Terrible experience. Having had an acceptable delivery a few weeks previously ordered a very basic meal for two kids, mid-week. Delivery time, 25-50 mins, paid extra for priority delivery. Delivery time kept getting put further back, and impossible to contact ‘restaurant.’ Eventually turned up 1 hour 20 mins after ordered - 2 basic kids’ pizza - and of course, stone cold. Just dreadful.

Amazing service from Anetta at Pizza Express, she really took care of us and our dietaryrequirements, will be back.

Ordering lasagna took a while, but then it arrived nice and hot on the table. Good portion, just a pity that the Parmesan was put on the lasagna and not loose in a container. You can see the food being made through the open kitchen. Nothing rushed, staff has time to pay attention to customers

I ordered the 12 inch hawaiian pizza but instead they brought out the chunky glob. Big Bazza the waiter wasnt even italian what a let down.

Came here to eat with a large group of 6 to eat after a long day of university. The place was very welcoming and cozy, and our waiter was really nice, she made sure we had everything we needed and helped us use the app. We had various pasta dishes and the new Spicy Wings, which were really delicious based on what my first said😂 I myself had the Pollo Pesto which is always a good classic, delicious as always, and my friends got the Mac &Cheese and Cannelloni, which they found excellent. Also tried the new 6-Layer Fudge Cake, very sweet and chocolately, good choice for a sweet tooth😅 Will definitely come back again and recommend others to try.

Absolutely rubbish cold food late is a understatement why bother even having a delivery service if it’s this bad not the 1st either this has happened last time I’m ordering ever lost a loyal customer no wonder there are some many new pizza places doing it quickly and better

Great place in London for pizza. Probably the best in this city. Service is excellent one. Just one small thing is menu. Why do I need to have like 3-5 different menu? Make one with all stuff inside.

Had a birthday party here for the child and our party coordinator Hema went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was included, had fun and enjoyed themselves. A few of our guests have dietary requirements and Hema made sure to be as inclusive as possible. The pizza-making party was a hit with all the guests and all had a blast. Thank you to all the staff, especially Hema who attended to us.

We had our daughters birthday party at Pizza Express Greenwich. They hosted a pizza making party, led by Itziar. Overall, great service and Itzair was really good and patient with a party of very excited girls.

Ordering via Just Eat and you get awful quality? Don't expect restaurant standard food. Don't bother ordering any starters or extras, you will get a tiny amount.

We were a group of 10 with kids and had no reservation on a Saturday night; the Staff at Pizza Express were simply AMAZING! So kind and helpful, especially our waiter Gabriel who was patient, friendly and went above and beyond in helping the kids. He really made the difference. Thank you!

Itziar was a host at a pizza making party today. She was attentive and friendly towards everyone from the party but interacted extremely well with the children. She kept them engaged and created a fun filled atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

Totally inept at taking two simple orders. Totally inexcusable and refusing to refund or apologise for anything. The customer has to pay for the inefficiencies and incompetence of Pizza Express.

We had a party of 7 and were sat immediately upon entering. Order was taken promptly with food recommendations from the server. Food was served hot and was very good. We will be back

Ordered three kids meals, no garlic butter or houmous dips with all three.

It took atleast 2 hours before we got our food. There was only one lady to serve all the tables. We were a group of 11 (Mixed Children & Adults) the manager seemed to be grumpy. It wasn't our fault if they hadn't enough staff

During my appalling experience, not only did the glasses of water have food residue within them which was truly disgusting especially whilst eating but on top of that the drinks that I ordered were even more overpriced. My friends ( 8 of us ) had to wait approximately 10minutes waiting for the menu and an additional 30min waiting for the food, which showed poor service only 2 workers making the pizza and 2 workers at the whole place serving the food. The waiter was fully rude taking long period of time to take an order , at times even ignoring us which was unacceptable. The pizza had thin crust , served on a single plate with a knife and fork and finally some slices had their edges burnt. I asked the waitress about the toppings on the pizza and the prices and was given no response charging me £1.50 for red onion and £2.50 for chicken my order for a rubbish pizza came out to be 19.40£ which was atrocious. The tomato sauce had no taste almost like someone mixed tomatos and water without adding any flavour to it. The pizza was extremely small and i was going to be charged further to make it more stretched out which i found frustrating as i was already spending up to £3 on one topping. I forced myself to eat the pizza as i was starving and the order came up to 110£ which was annoying as i nor did my friends enjoy the food at all and were overcharged multiple times. This was not the most annoying part. On top of this, at the ender of the order we had to pay £13 EXTRA for service which is absolutely unacceptable and we spent an hour there waiting for food and bills and the waitress was rude, arrogant. This service would not have been charged and could have been prevented if my friends were not in 1 group. Not a single person told us that groups over 7 are charged £13 for service and the worst part is there were 7 of us but we were not as a group, the workers joined 3 tables so there was 7 of us and we were extra charged. We went back after seeing this reciept and wanted a £13 refund as we were unaware and it was not a big table with 7 of us it was just 3 small tables joined which charged us £13 Overall , serviced charged £13 , waitress rude and ignorant , overpriced , burnt , disgusting utensils. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ever visiting here unless you wish to waste your money and time.

During my experience, my friend had found a piece of tomato in his tap water as well as multiple dry spots on the glasses showing the unsanitary conditions in this restaurant. The waitress was severely rude with an attitude to my party, taking a hefty amount of time to even respond to us as if we weren't important to them as consumers. The food itself was severely lacking and underwhelming, it is not an ideal spot to go out when you haven't had anything to eat all day. Seriously. I hadn't eaten all day and after my meal, I felt as if I should've stayed hungry rather than eating that poor excuse of a pizza. One of the workers there also did not refund our £13.50 for the "optional service fee" on the bill which was also written in the smallest font ever to the point where you cannot even make it out in the first place. It had clearly stated it was for a party of 7 or more ADULTS. My party was a group of 8 15/16 year olds which clearly are not adults and anyone could've told that we were not 18+. Our refund was not given and I was severely disappointed in the staff working there for being so ignorant to the point where they need to inflate their egos by scamming 15/16 year olds out of their money. Would never go again and would never recommend to anyone EVER!

Very rude waiters and ones who accept the bill. Was given glasses and cutlery that were clearly unwashed and even had previous pizza residue. After all the food was cold and bland. When making me payment the woman was extremely rude and did not mention a service fee that was apparently ‘optional’. Do NOT come here, never again.

I ordered a Pizza Margharita. It was ok. Here are very many people and it is very loud in here. I just finished eating but didn’t finish my drink yet and they already gave me the check and said “You can already leave” Why would a waiter say that? The service was alright. And the toilet was kinda scary.

May I just say that the service at this Pizza Express was exceptional, waitress was superb, food was prepared and served quickly, so well done on that front, staff were great! Now for the food! The starters were small and tasty, chicken pesto as well as the tiny buffalo mozzarella caprese were the best of the bunch. Pizza's....? Well none of us were that impressed, they were merely ok, very thin, lacking flavour, a bit soggy and a little oily. From what I recall of Pizza Express, this was not it. May be they had an off day, but we did have 5 pizzas and they were all just ok. There is a lot of good competition in this pizza game, may be Pizza Express need to review and upgrade things.

Gabriel is fabulous!! He took wonderful care of my aunt and I. He paid attention to detail and made sure to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely come back to this location just to be served again, my Gabriel!!

We had a kind waitress and tasty food. Tables in this branch are a bit cramped - the gluten free food in pizza express is always tasty and the salad fresh. On this occasion the gf dough balls were completely cold, maybe they were waiting on the side. Unfortunately this visit was memorable for the horrible toilets.

I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said it was the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. The behavior of the employees was excellent. I will recommend it to all my friends and those who will come to London. Thanks for everything.

I went for a lunch with my mum and my nephew and had a great time. Everything from the food to service it was phenomenal. Aneta was great and did her due diligence of making a custom pizza herself for us, which was beyond delicious making are afternoon visit in the area even more amazing. Looking forward to pop in here again and certainly look for Aneta for same kind of experience. Thanks to her and the team once again.

The food was very good and the staff were very good people.

Last night there was only one waitress working on a busy bank holiday. Aneta was brilliant even though she was rushed off her feet. She ensured my two kids were catered for and even stopped to help when the app wouldn't accept my separate collection deal. This branch needs to hire more staff. Other than that, perfect in every way.

5 out of 5 experience every time. Simon the manager was incredible as well as all the staff. The food was perfect and so was the service.
