The male restarant manager is inflexible and refused to sit us eventhough there was space. There was a non booked table for 2 where our little one would fit just fine. He does not seem happy every time we go there with our toddler, he is not welcoming and he seems generally stressed or annoyed. The food is also not great, the only plate that offers value for money now a days is the kids menu. Yet, if you come with kids and it's busy they might not let you in.

Funda and Saimir are the best! They are always helpful and make good sugestions. They are smiley and ready to assist.

Recently visited Zizzi in greenwhich, and had a great experience! Our server was kind and attentive and she was even good with our order and got everything out to us is good timing. Gemma was our server and took great care of us and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful and cozy place, with excellent and helpful staff if needed, great selection of food and several typical Italian dishes. Cost not too high, accessible to all and adequate considering the quality of the food and the location of the restaurant, overlooking the Thames.

Visited zizzi Greenwich with my partner for dinner, very warmly greeted at the door and was given a lovely table looking over the river!! Our waiter Gemma was really lovely, attentive & v cute nails! Food was delicous, and we were given a box to take what we couldbt manage to eat! Saimir was really lovely, he made sure i used my points and was bubbly and friendly! Really great service & food!

We were a group of 6 including kids and got comfortable seats. Mr.Akhil who served was very polite and gave us good suggestions. Overall the food and ambience was good & it was a pleasant experience.

Every time I’ve come, the service has been poor, attitude from the managers, lack of eye contact from all the staff, have to wait 5 minutes every time until I’m met. My friends on a separate occasion also complained about their poor service. Also saw the chef wipe his nose with the back of his hand.

It's a lovely restaurant on the Thames walk right opposite to Greenwich pier. The chicken breast was quite hard and it would have been nice if it was juicy instead of dry. The mushroom pasta was good. The kids pizza was nice.

My girlfriend and I dined at Zizzi, and it was an experience that deserves praise, especially to our server, Pavel. His attentiveness, warmth, and quick service elevated our evening to something special. Pavel seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our meal. The food, a Clazone and lasagne, paired with a couple of expertly mixed cocktails, was both tasty and filling and our table, which offered a stunning view of the river at sunset under a clear blue sky, meant we enjoyed our meal with a view. It was the perfect backdrop to a perfect evening. Overall, thanks to Pavel and the fantastic ambiance of Zizzi's, we had a night to remember. It’s a place we’ll definitely be returning to, and we recommend it to anyone looking for great food with a view.

Second time of visiting the place with my visiting professor friend. Good vibe. I loved the Garlic bread starter and always go for the Lasagne ( I told them they need to make the portion bigger). Good place with free water to drink.

A great Zizzi chain resturant by the river, looking over the Thames. Stopped for a nice lunch, with some solid pasta and pizza offerings. Outstanding service, probably the best I have seen in a resturant in a long time, really helpful. Great view of the kitchen as well, so you can really see stuff being made.

It was a very beautiful evening. We were greeted very warmly. The food was so incredibly delicious. We would come back at any time. Funda's service was very accommodating.

I have visited this place earlier as well, the other day on the 20th I visited after some time with my friends for lunch and was one of the most horrible experiences of all time. There was an Indian female who was working there on that day who is short and wears spectacles, she was literally uninterested in the service and wasn't paying attention at all at the table. She was constantly joking around with the people working in the open kitchen with her loud voice and was ignorant towards the table and it's guests. After a while we saw her sitting by another table and joking around with her colleagues and we had to ask the female from the bar to serve us and to clarify things on which we were waiting for a long time. We were served with the food and she didn't even come in to check if it was okay, or if we needed anything else like basic chilli oil and stuff when you sit in an Italian restaurant. It was one our people's birthday and she didn't even answer properly to any of her questions. Seemed like she wanted to just take the order and mess around in her loud voice with the kitchen staff. Myself and my friends were completely disappointed by the service she provided as she was ignorant and seemed like not to care about any of the guests. Ruined the whole mood and our day which wasn't expected from a staff of Zizzi which holds high standards of hospitality usually.

Last Friday I had lasagne at Zizzi (Greenwich), being a quite regular customer, I was very disappointed on this occasion. This refers to the size of the portions being served. The taste of lasagne was very good as always, but unfortunately the portion was half of what I have experienced a few months ago. This also, is not in line what is advertised, which it shows a full dish rather than half of it. While the sizes are shrinking in Zizzi, still the prices seems to grow rather fast. Not great experience and not longer keen to suggest your chain to friends, as I used to do it. Agnes

I have dined many times at this Zizzi and food was always fantastic. But unfortunately service is quite slow - and this isn’t to fault them at all, they are mostly fantastic and doing their best. Sadly, corporate needs to stop making them serve the customers as well as doing deliveroo or hire more staff, because after a fantastic meal I really hate to struggle to flag someone down to get me the bill and then watch them run around not be able to take payment for an amount of time that is not acceptable. And again, I am not faulting the staff. This is obviously corporate greed from higher up and they should all be ashamed.

Wow.....what a great place. When booked I requested a table seat, the young guy kindly carried out this request with no effort at all. Food was so delicious and fresh. Very impressed. The best was Gemma, what a lovely young lady. Total asset to the place. Couldn't do enough for me and my husband, totally made our experience at Zizi. She even helped me with my ordering an uber taxi (which was all new to me) and guided us where to wait. Thank you once again

Went here with my husband the weekend before valentines. By far the best Zizzi I have been to and I have tried quite a few. There are only a few tables so it was not mad busy and we got full attention from the staff. It has a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly to each other which really came across in the way they treated customers. Will definitely be going here again.

This restaurant is next to the boarding point for the boat that crosses the River Thames. Great for a quick meal. Great service.

Ordered slit pizza off the menu one side spicy one side cheese My cheese side had so much spice oil it was in edible to me . When I complained he said that’s how it is and proceeded to take payment .
