I am sure next time will be great as usual. Happy to be back again 😜

Chicken not cooked, fried tasting fish... was one of my favourite restaurants but lately quality dropped down. Sorry but I will not order again

I love this restaurant. Their pizzas are the best. 12" inferno is hot and spicy! None of that pretending to be hot like so many other places. The food is served hot, quickly and with a smile. The staff are really pleasant and engaging. The takeaway is also great. It is not overpriced and good for eating in or having at home.

Absolutely great! I'm an Italian living in London and so far in the past 12 years, I struggled to find a good italian place to dine at woth my friends and family. Ristorante Carola jas been my go to for a few years now and I've mostly ordered from online, however, when I can, I will coke here ti have one of the most authentic italian food experiences you can find in the city. It's my go to and, if you care about food quality and good service, it should be yours as well!!!

the pizza was very salty , almost inedible

Really nice food. Came here with my mum and we shared an 18” inch pizza. The pizza dough was really tasty and the toppings were fresh. The ice cream was also nice and authentic. Very happy, will be returning :)

We had a delightful family lunch at this restaurant. The pizza, in my honest opinion, is the best in London. The staff are incredibly attentive. Will visit again.

The pizza is good the only issue is that arrived lukewarm

The one star is for the potato croquettes only , we ordered on delivery a mushroom pizza the croquette and the frutto di calamari , the pizza was disgusting tasted like wet cardboard and the mushrooms were the jarred ones , it felt like we were eating cardboard with snails , in the fritto di calamari they forgot the calamari it was only fried flower , me and my friend felt both sick . I really don’t recommend no one to eat in this place is absolutely disgusting.

It’s the real gem in/ near Blackheath! Service and the food never get there wrong. Go and and check it yourself! Absolutely fantastic and delicious.

The food is amazing but the foil containers are very weak and cause spillages - especially when they are stacked - they can’t handle any weight on top so the top container sinks into whatever is underneath causing a mess.

Quiet night in this unassuming authentic restaurant but would want to return on a weekend to sample the atmosphere. Attentive quick service. Paid attention to food sensitivity and made helpful alternative menu suggestions. Delicious food in generous servings. Terrific coffee. Will return and soon.

It’s a bit of a crowded market for pizza restaurants but this one stands out. Fresh ingredients on tasty pizzas went down well with my grandsons. A family friendly place, staff are polite and welcoming, we didn’t have to wait long for our order, which helps when you have small children to entertain. Thanks for a very pleasant meal.

Decent Italian restaurant. Service could've been better, it was somewhat slow, and the waiter miscalculated a part of the bill after an uneven split. Which I'm sure he didn't do on purpose, but still. It took us 2.5 hours to get the starter, mains and dessert done. Food was ok, the pizza base was somewhat dense, chewy and burnt in a couple places. The tiramisu had a very soggy bottom and did not taste fresh. The potato croquettes starter was great though, especially the tomato sauce. Average prices.

THE most welcoming place to eat and hang out in the Lee and Blackheath area. The produce they use and the food that they make there is 100% Italian and the best around. It's spoilt me for pizza anywhere else.. Also try the menabrea beer It's gorgeous.

Pizzas turn up at 10.40pm cold and worse still completely wrong order. Both spicy and pepperoni neither I eat (I’d ordered creamy ham mushroom calzone). Called to tell them as expect affect others as they’ve prob got our order. Offered 15 per cent refund on next order then 50 per cent on next order. Surely should immediately be offered full refund it’s not what we’ve ordered and I now have no dinner. Won’t be using again which is a shame.

Great experience at Sapori Di Italia, place that we came back, bringing friends. We were a table of 6 and service was quick and professional. Food was delicious, with different starters taken. Very tasty the meatballs, arancini and of corse the pizza. Great place for a friendly dinner.

The Calamari fritti were good but the risotto had a strange bitter and sour aftertaste and I could not finish it. I order other time from this restaurant and it was always good this is the first time I found something I didn't like.
