Zizzi (Greenwich) in Greenwich

Pavel was a great host and looked after us really well making our experience very pleasant. Only downside was I specifically chose salad as I fancied avocado and it was hard and inedible! Shame but hence 4 stars for food.

Came here for lunch before seeing Disney on Ice at the O2.6 adults and 4 children . Pavol served us and was great from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble

They served us very well and quickly and the food was very good, and with very good views. Didi and Gabi are lovely.

The food was very delicious and Didi the waiter was very nice.

Everything was very good and the portions were very large. The price was appropriate. I loved it.

I was surprised by how good the pizzas were. I haven’t been to zizzi in so long but it was really delicious. We got the large pizzas and they were lovely- nice thin crust and plenty of toppings. The service was also good

Great place to have a nice casual lunch or dinner. We’ve been several times and the service is always great. Pavel is friendly, attentive and always tries his utmost to make it a great experience.

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. I asked the waitress for help choosing a dish without pork, and her response felt unfriendly and dismissive. She seemed annoyed by my question, and I later noticed her speaking with a colleague while looking at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. A restaurant experience isn’t just about the food, good customer service is just as important. A more welcoming and respectful attitude would make a big difference.

Great experience, the staff team were absolutely friendly, attentive and helpful. Fresh and tasty pizzas, and delicious black forest fondant. Fast service and clean toilets. Good location and easy access.

Whenever I am in Greenwich, going to the Painted Hall, the Museums, Cutty Sark or just for a walk, I always drop into Zizzi on my way home for something to eat and a coffee. I love the food and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Special kudos for the meatballs and the Prawns Speedini which I could happily eat every week. Calzone is good too!

Really great food Visited as a group of 6 for a family meal and all thoroughly enjoyed our food. I had the Calzone Pollo Spinaci and it was a good portion size with plenty of filling. My Dad had meatballs and was glad they weren't very spicy because the description gave that impression. My girlfriend had a margarita pizza but couldn't finish it because it was very big. Her side order of sweet potato fries didn't get taken by our server so we got them well after the rest of the food in the end. Otherwise the service was fine but not the best. The place is cosy and therefore the bar selection wasn't great. They did have a gin a like so no complaints! The food menu is vast more importantly though. Overall a lovely experience.

The pizza on the rustica base is a must-try pair it with a glass of A.bio Primitivo wine, and you’ll have a mouthwatering experience that feels like a mini-trip to Italy, all while sitting next to the Thames If you’re after a 7-star (or even 12-star, depending on your scale;) service, you’ll want to cross your fingers and hope to meet the superstar gentleman Pavel. He’s not just a waiter; he’s a legend - kind, professional, and always going the extra mile. Rumor has it, he once ran straight out of Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen because even Ramsay couldn’t teach him anything new!👌😁✌️

I recently had a delightful experience at Zizzi, thanks to our waiter, Pavel. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. I went to Zizzi in Greenwich Cutty Sark for my Birthday and Gemma was our waitress she was so lovely. I recently have returned to Zizzi in Greenwich for my mother’s bday and we had the lovely Gemma again. She is such a lovely person who is always welcoming and friendly. If your lucky enough to get Gemma then you will for sure have a great experience.

Zizzis is a family favourite. Good food, great customer service - Pavel was very friendly welcoming and served us quickly. Will obviously be back again.

Nice place to visit with beautiful view to the river . Food and drinks taste and looks great . Staff members is really nice and helpful , especially Bitsy who served us tonight . We had a big party booking and she made it amazingly. My family and friends really enjoyed the night . Definitely I can recommend this place for dinner.

Food was okay. We visited in the winter and the restaurant was freezing. Not sure if their heating was just broken however we could not take off our coats and scarfs for the duration of the meal.

I was very surprised that Zizzi was a very good restaurant. My first impression was thinking zizzi wasn't a good restaurant but it turns out zizzi was a good restaurant and we enjoyed eating at zizzi so thats all i will be doing for the review, however zizzi greenwich staff is very friendly.

Fantastic meal. Excellent cuisine, friendly service. Beautifully situated with views over the Thames. Highly recommended! We had a delicious bruschetta with a very good house wine, a dessert and espresso. We would have liked to stay for dinner and enjoy more on the menu, but unfortunately we were in a hurry. Better luck next time!

Very good restaurant, came with the ferry tour and stopped here to eat. It was so delicious. All italian dishes were good! The rustica pizza is amazing (primavera in my case). The staff is the best i’ve ever seen! Pavel was very friendly and helped us through all our choices. I recommend this place 🫶🏻

Highly recommended! Very nice atmosphere, very tasty food but above all very friendly staff! You can notice that hospitality is a priority. Very extensive menu and also very suitable for people with allergies/intolerances. We were helped by Peter and Funda, super friendly!

This was great!! Really enjoyed it. First received by Peter and then sweetly helped by Funda. They took gluten allergies into account. And the food tasted from the starter to the dessert: DELICIOUS. Clean toilets, beautiful decoration around Christmas, delicious special Christmas menu. We will still go here if we are in London. Thank you Peter and Funda

Very good food here! There are also many options for people who eat gluten and lactose free and the food is tasty and not dry or boring at all! The service (Peter and Funda) are friendly and know how to deal with allergies. They gave us enough time to think about the food and came by at the right times for refills and the like. Very nice and I would definitely recommend it!

Despite it being busy and not having a reservation, we were shown the utmost courtesy and welcome from the staff in Zizzi Greenwich. The food was delicious. Both Didie and Parvel were exceptional in attending to all our needs and other staff were very friendly. We were so impressed with the amazing service and the food, particularly as Christmas is such a busy time. So thank you Zizzi for a most enjoyable and memorable experience.

A round-trip by boat along the Thames to Greenwich with a reserved table with time to have drinks and a desert just in time to catch the boat back at dusk on a wet and windy Saturday in December. They said it had been quiet but the staff realising time constraints for us quickly organised menus, orders and serving and could not have been more helpful for the 5 of us just as about 4 other families and groups arrived. Desserts were delicious. Hot drinks filled the gap. Indoor table overlooking the Thames. Entrance from the Cutty Sark all lit up for Chrismas. Upstairs toilets clean. Recommend a visit.

I split tomato sauce all over my white t shirt and a waiter offered me the shirt off his back. Funda was our waitress and was sensational.

Placed order online, called the Zizzi Cutty Sark a second later after placing the order to request the food not to have a particular ingredient. They agreed and said they will let the kitchen know. Food arrived with that ingredient on it. Called Zizzi Cutty Sark back and advised my order was wrong. The person in charge said as the food was already made could not do anything about. The food also arrived not hot, and looked as if it didn’t just come out of the oven but had been sitting there for quite some time. Poor customer service and very rude staff.
